Anthony is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had besides my experience with a massage therapist at a spa in New Orleans. He focuses on deep tissue massage and he adjusts when you ask him to. He is a great communicator. He instantly makes me feel comfortable and secure in the room. He focuses with great intensity on the massage and your relaxation as one of my pet peeves is a massage therapist that wants to talk to you when all you want to do is relax and be silent. He respects that and for that reason he is the best! Receptionists are always so kind and polite and professional. Always nice and clean as well. I love this place. Highly recommend getting the monthly membership especially if you plan to come in more than once a month or once a month.

Just had an excellent massage this past weekend with Noreen. Been to many places and she was truly great. Perfect pressure, actually listened to my requests, kind, and zero talking (except for directions).Front desk experience pretty good – a little salesy for my taste, but also not overly pushy.Definitely would return!

I had my facial twice here. Workers keep on changing so don’t expect to see best therapist mentioned by other people in the reviews. I booked my first facial using phone and they charged me 70$. Even second time I booked my appointment via phone but this time they charged me 120$. I’m like what the heck and I was expecting 70. They said it was first time discount. They just had my name, email and phone number. At my first visit they mentioned the amount before I enter into the room but second time they told me the price after I had my facial. I would suggest to go to this place by knowing after everything including the person you will be seeing and obviously price.

Ive never had a professional massage until yesterday. The nerve going down my right leg has been bothering me for a little over a week and I didnt want to go to the doctors but I needed some kind of help so I decided a massage would probably do some good. I was able to get an appointment with Anthony in Braintree for a 1hr massage. When I got there I could barely stand or walk straight, and by the time my hour was over I was walking much better. I would definitely recommend it. Thank You

I received a 60 minute jan marini facial with the aesthetician Ashley, she was amazing btw but i guess my skin was way more sensitive than i thought. i got dry skin around my mouth and nose which is odd b/c i have oily skin. i also felt a burning sensation for about a week.. that is not going away btw. i called serval times to see what i could do to help because everything was hurting. (even a rag to skin) i went the the hospital of course.. but when i finally got a hold of the front desk i was told that the manager would contact me in 48 hours it’s been 5 days. it’s just really unfortunate that going in to get a couple of black heads removed turned into a skin nightmare for me and i can’t even get a call back. i would not recommend!!!!

I would never come back to this particular place. I had a simple question in regards to my husband coming back for a 2nd time and seeing if he can some how get a cheaper rate since he can NOT join their membership. One of the employees had the nerve to ask me about his contract with the military which is extremely personal and none of their business. I was asked more than 3 times if Im leaving a tip before, during and after the massage was done. That is ridiculous. When leaving I know these employees are suppose to have a sit down talk about how everything went but nobody said anything when leaving. My tip to these girls is dont ask about somebodys military contract and do not ask for a tip before the session is even started. They told me they are not privately owned so I would like to hear back from somebody.

Massage envy braintree is great! They dont just offer massages they also do stretching sessions and facials too! Karen the esthetician is awesome! Give the back facial a try you wont be disappointed. Best to make an appointment ahead of time as they do book up quickly for nights and weekends but worth the wait!

I always have a great experience at massage envy. I have since returned after the COVID reopening and they are working hard to follow the safety guidelines which makes you feel at ease.

Stay away this place has very poor customer service. My account was frozen and they charged my card for two months without notifying me. I called the manager to voice my frustration and she hanged up on me twice. She was very disrespectful.Do not sign up for one year unless you are very sure this is what you want.

One great experience after the next. Staff is very kind and professional. My masseuses always offer nothing but the greatest service. A+

Great and reliable. I was in a lot of sciatica and post ankle surgery pain. They got me back to working shape.
