Here’s why:-Easy Parking-Great prices-Friendly and professional Staff-Cleanliness-Value of service for price paid-Attention to detail-Looks out for customersDescription of my experience:My masseuse was constantly communicating with my about my level of comfort and intensity level.The service rep looked out for me because they understood the value was better at getting a full hour vs the half hour I purchased. I had only 30 minutes so I couldn’t do the full hour but they wanted me to have a great value and I very much appreciate that.After the service they poured me water without asking.They thanked me for coming in and said bye.I am absolutely coming back. And I never really go back to massage places lol. I’m happy I found a spot.

My wife took me here for my Birthday and I have to say, they did a great job. As we proceeded to leave, we tried to leave a tip but they still wasn’t satisfied. The look on their faces were extremely dissatisfied. My wife tipped both parties $5 but they wanted more. We advised them both and the receptionist that they did a great job but they still wanted more and was very displeased with our contribution. Great job but really made me feel some type of way after leaving. I think they should be glad we even tipped. “We don’t have too”. It’s an option not mandatory. Won’t be back and definitely won’t recommend. Just my opinion.

First time coming here, I have been looking for a good place to get a massage. Called in to check for availability and the person who answered the phone was very courteous. Walked in and was greeted with a smile and he led me to the room. Kevin was awesome, he knew right away where to focus even before I could even say anything. Thank you for such a great service and will definitely be back.

I arrived 10 min late with my mom for our appointment, and we almost missed our chance to be seen. It was entirely our fault and we apologized profusely. Thankfully the staff was incredibly understanding and still accommodated us. Our service was excellent and didn’t feel rushed despite the hiccup. We absolutely loved the massage. My daughter took me here for my birthday and it was a very pleasant surprise. I received a full massage from head to toe for 60 minutes. I felt better than I had felt in a while. The staff were very nice and thorough.

First time customer . Last time customer . Our couples massage was good . Took my husband here for his 39th birthday on today . Was greeted with a smile . When it was time to leave the smile left , and we were told to just go ahead because we only tipped $10 . “ LIKE WOW “ . I know a lot of people and I am known for sending referrals everywhere I go . This place will never get our business again nor anyones business that we know . I’ve been in the customer service business for over 18 years now , and what I know is to always be grateful and satisfied for any amount of tip given . Our service was paid for in full . Tipping an additional $10 is something I wanted to do for appreciation . Because you have some people in the world that don’t even believe in tipping . I’m not one of those people . But I definitely do feel some type of way when my $10 tips aren’t appreciated . I was happy and glad to give it . But good luck in the future .

Received the 90 minute package. 50 mins strictly on my feet. I enjoyed it immensely. The only issue is youre lying down during the treatment. Next time Ill be sure to request a towel or pillow for my lower back because I will return!

They sweat you for tips, they are very rude asking for tips..as tips are optional the guy has the audacity to come running out to the car demanding a tip and inform me not to come back. I would have totally tip if they had not been so aggressive and making me feel obligated to do so . I have never in all of my life seen such foolishness. I WOULDNT advise everyone not to come there. The star is only because I couldnt post without. Only star they deserve is a big fat ZERO!!!!!!!!!

I came to Angel for the foot reflexology due to the pain I have in my feet but got so much more. I dont know the persons name who worked on me but she gave me an experience that I wont forget. I had pleasure and pain ( nothing nasty) I will definitely be back. They place is clean and the staff professional. The only drawback is the language barrier, not much English.

Very comfortable environment, I had a 90-minute massage, it was a magical experience, I met a great masseur, he deeply relieved my cervical and waist pain, to thank him I paid a $40 tip, he was very happy and gave me a hug, a very pleasant massage experience, I will bring my friends back together

My girl and I went for the first time and I must say that it was wonderful. The massage was very soothing and the atmosphere was very relaxing, the price wasnt bad either

I’ve been going to this spa for over 2years and it’s always an amazing experience. All the masseuse are professional,warm, communicative. Shout out to my all time favorites though Miss Coco and Mr Tom. 💪I always leave feeling refreshed.

They do a good job getting all the knots and kinks out. Lol I felt like I got beat up a bit initially but felt good the next day. If you can’t take the pressure I recommend you tell them to go light to medium.

