I felt completely robbed. I bought tickets for a concert, and upon arrival, I was informed that my VIP tickets were only 50% valid. I ended up paying nearly $1,500 for four VIP tickets. The worst part was the event’s start time—scheduled for 11:00 pm, yet by 3:00 am, the artist (Jessi Uribe) still hadn’t performed. We were so upset that we left without seeing the concert. This experience felt like a complete rip-off. Beware of this place!

DO NOT COME HERE. Even if you think you should, even if this is the only 18+ place in WPB, do not come. They will scam you out of whatever they feel like trying to get you to pay. Even if the flyers say girls free, or girls free for sharing on insta, the lady at the door told me “that’s the catch, you can come next week for free” LMAO I had to fight saying “It does NOT say that on the flyer” back and forth for her to finally let just me in for free, the rest of my party had to pay. Absolutely not. Came at 12am and there were maybe 15 people on the whole building. This club is dying and they’re scamming people to try and not go out of business. They try and charge $10 for parking as close to the airport as they can and one mixed drink was $18. LOL. Leave your under 21 friends at home and go anywhere else.

This is an announcement for everyone that is planning on going to the event happening Friday, May 17th to see Zacarías Ferreira. please be aware this is a scam and this is proof of what just happened. I purchased six tickets and paid $650 for seat #F7. Manager from Ivy night club located in 106North Military TrailWest Palm Beach, Florida 33415, informed me l had to pay $900 for seat #F11. Mind you I was showing manager proof of my tickets that I purchased for seat #F7. Manager refused to give me the seat I had paid for . Instead they wanted to seat me in the back and charge me a higher amount of $900. TOTAL SCAM, DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!PLEASE EVERYONE REPORT IVY TO GET SHUT DOWN! THIS NEEDS TO BE SPREAD OUT TO EVERYONE BECAUSE THEY LIKE TO SCAM PEOPLE!! EVERYONE SHOULD GET THEIR MONEY PAID BACK WHO KNOWS HOW LONG THIS SCAM HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR??? REPORTTTTT!!!!

Place sucks. tried to charge us $100 to get in bc there was an event. the guy was nice enough to negotiate with us but he also made my black friend take off his durag and they CONFISCATED it. when i asked them why he has to take it off, they just told me it wasn’t allowed. but they didn’t make my boyfriend take off his hat and my friend was able to keep her bandana on????? blatant racism. drinks are overpriced. the bartender was very nice to me and my friends. but i’ve heard you will straight up get ignored by other workers here if you’re black. we wont be back

Worst club Ive ever been to Ever.Had to wait outside for over 2 hours because they said they were still setting up.Mananger was Rude.The Fight started around 4 a.m.ppl doin drugs in there in the wide open/ blacks/ cigarettes.The Fights are staged!!! Paid for VIP and reserved a section. Manager then tells me i cant have the section anymore after i paid. Then charges me more for another section thats further. HIRE A NEW MANAGER!

Came because Ryan Castro was performing. Came early at 9:40pm. My husband and I were there waiting outside until 10:50pm for them to let us in. Stayed in the front relaxed and out of nowhere we were was a fight and we ended up in the VIP section. We didn’t mean to be in there but people pushed us and staff were rude and didn’t understand that we were pushed into that section. We had to go to the back and decided to just leave because it was not fair. Just if you ever go to see someone performer be careful and aware. I was also pushed so hard they hurt my thigh.

The atmosphere here is always nice, which is why my friend and i keep going back. however, the bartender kept automatically tipping herself and taking money out of the cash i would give her. she also hit 20% each time i paid with card. i work in the service industry and would never do this to my customers. maybe improve your customer service if you’re that worried someone won’t tip you, maybe you wouldn’t have to scam them, it’s trashy.

Got there early for fight night at 10 doors open at 11 we were first in line and it took 50 minutes to let everyone in the staff was shooting pool you could hear it from the line shots were free if you got there early shots my A$$ more like a sip and they barely search you its Ratched and a scam the fights didnt evan last long and wasnt a real fight it was Rigged and alot of underage Girls and ladies are there please watch your kids they sneaking in liquor coming in already drunk and the men wait for the women ( to take advantage of because they are drunk) By the bathroom its weird the Dj was Horrible the staff is unprofessional and got bad attitudes

Went on a Friday night that turned out to be Latin night and it didn’t disappoint. Drinks were good and service was excellent. Only thing I would add is a better dress code. Had some people looking sharply dressed and others complete opposite.

The club looks really dope on the inside and the VIP area is nice and spacious. The bottle service though is trash, there was a bit of a language barrier with some of the servers and we got scammed and ended up paying $800 for 2 $160 bottles and a hookah. The waitress picked $300 cash and then proceeded to make me pay the bill again on credit card and I didnt realize my buddy had paid them cash until it was too late. Somehow they couldnt figure out how to fix this even though its on camera them receiving the cash. Then to top it off they want to charge me more money for a coal for the hookah at the end.

