Ive been coming to Astros for a while, they never do me wrong. Went in yesterday wanting an e-nail and I walked out with my first puffco, the couple running the shop sold me on not only their enthusiasm but their knowledge of the setup itself and they’re owners of puffcos as well. 15/10 the best $280 I’ve spent 👌

I absolutely love this place! Jennifer is always so helpful, kind, active listener, and makes me walk out happy every time. When I was asking about a certain vape the manager Mo was helpful and got the product in asap after realizing it was out. I live in Whittier and drive here for my product because I used to live near there and you can’t beat a place that has great service, always a TON of items, and their prices are freaking amazing! This world doesn’t need to pay a ton to just get a little peace in their day. Thank you to EVERYONE at this shop. You all make my day a little brighter and better after I leave. The amount of products you have is unmatched, and the service is something I won’t settle for less on now.

I have been coming to this smoke shop for years now it is the best smoke shop in the area!! The prices are very reasonable and they have so much didnt products. I have bought all my rigs , bongs and all the attachments I could need . The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable jennifer always helps me find the right bongs. Lez is very helpful when it comes to delta products . Everyone that works here is very helpful and knowledgeable about they sell and are always ready to answer questions. COME HEREEE!!!

I’ve been shopping here for my vapes since I moved to BP back in October of last year. Their deals are the best I’ve seen in a vape shop. And their prices for disposables are even better. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable about their on hand products. I remember buying a FLUM one time and it was a dud out the box and the employee grabbed a fresh one after I voiced my concern. Thats what sold me and made me a repeat customer. It’d be cool if the shop made a website so you can see whats in stock or even like a loyalty system. Just a suggestion to the shop owner.

This is yet another one-stop shop that sells everything at an inflated price, hires high school dropouts who know nothing about hookahs or vaping, and whose only priority is getting you in and out. Prices are lousy, attitudes are everywhere, and they dont leave you alone with your thoughts. I have two specific issues: They wouldnt exchange a $5 box of coals (defective batches are rare but they do happen), this one girl who really REALLY needs to wear a bra said building your own coils is old school, didnt know what an rda was, and tried to exaggerate that their overpriced smok coils will last a few weeks (they dont). Im not going to get into morals about selling weed, flavored vape liquids and dodging sales tax, they know the risk. Nevertheless, Im convinced these kids are completely brain dead.

I also own a business and know the damage a bad review can do. But today’s visit was a 1star for sure. I been coming in for a few years now and always get the same thing every week (2-juices and 1 coil) the price was always the same for years ($35) but now they want ($40) and told me I been getting hooked up and the prices has always been $40 cash out the door.

Great selection of glass and rigs the Astros glass is alright but definitely not pure quartz bangers as they advertise I had one snap in half on me but great shop

My regulars smoke shop didn’t have the coral I was looking for. I called this place and they had it. The place was neat and clean and I found what I was looking for..

I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve probably dropped at least $150 on vapes in the last month alone at this location. I’m getting a direct deposit either tomorrow morning or later tonight. Just not sure yet. I asked if they could front me on a vape until tomorrow and they said no like I haven’t been coming here for years upon years upon years. Absolutely no such thing as customer loyalty. Extremely disappointed and I’ll be going somewhere else for my nicotine fix. They just lost big money. If I hadn’t been coming here since 2019, I wouldn’t be offended but I have.

I buy all my nectar collectors here. Last time they gave me a discounted price without me even asking. The guys that work here are awesome but the girl is pretty stand-offish. I just try not to go in when she is on shift.

I recently discovered litto while searching for another product.Not only did they have item I was looking for,but their selection was vast, and the prices were competitive.Buying litto vape is literally giving yourself a treat . From price to packaging and descriptions,everything is accurate and on point !Will try more of their falvours.

Ok I came it today pretty upset cuz the vape I bought the other day broke and broke a full cartridge, but the guy at the counter was so sweet and way nicer to me then he had to be and replaced it immediately with a better one!! Great customer service and helpful staff. Also great for dab rigs and dab accessories

This smoke shop is amazing they have an amazing selection of glass , shirts and everything you can think of. Every time I am in there I find something new and the amazing workers are always happy to explain what it is and how it works. Not to mention the incredible energy the workers give off always so helpful and nice. This is the best smoke shop I have been too !!

I love them. The smoke shop has a vibe, fair prices, and a huge selection of items, including glass, papers, and blunts. Everyone working there is kind, helpful, and patient. They are always stocked up and plus they’re open late. Love it!

Hands down best smoke shop I ever stepped foot in! It is so clean and they literally have everything you need. The customer service is phenomenal! They made me feel like family! The selection and prices is best in all of Orange County! I definitely will be a returning customer there! The vibe was amazing!

This vape shop is the worst in customer service. The girl with the long hair that works in the morning is EXTREMELY RUDE and inmature. She doesnt have a clue on the products shes selling and hads anger isssues. The store is ran by teens without customer service experience. I truly recommend you shop some where else. As for requesting to speak with a manager, I have requested to speak with a manager; however the manager is never around.

Great selection, great prices, staff is lovely. They always remember me when I come in, and have even made sure to specifically stock the juices I regularly buy for me! Havent shopped anywhere else in months.

Saw this shop open up a couple days ago. Was blown away by how friendly and helpful the employees are. Store is super clean and contains almost everything you can think of. Selection is top notch and customer service is way beyond standards. Comin back often here.

Yes in the middle of Anaheim slums there is an oasis that carries fresh hand rolls and as your won over by the owner and staff you will remember why this is your neighborhood and hopefully the other rundown spots here will get the picture and upgrade. I will offer yall 50hrs for 50hrs thats 50 paid and 50 free working hours not including breaks just to help get my neighborhood back so let me know. Hel I will even give you 50 75 lets make Anaheim better again.
