My husband and I went here and got charged 31$ for two small drinks. Maybe they accidentally double charged me? Then tried to go the the roof patio, and order another drink not knowing they charged us so much, and we werent able to get it . So they charged us 9$ more for the drinks we didnt even touch .
If you can avoid the aggressive bouncers starting fights at the front of the building with other patrons, you might have a good time. I will say the music selection here is trash.
Had a bouncer put Xs on both of my hands because I had an attitude. You cant deny someone to drink just because you dont like them. Also followed me into the bathroom and screamed at me. Usually bring 10-15 people here every other weekend but wont be coming back, any of us. The whole thing was very off
So…I had to find some place for a wedding party of 15. I went looking down Tejon Street in downtown Colorado Springs because that’s where the highest concentration of bars and clubs are at in CS. I researched and found that Blondies seemed to be the place to start. After an ID check I entered and I could tell it was a real upbeat place. I ended up talking to the manager, Jacob, and he was a real professional. He ended up renting us the Red Martini bar that was attached to club Blondies for a private party. We had a wonderful private venue where we could retreat to after dancing it up on the three floors of Blondies. The rooftop had a DJ, bartender and FIRE!!! Fire pits and rim of fire around the edge. The vibe is really cool. Back to the private party, the bartender Aaron was super professional and knowledgeable. He served us unique drinks all night long along with the staple drinks we all know and love. Try his Godfather! It’s great!Needless to say if you want to cut it up to some real upbeat electronic music the bottom floor is for you, if you want some more radio play type music, hit up the top floor! If you want to have a private party where you really feel like a VIP, talk to Jacob about the Red Martini. All in all, great experience made possible by Jacob.
Once you pass the prison visit-esque pat down the bouncers are forced to give you, its a really fun spot that draws a diverse crowd, especially on Fridays and Saturdays when the first floor has a live band playing. Upstairs can get crowded but the large spacious patio/balcony makes up for that.
Keia is an absolute wonder. She is delightful to order from and just quite simply put, one of the best around! Find her here locally when you also can consider yourself lucky!
Walked in, got one drink, got approached by security and they escorted me and my friends out for something we didn’t do. They said we did drugs in the bathroom when we didn’t even go in the bathroom we literally just got there. The female security guard was SO RUDE AND SO WRONG.also ruined my best friends birthday all we wanted to do was drink some and dance.
Overpriced, trashy, and full of the worst of Colorado Springs. Owner is a real piece of work. Resident mental patient always dancing and making people feel weird on the bottom floor. Been bounced for being on my phone in line. Been bounced for wearing non-formal attire. Been bounced for having a cracked id which matched my colorado app. Also waited at the bar for 20 minutes and dealt with a rude bartender when I asked for a vodka shot and a vodka soda. Literally just save your time, don’t go here or any other establishment this trash tycoon owns.
Me and my friends came here on a night out(bar hopping) and all though it was for only 1 drink it was nice and strong and the outdoor area was very nice.
Went lastnight and check was $72 , not a problem! I tipped $10 on top of that and looked on my account this morning and they charged me $86..how? I go here all of the time and never had this problem..
Security guards all have a napoleon complex. The way they talk to paying customers is absolutely disgusting. I was attacked and pulled out of there, because the guard told me to put my jacket back on, because my tank top didnt fit the dress code. I asked him why the women next to the bar was able to wear her tank top, and he and 3-5 other guards jumped on my back, tired to choke me and force me down the stairs. I really believe because I was holding the hand of my husband prior to this incident, that he 100% was homophobic, and didnt like the fact that he felt small next to me. I want to press charges on the guard that jumped on me. He was a disgusting excuse for a human, and was extremely aggressive from the start. I could have been severely injured, for absolutely no reason at all. Me nor any person I know or associate with will ever be at that establishment again. I know if u have cameras, they will prove that what Im saying is valid. I would love it if management could reach out to rectify the issue.
My friend and I went to Blondies after visiting another bar and went straight to the restroom on the second floor. As many women do, we went to the restroom together, and after a couple minutes, a man, who did not announce himself, started banging on the door, demanding us to come out. Of course, if a man is banging on the door two women are not going to immediately come out, and we finished going to the restroom. When we came out the man demanded we leave the bar and tried to shove me down the two steps that are by the restroom entrance. When I didnt let him push me down the stairs he then grabbed me and pushed me to the ground, hard enough to knock the wind out of me. NOT ONCE did he tell us what we did wrong. Other bouncers were holding him back telling him he was going too far. Finally as we were being shoved down the stairs I looked a woman bouncer in the eye and begged her to tell me what we did wrong and she told me two people are not allowed to go to the bathroom together. This is not posted ANYWHERE. Not ONCE were were told this before being screamed at and physically assaulted. Terrible experience. We were there for a total of 10 minutes before being assaulted
I wish I could actually give this place 0 stars. My husband and I were walking back to our car from a date at Lumen8 and an employee from Blondies ran into my husband with a bucket of ice and then tried to start a confrontation with my husband who had done nothing wrong. My husband and I continued walking back to the car and then parked closer to Blondies and asked to speak to a manager. We returned and were then given the go around. Finally, we spoke to the manager (Jacob) who told us his “guys told a different story” about what had happened and he would have to review the video footage. He then told my husband he was being “confrontational” and walked away. We will be filing a formal complaint with the city and hopefully Blondie’s business license will be revoked. As a COS patron and community member, I am appalled and disappointed at this establishment’s treatment of me and my husband as we were simply walking back to our vehicle in front of Blondies after what should have been an enjoyable evening with friends.
