Botanica Day Spa

I am in Clearwater for spring break! Everyone else went golfing so I went hunting for a day spa! This place was a total find - A GEM! The outside of the building is adorable and so inviting. The inside so cute with lots of things to look at and products to purchase. The front desk staff were so warm and greeted me with cheer and happiness. I had the most relaxing and stress relieving massage! Ashley did a fantastic job. If you are here for spring break (or vacation) or if you live in the area- Botanica Day Spa is a MUST visit!

I received a gift card and finally put it to use. Called and was able to get in the same day. I went with the Botanica signature massage. The services provided by Ashley were all explained before hand and executed perfectly. It was a great experience and worth every penny. I’ll be back!

Vacationing with hubby and felt massages were a MUST while on vacation. Found this GEM on google and chose it because it was near our hotel & had great ratings. I called a day in advance to book 2 massages, great phone etiquette and wonderful customer service. They were able to accommodate my husband and I at the same time in separate rooms which was great because our needs were different. We both had therapeutic massages but I added a scalp massage. The staff was so pleasant from the moment we walked in till we left. My massage therapist, Michelle was so intuitive! She focused on my problem areas and applied the perfect pressure. My husband said his massage was the best he’s ever had. Really enjoyed Botánica Day Spa and will definitely be returning when we’re back in the area.

Botanica Day Spa is incredible. I enjoyed two services today and they were nothing short of amazing. First up was an amethyst massage with William. I get massages fairly frequently and I must say — this is one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I was so relaxed I think I even fell asleep for a few minutes 💤 after my fantastic massage was a seaweed facial with Hector. It was a relaxing and lovely experience. My skin feels refreshed and glowy!

Best massage treatment Ive ever had, hands down. William is an exceptional therapist; kind, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to be around. Would recommend 10/10Lex is amazing and will give the best pedicure and manicure! The staff is so friendly also. An all around, absolute pleasure!

I found out on Saturday Id have Monday to myself and put a request online. They called me back the next day and got me in! I was able to get scheduled for 3 services: Jade facial, relaxation massage, and a mermaid body treatment. 🧜🏼‍♀️ 🧜🏼‍♂️ 🧜🏼‍♀️All of the technicians I had were fantastic.Annette was very kind, she did my facial. She explained the process and gave me a wonderful facial that left my face feeling refreshed and soft!MIchelle did my massage 💆🏼‍♀️She was fantastic. I prefer a light pressure and she did just that. I requested her to focus more attention to certain problem areas, and Im so thankful for how great I feel now. She worked out several of the knots I had in my shoulders. Very thankful for her. Thank you!William was my absolute FAV and has such a great personality. ❤️ He did my mermaid body wrap.He explained everything, had this great balance between mild conversation but provided time for me to relax and enjoy my service which is my favorite combo. (I love light convo and meeting new people) Hes fantastic. I recommend him for everyone.After my amazing spa day I went to the front area and purchased a bunch of awesome Products. The two ladies at the front desk were amazing and very knowledgeable when it came to all the products they have in stock. They helped me find a new skin care routine and Im so very thankful. I came home and used my new skin care items with my eldest daughter and we absolutely loved the way our skin felt!I wish I remembered the names of the wonderful ladies at the front desk. I even asked them too before I left! 🫠 I wanted to mention them in this review... they deserve recognition for their hard work as well.They knew so much about the products, provided me with so much information, and even gave me strawberry water to take with me on my drive home.Thank you for a fantastic experience..When Im back in the area, Ill definitely be back. I havent been to alot of spas, but the few that I have been to dont come close to how amazing this spa is. Their attention to detail, kindness, cleanliness and great staff make them stand out above the rest.To anyone looking for a spa, I truly recommend giving them a try. I needed a little therapy to help me get back on my feet after an illness. I went to Heather at Botanica Day Spa for a therapeutic massage. Heather has absolutely magic hands! Shes very strong and sure in her movements and my body loved the care. Her massage dug deep into my tight and sore areas and I felt so much better afterwards.

