Gigi is a tremendous masseuse! This is my first massage at the age of 30 and she’s done wonders for my back and my shoulders. I feel like a new man! I’ll be coming back and seeing her next time I’m in town!

Gigi is amazing. I was in so much pain from chronic low back, SI joint, piriformis, hip flexors... Everything was hurting. Along with a fibromyalgia attack going on!Did a walk-in and this was definitely the best massage I have had in tihs area!!

For the last 20 year Ive been going for massages. Last 10 years. I go once a week for an hour or every 2 weeks for 2 hours. I have tried many many therapist in the United States and other countries. Nothing ever stood out or even made me go back to the same location. Mediocre at best in most cases. I relocated from New Mexico 5 days ago. Moving out of a house alone and moving across the country to Fort Walten-Destin area my body was screaming in pain. In this last week i saw 4 massage therapist and no relief or improvement for my neck back arms legs and knee pain. I am still recovering from knee surgery. But had no choice but do all this alone. Last evening I went for a massage and met Gigi, booked a 90 minute massage and turned to 2 1/2 hours . She was skilled and obviously educated she respected and listened to my body and was very well aware of my issues. She not only listened with her ears she hear what my body needed and worked through every muscle with respect and healing. I could cry with what relief and mobility she gave me in just one session. I have never experienced such skill or felt so cared for in such a respectful kind and skilled way. What a gift I could not thank her enough for what she did for me. I am more than excited to have found the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. I did not disclose to her that I have been a licensed massage therapist ,sports and medical massage and personal trainer and the Owner of Sacred Soil Day Spa since 2005. Thank you GiGi you have a wonderful gift if healing thank you for sharing this. Side note: please tip you will not get compassion skill or kindness and respect. This is very hard work and to take pride and do well is more than 20% ! Love your other Licensed massage therapist. Namaste

Gigi is great! I like a lot of pressure. She is able to deliver hard pressure consistently for 1 hour deep tissue. Im from Seattle and when Im in town 3 times a year I make sure I go see her! Thank you Gigi!

I was in a car accident 3 years ago, and have been it pain ever since. I’ve tried everything, pain medicine, chiropractor’s, massages, stretches, surgeries,(I now have an artificial disc). Nothing took the pain away. My life just wasn’t the same anymore. I’ve been completely pain free since I went to Body & Soul 4 weeks ago today. I cannot recommend this place enough!

They were able to take 3 of us immediately, which seemed great. However, 2 of us had to walk down to a different building, and the 1 stayed in the main building and was the only one there, so every phone call, every walk-in had priority over the massage. Another person had to wait for a masseuse to show up. One had a alright experience but was hurting for 3 days afterwards due to the roughness she did. And when told the spots that hurt, she spent very little time, if any, on them.

Excellent! Lulu was very professional and gave me an amazing 1 hr. massage, 1/2 hour foot massage and table shower. I would recommend to anyone to set aside a couple hours and pamper yourself.

Very relaxing & stress releaving 90 minute message. Mrs. Lulu was able to focus on my neck shoulders & hip areas, especially the hip area, which is my major problem area. I have had several messages sessions with them & they are always very professional & do a great job.

So I originally scheduled with Michelle at Miss P on Dolittle. I was running ahead of schedule and asked to move my appt up. She was booked at my early time, but referred me to Lucy at Body and Soul. OMG! I thought it was another fluff and puff at first. Those that have had a great massage know what that means. I originally asked for 60 minutes, but after Lucy got started, she sensed or felt the tension in my body and asked if i had time for a 90 minute massage. I am SO glad that I had the time. Talk about deep tissue! My wife is a massage therapist, but, like the shoe makers kids, I dont seem to get any benefits. Seriously, my IT band and lats were worked hard, but they are SO much better today. I will admit, being so close to Eglin Pky with the traffic noise was a bit distracting initially, but after I started worked on...not an issue! DEFINITELY will return!

Lucy at Body & Soul give great massage. Very good stretching of back and leg muscles after exercise and work out, much better for flexibility and muscle recovery. I am very happy with Lucy at Body & Soul Massage.