Gotta appreciate the rooftop bar, but the music could use a facelift. Rude bartenders, disgusting 2 stall bathrooms and HouseMusic is not going to keep me here to say the least. Not to mention how crazy it gets here because the military guys can not go to any of the other bars in the strip, I unfortunately was caught in the middle of a fight not to long ago and took an unexpected punch to my face by a man. If you are looking for a good night I do not recommend coming to this bar.
Some nights there are pretty fun but yesterday there was an overflowing urinal. Literally a quarter inch of urine covered the entire bathroom floor. Smelled awful, really permeates throughout the entire establishment. Also staff there are generally rude. Understandable considering the patrons are equally incorrigible. But I used to think it was the classiest option downtown, not the case in 2023
I typically love going here, but I had one bad experience that makes me not want to go back... a few weeks ago my friends and I went and one of the female bartenders was extremely rude. We ordered a drink and a couple of shots and each time she practically threw the drink at us, making it spill on the table. The first time we ordered I left a tip, but the second time I chose not to because of the service and my drink spilling on the table. She said she wouldnt serve us anymore because we didnt tip and that we would have to go somewhere else. This was just really frustrating. Ive been a bartender before, so I know how stressful things can get, but this was a bit much...
I’m typically a normal here when my friends and I go out on the weekend - that might change. We went this past weekend and had quite the experience with a young lady at the bar (bartender). I ordered a simple vodka and Redbull and (admittedly) I didn’t tip as I felt opening a premade drink into a glass and adding ice was not worth it. (I mean how hard is that really?) The bartender took note of this and when I went up again to order a lemon drop shot she abruptly told me verbatim “I’m not going to serve you if you don’t tip”. After checking my bank account later that evening I noticed a transaction had gone through on my orders with more than the receipt amount I had signed for. (In short, she ended up adding a tip for herself of which I didn’t approve.)Here’s the issue: 1. Under my understanding, a tip is a courtesy NOT a requirement to be served (they also do not note this “policy” anywhere on signs or their website that a tip is required). 2. I have gone multiple times before and done the exact same and this has never ever been an issue. (Also was what would’ve been a $1.00 tip really worth going out of your way to be rude to a customer?)I get that those in the serving industry value tips and the extra money, but what happened tonight was uncalled for, unprofessional, and quite frankly I’m pretty baffled that that even happened.. it definitely put a damper on the rest of the night.
An absolute cesspool. If you wanna feel belittled and get in a fight then youll feel right at home
On New Years Eve, my (extremely well behaved and under control) Service Dog and I were denied access to this club. The excuse was that it was too crowded and my dog would be stepped on. This is an assessment that is only my right as a Handler to determine and the establishment is not permitted under law to make this assessment. However, I was denied anyway. I am 120 pounds and the risk of my SD getting stepped on is no higher than anyone elses, including someone in a wheelchair or double my size. To the management, I hope you never have to personally experience the level of discrimination you represented toward me as a result of my disability and chosen medical equipment.
Its pretty fun, really upbeat music to dance and sing too. I love coming here with my girls.
This place is bad. They were pushing people with their hands to get out of the bar as it’s freezing outside. We’re waiting for an Uber and they start pushing my husband out of the door and he pushes back and then one of the bouncers starts telling my husband to fight one of the bouncers and then the cops take my husband in hand cuffs. Awful bar and awful human beings. They don’t care about anyone besides themselves. Do not visit here.
I’ve been a bartender for 12 years and i’ve never experienced the level of disrespect as we did tonight at any bar across the country. bartender didn’t like that the boys had their shirt unbuttoned a button… even tho the bouncers let us in like that. an unidentified man (bartender apparently?) holding a cigarette in one hand and a drink in the other came up and aggressively demanded they button up their shirts completely. since we thought it was some random patron, we hesitated and asked why. how dare we. immediately assaulted and thrown against a brick wall. i’ve never seen such an abuse of “power”, simply ask us nicely to leave due to violation of dress code— don’t immediately resort to inflicting bodily harm on respectful guests. will be filing a police report and following up to get the security footage to pass along to our lawyers. don’t waste your money here— a bunch of incompetent and inconsistent staff
Was bar hopping for my birthday, came here for a shot. My girlfriend and I sat down and were talking. Next thing you know security comes up and tells me there’s a “dress code” and that I need to turn around my backwards hat. It’s a bar/club get over yourself
Best Club in the Springs for those that enjoy EDM!
