Always open , always fully stocked, so plenty of any brand or flavor desired. Always a quick and easy stop for exactly what I came for but usually more than I wanted . Cheap prices, great people ,sales associates are always on point ,always courteous and ready and eager to help. Same people on duty every time so it makes it a friendly and knowledgeable sales team make every transaction/experience like the last, no surprises. 4th of July fireworks even propane refills at the cheapest propane refills price Ive ever heard of. I bring all my tanks every time I go. I pay 1/3 of local prices or I save 2/3 of the price whichever way u wanna look at it. Definitely worth the once a month 9 hr road trip. On average my wife and I save over $700 a month buying my tobacco from them. Ty Jans Ill c ya in about a months time.

Surprisingly, it is no longer open 24/7 at the main store, but their little side store/ has station is the perfect thing for after 10 pm now... I guess..... but it takes almost the fun of if shopping the big store, no classic items like puzzles and calendars, and hand-made native items that I like to buy either... made me sad as this was the best 24-hour store on the reservation!

Great food, great prices and awesome polite and pleasant staff. A must visit location for the smoking class. Not open 24hrs should prob get a hold of Google so they stop pissing people off. I dont care how cheap gas is if im wasting it to drive to a closed 24hr shop. My expectations are high yuh high yuh high yuh.

I usually go to Springville, but I was out this way and decided to try Jans. I was just stopping for gas and ended up getting all my smoking needs in one stop. I then smelled the food that was cooking and sat down to a delicious breakfast. the service was excellent, and our server ..well, she was awesome. the price for everything did not break the bank, which is always nice. we will definitely be back.

I get gas there, I use full service.Most of the workers are friendly.I always tip some of them say thank you some dont..It dont bother me if they dont

Absolutely adore the employees here! Been coming here for years, super friendly and always kind to my kids who like to chat!! Never forgets to offer them lollipops or dog bones when I bring my dogs!

Im a loyal customer spending $2000+ per month. I forgot my rewards card last time I visited so I was told that they would just give me a new card and if I bring the old card back in they would combine the cards however the BBD boss said no they dont do that. Doesnt make any sense. Whats the difference besides now upsetting a loyal customer as opposed to providing 100% customer satisfaction and making good on their employees promise.

I always avoided going there because I figured they were very big and getting bigger, so their prices would be higher. I got stuck one time and had to go there because no one else was open. To my surprise they were much cheaper then what I normally pay for my tobacco items.

Beautiful scenery and ran by full blooded Tonawanda tribesmen and women. Absolutely loved the place. Not only tobacco products but snacks cbd and energy drinks as well.

Do not go there not very polite in the past. Ordered a pair of moccasins measured me and everything but they never called me to say they were done so I never returned when they said I never placed an order 😔

I visited the Marijuana shop behind the gas pumps and purchased an ounce of their lowest priced Marijuana and it tested positive for opiates. I will never go there again. We have to be careful with Fentanyl out there, and Im so glad I test all my marijuana after I read they were finding fentanyl in Marijuana sold thru the black market.

We went over to the diner for a bite to eat and were happily surprised. Our hostess/waitress greeted us with a genuine warm greeting and brought to our seat. She was super friendly and helpful. I went to the weed store, not Jans, but the staff there the first time I went seemed rude and unhelpful, I felt rushed and like I had to just know what I wanted. The last time I went which was just several days ago, they were SUPER helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me exactly what I asked for, they have a sativa/indica choice which Green Boys in Depew does not, which I love, because sativa gives me anxiety. Overall I loved my experience there and would definitely go back for my next batch.

This establishment is PHENOMENAL!!! There are so many stores along the road going to Jans smoke shop and I still drive to Jans for everything I need gas, cigarettes, something to drink, something to snack on... They truly are so extremely friendly and caring!! As soon as I walk in the door I am immediately greeted they help me if I need anything at all they remember who I am even by the second visit they knew who I was! I really really enjoy this door and will recommend it to anyone!! They definitely deserve more than five stars!!

Jans seems to be the only gas station out here that sells 93 Octane fuel! I was relieved to find it here as its the only grade fuel I will run in my truck!

Super nice employees. The store is always clean .Its a bit of a ride there and back , sometimes I have to use a disgusting out house, as gross as they are ... Janes seems to keep them as tolerable as possible .

I have gone here for years and have never had a problem. Today I go to get gas and before I can even remove my card they charge me$200. When I talk to the manager she says “it’s your bank, they charged that and will refund you the money in a couple days” so not only did they charge me $200 they also charge me the $20 that I actually spent on gas. I called my bank and they said it was not the bank. Will not be going back and have told everyone I no that goes there to not go back again.

Ive been coming to Jans for years now. Every time Im there the service is never less than excellent. The people are always so friendly weather Im the only one there at 2am. Or the place is packed Im always greeted with friendly customer service. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. I would recommend Jans too anyone. Gas prices are awesome.. Cigarette prices are worth my trip of 300 miles when you figure the cost of a carton around where I live. I spend $23. In tolls $ 20 in gas round trip and $75 for 3 cartons of cigarettes..Close to home I would spend around $90. A carton.. Besides I stop to see my sister when in the area...

Even though I was just taking a friend to shop there, the customer service was great! Every one was quick and very nice, it was amazing how fast we were in there getting the stuff we came for and then we were out of there! I hope my friend needs me to go back, its worth the drive.