I highly recommend this business. Request Bonnie shes awesome. We travel all over the world and Bonnie definitely knows whats shes doing. I was staying at a resort I called to book a a massage and they were very rude. I went on Google and did research Botanica Day Spa was very professional from the first time I called to the end of the appointment. P.S. Try their salted caramel candles and their ginger tea.. Omg.. 5 Stars 🌟 Bonnie way to go!!! A client for life

Bonnie and Annette were amazing massage therapists for myself and my partner for our couples massage, they did an excellent job making sure we felt comfortable and peaceful throughout the session. We both felt great afterwards too, it was a great experience all around!

So this is my second time visiting this amazing spa. I was in search of a spa that uses more products that contain less chemicals. I’m so happy I found this spa, I am now able to get a manicure and pedicure without fear of allergic reactions. My manicure (regular polish) lasts for about 10 days. Please see Keanna, she is super talented and professional. It’s official, I am now a regular here!

Saturday my wife Kellie and I went for a trifecta package. This spa is the bomb!This isn’t our first time for a package at a spa but we were treat like Rock Stars!!Thanks to everyone for making this an experience to share with all we can!!!!

What can I say about the Botanica Day Spa that has not already been said? When I moved to Florida I thought I would never find a top-notch spa. Not only in services but affordability. Botanica Day Spa is just that. You feel special from the moment you walk to when you leave. For the last, nearly two years, I have had a monthly scheduled facial, mani/pedi, and a quarterly massage, along with several other services.Yana, one of the talented aestheticians, has been providing my monthly facial services from day one! During one of my appointments last year, she noticed a new spot (mole) that wasn’t there before. Following that appointment, I met with my Dermatologist @Prestige Dermatology who removed it, tested it, and found it to be pre-cancerous. Had it not been for the attention to detail Yana provides in every appointment, I don’t know where I would be today. Even my dermatologist credited my safety to Yana. The 12 stitches I received to remove the spot and the surrounding skin were much better than having all the skin removed – or worse. I will say, I don’t know what facial I will be getting, as Yanas knowledge of skin will dictate what service I get – and I love it! Oh, did I mention that my Dermatologist accredits my 30-year-old skin at my age (not going to disclose that number, just know its over 40) to Yana.Alex, who is a multifaceted talent, is also the best. She has been doing my mani/pedi and massages as well since day one. She is knowledgeable and well-versed when it’s time to take a break from gel polish to keep the nails healthy. Also, she picks the best colors. When I dont know what I want, I simply say dealers choice and she never lets me down. Moreover, she is strong! Every massage I’ve had has left me feeling relaxed and as if I can conquer the world. She asks if there are any areas to focus on – and she goes to work. She knows that I carry my stress on my shoulders. Armed with this knowledge, she is the only one who can take that stress and work it out of the muscles.If you have not found a Spa home yet – I highly recommend Botanica Day Spa. You will NOT be disappointed.

Beautifully maintained spa with the friendliest staff! Please do yourself a favor and book a massage with WILL! He is absolutely amazing and has the most magical healing touch. Dont even think twice!

Ashley was my masseuse and she was amazing! She listened to everything I had to say and adjusted accordingly. 10/10 overall experience and would definitely recommend to anyone!

First time here, I set up a 50 minute deep-tissue massage. William was my masseuse. He asked me various questions to make sure he attended to a shoulder issue I have and made sure I fully understood his massage treatment. Great massage, he knew when to push and when to lighten his pressure. Ill be back...

I looooove this spa! All staff are super friendly and their customer service is amazing! My favorite service is Rose Quartz Facial! Their complementary herbal tea is also something I look forward to! :)

RUNNERS!!! Donni is surgical in the way she does her job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Staff is ultra polite, the place is very clean and smells great! Book asap they could fill up fast. Family owned business.

This was the worst Micro dermabrasion, I ever received. If that’s what I could even call it. I laid there with my shirt off feeling very uncomfortable! All for a message ( if you could even call it that ) that I didn’t want. And got an Unexperienced technician who ran the machine up my cheekbones and my jawline, and I have pictures to prove it and then at the end of it she put lip gloss on my lips! I wanted to get a professional micro dermabrasion by somebody experienced, And that’s not what I got.