A guy tried to fight my friend while he was with his girlfriend and they were trying to pay their tab. For some reason it kept declining when they tried paying even after showing the bartender they had money in their account. So they asked if they could cash app the bartender because they didn’t know what was wrong and another bartender jumped over the counter to fight my friend then security removed my friend like he was the problem it’s super upsetting that this places hires unprofessional anger management needing white supermecists please stay away from this place if you don’t want to get hurt
This review has been a long time coming. My girls and I had a small staycay for a friends birthday in Colorado Springs. We live in Denver. Anyway we wanted a night out and unsure where to go. We are used to downtown Denver vibe. When I tell you Blondies was definitely the BEST choice I MEAN IT! The entire staff treated us so well. We spent most of our time on the rooftop deck enjoying drinks and dancing. The bartenders, security and even the DJ were all so nice and treated us well. The DJ took requests with no issue. When there were creeps not leaving us alone the bartender and security handled it and Jacob Johnson helped put everything together for our night out. The only downside was the rooftop closes earlier than the other levels and we were ready to stop the party! 😉
This place is Homophobic! Do not bring your friends here. They will harass you and make you leave or Attack you if you are not in a so called dress code. I would like management to reach out to resolve this.
Overall it wasnt a bad experience, however, stairway lighting to the roof is essential and there wasnt any...major safety concern. Drunkenness and a dark stairway equals an accident waiting to happen.
The “bouncers” here are on a serious power trip I was let into the club initially but 10 minutes later a 5’5 female “bouncer” tried to kick me out because I was wearing a raiders jersey as I was about to order a drink. My first thought was she was joking with me until she grabbed me and tried to escort me out. I told her I was going to wait for my friends and when she couldn’t budge me she decided to radio another “bouncer” who got very violent with me and my brother who was also shocked we were being kicked out over my jersey. They then proceeded to threaten to pepper spray us once we were already out of the club. The female “bouncer” who was on a major power trip taunted us once we were already out of the club, and proceeded to radio to all of the clubs on that street that we had started a fight with them!! When we told the club across the street (cowboys) what we were really kicked out for they couldn’t believe how pathetic the “bouncers” across the street acted and welcomed us into their club. I recommend if anyone is thinking of going into this club do yourself a favor and don’t they think it’s okay to assault someone over what they’re wearing. Go the cowboys next door! That place is awesome!!
My boyfriend was trying to pay our tab and the nice bartender was trying to work with us because we genuinely didn’t know why our payment was declining after so many declines “with money in the account “ we asked if we could cash app or pay pal the bartender because we really didn’t know what was going on ( it Litteraly said we had 2k in the account) another bartender started calling my boyfriend broke and jumped over the bar to fight him while we was trying to figure out payment super unprofessional and super sad that this place hires people like that I used to love coming here with him and have never had a problem but after the bartender jumped over the bar to grab my boyfriend (for no reason) security grabbed my boyfriend like he was the problem and removed us it’s very upsetting this is how they treat there guest with no respect or consideration when just trying to pay their tab
Super disgusting place.Dark and dingy whole place seemed sticky All the security people just wondered around kicking people out for “dress code” instead of worrying about actual threats and safety concerns! It is a get drugged easy type place with no fault of your own ladies/gents beware!!!-10/10 they should be shut down
Always a favorite especially because there’s no cover needed, don’t wear your hat there they won’t let you in or hold it. Relaxed, a different theme to each floor so there’s something for everyone. Pool tables in the back are fun. Rooftop bar and deck sitting areas are amazing in warm weather. The clientele can get a little sketchy and I don’t really think anything can be done about this more than what they do. There’s lots of bouncers and staff for security though.
Within like 20 mins of being here we seen 3 different people throwing up (which some bystanders were thrown up on) and a girl getting drug out on her back puking fighting the bouncers. Pure entertainment 😆this place is wild, I dig it
Security WILL assault you. i have a bruised clavicle and finger print bruises all over my arms. along with my friend. we are pressing charges. i would avoid this place. we were thrown out for simply talking about womens rights. security guard was at least three times the size of us and still assaulted us. they threw me down the stairs and i lost my shoes. this happened friday night. we both had to go to the ER the following morning due to all the pain we were in.
Cute & cozy w/nice nice era related art & decor. Service was great, our bartender was nice & very sweet. Yes, you are carded at the door. Love smokers balcony w/a nice warm cozy fire pit & comfy couches. We also enjoyed the pool tables $1 a game in quarters.
