These guys here are the best! I was out of town cool went out and my coils are hard to find. They got me hooked up! They went above and beyond what I would have ever expected! Thank you guys for coming in clutch! You have no idea how much this made my day!!!

Incredibly friendly staff and knowledgeable about their stuff too! Highly recommended for those who don’t know what they want or those who are just starting such as myself. They helped me out quite a bit with the science, effects, and even respected the fact that I had a budget. I will 100% be making this my main vape shop from now on.

I had a bad experience this week with a delta disposable and some newer employees. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded and had the regional manager call me and listen to my issues. She was incredibly kind and helpful and responded by sending me back to the store to get a working vape from the manager!I have been going to this location for about 2-3 years and have never had any issues. They always have the kindest, most fun and helpful employees, a huge selection of options, and great devices.Thank you for your help vapor 100 and sorry for the trouble!

My favorite store. The staff is friendly and I love to Crack jokes with them. They give great suggestions based on your preferences. The selection is the best around.

Somehow this store by itself is the best in central kansas. very friendly and knowledgeable help. All these other vape stores around central Kansas never have what i need. no boro stuff. no replacement glass. no coils. disposable vapes are killing the market. This store however is different. ill drive from abilene to get what i need ya heardddd

I had a really good experience, the Manager did a really good job explaining the benefits of vaping instead of smoking not just in a health aspect but a financial aspect as well, He also did a really good job even though I only walked away with a disposable he did explain that the entire plan to switch me from a pack a day to vaping even though I skipped a step because I havent wanted a cigarette since, and when the time comes ill definitely will be returning to purchase my mod and stuff from you guys

Taz really made my day. I lost all my charging accessories in the Southwest fiasco over the holidays, and he got me a charger and additional batteries when I had nothing else. I was also very impressed with the selection and variety of products available in the store. To top it off, Taz was genuine, helpful, and knowledgeable - the best combination of customer service you can get. Thank you for getting me some peace of mind in such a stressful time!!!

I was going to spend a few hundred dollars but the guy already said he was closed 6 mins before you guys closed shame guess Ill be taking my money else where Topeka would have never have done that, boo... not for me anyway they know I am here to spend money will never return here, I leave reviews everywhere so I guess my viewers online stream will see it too, 10,000 views will see this shame.

Kie is always so helpful and kind. She is extremely knowledge about products and always greets me with a kind and welcoming smile. She’s very professional and love every interaction we have ever had. She’s a total fan favourite with other customers as well! We all just laugh and feel like a family when we are strangers when she’s around. 100% recommend.

Asked my wife to stop by and get me some juice since she was driving by for an appointment, while I was at home with the kids. My wife doesnt vape, so she was asking questions. The second the worker discovered my wife was buying for me, they refused to sell to her and basically kicked her out. We are both well past the legal age. But they dont sell to third partiesHad my wife gone inside knowing exactly what I wanted and without asking questions she could have easily purchased juice just fine. A strange policy if you ask me, since it is so very easily worked around....Ill just keep my business elsewhere.

The two gentlemen that usually work in there have great customer service skills, but today when I went in there, a female was working, and had a snarky attitude when asking for ID, I have always provided ID when paying, never been a problem, but beware no joking around about it, apparently now you have to instantly provide ID while interrupting your shopping, and if you say anything about it at all even if youre being cool about it and joking, be prepared for a snarky attitude, I wont ever spend a dime there again. I dont have time for all that, if you dont want to be a salesman or dont like it, get a job for grown ups

The young lady who works there that is from Louisiana is very kind, very helpful, very knowledgeable, made my experience there an A+++, Will definitely do all my shopping with this store!! Is an employee has ever done a store justice, its that employee!! Wish more places had more employees like her!!

Tazz is amazing! His memory for the customers that come into this location, his care to make sure his customers are taken care of is also out of this world, and the atmosphere hes created in this location keeps me coming back! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Whether Im in a hurry and on a mission or have no idea what the taste idea in my head might be called that Id like to find, I have never had a bad experience at this store. Everyone is so knowledgeable, kind and patient. The only place in town I can really recommend

Completely rude staff. Terrible experience from the second I walked in. Blasting terrible music. Rude personal comments and I did literally nothing but try to get a vape from them. Never going here again.

Make sure you double check what you get BEFORE YOU STEP OUT of THE DOOR!!!! There are no returns once you walk out the door. Pro tip, take product out of wrapping and make sure it works before leaving.This store has great products and the best selection in town. They carry disposable nicotine vapes, juice, vapes of all styles, Kratom, and all CBD products.No public restroom, parking can be difficult so park in back if front parking lot is full.

Better than juicys in everyway, larger selection, better juices, all the mods and disposable brands you could be looking for and excellent staff cracking jokes constantly. You do need to present an 21+ ID when you enter the store before purchasing anything but they have you open the product to make sure it works. Highly recommend.

Only been in a couple times and the staff was very rude with me telling me that maybe they’d see me again when I was good enough to come back. Worst experience ever

Everything Ive gotten from the hays location hasnt lasted more then 1 or 2 uses, batteries that wont take a charge, chargers that stop working after 1 or 2 uses and 0 abuse. Cheap glass. Not impressed.
