True Care Foot Reflexology

I got 30 min body massage. Massage was just ok. There was no music in the room so relaxing ambiance was missing. My therapist didn’t speak any English so it was hard to communicate anything. I wanted focus on neck and shoulder but I don’t think she understood.The worst part was she took a call on her headphones while she was working on me 🤯She also laughed at my tip which I didn’t want to give at all after the unprofessionalism.

Pretty awkward interaction. I went in for a 2 hour massage ($110) and as I was writing a 20% tip, the lady at the counter who gave me the massage states, “you are only giving a 20% tip?”

These people know what they are doing.I am completely blown away, for the past 4 months i have gone to chiropractors and a chain stretch business i will not name. Terrible experiences. How can a slight crossfit injury be almost 100% fixed with a 1 hour massage? No clue, ill be back.(older balding gentleman)

Have gone many times over many years. Inflation, I get it, but seems like new ownership and they really increased the prices. It was $25 for 60min foot massage several years ago. Then $30, $35, $40, and $45 the last time I went there within the last year. Today it was $60, and they now charge $2 to used a debit card. It’s not that nice or good, especially compared to other options like Renovia that is much nicer, better, and also less (currently $50). Won’t go back.

Used to visit this place most frequently, always enjoyed. Its difficult to get service when we cant effectively communicate in English.

The massages arent that great,and when I did get the massage they were too rough and it hurt alot even my sister had a massage by a women and she did the same as the guy too rough. In not coming back. And they had a nerve to ask for a tip even after I paid already for the awful massages.

I went for a body massage .my back and neck were killing me . i received a great one. Jessica is the best!!! Totally recommended it 👌👍..I will go back aoon

This place used to be great years ago... recently I’ve been going back and it’s just not the same anymore. The last couple times have I’ve had bad experiences. And today was the worst of all. The masseuse kept digging her sharp elbows in my back which was very uncomfortable. And I specifically told her that I wanted a 30 min body massage and she spent the entire time massaging (digging her elbows) my back. Before I knew it she was finished and said there was no time for legs within the 30 minute period. C’mon really that is BS. 10 mins on back, 10 mins on legs, and 10 mins on arms and hands. It’s quite simple really, it’s not rocket science. On the upside, they did give me a free bottle of water, but I walked out with pain on my lower back.Not sure what happened to this place but I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Helena is great here and who I go to regular for deep tissue massage. The price is right and everyone who works there is friendly. Best bang for your buck in Marin

Just tried this place for the for the first time, in the middle of August have been back 2 times now. Plan on going again today. My Wife and I have been going to Sunset Foot Reflexology which we love, but when we called on August 20th they didnt have a drop in available. So we decided to try Tru-Care. I had just seen a sign by the curb a few days before that read 1 Hr Foot Reflexology $25.00 - This seems like a deal too good to be true as we were paying $35 as Sunset, which was already a great priceWe drove down there and asked if they had time for the two of us, they said come on in, They gave us 3 options 45 minutes Feet only for $20 / 60 minutes Combo Foot, and over all body massage or $30 for a 70 minute combo. The first time we went, We didnt have time for the 70 minutes, so we went for the Hour. We got Michael the owner and I think Linda. What a wonderful way to spend an hour. Great Foot Massage, Neck, Shoulder, Arms, Legs, The second time we went for the 70 minutes. and had David & Tom, Loved them even more.The place was clean, Music a little bit loud, the first time, better the 2nd time. for the Deal you are in a room with 6 reclinable tables. David was a bit rough and I was sore the next day, but felt good two days later. Tom was amazing.They start by filling up a bucket with Warm Water and soaking your feet, then while you are soaking they give you a neck massage while laying on your back, then its time for the feet, very good foot massage, then all over massage over your clothing. Turn you over and end with a back and neck massage. We give each of them a $5 tip, so $60 / $70.00 out the door for the two of us. such a deal.we recommend the 70 minutes for $30.00 best deal in town.

Great massage at a good value. Theyre definitely on the rougher side at times, but thats my preference.If you ask them to go lighter, theyll accommodate

Always a clean and tidy environment, every masseuse here is as good as ever, I have a sore back and got a good treatment here, hope to be a regular here, will come back again, highly recommended👍👍👍

Brilliant. These are some hard working folks. I walked in and they had my in a room almost immediately. I let them know that I had some extreme pain in my left calf and they were super at relaxing the pain away. As a big guy, I felt really sorry for how much work they had to do since the folks had to climb up on top of my back and jump up and down.

I have been there a couple of times, and Iove the Massage. They are great, And very nice. I recommend them. Definitely I will keep going there. Thank you True care Foot Reflexology!🙏