I went here with my sister for her sexy school girl contest. It was a lot of fun decently priced drinks, good music and I met a lot of cool new people. Only bad part was there was a fight in the bathroom but that is pretty normal when people drink a little too much. I would definitely go again.
I was ignored when trying to buy a drink. Never got the drink. Other people spoke up for me and the bartender shrugged. Im a military vet. This goes to show it doesnt matter where I go, people will deliberately not serve me. I went through the whole list of why I wasnt served. I wish I could give no stars but I want people to see my experience. Im very saddened. I fight for my country and this is what happens when I come back. This is my experience and Im very saddened and hurt by this.
The ground floor dj kept starting music and then just wandering away to chill with some dudes by the pool tables. He didnt actually dj. I hope they arent paying him. They could just make a playlist of EDM and play that for free. The bathrooms stink even though theres no visible reason. The music isnt really loud enough on any of the floors. The cranberry vodka was $8 and tasted more like everclear than vodka.
Really cool spot but the security are a bunch of lames. Type of security that works here are like the kids in school who got picked on so they became police officers to have some kind of power over others. Other than that cool place good vibes.
The bartenders didn’t bother to even look our way. It wasn’t until 10-15 minutes later that one of the other customers took the time to ask us why we weren’t being served. He asked a bartender why everyone else was served ahead of us, and she said she only served “half the bar”. Finally, another bar tender took my order after she saw there was a problem. I told them my friend and I didn’t expect to be discriminated against for being Black, especially in such an “inclusive” place like Colorado Springs. One bartender didn’t even seem to care and carried on about her day, while the other one finally served me. I don’t recommend this place to any people of color or our allies.
Went here for my 21st birthday. My boyfriend and I were on the rooftop and both had to go down to use the restroom. My boyfriend left his nice jacket on the rooftop. I waited in the line to go back upstairs while he went to ask security if he could get his jacket back. Security told him “I heard you for the 40th f’in time” even though he only asked once. The guard tackled him to the ground even though my boyfriend was not violent at all and kicked him out leaving me wondering what happened. Completely ruined the celebration of my birthday as well as our night. Also now my boyfriend does not have his $60 electronic cigarette due to the conflict with security. We spent near $100 there buying drinks for ourselves as well as others trying to have a good time. Thank you blondies for ruining my 21st birthday!!! The security in question that tackled my boyfriend was Hispanic wearing glasses, about 58” 175~ Lbs.
Great vibe til you watch the over glorified babysitters dragging tiny females out by their feet. Poor thing was drug out on her back and wasnt even doing anything but being drunk. Power trip much?
Was here last night along with Cowboys and Mansion. These places all have potential and can all use some help from Bar Rescue. Blondies was discussing dryed up puke in every room. The pool tables by the bathrooms look worse than the free ones on Craigslist also the stench will make ya gag if you go by it. The DJ was an absolute fraud PLAYING HARDWELL YouTube Hardwell on air Ive never been in a club and heard a DJ play another DJS YouTube video and act like it was him. Normally places like this are well promoted. Cater to ladies offer drink specials promote bottles and sell table services. For a Saturday night it was pathetic. Bartender she was rude as can be threw ice at someone walking by that could be dangerous if people were actually dancing. Its sad Colorado Springs needs good bars clubs n night life the venues are big enough to have great talent and a packed house but the management doesnt know how to clean promote or find out what guests think. PS management if your hiring and would like my services please get back to me.
You need to get rid of that manager. He doesnt take care of the place and his employees hate him.He lies and isnt friendly. He is very arrogant, which is probably why he hires the DJs he does. The place is a lot cleaner that The Mansion, but its also a lot smaller and less ghetto. They really need to get DJs to play what people come there to listen to. Not what they want. WE COME TO DANCE!!
Everyone that works there is super cool. The short security guard is cool. Had to leave a review after the Manager bought me a shot! Definitely coming back here.
The drinks were poured well. However the DJ is TERRIBLE. He doesnt take requests, will take your money and not play your song. Keeps playing the same lame music even though no one is dancing.
This is always a fun place to go to. I like that there are usually two djs. The dance floor is a decent size, but you do tend to be bumped into pretty regularly by the traffic in and out of the bathroom area and the area where they have pool tables. I like that there are three floors, one of them being a nice outside terrace with fireplaces. Usually always have a good time when I am there. What would make it a 5? Probably a larger dance floor with a cooler light/laser display, but that is difficult to make happen I realize.
Had such a good time for my friend’s birthday celebration. We went to the rooftop and Jecinda did such a great job with the drinks and kept us entertained when we were enjoying the views and music from the rooftop.
Went here a couple months ago and meant to put this review! The rooftop is insane!!! So much fun here during our visit! Staff is so awesome and Adam the bartender is hilarious….I’ll back for sure!