This establishment will rob youI payed $200 a piece for two tickets for VIP that they told me was going to be better than the $125 VIP tickets I had nowhere to sit I could not see the artist and they were charging $600 for a bottle the owner said he would refund me the $75 for each ticket and never did and where he told me I could go stand during the performance. The bouncers kicked me out a complete con. Very unprofessional this is bad business.

Distasteful and scammy; that is what vibes you get from this place.We bought tickets to see El Alfa right in the beginning and they charged us $200 for VIP then I found out that they were selling the same VIP tickets for $125. When I asked about the price difference I was told by the ticket place it was because we were going to get seats where other people had paid thousands for a table and we would have access to the artist.Not only were there no seats to actually sit in unless we paid for 2 $600 bottles to get a table but the view for the artist or should I say lack of view of the artist was awful. The people who paid $75 on the floor had a better view of him. We spoke to the owner about the discrepancies and he said he would refund us the $150 that he overcharged us for the tickets we paid and even took pictures of our tickets as of now I have not received my refund.Was a waste of money we had no where to sit at all, the artist did not show up until 3am when the tickets said 10pm. We would’ve been better off going to his actual concert for the same amount of money. This club is big on being scammy with its customers.

This place is not worth the money to pay for it. There’s two sides to go in. We went to the right side and paid $60 for 2 people because there was a “guest” that we weren’t told about. Couldn’t tell you who this person was. We saw there was two sides and asked the man checking our ID’s at the front if one price was for both sides, you’d assume so considering it’s all called “IVY”. We decided to go to the other side, as the one we entered was not something we were interested in. Turns out the bouncer at the door lied and it was not one price for all. Regardless, we still paid without any issues and entered the doors. Inside was so incredibly small I was sure there had to be more space somewhere. The group I came with went up a small set of steps to basically the only seating available. There are no ropes separating these small sections from the floors so we assumed it was just general seating. A woman approached us and told us to be able to sit there we needed to purchase a bottle because it was “VIP”. We left the only seating available and returned to the dance floor/walkway/ entrance. While we are there we see the same woman who told us to buy a bottle bringing out a hookah for another table. I am not familiar with how hookah works and neither is the group I was with. You could imagine my shock when I watched this woman put the hookah in her mouth, give it to the bartender to smoke from, then give it to the awaiting table who had not seen her mouth on what they were smoking. Whoever does the marketing for this location seriously needs to update the website. It advertises pictures of chandeliers, open seating, and large crowds. I can assure you none of these are available.

Let’s start from the beginning, 10pm the doors will be open. They opened at 11 pm , instruments and equipment wasn’t ready , every bucket you bought you have to leave it in the floor, no chairs available, no tables . If you want a table with aguardiente $ 175 - retail price $16 in my liquor store or Buchanans $275 - retail price $31.99 . For one moment I tough I was in salt Bae restaurant. $$$$$$Music too loud ..i had a good time til “LOS INQUIETOS” show up .. sucksNothing to do with NELSON VELASQUEZAnd bartender very rude !!!

This “club” is extremely ghetto, and should be free nonetheless. Parking is $10-20, women have to pay $20 each to get in (dosent matter the time). No place to sit, only stand. Workers barely speak English, so parking was super difficult to figure out (First time and last time customer here). Save your money and go elsewhere.

WORST CLUB EVERThe music is so loud to the point it’s painful and I walked out of here with permanent hearing loss. The crowd is very ghetto and problematic and the bouncers are very disorganized. I saw over 3 people try to fight the security while getting thrown out over the course of 1 hour. I have never in my life been inside a club/bar and felt unsafe the way I felt tonight. VERY unimpressed.

My underage daughter and her friends went there and was not ID’d at door. She should never have been let in! When She was inside she was definitely targeted by a group of others. When she left the building they were waiting for her and her boyfriend and they jumped them. The security maced my child and left her there in the street didn’t even bother to see if she was OK. She was definitely targeted and they tried grabbing her purse, kicked her, pulled hair out and then left. Her cell phone is gone which we think these individuals took her phone. Cops and EMT was called few blocks away because they were scared for their life. Do not go to this dump!!! What’s the point of security if they aren’t there to help! She was beaten and you they nothing but leave her in the parking lot!

Great music, lights and smooth hookah. 100% recomended for a chill evening.

Was there for jhay cortez concert, no complaints, good service had a vip table was very well taken care of music was great artist showed up around 230am didnt mind the wait great concert. needs a little more covid restrictions for sure . or atleast for the waitress to have theyre mask on. but overall had a good time. also wish they would let people know with time about 20$ parking 🙄 and cash only regulation?

They claim that it is free entry before 12, we get there at 11:30 and they still charged us. False advertising. Overcharge for bottles, everything is completely disgusting.

