Dose of Wellness Massage & Facials

I was visiting Baltimore for my birthday week, the plan was to get a massage on my birthday. I walked in and the smell was amazing, then I was greeted by the lovely Anthony one of the owners. He’s a very nice and made me feel very comfortable, while I was doing my intake paperwork. I was provided refreshments during that small wait time. Then I was introduced to my masseuse, he was very professional and polite. I know he was doing his job but, he made sure to understand my injuries before we proceeded.During the massage I drifted off a few times, the right amount of pressure was used and he made sure of that. During certain areas of my body that was a little more tender, he made sure to help me inhale and exhale through it and allowed time to make sure I was doing fine. It was very nice his technique of making sure his client never feels like he stepped away 10/10, he always keeps a hand on you and if he doesn’t it’s a short time and you don’t remember it. Overall my experience was so good I booked my first session on July 30th then right after that I booked another session for August 3rd. I’m not sure when I’ll be back in the lovely city but when I come back I’m definitely making an appointment maybe two. Once again thank you Ivan for taking good care of me. ☺️

They were super accommodating! Booked a reservation for 2 last minute. The massage was amazing and we felt so relaxed. The man who does the front desk and answers calls is wonderful (probably the most hospitable and helpful person ever tbh)

My husband and I booked the couples massage and it was such a great experience! The therapists made sure the pressure was exactly what we wanted and were very professional. The staff went above and beyond. We will definitely go back :)

I booked a massage here for my birthday. Miya is a very skilled therapist and seemingly knew exactly the areas where I needed work. I feel amazing. Anthony who works at the front desk was immediately warm and friendly when I walked in- upon realizing it was my birthday, he had a piece of cake with a candle ready for me after my massage. So incredibly thoughtful. I will be purchasing a membership- cant wait to come back!

Miya did amazing job I’m very little and she didn’t put too much on me, I mean it was so nice damn near fell asleep. And my associate said angel was amazing as well. When I walk in nice and Pleasant vibe very welcoming and they serve wine water.. etc I loved my visit with and I’ll be back guaranteed.

I am so happy with my experience at Dose of Wellness. I got a 1hr massage that actually went about 10mins long. Anica was both firm enough to find all my knots and tension and gentle enough to treat them without causing me pain. Also the owner Anthony was friendly and accommodating offering sparkling wine while talking me through what to expect to put me at ease for the whole experience. I will be back!

Left feeling very relaxed. Couples massage was nice. My boyfriends therapist was a bit touchy. Boyfriend didnt mind but he was exposed several times and the sheet was not kept between her hands and his genitals. Luckily neither one of us minded. But if we were not open type people it may have been an uncomfortable situation.

Awesome experience! My wife and I are from the Lancaster, PA area and will come back for sure. Service was amazing, kind, respectful, and I always ask for a hard massage and most places dont even get close. Angel was very thorough, and Miyah gave my wife a massage, hot towel, it met her needs perfectly, in fact Im pretty sure she fell asleep. Anthony, the owner was very hospitable and offered us wine, coffee, water, just very generous and polite. Well be back for sure to include facials as well!!

First I want to start with the amazing customer service from Anthony. He was very friendly, attentive and made sure I was comfortable. Anthony offered wine to help with the relaxation to prepare for the bomb massage that was coming from Miya. She was soft spoken to match the Zen of the atmosphere. Miya was wonderful. She was thoughtful and checked in about the amount of pressure being applied throughout the massage. She gave special attention to my expressed focus areas. I loved the stretching incorporated in to the massage.

The heartfelt welcome was only topped by the significant skills of my massage therapist, Maya. She was detail-oriented, attentive to my needs and requests, and extremely effective. This is a place to visit and return to often!

I’ve have massage worldwide, and this one is definitely top three in my pocket. Extremely relaxing and very comfortable.

I’ve attended 2 of my 10 sessions so far and I’m feeling great! 1 week post op! Maya has taught me so much already about my recovering journey and the importance of my faja, foam placements, and overall self care. I received more knowledgeable explanations from the Dose of Wellness team than I have from my own post op surgical department. Maya makes you feel comfortable and takes her time explaining the process and genuinely took interest in my experience so far in this journey. I’m so lucky I found a great team to help support me through my post op recovery! Thanks 😊 again!Almost forgot to mention how wonderful the front desk management staff truly is!!! The team is so accommodating! I had to reschedule several appointments ( due to transportation during recovery ❤️‍🩹 I cannot drive ) and they were nothing but supportive and accommodating and fit me in with no issues and no judgement based on my post op appearance. Wonderful experiences thus far!