I bought $30 tickets for my group of 8 to have brunch and watch the parade from their rooftop. When we got there they said the rooftop wasn’t open but we could watch from their second floor balcony. The balcony was very small and since we weren’t right up against the rail we couldn’t see. The tickets were just a rip off. I left aNd went next door to Vans where I watched from their rooftop for free. I’m very frustrated to have wasted the money on Blondies bogus tickets.
Your mileage may vary. If you like clubs, this is alright for a midsized Midwestern town. Theres a rather spacious and nice rooftop dance floor and bar, an always overcrowded second level balcony and bar. The main dance floor on the ground floor is disappointing at best. Its rather small, located in a high traffic area and near the stairs. Its suboptimal on many levels. The music is alright, depending on the DJ. At best its inoffensive remixes of popular pop and EDM tracks.
Every time I go, I have a good time. The music is usually good, and the bartenders are fast and accurate. It isnt kept especially clean, though. Dust on glassware, passable bathrooms (for a club.)
Awesome aesthetic with great drinks. But I knew I was gonna have a good time before I even entered when the door man, Anthony started the whole experience off nice with his out going welcoming energy.
Going out is a thing of the past but whenever i do choose to go out. I somehow feel safer doing so with knowing the security on site is quick, effective and alert. The place is a very nice environment.
We went there on a trip to the Broadmore. Do not go there! We spent the evening before trying to get through all of the cops outside of the bar next door, after eating dinner close by. We decided to try Blondies because they hadnt been open our first night in town and we expected a little higher class of people. We were wrong! The bartenders were snotty and horrible at pouring a proper drink! The bouncers were passive to say the least. Someone got thrown out and walked right past the bouncer to get back in. One of the servers took our full drink, when we went to the bar to ask for another...they refused. Dont waste your time or money! So many other places to visit in that area. Oh-but not the Mansion or the Martini bar next it. The same people, own all of them!!
Went last night with some friends. Was a chill evening. Only concern was the gals bathroom, neither stall door actually locked. All for meeting new and interesting peeps but, ahem, not that way
Nice vibe. The bartenders are great
They made me take off my sweatshirt at the door which wouldn’t have been a problem except they don’t have a spot to hang it so I had to leave it on the patio and there were several other people in the establishment wearing sweatshirts inside so I don’t know why I was singled out. Ridiculous.
This place discriminates on the patrons who go there to have fun. We went there to have s good time and had 3 drinks before we were approached by security telling my friend that he had to leave because he seemed like he was drunk because he was limping, well my friend wears a prosthetic which was the reason for his limp. They never approached him and asked him why he was limping all they did was point fingers and said that he was drunk cause of his limp. The security guy said that his manager had told him to tell my friend he had to leave for that reason. Well we explained why he was limping and we refuse to leave. I was baffled for the way my friend was being discriminated against just for his limp. We asked to speak to the manager and we were told no. You would think if an issue arises and a customer needs to spesk to a manager in regards to an issue there eould come down and speak to that custoner, its part of customer service, you dont just leave a customer standing there not being helped. So we waited for a friend to come downstairs so we can leave the premises because we were not gonna stay in a a place that discriminates against their patrons. Before leaving I approached a female security and asked to see if they had a business card for the manager and she said no and she asked why I needed one. I told her so I can file a complaint against him for discrimination. Since she didnt have a card I asked her to have the manager come talk to me and she said no, so this is when I told her my lawyers will take care of this matter thank you and walked away. Well right before we exited the building the first initial security guy that tried to kick my friend out for saying he was drunk for limping not knowing my friend wears a prosthetic leg came up with the manager, this was only after I mentioned lawyers. We spoke to the manager and he apologized and said he didnt know my friend had a prosthetic, so I told him you never asked or approached my friend why he was limping or if he was ok. He just assumed my friend was drunk because he was limping. I told the manager he can face a potential discrimination suit for the actions he took and all he could do was apologize. All previous reviews talks about how bad security is in this place and this has taken it to another level. We will no longer patronize this place because of the discrimination my friend had to endure.
Bartender charged my credit card a $50. It should only be $31 drinks and I was also nice enough to give her $6 in tips. But when I looked at my receipt, there was a printed saying Authorized up to $50.00 that I didnt notice up until I saw my bank charge. I am very disappointed and have learned my lesson to never use credit cards on any bars now. This just happened last night when I decided to hang out with my cousins and their fiancés. So in short not a very good experience at all 😭
Adam the bartender is the best person ever. He knows how to make you smile. He knows how to do cool tricks and tears everybody with respect. He will make your whole night better.
Rude bartenders, OVERpriced drinks on the upstairs level (how is a shot $18?), basic music. Only redeeming factor is the dance floor. Dont leave anything lying around! It will likely get stolen
Giving this place two stars bc the bartenders were amazing and so was the security. Now if you want go listen to music thats ten years old, thats on you. I was more concerned about the electrical more than anything.
Security extremely heavy handed, throwing a guy out violently that was trying to help them in a bad situation. Then the manager of the security said that guy instigated and threatened to involve the police. Very unprofessional and disgraceful to the patrons of their bar.