WORST NIGHT CLUB EVER! This place is dirty, needs an update asap super overpriced forget about the costumer service its non existence. They double charge so pay attention. Management is where the problem starts and servers give 0 F&#ks. To top all of this they do false advertising and take 1000% advantage of that. The worst ever!!!!!!!!! How is possible they make me pay for a Rock ska band!!! The best band from Venezuela, the band did what they always do, give the best show. The owner or manager apart of not have ready the instruments and everything ready to start to play on time even when they arrive on time, so they started late, and half show the cut the band off and practically kick the band out, to bring in a bunch of high school kids practically and play the bad reggaetón music. So disrespectful for the band and for the people that paid the ticket and were enjoying the show, bad managing! Really the worst thing I ever saw!!!! Shame of you guys!

We spent $140 for a bottle of Ciroc so we could get to sit down since the only seats are in VIP. We drank our bottle and after a while the waitress told us we couldnt stay in VIP unless we bought another bottle. We didnt want to spend another $140 dollars so she made us leave VIP. So be prepared to spend $280 if you want to sit for the whole night. Ill never go there again!!! Promoters think twice!!

The service was ridiculous, the bartender was rude as hell to the point I argued with him.I understand its busy, but the way he was talking to us was not great customer service.he had a problem with closing our tab told us he cant close it, why? For what reason? I had to step in and basically tell him to close it we trying to go home, but he wanted to proceed to give me attitude and tell me I have to wait. No we been told you to close it close the damn tab.it was ridiculous I would never go back there again,awful experience.

Terrible experience. I took my wife to see TEGO CALDERON, we got there at 10 PM and waited until 3 AM.... Tego Calderon NEVER SHOWED UP. We waited 5 hours and the management said they did not know why he did not show up. We paid $80 for tickets and they would not give us our money back.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Took my REAL id claimed I didn’t look like that person. I was able to show pictures of my social media and threatened to call cops to get my REAL id back. They didn’t care. I got my id back but they tried to CHARGE ME FOR IT! Bouncer at front with blond redish hair is the reason I hate this place and you guys lost many customers !!!! I hate ivy and the place is as small as my bedroom.

I was viciously banned from the club for no reason, I have never been treated so antisocial. The security was extremely discriminatory, never experienced anything like it in any country before.

This was a horrible place. I went with my boyfriend to meet up with two of my girlfriends...this place jacked up the entry fee for my boyfriend then some fool comes up to my man after we have already paid to get in and I had a drink in hand & this guy walks my boyfriend out of the club...natrually I follow he goes I go we are a team. So after he embarrasses us by walking my boyfriend out he says oh I have to check to make sure you can wear shorts....(the preppy boat Florida shorts with no holes yeah check that). After waiting for the manager and getting approval we went back in and met back up with my girls. Oooh amd after this the idiot guy had the nerve to ask us for a ciggarete. My boyfriend was dressed better then anyone in there. He was being targeted from the start. We will never go back there.

Terrible. Music is bad and WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too loud. Making the music louder does not make it better. Went to see a band that was supposed to play at 10pm, they did not play until at least midnight. Youre better off going somewhere else.

Worst night club in west palm beach ! Came in here to have fun left fighting some minors who can not control their liquor . Apparently they go every weekend and do this bc they know he owners smh ! I didnt know about this club until Urbanda published that they were going to perform there.We went and had a nice time.Ladies free until 12, but the door did not open at 10PM as they say on their social networks.Chris, one of the security guys, is a very attentive employee. Their bartender (I think its Johnson) also gave us excellent service.Sound: very good. The DJ played very varied music. The volume is not excessively high, so you can talkYou have to pay 10 dollars for parking. Which I understand, but I dont think its quite right.

Its not what it was before. We went yesterday to see Charly and Johayron and it was very disappointing. There were people smoking cigarettes and marijuana inside the club and no one from security came to point anything out to them. It is uncomfortable to have to deal with cigarette smoke and the rest in a closed place. I will not come back. On the other hand, the singers start at 3am 🤦‍♀️ in the case of Charly and Johayron they didnt even sing, everything was dubbed, even more disappointing, and they stayed for 1 hour and left. And they charged $100 for entry. I will definitely not return

I was with my family, and they took my cousins husband out, simply because he didnt greet the OWNER of the nightclub the way he wanted. Then he sent someone from security to take him out of the establishment. First and last time I go to that place. Not at all recommended

Appalling! They took us out because a guard pushed us while we were dancing and we complained to him, and they stole the uncorked bottle that we had on the table. Very high prices!

How is it possible to pay 400 dollars for a VIP with only two Buchanans, it is crazy that they want to charge that amount of money for two of those that are worth 30 dollars to the store, bad service and those at the bar asking for a tip if a glass of alcohol worth 15 dollars with bad taste

There is no classification for the seats they sell as general and VIP, the observation was made to the manager and his response is that you pay 20 dollars more for not standing in line (it is misleading advertising). At the Sebastian Yatra event, the person at the entrance was very rude, definitely the first and last time I go to this place.

Awful ...The presentation of Nacho Súper Mala, (misleading advertising) and that of the Guayacan group, worse, did not even appear. I had to wait for my money to be returned. They have no seriousness.