I just worked for the first time in a year after having been a stay at home mom 11 hour shifts for a convention 2 days in a row. I have another shift tomorrow. I came here for the second time. the first time it was good. But today; I guess the universe knew that I really needed a good massage. Peter was amazing worth every dollar. I tipped $25. That’s How good he was. These people work so hard and they give us so much. I hope everyone reading this review tips these wonderful, lovely human beings well because they deserve it, especially when they do a great job. I will definitely be back. Oh, and they were kind enough to stay open a little bit later they do go above and beyond.

This is part of my weekly wellness regiment. The service is consistent. The environment is quiet. The service is terrific.

I was expecting one of those express massages like at the mall, over the clothes, but I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I got a double massage, the 65 minute one. It was so professional and felt great! They even used hot rocks! The walls are a little thin, so you can hear other clients walking down the hall, but it was never super loud where it ruined the vibe. Definitely worth the money, the 65 minute massage was $50. Plus they give you a punch card, 9 massages and the 10th is free!

Coco was great. Little lady but very strong hands and I usually go for Swedish massages

Angel Foot Spa is an amazing spa service offering soothing massages and the place is extremely clean with prompt service!

The massages were ok. Too rough for my liking but other than that it wasn’t bad. The woman at the front desk was very rude and completely ruined the entire experience. She was the reason we did not tip. Immediately after the massages she came in taking the towels off myself and my mother while we were still undressed. She did not leave the room as we got dressed which was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. There was absolutely no privacy as she rushed us out of the room. We had to dress while she stayed in the room because she would not allow us the privacy we deserved. I will never return.

Amazing massage. Peter (or English equivalent they gave me) is fantastic. I had another young man that literally fixed my plantar fasciitis that I’ve been struggling with for months. Inexpensive, get value, easy to schedule. I just cannot recommend enough!

I needed a break from all the stress and I impulsively booked a massage while waiting to meet with my family. I had an hour to spare and was in the area and did a Google map search and found this place with very reasonable prices. When I called they happened to have an immediate opening and booked me.The massage therapist was strong and attentive if the pressure was too much. I showed her an injury to my hand and she was careful to avoid the area.Now, English may not be their first language but the receptionist and massage therapist were kind and did not try to upsell me or pressure me into giving a tip. I tipped anyways because of the quality of service.Something else to note, the massage tables are separated by a curtain so talking is discouraged. Im a talker. However, taking in the massage without talking helped me be present and I still found the experience relaxing and it was something my body appreciated, hence the 5 stars.

It takes a little to get a groove with scheduling, but I love the same day availability. The lady who answers is great with communicating to your masseuse on pressure. They also offer hot stone which on some days is SO the little special upgrade needed, and they provide a private area. There was a different place I used to go in Tinley, but the owner was really rude and would scoff at tips and expected a minimum of $15 on a $30 (at that time) service. Angel Foot Spa are SO considerate and thankful for what you give (Im talking a solid 20% or so).

Been frequenting this spa over the last several years and have had good experiences. Ive done a group outing of 6, personal massages with my guy, a couple mother-daughter days and solo trips. Its always neat and clean with tranquil music and the massages are great. You do need to call in advance for an appointment and they will call you if youre late because they are timely. The prices have gone up over the years but are not unreasonable for the services...and of course they welcome tips.

Amazing service! Masseuse was very attentive, kind, and paid extra attention to the most tense parts of my body. The hot towels and stones felt amazing. Highly recommend to people who work on their feet all day, or those just looking to destress and unwind. Would highly recommend to everyone I know! Definitely coming back.

This is a great place to receive a quality massage at a reasonable price.I saw many reviews that discussed negative aspects of the business and many of the reviews lacked cultural awareness. I have always received quality customer service when I received a service because I accepted the the cultural differences. This is an Eastern massage and the massage incorporates different techniques than what we traditionally receive at other massage locations. I enjoy the new techniques and they are a great relief.

Today was my third time coming here and I didn’t enjoy my experience this time around. I brought my grandmother so that she and I may have a 90 mins massage. Would you believe they gave us a 90 min massage with our clothes on. That was totally strange considering I was requested to remove my cloths the other two times I went alone. Overall the massage was fine. However, it was less enjoyable and uncomfortable to have a full body massage with clothes on.

Website advertised one hour for $28.00.When we arrived there were prices posted that did not match the website at all. I showed her what was on her website and she agreed that was their website but prices had changed long ago. I said I would have rather gone to my preferred spa and paid them if I had know her prices were higher. I asked if she would honor that price since it was what was advertised and then next time I would know. She said NO. We left. Thats 2 massage therapist that lost out on money and my large tip! The owner also lost 2 good customers. You think she would have eaten the difference to keep your business.