This is the sort of place that will lose your credit card and ID and then threaten to throw you out when they cant find it. Man bun and the trashy blonde bartender on the roof are absolute incompetents. Refused to stop slinging drinks and look for my ID, let me stew for about an hour waiting for them to actually do their job. Finally, I had to complain to a manager who found it within 30 seconds. Absolute garbage service by garbage staff. These folks dont deserve to be employed. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Blondies is a great place to be at on the weekends! the atmosphere and service is great. Casey is a great bartender who always makes sure my drinks are made perfectly and i am taken care of!!
Thieves! The employees here are thieves. Be careful and make sure to secure your things to you. The bouncers also steal and throw away customer belongings without notice or anything! Crazyness!
Decent bar service, avoid otherwise. I left briefly to talk to somebody outside of the bar and was initially not let back in by the bouncer at 0131. I told him that my jacket was inside and I needed to pay my tab (both true), and he told me that I could do that tomorrow. He also threatened to call the cops because of this. This is a terrible way to treat your customers, and I will not be back because of this.
The bartenders here will rob you! Dont trust them! My girlfriend, my sister and I went to this club Saturday night 6/16/18. I was there as the designated driver. I had purchased a few drinks for them. When I got the bill the damage was $30.00! Yikes! right? Its Blondies tho and they have always over charged for their drinks. So I paid $30.00 with a $0.00 tip and $3.00 cash tip. I checked my bank account the next morning, to my surprise I had been charged $36.00! I suspect he had added $6.00 as his tip! Now I know its not a lot of money, its the fact that I was charged an amount I didnt approve of! In my eyes thats theft and should be grounds for termination! I really hope that this gets fixed and my money is returned to me. I will be contacting my bank and filing for fraud on monday. I will repost the outcome to let you all know how they dealt with this situation.
My friends and I got kicked out for something that someone else did. Check you cameras????
Went there one night was a nice place interesting choice of music, all alternative, not bad for some people just not for everyone, bartenders were awesome!
Security is a joke and discriminatory. I walked in, went upstairs to the balcony, had not ordered anything, and within 5 minutes was asked for my ID and told I was cutoff. What? Apparently they saw me walk into a glass door. I think I would have memory of that seeing as how I do not drink alcohol and was therefore completely sober. Security or bartender or whoever he was is complete rubbish.
This place was crowded! I normally hate crowds, but this crowd was fun, young and upbeat. Great music, and no trouble getting inside, even though it was St. Patricks Day - a very busy night on the strip!
Blondies was a decent Go Out For Drinks experience, but my friend had the tab that night, so I didnt deal with the bar enough to make a good judgment on their staff. The inner atmosphere is pretty lively, though the dance floor can get crowded. The gogo dancers are cute and like what they do, so thats a plus, though on the downside, I started a battle and one of the staff actually came up to me and said Hey man. Dont break-dance, which cheapens any club experience if youre the Get Your Groove On type (which I happen to be). Also, as anybody knows, parking in Downtown Springs is a biz-natch, and Blondies is by no means free of the hassled parking! All in all, the experience was good, but I have a high patience threshold and I was being treated to drinks.Ergo, it was average. Not a bad little place, but Id like to see some nightclubs open up around here that are big enough to support well-sized crowds.
Awesome place to be ! Great music great vibes , awesome drinks and The security it’s on point always !! Never have to worry about my safety or worry in general . They are awesome guys ! Definitely definitely recommend this place !
Dont go to blondies, my buddy and I were kicked out for one reason, our haircut. They dont support military. My buddy and I were dancing not harassing anybody 6 security guards kicked us out because our haircuts. Im really disappointed In the security there. I will never go there again because they are against fadesand service members. Dont support blondies because they dont support us..., and after that they will steal valor saying they are E-6 E-7s with full beards, Im so disappointed with the security there I will never go there again, and if you do make sure you dont have a fade because they will take your money and bounce you out
Very amazing place to go and have fun!The music and atmosphere is phenomenal and I always feel very safe because the doormen do such a great job of keeping this place safe!
The place had a crowd which is what made the experience more fun. We got our drinks incredibly fast and actually made a few friends.
Casey S on the first level was AMAZING. Probably one of the best bartenders Ive had at Blondies. Definitely will be coming back because of him!!! Love it!!
So I was at this place I played some pool n got water. After I came back I was told I was not aloud to enter I wasnt drunk and did nothing out of line. But yet I felt singled out for seemingly no reason, and if there was a reason it was never explained to me. I went to have a good night with my friends n left very early due to alienation... I will never go to blondies again...
Pretty sure I got drugged here
Owner/management definitely has a preference for customers they want. Bouncers enforce strict dress code. Drinks sub par. One star for the rooftop
Beware. My niece got roofied here a week ago. Ladies, be alert.
