Been a customer of Wild Bills for years, this location is my favorite Mount Pleasant store. The manager Taz, always extremely helpful and gives pretty good suggestions.

Big fan of this wild bills tobacco, while i have never actually seen bill himself at this location... Hannah and Taz more than make up for it, super friendly and helpful every time i come in. the store is both clean and well organized. it reminds me of goldilocks and the 3 bears, not too hot, not too cold, its just right

I love this wild bills! The staff is always very friendly. Taz always remembers what vapes I’m getting and gets them ready when I walk in! Couldn’t ask for better service.

The staff is really friendly except one rude girl. The price of cigarettes I get keep going up every week. It says one price underneath the cigarettes and get charged over 2 dollars more and they wouldn’t honor what the price says under the cigarettes.

I buy weed pens from time to time and literally every single one hear is terrible. I’ve spent a variety of prices on different ones and they all broke within days from light use. Don’t waste your money, take the extra turn and give someone else on Mission street your business. they’re the closest one to a campus and take full advantage of that.

After being refused service at the location on 100 S. Mission I called this store and spoke to Taz the manager. He was extremely helpful, informative and over all polite. I verified that there was not a limit on mystery bags as told by the other store and immediately went to the store (2003 S. Mission). He allowed me to buy all 4 bags that were in stock, gave me a number to call to check on future availability and redeemed my perspective on Wild Bill Tobacco in a whole!- AVOID 100 S. Mission location (0/10 Recommend)- Drive the extra mile to go to 2003 S. Mission location, Better management and customer service (10/10 Recommend)

I always have a good experience at this store. However, the young lady that works there is just an exceptional person! Two out of the many times that I’ve gone in there she has gone above and beyond. Even when I’m just tired from the week, she asks “are you alright?” That may not mean much to most but I think the world needs more people to just ask “are you okay?” Thank you for being so kind!!!

Need more employees, lines move too slow, also the fault of the customers that dont know what they want to buy and talk all day

Super helpful and kind employees. Always able to help me with questions and also able to provide quick service for those in a hurry days. Plus the return policy regarding the mr vapor flex is quite fair. Enjoy coming to this location!

The manager (taller pudgy white guy with long hair) was completely rude and smug, when I wanted a refund or exchange the faulty water pipe they sold me. I was told sorry nothing I can do, even though I hadn’t been out the store for more than 30 seconds and the employee handled the glass piece the whole time before I purchased. Right after I had walked out, and went to inspect the piece, I gently removed the downstem and it cracked the glass, so I went back and fourth with the manager and was finally given the corporate number. In which I called and was offered an exchange. So horrible customer service on behalf of wild bills storefront, but was redeemed slightly by their corporate assistance. All in all if the manager wouldn’t nicely said “Hey man sorry there isn’t much I can do in store, if you call corporate they can assist you and possibly give you an exchange” would’ve been a completely different exchange. Instead he wanted to smirk the whole time looking smug.

The shop is clean, and has all the products you would need for a nice smoke. Customer service was great! But unfortunately I was sold a product that just happened to break after 48 hours of use. It was very disappointing that I had to pay full price for a replacements since all sales are final. I’ll be a future customer, but this was not a good overall experience.

I just want to say the staff at this location is amazing! They go above and beyond for their customers. I wanna shout out Grace for being a true life saver, and you can tell she is pretty great at her job!! Thanks again for the excellent customer service and great recommendation! If I could give more stars I would!!

Personally, I only come here for the kratom powder, which is by far the largest selection Ive seen in any brick & mortar business. And Ive been using kratom powder for close to a decade now! And I just moved back here from San Diego, and while not as hard to find in SD, the quality along with the amount of varieties here tops any head shop Ive shopped at in SoCal even!As far as their other products go, I dont know unfortunately. Im trying to quit vaping so I havent bought any from them, but they look to have a pretty legit offering of devices available. And I dont smoke cannabis, but I do enjoy looking at their pieces whenever I come in there. That said, I cant speak on the quality of those things unfortunately..

A friend and i went and got our strawberry cheesecake Limited addition Mr Vapor Maxx not even a month ago and mine recently died on me and it states 3,000 puffs. Anyone else have theirs die on them to soon?

Now this vape shop had a huge selection of items. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. This location is the one to go to. Its nice to have pleasant people wait on you.

Recently purchased boosted kratom for a relative. The quality of the product was not very good, so I called and talked to manager about returning the unopened 8 packages and was informed that he would not let me return them!!! Even though they had not been opened and I had my receipt!!! Beware of the product and their return policy!!! They definitely lost a good customer!!!!

Huge selection of cigars, glass products, blunt wraps any smoking necessitythey will have! prices vary depending on quality of glass. I brought my nector collector from there and it probably the sturdiest that I have came across. Bong a lil high priced for my liking. Friendly staff

Awesome service, very knowledgeable. Prices are a tad high but you pay for convenience. Flavors are now banned but that isnt stopping mr. Vapor or wild bills. They are offering nicotine additive for their zero nic flavors

Asked for a specific brand and was told they no longer carry it. Asked if they had anything comparable and was told no. Looked at selection and bought a product made by the same manufacturer, with a comparable mix. If you know exactly what you want you can probably get it but dont expect much help or a even a helpful attitude. I left feeling like I had bothered the establishment.

Went in with a bad coil in my vape, young lady was pleasant, she changed my coil and took the time to show me how to do it, and even used her own personal juice to fill my vape. In return I bought a bottle of her flavor cuz I liked it so much. Mr vapor is now my only go-to vape shop.

Lots of products and rigs. Conveniently located within 100 yards of a dispensary. Nice place great prices on vapes, juice, etc.

Bought a vaporizer before reading the reviews. Read them outside the store. Wasnt even gone 5 mins and I tried returning it completely unopened with the receipt and they told me they couldnt do a return unless it was busted and unused.