I love this place and the price is great. I see people complaining that the massage was too rough. I think its standard procedure to give the masseuse direction regarding the pressure; I always have. They need feedback to customize your experience!

Normal pricing , but amazing massage

Wife purchased the one hour massage for me hoping it would be relaxing and a great experience. It was the opposite it was my first professional massage so I wasnt sure of the pain was part of the process or not but it was horrible. Three days later and my shoulders and neck are in still in pain. I was better before i went. Terrible experience and the tip suggestions arent really suggestions. Definitely wouldnt recommend. You think the price is good so try it out but it isnt worth it. If is service is substandard or its an experience I wouldnt try again I typically just dont return but this was so bad I felt obligated to let others know. Im not sure the name of the male masseuse but he was horrible.

I have never had a massage but Ms. Coco was AMAZING! Super considerate in ensuring the pressure was perfect and the massage was super relaxing. I want to rave about this place and let you know thar you will not be dissapointed! My husband and I came on a Sunday morning and were accomodated immediately. They do a good job for the most part but sometimes they are massage too fast like they are in a hurry. Also, what is with lifting your feet/legs and dropping them on the bed. I dont like it. Those karate chops at the end are too hard.

Receptionist always rude! I enjoy the massages and purchase 5-10 certificates each visit. I have 3 that expire today. Since massages require close contact, I delayed my visits due to the pandemic. Today, I asked if the expiration date could be extended, and was told NO!. Today will be my last visit! Poor customer service!!!!

Only knew of this place from purchasing a Groupon when I was short on cash but in desperate need of a massage! It was an...interesting experience, lol, but the ladies were nice & accommodating and the massage overall felt nice. I will ask them to stay away from my lower back next time...i was in a bit of pain for a few days afterward. Its no massage envy, but Ill probably return.

Horrible massage. My back and shoulders still hurt from the massage. The lady was too rough and she sat on my back to give me part of the massage. I will NEVER go back there again. On top of the horrible massage they expect you to give a minimum tip of $10. I Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

They are rude, they do a half job on massages then try to force you to tip plus the lady that answers the phone is a little rude and say we are so busy, they rush you to be on time for your appointments but, when they over book and you have to wait, no valid apologies or discounts.

Excellent massage. I got the massage for thirty minutes on the ankle and thirty minutes on the back and neck. They did an excellent job. Felt great and I will definitely go back again.

I had a Groupon and went in expecting a full one hour foot massage, I am really sore this monring because I was not expecting the full body massage that I received. I work at a Massage school and they do not focus much on feet so this is why I excited about having time spent on my feet. I cant say that I would truly go back again, it was not a pleasant experience for me.

Omg! This is a great inexpensive place to go get a 💆. Today was my spouse birthday and was looking for something cheap and simple. I found this place. For $20 we got shoulders, head, and feet massage for 30mins. We both fell asleep. Don’t look like nothing fancy but you still get the expenseive pampering. I’m definitely going back on a regular day. Heads up don’t be surprise when you call that you can’t understand the receptionist. She’s a sweet and young Asian lady who’s English isn’t the greatest. Just take ur time and listen closely.

My wife and I tried different massage establishments over the years, yet we keep coming back to Angel Foot Spa. I see many 1 Star reviews for this place but I must admit we have been really happy with the overall service for at least 5 years.

My friend recommended this place but when I went on the website I couldnt get no prices or talk to a person on chat. In addition I tried calling them to book an appointment. No answer and no way to leave a voicemail. I dont want to keep trying to contact just to see if I can get some service.

Stay away from this place there charging more but doing less. They won’t tell you that the prices has gone up until you hand over your card. Not good get it together Angels Foot Spa

Just got the 90 min combo foot/body. Amazing!! Very thorough even received hot stones. All for $60. Cant beat it.

He was very rough the whole time everything hurt i felt violated they had me get completely undressed except under wear and when he walked out to get rock he kept leaving door open and when painful massage was over instead of him leaving the room so i can get dresses he held up a towel when i put on my bra and shirt then he left the room leaving the doir ipen and i had ni pants on terrible experience will never go back and when you pay the cashier is begging for tips

Honestly the price is not bad but I think if you came to get a massage is because you will get relax but it wasn’t like that it was my first time when they done I was so mad since the person who gave the massage never did different he kept doing the same way as the beginning and at the end he did it like you do you clothes hand I will never come back very disappointed I got more pain that when I got this place if you want a really massage pay more but don’t waste your $$$$ here
