Hi! It was my first time ever getting a full body massage and it was my birthday. Ms Jessica was very kind and pleasant. I was a bit quiet because I was so relaxed. I am thankful for her healing hands and I pray she is blessed and appreciated for her hard work and dedication to keep her clients feeling their best. Thank you! I will be returning.

Ron was terrific. My massage was terrific. We talked about the aches and pains Ive been having. The importance of blood flow and circulation. He explained to me the benefits of what he was doing. I left feeling refreshed and re-energized.

My lovely daughter treated me to a facial at Massage Envy while I’m here on vacation. McKenzie was fantastic. She gave me the best facial I’ve ever had! I’ll definitely visit her again on my next trip to Cali.

My last visit to massage envy was a great experience. My therapist was Jessica, who is incredibly kind and sweet. She is also visually impaired. Her technique focuses more on pressure points rather than just massaging the muscle. It was a great experience and I’m happy that ME doesn’t discriminate because of a disability. Jessica however showed her ability and that low vision wasn’t an obstacle.

After a tough workout and cycling week my sore muscle screamed for a Friday massage for relief! Alma took care of everything and tended to my sore muscles. I added aroma therapy per her recommendation and was pleasantly surprised with the benefits! Great job!

Ive been a member of my local ME for over 10 years, and I often get a massage when Im traveling for work. This was my second visit to the Manhattan Beach location. Thanks to the app, I managed to book a 90-minute massage session with less than 24 hours notice.The ME system let my therapist, Susan, access my details and deliver the perfect relaxation massage. After a few nights on a hotel bed, it was just what I needed, and I slept like a baby afterward. 5 stars!

It was my first time at Massage Envy , it was a mothers day gift. Ive had a massage before, but Genesis was incredible, she ask how much pressure you prefer. Little small talk, very pleasant. I will return and get her again

I have such a hard time relaxing, and something about being told to relax only makes me obsess over it more. But here, I think I dozed off during the massage. Ive only ever dozed off once and that was while on vacation, exhausted, and with Lake Atitlan as the back drop.We had appointments booked for Friday morning. The person at the front desk was so helpful in getting us checked in. As it was our first time, she handed us an iPad so we could answer questions regarding what areas wed like to focus on, and what areas to avoid. After finishing up, we walked into the waiting room until the masseuse came for us. Maria did a phenomenal job, I felt so relaxed during and after the massage. Afterwards, they handed us a cup of water, we paid at the front desk, and then were on our merry way.Will definitely comeback!

Aries was great. I walked in with major back and neck knots. She worked on me and helped relieve the tension and pain. She was very sweet and attentive to my back and neck problems .

Hello,I visited the Manhattan Beach location last Wednesday (February 21st). At the time, I was in a lot of pain due to a pulled/torn muscle in my back. Luckily, I was able to schedule an appointment with one of your massage therapists, Jessica. I explained to her where I was hurting and how it affected my walking, my breathing, etc. She gave me a full body massage, focusing mainly on the affected area. Within days, the pain was completely gone. Would you please pass on my sincerest thanks to Jessica. I am extremely grateful for her care and for helping me get back on my feet.

Nadia is well-informed and knowledgeable on all types of skin and products. She does an excellent job. I highly recommend her.

The check in process was super easy. My masseuse, Zaida was amazing. One of the best massages I’ve gotten in a while. The pressure was perfect and just what I neededHowever, I did not like how at the end when I was paying, the receptionist kept haggling me on joining their membership after I said no multiple times.

Diana @ Manhattan Beach is masterful in her knowledge of the human body. My body is still experiencing the benefits of her deep pressure massage. The inflammation in my midsection and apparently my upper respiratory and brain has been draining for the past 24 hours after and I feel amazingly pain free, light and decongested. Thank goodness for your Services, Diana! I can see that this treatment is necessary self care and I will seek membership for optimal non invasive holistic wellness and quality of life.

Michelle asked me how I was doing. She asked if I had any areas I wanted to focus on. She then proceeded with the best massage that I had in a very long time. She also asked if I wanted to enhance the massage with aromatherapy and possibly next time with the hyper volt therapy massager. She is truly one of the best!

I had a very stressful 2 weeks and was looking forward to my massage with Ron. He customized the massage to not only work on the kinks but alleviated so much tension. Feeling sooooo much better.

Nadia provided the best facial that I have ever received. She took her time to massage rather than quickly going through each application. It was very relaxing, and my skin felt clean and hydrated.

Completely dishonest location. I specifically asked for an experienced massage therapist they set me up with someone new in her profession, Genesis, was the therapist. She was very kind but not a professional masseuse. She was 20 minutes late to start my massage then the massage was not to my satisfaction because she never addressed my stress points on shoulders. It was such a waste of my time, I just wanted to leave. I didn’t think massage envy deserved a full payment. The front desk agent agreed to waive my charge but I insisted to pay at least a portion of it, she agreed. Then 3 days later they charged me again. What a fraudulent service!! You should be ashamed of running a business in this manner! Misleading your customers!

Nicole was awesome. She was very attentive of me making sure that everything was ok. She massaged me from head to toe and I came out really relaxed.

Saturday, I had massage by Alma. She ask where she should focus, I said full body. I usually say certain areas but she is so, so outstanding at her skills I was very impressed. I booked before I left she is popular. Ask for Alma if you want real care.

Alma was amazing!! I came with a lot of pain in my left shoulder and at the end of the session I felt so much better. Also I was able to raise my arm again. She have great hands!! Totally recommended.

Ron is Professional and a Exceptionally Skilled Masseuse . Ron’s massages are personalized and leave you feeling like you’ve been touched by an Angel .The only problem is you can’t get an appointments unless you book months in advance. He’s in high demand deservingly so .