Courtney has had to have been the best bouncer I ever encountered while having a night out , just a fair and just person . 10/10
One of the worst wana be clubs in Springs. Pertencious bouncers who wont let college kids in because the colors of their shirts - wear MOM JEANS or dont get in and OMG dont wear a sports team... not that anyone would wana go here. The guy at the door smells like old seafood and thinks he owns the place (in his 30s typical bro type) Dont waste your $$ go to Denver.
I love going to blondies, such a fun atmosphere and a great place to get drinks. The bartenders always try their best to get to everyone and not skip over anybody and the staff is incredible
That Man Greg at the door best bouncer I’ve seen in years. Great place I definitely recommend going here if your looking for a great time in Colorado Springs(:!
Visiting, and found an exciting nightlife downtown. First we were told to check out the Mansion, Blondies big brother of a club. They told us to skip the cover and hit up Blondies.Great decision! Multi level experience, superb artistic decor, professional & helpful staff, and some of the best security ive ever seen at a club. And the dj kept the party going non stop.
Pure Trash!!! There is no cover and that is the only thing I can say good about Blondies. But let me say you get what you pay for.... splurge the money and pay the cover next door at the Mansion!! You will have a much better time. Blondies hires pathetic bouncers on a power trip, ugly bar tenders who cant mix a drink to save their lives. Guys come out to see beautiful women, you wont see them here! I recommend the Mansion who has the best bar tenders, women and the bouncers are actually nice. Blondies has no class. Not my style. There is a reason that all the reviews here are bad!
I think her name was jecinda. But she was amazing tonight. The noise was loud but she never got my drink wrong and always served with a smile!!
Mia, the bartender in the back, has really good service, she knows how to make drinks!!
Valerie from the 3rd floor is incredible. She works fast while freezing up there. She even had something wrong with her hand and was bartending fast and accurately with one hand
The Doorman And Bouncers are great and very professional I feel comfortable know that they are there the Lead Doorman / Bouncer is super professional and carries himself with Pride
Nice spot to hang … bartenders are awesome the bouncers are dope. A rooftop with a fire pit along the whole wall what more can you ask for…
Security here needs to be re staffed. Predators with major ego problems. Not a safe environment for females.
Best bar in downtown Colorado Springs, Everybody is really nice, great bartenders, bar manager is great. Will be back for sure!
Not safe for women! Security will get violent when they need to feel something. Disgusting
Better than Mansion, draw back is dance floor is small!!
Love the atmosphere feel safe there. Casey is the best bartender in town always makes you feel welcome.
The whole experience was A+ Valerie was making magical drinks and had our entire party ready to roll.
Jecinda is a great bartender at Blondies, she always makes our drinks correctly, I have never had a bad experience with her, she’s very friendly.
I love this place, people, go there, meet bartenders, dance, go on an open roof top, 2nd floor has awesome balcony lounge, they make good drinks, you will always find someone to talk to, you can go to Mansion bar through the back door if you have Mansions stamp, all sorts of convenient, fun, electric, energetic and awesome.
Awesome hangout for a Friday night. Staff is very nice and gets rid of troublemakers real quick. Drinks are priced well.
Its a loud bar. Drinks are expensive and good for the 25-21 crowd. If youve been to a bar before and dont like alot of people this isnt the place for you.
Kicked me out for being “too drunk” when I wasn’t partying like everyone else. I was sober, I was just sitting down
This isnt my favorite bar in Colorado Springs. It is more of a younger Club setting with a hookup culture vibe. It could be your thing but in my early 30s, it was not mine.
Terrible service. Rude people. Bar tender didnt listen. What the heck? Looks awesome from the outside but your wrong colonel sanders momma right. Looks are deceiving.
The best staff. Knowledgeable on wines great on mixed drinks. Brendan is my favorite bartender. Definitely my place.
Love Blondies, super fun establishment. Not currently open, despite what Google says. Covid an all has most of Tejon shut down it seems.
My wife and I had a good time but my bank called me to say I was charged twice for the same amount. Who do I get in contact with to fix this problem??
Great bar with an interesting crowd. The fries are incredible!
We like this place. Plenty to do. Unique setup. A definite 3rd or 4th spot to catch your breath, have a drink, and chat.
We ordered one Corona 131 Blue Moon and Long Island Iced Tea and it was $38 the server said hill give it to us for $30 then he tipped him self for $8 more next door at the mansion it was $22 the
Probably the worst security I have ever seen. They took out a guy for pouring drinks out a balcony while I was next to him and he was just there. It was so stupid. This is on behalf of him
Loved the fire top roof. Nice place to get a drink and hang out. A good spot for couples. ❤️
Great service and great music.
First time there. Had an amazing time! Beautiful layout, great staff, people of all ages... cant wait to go back!
They have no womens restrooms working upstairs, only gender neutral and mens, otherwise would have given a 5.