OMG. William was AMAZING. Spa was relaxing, great ambiance, lovely staff at the door. Best massage EVER! Absolutely 💯 recommend!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel as if this one is necessary. I’ve been going to the Botanica Day Spa for about a year now. I absolutely LOVE it. The place is adorable and clean and the people are so friendly and helpful. But the biggest highlight there is William!! I get the therapeutic massage and while it’s not for the faint of heart, it’s TREMENDOUS!! He goes deep and although sometimes it hurts (well all of the time really lol) it’s a good hurt and the end result is well worth it!! He knows exactly where I’m sore and sometime I don’t even know I’m sore there! I leave there feeling so much better and walking taller! I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a great spa treatment and I’d definitely suggest to make an appt with William!!

I just had the best massage I’ve had in years. William is an incredibly caring and observant massage therapist who’s knowledge in neuromuscular techniques made for a very therapeutic massage. My body released so much tension and I felt so taken care of. His communication level was wonderful and explained what he was doing and why. The spa is overall beautiful and welcoming - serene and upscale while not being pretentious. I recommend 10 out of 10. I’ll be back!

William was incredible! I came from out of town (DC area) and this was my first experience at this spa. I’m not sure what kind of wizardry William did but he really worked on the tension in my shoulders and knew instinctively what to do. Ladies, don’t be afraid to go to William. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had!

We absolutely love this place! I dont leave many reviews, but needed to make sure I did for this one. The girls in the front are wonderful! They are all so kind and it is so nice that they remember you when you call or come in! My best friend, Vanessa, and I always book appointments together and every massage therapist is wonderful! Michelle is my go to girl and Lynn is amazing too! We will always be back! The spa is gorgeous, very calming and they have so many great products for sale up front. We will see you soon!!

Botanica day spa has done it again. I got a facial done in 2020, and had to go back, when we booked our next trip to Florida this year. My husband and I had a couples massage and it was nothing short of amazing! Great staff, friendly service, and relaxing environment! 10/10 recommend!

I have been getting therapeutic massages with William & he is amazing. I have gotten massages before but I’ve never had one the way he does it, I may have even said, “I love you” to him after that first massage because I just felt so relaxed. He really gets in to those tight spots & finds all of the knots & will tell you what you can do between massages to help with the tension. If you’re in pain & need real help see William!

Treat yourself to this incredible place! I came for the rose quartz facial and signature massage. Both services were with Annette who was an absolute sweetheart and amazing at what she does. I had previously never fully loved getting a massage until I came here. This was also my first time receiving a facial and it was magical. Every detail down to the amazing smells and extra little touches made the experience for me. I will be back 💛

This place is always a hit!! What a relaxing and gorgeous environment to completely relax and spoil yourself! Hector does a decadent facial, and my skin is still glowing. Claudia perfected my brows, and Nikki’s pedicure was so lovely. I can’t recommend this place enough, 100/10 will be back over and over again!

I had a therapeutic massage with William and it truly was the best massage I’ve ever received. I’m a new mom with a newborn and have been sore with an achey back and boy… William sure was able to reset my body in the best possible way with deep pressure in all the right areas I would of never thought would feel so good. During the massage it felt amazing, but also days after my body just felt at ease and not so tense. I did the stretches he recommended and it was medicine for my body. I couldn’t recommend William at this spa more! I will definitely be returning.

Although my experience isn’t what I expected. The owner did reach out to me; she listened to what I had to say and she offered to redo the service herself. Unfortunately the timing didn’t line up but she’s someone I would definitely do business with again she’s kind and she stands behind her work!

I can’t say enough good things about this spa! I brought my mom in on a whim for a spa day and we will definitely be back. I had a cupping massage with Jackie…hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. She was attentive to my needs and has just the sweetest personality. The spa is beautiful and clean and smells amazing. Nikki from Botanica Spa is the best with lashes. She’s very patient, listens to what you need and then does exactly that. You can feel she’s very experienced, which is evident by her top notch results.

I work out a lot, have a fairly taxing job where I am usually on my feet 10+ hours, and never thought of a massage as self care until Michelle. She deserves more than 5 stars. I’ve married her as far as my preferred massage therapist. Thank you for everything, Michelle! Truly life changing when you really honor your body.

