Listen , I went in here for hookah for my girl and this was everything I needed plus more . I know people hear stories of how places aren’t good or close but they are the complete opposite. Open late and WELL STOCKED . All the flavors she wanted , they had it . They even had the exact color hookah set she wanted . Oliver is the guy you need ! I showed him the photos she sent and he got me right ! Can’t thank y’all enough . 10/10 recommend any day of the week .

The person that helped me today seemed like he had an attitude. When I first got into the store he wasn’t listening to what I wanted. Then when I finally got what I wanted he didn’t give me an instructions on how to use the vapor. So I asked for a refund in stead of him giving me a refund. He caught an attitude and told me that I couldn’t get exchange it. He customer services was very poor.

Awesome customer service! The owner went above and beyond what was necessary to ensure I walked out of the store with what I came in looking for. This took some creativity and I was super grateful that he was able to accommodate me. I will definitely return to the store next time I visit Baltimore.

Saw a gentleman purchase a water pipe hitter piece... proceeds to drop it and break it on his way out of the store (after declining bubble wrap). The register operator kindly responded to his negligence by saying I wont let you pay for that. The store employee couldve said sorry, not my problem but instead made this guys day by replacing it free of charge.I was next in line and the same store attendant swiftly reassured my purchase would work with my at home set up. He was right. Good people, good service, accessible hours. Check it out for yourself

I bought a Snoop Dogg G Pen from Tobacco Hut and Gifts. I began having problems with it about a month after purchase. I took it back 2 times. The clerk told me on two occasion it a defective tank was the cause and that there was nothing wrong with the pen. After purchasing the 3rd tank from the store, I questioned if the pen was defective. I took the pen to another vape shop. Clerk confirmed that it was a fake. I held my counterfeit G Pen next to an actual G Pen and immediately noticed the difference the gauge and the weight of the copy was clearly different from the real G Pen. Awful experience. Dont waste your money or time buying any vape pens from this store. Most of the pens are probably knock offs.
