Excellent shop and staff. I went to buy a mod kit and they had exactly what I was looking for, but happened to be out of batteries that day. The guy gave me 2 of his personal batteries. He didnt have to, but he did. You dont get that kind of service very often these days. Best place for vaping supplies in Courthouse for sure.

Terrible customer service. Husband got bad juice. No flavor at all. Went directly back inside. Woman behind counter offered to replace with same flavor. Smelled exactly the same so I declined. She wanted to argue. Wouldnt replace with different flavor then stated it was illegal to do so but she was trying to be nice. Told me you dont even belong to our rewards program guess that meant my business didnt matter. Asked for a phone number to call someone. She gave me a business card with a disconnected phone number. $26 lost. Threw juice away in their trash can

I have been exclusively shopping here for a couple of years now. The customer service has always been pretty good. I wish the selection on new mods and other hardware was better. I have had to take to buying offline for other new products. The store is clean and their selection of juice is nice for being here in Washington Court House.

Dakota and staff really are friendly and make you feel at home when you enter. Ive been buying juice there for a couple years now, and really enjoy the humble and twist lineups. Their location is great and hours until 7am seal up a great package if looking for a local shop to get your juice. One day, I hope to win that mysterious giveaway they have on their checkout terminal. Me and that thing have been going rounds for around 50 purchases. Always tells me Im a loser. One day, I will prove it wrong. DAMN MACHINE!

They’re great and probably would meet most peoples needs. If youre into advanced level, pickings are slim at this location for nice pre-built coils or exotic mechs like I like. But the customer service is second to none. Dakota has always taken care of me and this is where I buy my juice exclusively now. Try their Humble lineup.

Great place to get all your vaping needs however I will not be returning due to the individual working the counter Quite honestly I have never been more uncomfortable shopping in my life. Between the back handed comments in regards to my appearance and choice of ink,(tatoos) to the inappropriate comments and gestures directed towards my wife. Please rectify this situation! Id be glad to return, but until then I will gladly shop elsewhere.a warning to all, if the blue Harley motorcycle is parked out front do not go into the store, disengage at once.

I do reccomend this place, when the guy i normally see working is in. Went in today and the guy behind the counter didnt know anything about vapes or salt nics. Asked for 5% and he said we do not have 5% cause they are all 50mg. Perhaps have employees inform theirselves on products as people who dont know what theyre talking about wont get what they want. Overall, good store, nice and clean. Has one very rude employee, though.

My first time here... the guy that works here that drives the motorcycle is pretty rude and unprofessional. Stopped here on my way thru Washington Court House to get a new coil for my vape, asked a couple questions about products only to be made to feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about and I was unwelcome or he had better things to do even though I was the only customer in the store? Seriously doubt I’ll stop here again...

Overall a good location and a decent selection. Could the hours be updated? I’ve called several times because hours say 9pm on certain days, but I’ve never seen the store open that late.

Almost always has what I need in stock, and if not the longest Ive ever waited is a few days. Friendly knowledgeable staff for those just starting to vape!
