I have been going to Heavenly Spa the past few months and i am never disappointed. I have had the most rejuvenating experience every time! Ive even treated my friends and husband who have enjoyed their experience as well.From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere was calming and inviting. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail was perfect for your relaxation journey.Ive had Kevin, Tina and Mia work on me throughout my visits and they were all highly skilled and tailored the treatment to address my specific needs, leaving me feeling refreshed and revitalized.The environment appears cleanly and the ambiance was soothing with soft lighting, tranquil music, and aromatic scents that enhanced the overall relaxation experience.I left feeling like a new person, and Im already looking forward to my next visit!Such a great experience.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting Heaven Foot Spa, and I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with their outrageous tipping policy. As if their mediocre service wasnt enough, I was appalled to discover that they force customers to tip a whopping 50%. Yes, you read that right, a 50% tip!Their justification for this absurdity is that the hardworking staff members supposedly deserve such a high tip. But let me ask you this, why should the burden of paying fair wages fall on the customers? It is the responsibility of the owners to properly compensate their employees, not to expect customers to cover for their negligence.Now, I understand the concept of tipping and I am more than willing to reward exceptional service. However, a 50% tip is absolutely unjustifiable, especially considering the lackluster experience I had. The service was nothing short of terrible. The massage was mediocre at best, and the overall atmosphere of the place was incredibly negative.To add insult to injury, not a single worker had the decency to say thank you or show any sign of appreciation for the hefty tip we were forced to give. This utter disregard for basic customer service is simply appalling. It left me feeling disrespected and taken advantage of.The negative vibe permeating throughout the spa is truly a reflection of the lack of professionalism and respect for their customers. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Heaven Foot Spa unless you want to be subjected to unjustifiable tipping expectations, subpar service, and an overall unpleasant experience.Save yourself the disappointment and find a different establishment that values their customers and provides fair pricing for their services. Heaven Foot Spa is far from heavenly - its more like a nightmare for anyone seeking relaxation and a pleasant spa experience.

Very professional, best price for full hour massage.

I just love this place...I have been going there almost every month for about 5 years now... The place is conveniently located and parking is not a problem... It is clean and tidy and the atmosphere is serene.I usually take the 60 min body and 30 min foot package... I like it that way. After I am done I feel all relaxed and tension free. I leave them a good tip ($15).I personally like a strong massage but you can always let them know how you want it.I am there this weekend for my monthly dose.. Google made me give 1 star. Absolutely disgusting the way they run there business. Sitting there listening to them talk the entire time. They basically did like 2 massage motions. They kept turning customers down, giving them half of whatever massage they were asking for. But what was most disgusting about this place was when they showed me a small sign located on the counter facing them saying Minimum $ 10 dollar tip. And the guy who massaged my mom throws her tip on the counter like it was garbage. How do you act like this in front of your customers and to force a tip is horrendous. I have always tipped services I have ever received. And I tip usually at 20% for good service. However, the massage was not worth a 10 dollar tip. A tip is based on the total of service. I hope people find this review helpful and stay clear.Just received a reply from this business. Everything said is a complete lie. The lady and man who massaged me and my mother both told us there is a minimum for tips and showed us the sign that was clearly hidden. Then you flip out and basically tell your customer the tip they are giving you is too low. I understand everyone ask for different massages. But both my Mother and I got the same very basic 2 motion massage. They have a huge language barrier. When customers were calling they could barely rely correctly. Absolutely horrible. I advise all to stay clear of this place.

I would like to clarify the situation with this massage parlor. There are several different types of spas. This spa happens to be one of the ones that thrive on tips iykyk. This is why the massages are listed as so affordable. They have a preferred clientele and therefore do not really care to “lose customers”. Their true revenue stems from the tips, to the point where they “expect” everyone to tip the same despite services. With most spas, you tip 20-25% of your bill and it’s appreciated. This is not that place.It’s also not the place if you seek a certain standard in customer service.Get a massage, knowing what you’re signing up for and try not to treat this as your typical massage parlor. It is a Foot Spa and more. Your massage would’ve likely cost twice as much at a regular spa; that mindset helps as well.Any tip less than $20 is heavily frowned upon at this location. It’s more like they require a 40-50% tip despite services and without saying so directly… yet make it very evident how disappointed they are when they receive anything less.It’s local, convenient with decent massages and hours. If you’re willing to overlook the other stuff and are ready to tip more than usual (or receive terrible attitude and disgusted looks)… then, grab yourself a decent massage.Otherwise, you may wish to consider a different location.Hope this helps.

Will never return! Got a couples massage for my husband and I that came out to $120. We paid with our card and tipped cash. We tipped $30 (25%) which should’ve been fair. The women took an ADDITIONAL $10 off our card and told us we needed to tip more. UNBELIEVABLE! Do NOT go to this place unless you like being ripped off!

Once a week I come here and I get a WONDERFUL MASSAGE! Friendly staff, clean, very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Heaven Foot Spa. I walk out after my massage feeling energized and relaxed.Mike

Avoid at all costs! I have been coming to this place for years since you can’t beat 90 mins for $40. But today will be the last visit I make. The price has increased to $60 for 90 mins which is fine. The issue is the attitude of the workers. I called in for a 4:30 appointment. They confirmed and upon my arrival there was no availability. My appointment was pushed back to 5:30. My masseuse was rough and did not listen when I asked for less pressure. During the foot rub the masseurs talked the entire time. When I went to pay, I handed my masseuse a $20 bill and asked for $5 change. A 20% tip would be $12, so I thought $15 was more than sufficient given the poor service. The man was rude and actually waved his hand telling me to get out. I will not be revisiting.