As a 32 year old male, aside from sunscreen, I never took care of my skin but would always wonder why I kept breaking out. Monique set me straight with exfoliations as well as tips for a healthy skincare routine that fit my budget. There has been noticeable clearness in my skin since I’ve started. I’ve had many massages with different masseurs at Massage Envy over the years. Selecia was the best yet. She seemed to be able to find my trouble spots quickly and easily and knew exactly what to do. She was recommended to me by my wife who has also has had outstanding experiences with her.

I would say shes very efficient at getting out this tension knots out of your neck, and really the first time I had ever needed my legs really worked on. This was a huge relief now I can go too my physical job and not hurt anymore! I would give 5 if the pressure would have been heavier constantly. I will get a deep tissue next time. For these prices Everyone should be ALL smiles when you have booked an appointment. (Not just be about the business of “you have an appointment with… go in take a seat to the right…”Also, what happened to free water? Or tea In the waiting room? I believe for the hike in prices but less customer service and amenities, there needs to be a definite change in the later! Massage and facials were good however.

Claudia was absolutely fantastic! Before we began she made sure I was comfortable. After a few minutes she did a “check in “ which I appreciated. By the end, my only complaint was with myself…for not scheduling for 90 mins instead of 60 mins🙄

McKenzie has been my esthetician for a few years now and I absolutely love her!!! She got my skin through the pandemic breakouts (which were the worst I had ever experienced) and is always attentive to what my skin needs. Her service and professionalism is amazing 🤩

Lulu’s “massage” was horrific. I should have known the moment we started our consultation when I pointed to the area I wanted work in and she pointed to a different area on her body and said she’d work on it if she had time. She tried to upcharge me with some icy hot lotion. I never asked for rocks or stretch, I wanted a massage. She basically lotioned me and only worked a small area of each muscle, wiggled my fingers and arms around in circles, Then she rubbed hot rocks around on my back, where she spent more time tapping the rocks together than anything else. Then I had to leave mid session after she crawled up on the table and mounted me. When she lifted my legs up to “stretch” my low back and my privates were exposed and I felt like I was going to be violated at any moment. When I said asked for this session to be over, lulu said she knows what she’s doing and that’s it’s my fault. Front desk cancelled my sessions and acted pretty dismissively, offering zero consolation and just said they should talk with her. Based on both lulu and front desk’s reaction, I could tell this incident has happened repeatedly with her. I then got called the next day and checked in on me, but when I asked if anyone was going to do something about her, they double downed and said that’s what she was taught in massage school so my opinions must me wrong.

Norma is the only person I would go to for a massage. I’m highly active and my muscles get super tense and Norma always makes me feel so much better by doing a true deep tissue massage. I leave feeling sore but so much lighter. She’s the only one I trust to give me an incredible massage.

She really listened to what I needed work in and tailored my massage. for me. It was wonderful.

I was so fortunate to find Diana almost 14 years ago!! I travel regularly and try to stay consistent with my massages when I am away...but I am always left feeling underwhelmed...because no one compares to Diana (in my opinion). She is an amazing massage therapist! 10 stars!

I want to briefly describe my experience at Massage Envy in Manhattan Beach. As a massage therapist, it’s important to own your craft and personalize your technique and approach with each client. It’s also important to listen to the body, be vulnerable and sensitive to the muscles, central nervous system and every bone and cartilage that is intricately attached. Lastly, it takes a gifted, God fearing vessel to know how to connect and correct whatever problem the client is experiencing, without giving any descriptive instructions to the massage therapist. If anyone is looking for that type of service and needs 5 Star treatment every visit, then book a session with Ron and see if your body transforms and heals, like mine has after every session!!

I was so excited when I was going to my scheduled appointment only to realize that they didn’t have me down for it. I had gone in person 4 weeks ago and made my appointment at the Manhattan Beach location. The lady who helped was young and very rude. Smart enough to ask for my credit card to let me know that they will charge me if I didn’t show up to my appointment.I haven’t reached out to the manager yet because this just happened. I will definitely be calling Jessica tomorrow. Very disappointing for their lack of professionalism.

A beautiful experience at massage envy. I had a regular facial the first time, lasted 60mins and I didnt even want to get up...lol. Had a microderm the 2nd time and the glow is so obvious. They are very friendly and the massage is heavenly. A special shout out to Nadia, the best aesthetician Ive come across...little wonder shes booked to her eyeballs, lol. The fact she remembers every detail about you from the first interaction makes me so comfortable. Thank you Nadia, youre the reason for the 5 stars

I did splaine to Lourdes every single problem I have in my body because I do suffer from Cronic pain. She then splaine to me what she was going to do to make me feel better 😌 and she ! had a combination massage, she worked on my body so well. I have waited for 10 days for an appointment. I get a phone call 45 minutes from the time of my appointment canceling my session.. Reason given that my masseuse had a mental breakdown. I was sorry to hear that. They could not offer an appointment the whole of November and were taking bookings for January. You have to pay every month but try and get an appointment to your suiting. This is a total rip off. The management do not seem to care about customer service. I was told they were fully staffed which I do not believe. Staff are not professional and are very defensive. I would strongly advise you not to sign up.

I will start by saying that I have not actually had a massage at this location, so this review is purely based on their treatment of customers. I received and e-gift card for my birthday back in August and finally had the time to book an appointment. Got it scheduled online easy enough, but upon receiving my reminder was informed that the location is not accepting printed or electronic gift cards. I called and they stated that due to recent fraud they are not taking e-gift cards. I cannot understand how it is legal for them to not accept a payment method that they offered when my husband purchased the gift card for me a few months ago. I understand that there was fraud, but how does that make it okay for them the penalize who knows how many customers that received an electronic gift card?!