Bad drinks. Bad bartenders. Bad music. Redonk dress code. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere
Bar tenders do not understand basic drink orders. Music is alright. Tough dance crowd.
The bartender Adam is easily the best at making drinks in the city. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t come back
One of the best bars downtown. I would skip Mansion and go straight here.
My favorite place to enjoy a night out in the springs great staff from the bartenders security and management !
Atmosphere is awesome! Music to get you moving and the bartenders make it even better!
This place has become pretty bad. This place used to be my favorite place to dance in college. Now its a sleezeball hangout with ambivalent bouncers.
The bar is good, I just wish that if you open a tab downstairs, it could upstairs as well. But it doesnt
Very nice club with various special drinks. Music everywhere and pools in the back, not to forget theres a rooftop bar!!
Always have so much fun when I visit. The rooftop has amazing views and awesome djs!
Kinda scuzzy bar with two levels and a dance floor. Nothing super special, but the firepit on the second floor patio was pretty sweet.
This is the Friday night hot spot. Go to Thirstys early for $4 you call its then spend the rest of the night at Blondies so you can dodge the hood rats.
Cool atmosphere and bouncers. Good drinks as well. Little pricy though.
Had a blast but bathrooms sucked bad. Toilet was broke trash everywhere
They are not a LGBTQ friendly bar, truly not somewhere to spend your time.
Its fun, but I think its techno. Didnt stay long enough to find out, was told the drinks are better here.
Awesome! An EDM lounge without the craziness of a big club and the staff are very friendly!
Its hit or miss but the bartenders and bouncers are really nice. Ive yet to have a bad time
Happy hour drinks menu has good options. Food is average.
Place is dirty and the bar has a bad smell workers are useless
Best place to go in CO So. Pete is the greatest bartender to ever tend bar.
It gets crazy packed. Ran out of bud light the night we were there. 🤔
Owner ans staff suck. Not hip at all. Woyld be better of if he sold it. Toooooo many teenagers.
Had the time of my life here. An incredible experience!
If you want to get your dance on then this is the best place to go
Blondies does not care if you get attacked in their club! Go at your own risk
Pretty cool place to chill with your buds, hear some good EDM, and meet new peeps
Such a fun environment and lovely experience! Highly suggest going!
Beautiful rooftop patio with gas flame all around the edge and a great view of the city.
Great place to dance and meet new people, awesome music and great friendly staff to assist you.
Didnt let me in cuz i had red shoes on. Lol
Decent bartenders, good drinks, pool tables in back and overly aggressive security everywhere.
Cool bar, nice dance floor ( not huge) . Rooftop bar with dance area.
Long as you dont have military print, sports wear, joggers you will probably be good to go and pay cover charge.
Eh. Club tunes but always a bit of a pretentious crowd. Theres a few good gems here and there.
Awesome roof-top deck and bartenders are fast and friendly.
Awesome staff. Love going to enjoy an evening.
Was in line and someone spit gum on me from the balcony. Stay classy.
Smells weird, it can get a little trashy, but its a good time if thats the kind of night youre looking for.
Very nice and respectful staff, the patio seating is great!!
Nice little place, nice bar staff, comfortable place to chill with a date.
Worst service ever. It’s a club and all but damn they set the bar low.
Pretty fun bar if I do say so myself
Go see jecinda! Knows her drinks and shes great overall
Their awnings hold a lot of water when it rains or snows. Not recommended.
Im not impressed by Colorado Springs downtown club scene. Way too many guys and far too few gals.
Horrible place I’m not happy with the way they run business or security gets to make the rules! 😐
Lots of handsome bachelors. I love the outside fire pits!!!
Best club in town. Chill vibes and great staff
Awesome! Go in and ask bartender pete for a drink called the grinch!
Good club. Staff is alway on point and treat people good.
I always have a good time talking with the bartenders here.
Fun place to go get moving some music and meet new people
Has an amazing environment and the employees there are fast and efficient.
Free spot to go dancing. Normally really fun.
Good place to dance, enjoy good music and beer!!
Bartenders are so rude only in front and upstairs bars..
Went to a midgit drag show. Little weird but living larg
Every level of this place is kinda different, loved it 🖤
The name is very misleading. I saw way more Brunettes there than Blondes.
The DJs are hype and keep the vibe going.
Racist place!!!! If you’re a person of Color do your self a favor and DONT go here.
Good prices on drinks, fun crowds
Thank you for the good security!
It is trashy as hell but fun af.
Literally what I think aids would be like if it were distilled into human form
Celebrated my 21st birthday here
Run of the mill club, fast service and friendly staff
Bartender was fun and great drinks
Dancing and billiards had a blast!
Probably the rudest bar staff in the city.
This place hates the troops especially the bouncers
I love the music and vive
Nice place to having fun with friends.
Love the rooftop and and the fire place