The massage was okay the guy I had had a heavy hand and really pressed hard. Even when I said jee you had a good lunch! Because you are strong he said he would press less hard but didnt. We had a couples massage.No one speaks good english! But when you are ready to leave they show you a laminated sheet that says the recommended tip is $15.. I mean we left $10 each for both masseuse because they really did not give amazing massages. Just pressing hard is not massaging.... Its not clean! The ceiling had some water damage and the carpet isnt clean.I wont go back because I dont like being told how much to tip!

One of my favorite places in the area to get a massage. I was having bad neck pain and after one visit started to feel better. They can get a bit rough but just communicate your pain tolerance. I felt brand new after my full body massage. Thank you Heaven foot spa!

Made an appointment, waited 40 minutes all while they are trying to rip off customers for the 1 and 1/2 hour massage including foot massage and saying that it’s only a one hour massage for the day. They were extremely rude and unprofessional, I didn’t even want the massage after the 40 minutes of waiting that’s how annoyed I was. 0 star if I could put it. Then as I’m leaving they are telling others that the tip they gave is not enough, what a joke of a place. Money hungry people that are understaffed.

Service was good until it was time to tip... I tipped them $20 for me and my friend and they told us how much more money to tip because someone else did our feet. And then the lady fanned us off and told us to go. For all of that just include the extra fee with service. They did it to people who paid before us as well and the manager was the one collecting the payment. Never going back.

Highly do not recommend. Terrible massage , bad service , forced to over tip. It was more of an oil rub down, and the lady kept ignoring me or laughing at me. I asked for change to give a tip and didn’t have so was scolded and forced to give a 30 percent tip. Will not be returning

First time customer. The 90min - $40 sign outside drew me in with its great deal. Once inside the staff followed COVID guidelines even took my temp. The massage itself was rough and unpleasant. Instead of the full 90min I received 70mins. After words I was charged $60 notes of $40. The staff pointed to a signed that read “90mins + free 30min foot massage =$60” I was like ok and paid the $60. I figured I get a 30min foot massage for the extra $20. To my surprise the staff refused to give me a foot massage, they said that I need to pay a $15 tip to receive the free foot massage and since I already paid and tip the massager they did not want to provide the “free” foot massage. This establishment provided overall horrible customer services.

This was one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever been too. Lady’s were unnecessarily rude and the cleanliness in this place was disgusting. Spilling and spitting things without cleaning it up.

My boyfriend and I went here for couples massage and really enjoyed it. They give 60 min body massage with hot stone and 30.mins foot massage for 50 bucks. The place was clean and we felt comfortable. We definitely plan to go back.

Just had a 90 minute body and foot massage that they advertise for $40.I gave the person who did my 60 minute massage a $10 tip based on the service and price of service. A 20% tip is standard for standard service but here, they say $15 mandatory. I asked where it is written and she said, she doesn’t have it posted but it’s mandatory. They force you to tip a minimum of $15 and then try to guilt you if you don’t.I gave the person who did the 30 minute a $5 and told the person at the register that although I don’t mind tipping both the fact that I’m forced to is not acceptable and it’s illegal to force a customer to pay more than 35% in tip on a $40 service. I even stated that it’s common practice to type a minimum of 20% in NYC, and she said “not here”.The foot massage was equivalent to what you get when you’re getting a pedicure so don’t waste your time there.I’m certain the better business bureau would not condone this practice of forcebale tipping, standard is 20-25% based on price of service not 35%.

So at the end the actual price is $58 with required tip.. is isnt bad when you compare it to other places.. but they massage itself actually sucks! The lady was going so fast and it was painful and I told her to slow down several of times.. then she dropped the hot rocks on me.. awful...

David was absolutely amazing. If you need acupressure or a sports massage he is the absolute expert. I highly recommend him and I never ever do reviews.

I called to make an appointment and the lady I spoke with can hardly speak clear English. My sister booked me a Groupon and the lady said I can’t use the Groupon on the weekends, only the weekdays and ONLY morning appointments available for Groupon vouchers. I work 9am - 5pm at the hospital . She didn’t want to accommodate me, a healthcare worker. Well - I’ll be telling my co workers NOT to use their establishment. Would never recommend.

POST COVID REVIEW. I love this spot, opened today 7-1-20 Upon arrival sprayed with alcohol, then hand sanitized, then temp check. WELL WORTH IT, GLAD THEY ARE BEING CAUTIOUS. Will be back in two weeks. My favorite massage spot. Not a bad massage therapist in the group. All fantastic.Ypu wont be sorry.

Great first time, they did everything from hot stone to no oil, to oiled. I try to tip well because this place is cost-effective compared to manhattan salons.

The guy who massaged me hurt me. And when when I told him he was pressing hard. He didnt stop.No one speaks enough English to express anything!I was sore for 2 days after.The place can do with a good cleaning. Its not very hygienic.

$60 for 90 mins they shorted me 7 mins early the two at front desk argue the ENTIRE time. Massage started out good for the first 20 mins than it was just rushed sooo NOT RELAXING. Will not go back and wouldnt recommend. I usually easy going but there was just to many thing wrong

Nice relaxing massage for a good price. They get straight to it when you walk in and for a good price they do all the works. I would definitely return. Factor in a 15 dollar mandatory tip.

Lady gave me good massage , my back and shoulders were very sored and after massage pain almost gone. In $:40.oo 1 hour body massage and 30 minutes foot massage. Not bad .

I usually go here but they were refusing my call. So I drove there and everyone was massaging so no one would take 5 min to even book me an appt at another time. It was frustrating.

Massage was great..then at the end..they moved the plant that was on top of a paper with what THEY EXCEPT AS A TIP!!..thats MY DECISION what I want to leave as a tip..I will not be returning..