I visited Dose of Wellness a few weeks ago and it was such a great experience. Customer service is fantastic (they welcome you with great wine!) and the massage from Miya was more than I could have asked for. Im hoping to return sometime soon :)

Dose of Wellness is truly a gem. My husband booked an appointment for my birthday while in the Baltimore area. The exterior may not give you the grand look of a spa but the service was spectacular. Anthony who helped with switching my appointment date and time and assisted me upon arrival was so, so very pleasant. Phenomenal customer service from him. My therapist was Miya and I received a 90min massage. Miya put the WELLNESS in Dose of Wellness. I received numerous massages but THIS one, I felt well taken care of. She took her time. Other places may work one limb and then the other and then flip over and work my limb and then the other again. With Miya nothing felt rushed. She stretched me, made sure everything was to my standards. I’ve never felt more looked after on a massage table. Even though they are 1hour plus from me, I will be back.

I’ve been coming here for months and I can’t believe I haven’t shared a review yet- Dose is my favorite massage spa I’ve ever frequented, and I’ve been getting massages for almost 10 years, all across the country.The staff are always so kind and caring and Miya is an amazing massage therapist. She always checks in for new problem areas, things to avoid, and pressure, and it always feels like she genuinely wants to make sure you’re comfortable and happy. Even the little details- she wipes you down with warm towels so you don’t get greasy from the massage oil/lotion. It feels good and serves a purpose.As for their coordinator, I keep forgetting his name, but he is amazing! Kind, funny, and responsive. I’ve worked the front desk at a spa/salon before and it’s not always easy to be that kind and attentive, but he makes it seem like the easiest thing in the world.I can’t recomend them enough- amazing prices for amazing services. I’ve been doing their 60-minute member plan and if you want to make massage a regular part of your life, this is the best way to make it happen. They also offer a variety of add ons that make it just that much more special and enjoyable.

I had to cancel last minute due to an illness and they were kind enough to reschedule with me 2mos later! Miya was great and Ill be coming back soon.

Dose of Wellness is a little gem with a big heart in Fells with some wonderful massage therapists on duty. I feel so lucky to have found them in my search online for a well priced massage within walking distance from my hotel. Not only was the price right, but the entire experience was above and beyond what I had expected.Anthony working the phones at the front desk was wonderful - so kind, friendly, and helpful. Angel and Miya were wonderful massage therapists to us. Miya adjusted my 90 minutes to the areas I was seeking to have improved and I felt so relaxed and calm afterwards. It was one of the best massages I have ever had.Thank you all!

It really was a delightful experience. As I walked up the stairs, I could smile what my experience was going to feel like. The place smell amazing and I came in and was greeted immediately. I was asked did I want some tea or wine. I choose the ginger tea with lemon. I was then invited to the room and the consultation began. The massage was truly freshing and a big stress reliver. I will absolutely be coming back. They have several to choose from that fits you.

I had a great experience! The place is relaxing and calm. The therapist was so strong and that was exactly what I was looking for! I was just visiting Baltimore for a weekend and a good massage is so needed after walking all day long. I will definitely come back when visiting Baltimore next time.

I had a really great experience. I was offered a glass of sweet wine right after my massage. I felt so relaxed after my massage and the glass of wine was a nice touch. I’m looking forward to the additional services they added to their company like the facials and waxing services they now offer. That way I can take care of all my wellness needs in one location. Instead of having to go somewhere else to get a facial right after my massage.

I did not feel the therapist was physically and emotionally present. It seemed she may have been busy on her phone at various points during my massage. I have never had a massage therapist use only on hand throughout the majority of the massage. .

I booked my wife a massage here for a weekday surprise, I was a little nervous having never been, not knowing the massage therapists (MT) or what the location was like. However! She truly enjoyed it and said it compared very highly with her other favorite MT out of state. I was so pleased. Another note, I was worried about the location being relaxing because it was so close to the inner harbor but she reported that it was very peaceful, the ambience was on the louder side but it was good because she couldn’t hear anything going on outside - she actually fell asleep! I was looking to get a massage after a several day migraine. I called and got an appt next day. I saw Miya, who was amazing. She asked what brought me in and focused on all the areas I had asked and provided a full body massage. It’s a charming space and relaxing. I believe she used Aromatherapy in her massage oils and it was wonderful. You can also tip via cash app and Venmo which I found helpful since I never have cash.