Currently no-one can enter store. All sales are done car side. This is due to COVID 19 virus. Excellent prices on cigarettes. Fast and friendly service. Gas prices are about 15 cents per gallon cheaper as well

Started going there every Friday for about a year even though its 10 miles further then the one we used to go to because they are usually fast and courteous. Went there today as usual and all the prices went up significantly without warning. The distance isnt worth it anymore :(

Jans has the best gas around..they have non-ethanol,the only good fuel for my construction generators and compressors

Off the beaten path, but you cant beat the prices. The staff is polite, but not outgoing. The place is kind of rundown, but it serves its purpose.I always make sure to fill up at their gas station too. Usually 20-40¢ per gallon cheaper.

Jans smoke shop is consistently excellent, their staff is helpful and for those of us with disabilities, that makes all the difference. Many years ago I would stop at several smoke shops looking for the best price, nearly always Jans was lowest, I dont even look at the others any more. 30 years of monthly trips to the Indian Reservation has taught me that Jans has everything I need except pipes and screens, so I have to make an extra stop about once every 2 years.If being treated like a valued customer and consist low prices is what you want, Jans is where you want to go.

This is my favorite place I go there once a week for the last 10 years I love Jan smoke shop the Indians treat me like I am family they always have a positive approach towards me as a customer I highly recommend anyone to visit the smoke shop you will find things in there that you might not find anywhere else the prices are reasonable they also have a gas station and they also have a restaurant on the property they have free parking if I was you I give it a chance

As a non-smoker, the person I take likes the prices and the samples they give. The gas is of good value and has good mileage. The adjoining restaurant has great food!

Always liked it here but recently got a dog to make me happy. I bring him into Walmart too. Hes only a puppy so I carry him. Theres no signs but I walk in and she says I cant have animals

Only go here if you need cigarettes. Didnt have cash today so I went and got enough to get the transaction over $10 and the employee had a snarky remark to say to me. I should have just left. That will be my last transaction there.

Great staff, good selection of cigarettes and other tobacco items, best place to go when you need a lot of cigarettes, huge supply of Senecas. On Saturdays, if you go early enough, you get a free item, 1 week will be when you buy Senecas, another week will be when you buy Signals! Snacks, drinks and also different items you can buy. Gas station with a separate little store. All around excellent!

What more can I say about a place where theres no such thing as tax and theyre open 24/7? These guys are fantastic and have been extremely hospitable every time that I have visited. If you want CBD anyting or vaping juice with flavor, look no further. Theyre worth the drive literally every single time.

Cheapest smokes on the reservation, thus cheapest smokes in the tri-state area, probably further. The selection is great, they have many tobacco products to choose from, as well as various other items like Native American artwork/crafts, snacks, and other items. The gas prices are always really low too, and include both self and full service. Jans is open 24hrs a day, so you can pop off the interstate anytime and stop on in.

Newer gas station - self serve or full serve. If you need ethanol free gas for your lawn mower, weed whacker, chainsaw, etc, this is the place to get it! The smoke shop has a great selection of smoked and other things. The staff is always friendly.

Newer gas station next door with above ground tanks. Dont have to worry about getting gas out of old in ground tanks. Been running my car on their gas 90% of the time for a few years with no problem.

Jans Smoke Shop is the best place to get all of your tobacco products. Their prices are the best around, no need to take out a second mortgage on your home. Its a hard habit to break, but that doesnt mean that you need to break the bank till you decide to quit smoking. Jans Smoke Shop is open 24/7, and now they have fuel too.

First, I wouldnt use the word hate because I have it 1star. I went in with serious questions about certain products, because I lacked knowledge. At that point I was Literally laughed at. Would have loved to shop, just wasnt prepared for humiliation.

You can buy Seneca cigarettes here at half the price when Syracuse used to sell them. Now Onondaga cells only their brands and a couple of others not nearly as big as Seneca.Drive here once a month and its totally worth it because theyve been nothing but professional highly recommend its worth the trip.

Bought tank of what was supposed to be 90 octane , ethanol free. Based of horrible gas mileage, it was likely low grade with ethanol. I got +30% worse than usual. I’ve this happens a lot, so feel stupid I trusted them

Cheapest Cigarettes in New York, I truly trust those at Jans Smoke Shop. I have been going here for about 8 years now. In that time they have increased Seneca Brand Cigarettes twice and reduced it once. They have CBD products if that is anyones provocative.

We always go to Jans. Lots of selection and lots of snacks. Plenty of parking. Port-o-jons outside for use. Rarely have to wait in line. Staff is always friendly, greeting you at the door.

No tax on gas as all native american shops are. And if you pay cash, you can deduct an additional nickle. Self serve or full service. Due to covid restrictions, tobacco products are curbside/drive thru pick up. Once restrictions are lifted, you can enjoy shopping for hand made crafts, jewelry. Sorry, cant remark about jans restaurant as its been awhile since I ate there. Pre-covid, the place was often busy so Ill conclude it was popular.

Great cigarette prices! This where I go, maybe there not name brand, like at a convenient store. But there cheap and reasonable. A carton of cigarettes cost 20$ where as a pack of marbs cost 10$ a pack!

As a smoker, which Im trying to quit. Worst mistake of my life starting. Senecas are as close to Newport as I can get. At $22 a carton much cheaper than the Newport. Also have CBD products. Gas prices are always cheaper.

I asked the lady behind the counter how late they stayed open. She replied: Til Christmas.... So they are at least open all the way to Christmas... And then to Christmas again.... Im pretty sure that theyre open on Christmas too. The place is a machine!

Fast and friendly service aside, if you work odd hours and can only get out to the reservation late, Jans is open 24 hours every day. Which, when youre about to spend 10$ on a pack at 7/11, is a giant relief.

They got the smokes ,cheap too .The restaurant is great too .Didnt see too many crafts though ,might have missed them .
