Love this place have been coming here for years but on jan-13-2021 I came in to buy a pack of Newport 100s in a box and Im under the suspicion that the pack they sold me is counterfeit the plastic wrapping does not feel right the cigarettes themselves seem to be stale and the writing on them seems off and it appears that some labels have been ripped off and removed and replaced with other ones like I said Ive been coming to this place for years I love doing business with them but this pack just something about it does not seem right please buy with caution

I started going to this vape store to get my vapes and accessories using my Vuse coupons all of a sudden the cleck who I thought was the manager saids the manager wont accept them anymore! I guess I wont be going there anymore 🤬

Even though theyre was no one else in the store at the time the older gentleman was anything but patient. I felt better when the young one came in. Nothing special. Not sure if Id be back. Worst vape shop experience Ive ever had and Ive been all over Wisconsin. The salesman behind the counter chastises me for buying 25mg/ml salt nic for my sub ohm vape. Then proceeds to lie to me about the availability of my prince v12 .17 coils. I see the coils sitting right behind them and had to demand a sale. You are not my doctor and I could literally sue this business for trying to provide medical advice without medical certification. The customer service of your employees is disgusting and I will never be back. Unreal....

The place was awesome and they actually had a very hard to find (brick and mortar) Ecigar that I was craving. Great staff with one possible exception judging from phone etiquete but over all a very satisfying, informational and worth it trip.Note that the place is actually in the northern shopping plaza and easily accessable from 76th street or Westbound Oklahoma. Also if it matters to anyone they place was younger crowd oriented but older crowd friendly.Will shop there again when in the Area.... They owe me an Ecigar anyway as there was a very minor mixup, my fault but she insisted I come in so she could make it right. Awesome, Awesome staff and store for your Vapes needs.. One of the largest and best stocked places Ive come across.The proprietier obvious loves vapes and is doing a bang up job and may be learning as she goes but she is ahead of the curve on this new thing. The lower reviews are over the top and I am sure they all returned again because as I say the store is awesome selection wise... Price... maybe a smidgen on the high end but well within acceptable for a selection and location like that.

This place has a lot of great little trinkets but they are very overpriced! They’re always out of stock of the most important things. The owners do not even know how to help the customers at all.

Went in to try to figure out why my husband keeps on burning out the coils. The guy started yelling at me. He then ignored me and explained everything to my husband. Very rude. Went back today because I got a new tank from my niece and my husband is burning coils again. I was working with the lady, but the same guy had to start yelling at me about how he told me all of this information and I was shown 3 times. This isnt true. If you like to be yelled at and belittled, then this the store for you.

I bought a top-o-matic cigarette rolling machine regrettably from this location. After one month the machine broke. I hoped they would at least give me store credit since it had only been a month. The man at the counter was irritated with me from the second I said return and gave me multiple reasons as to why they wouldnt help me. I stuffed the machine too much, the tobacco was wet, blah blah. I listened to all this and argued that they should still stand behind their product. He still refused and told ME I was rude and I dont know how to listen. Needless to say, extremely poor customer service. I will never return. I went to another tobacco store and gave my sob story. The nice gentlemen said top-o-matic would take it back because it has a one year warranty. Now why couldnt Smokin Deals Ass**** not say from the beginning.

With so many other vape stores in the area, youd think theyd try harder for the business. Staff was rushed and dismissive. This is why I buy online. I felt unwanted and out of place here. Maybe Im not a stereotypical vaper, but I have a pocket full of cash and Id rather support local businesses, but not with service like this.

Terrible place to get tobacco and tubes. I got a carton of tubes and they were all crushed and they wouldnt even give me a discount on my next purchase. Tobacco is ALWAYS DRY no moisture at all!!! I will NEVER give my business to them ever again! Prices are way too high found another place wayyy cheaper on 84th street!

Clerk was obviously stoned and had his friends hanging out in there being obnoxious and laughing at us as we walked away because we said we didnt smoke weed. The only brew city they had was 18 nic so I asked what he had that was fruity and 3 nic all he had was this bad tasting sour patch kids flavor and they wanted $26 for a 30ml. I get shops are more expensive then online but these guys are way off.

The good deal tobacco they sell is the cheapest crap tobacco this side of the Atlantic! They buy bundles of the cheapest shiy tobacco and sell it by the once so they make a killing on the tobacco wich is actually PIPE TOBACCO but they advertise it as cigarette tobacco to make it seem like your getting a good deal whwn your actually getting pipe cheap tobacco shoved in a cigarette tube. ALL of there VAPOR products are a 3rd the price of any other place in town. And twice the price of many internet sites. Save your money and go to another place with decent prices. Go to Smokin Deals and write down a price 4 a bottle of durasmoke esmoke juice. Look online and I guarantee its a 3rd to double the price of the site. Believe me people. This company is a rip off because they shut their cigarette rolling machines down so to stay in business they had to up price by 20% to stay in business. A small place right off greenfield and 84th. Prices are what theyre supposed to be. I promise. Just passing knowledge. Check for yourself!

If you are into the roll your own (RYO) cigarette scene, this is the place with everything you need to do just that. In addition, they also have professional level machines you may use to roll up a carton of your favorite blend of cigarettes in a very short period of time. Im not much for cigarettes, except for using them to feed my nicotine addiction, I prefer the smells and tastes of a good stogie, personally. But, the idea of being able to roll your own smokes, using chemical free tobacco, is catching on fairly quickly. The low cost and chemical free RYO cigarettes is a great alternative to the chemically treated commercial brands with their ever increasing prices as the large tobacco companies and politicians exploit nicotine addiction in smokers with ever increasing prices and taxes on the ready-mades.The typical carton of smokes takes about 15 minutes to make using their machines. You can select your blend of tobacco, and tubes, to your particular tastes. If you are new to RYO smokes, their knowledgeable and friendly staff can assist you in choosing, just tell them the name of the commercial brands you prefer, and theyll hand you a recipe for blending the tobacco, and recommend the right kind of tubes. Cigar selection (my preferred way of smoking) is a bit skimpy compared with most, but their primary business is RYO cigarettes, so this is no surprise. If you must smoke cigarettes, RYO is far less expensive, and contains no chemical additives common to todays commercial smokes, so this is definitely the way to go.A couple of tips... get the water pillows and a plastic container just the right size for storing a carton of king size cigarettes (they dont do 100s), to keep them fresh and prevent them from coming apart over the next several days. I also recommend getting one of the hard pack personal storage packs, and just pulling what you need each day from your carton. The less handling, the less likely the smokes are to become loose packed to the point of being unsmokable.
