Love this place for all cigar picks. Never had a stick burn poorly from here and the selection is fantastic. Owners are knowledgeable and very friendly. Give em a shot, I dont think youll be disappointed.

I like this store, only complaint is the dude in the fedora is kinda cheap and will not let it go if you are short 10 or 25 cent, all smoke shops don’t really tax if you pay cash but this dude wants the last penny or he won’t be able to make his house payment

1st time in there and the gentleman was incredible! Super courteous and he knows his cigars and pipe tobacco. Coming back with some friends so I can make an introduction. Thank you once again my friend and I’ll be back. If you’re looking for good cigars or tobacco, I highly recommend this place.

I was at this shop about four years ago and it was a very pleasant experience. Went today Aug 29th and very disappointed with what the clerk did. I brought my items to the furthest south cash register where he was standing . He took my card and went to the register closest to the door and proceeded to come back towards me once the transaction was finished. Ok alls good but then when I asked about my card this man pointed to the counter that was closest to where he had done the transaction of my card. So to sum it up my card was North while Im waiting for him South where we first connected. How dare him to treat a customer like this and I said I didnt give it to you down here . He didnt reply. Very rude person .

Every time I come here to buy my husbands cigars, I’m greeted with a smile and taught about the quality of cigars I’m curious about. They do NOT let you down!

I went to tobaco city in hopes to find a simple cigar kit for someone special. I didnt want to spend a lot of money but wanted to spend within my budget . Sam was helpful and very friendly. He helped me create a gift that was within my budget with great suggestions. I did not feel like he was just trying to make a quick sale as he assisted me I learned a bit about the products and the significance of each item. Sam went as far as tying a really cute bow that made my gift look extra special.Thanks Sam 😊Im still smiling from the gift and my experience there.

Tobacco City is the best place to purchase cigars on the south side of Chicago. Each employee knows their product. Often Sam has a rare gem. The atmosphere is awesome and the patrons are friendly and you often find a lively conversation.

Found out about this place just looking for local cigar shops around the neighborhoods. Decided to stop in. I was very surprised about their cigar selection inside the huge walk in humidor!! They even have some great items for pipe smokers too!! Their home made blended flavor pipe tobaccos are amazing and priced better than anywhere in the area. You wont find a better selection of what your looking for. They are extremely knowledgeable on everything from choosing cigars, to vape item and even advice on cigar care and properly setting up your humidor. Such friendly people, and even a small smoking lounge to enjoy a fine cigar!! Wish I could spend more time here!!! Thanx guys!!!

Tobacco City is the most knowledgeable about there business & will give you the most quality cigars that your money is willing to go to . They always have a good selection of cigars which makes it hard to choose from . With that being said the knowledge there will definitely get you the one that you are most looking for . The best I’ve ever have been too always the freshest to be had. Definitely a 5 star establishment !