This is the worst manicure I have ever had. not having finished to the end, they told me that my time was up and they had a conjoining dawn. the master does not know how to do a manicure at all.

Claudia did my first Brazilian wax at Botanica and she was amazing! With that being my first wax I was a little nervous but Claudia and the owner Jen made me feel extremely comfortable and explained the entire process to me. The staff was so kind and I will 100% be going back again!

Vivian gives the best facials! I have been going to her for years. Ever since I have felt so confident in my skin! She has an excellent sense for what your skin needs and you see results immediately!

Hector and William are phenomenal!While visiting Clearwater we made sure to get some spa time.Hector took care of my wife and I with our facials. Personally never having a facial I wasn’t sure what it entailed exactly and Hector kept me informed up front and catered to our specific skin care needs optimizing our take away benefit of the service he provided. Thanks, Hector!William handled the messages and made sure we understood to keep an open dialog and not be weary of speaking up to the pressure he used, whether it be more or less to our liking. William also worked me over in ways I haven’t been, releasing a lot of tension and stress in my problem areas (shoulders, neck, and back). But nothing touches the effect he had on my shoulder! I could hardly lift my arm half way up and he pinpointed the scar tissue with prejudice. My shoulder is now more free and can lift my arm up in the air. He also suggested that I find a Neuromuscular therapist back home to keep up with the progress. Thanks, William!However, it would be an injustice to not mention the ladies taking post today at the front counter. Both greeted us right away with big warm smiles and offerings of water/tea. They were on point with setting the tone and experience. As well as every other technician that passed by made sure smiles were contagious.5 stars is not enough for this spa.People like this at Botanica Day Spa make it harder to go back home. Thanks for the great experience! Clearwater Beach and Botanica will have to be an annual retreat!

Botanica day spa is truly divine. I’ve visited several times now & would literally live there if I could. They offer unique & natural treatments such as an Amethyst massage & rose quartz facial. (Both are wonderful btw). Everyone is super nice & knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this spa if you’re in search of relaxation or rejuvenation!

My first visit at Botanica was WONDERFUL! The place is so peaceful inside. Everyone I interacted with was kind & genuinely seemed to love working there-from the front desk to the service providers. I had a massage, facial & pedicure and was very delighted with the experience.Shout out to Anna who FIXED my upper back/shoulder pain with her hot stone massage.Also a BIG THANKS to Nikki who was incredibly knowledgeable about the facial she gave me & asked lots of questions to ensure it was safe for my skin. My experience at Botanica was excellent! I had a hot stone massage with Bella and she was wonderful. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve ever had! The spa itself was a great atmosphere as well, definitely makes you relax as soon as you walk in the door.

I have gone here for years and love the environment and the people. They do an amazing massage and facial. I have also had waxing and lashes done and it was very professional. I appreciate the level of care that the owner brings and the employees take when it comes to making you happy and feeling special.

Facial with Vivian was outstanding. She listened to my concerns, addressed them, and I left looking and feeling so much better than when I arrived. She was professional, knowledgeable and attentive throughout my facial. The products used are high quality, but there is no pressure to purchase products. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful.

Botanica Day Spa is amazing! Everyone was so helpful and kind. There were three of us on vacation and we called early in the week to check availability, William was so helpful and said he’d contact some employees to see if they would come in to help. He followed up with us that evening before the spa closed for the night just to let us know he was still working on it, amazing customer service! Natalie called us the next morning and they were able to schedule all three of us at the same time.Our massage experiences were so wonderful. William and Bella gave the best massages we’ve ever had, thank you! The ambiance was soothing and relaxing which made the experience that much more enjoyable.We’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again. Highly recommend.

Awesome spa. I felt super relaxed just walking in the door and smelling the aromas. Massage from Kate felt great. Loved the fruit infused water as well. Highly recommended! UPDATE!! Second time back and I had a manicure and pedicure from Keanna and she is a total sweetheart. Super professional and makes you feel comfortable. Same calming ambiance as before. Def need to come here more often. 10/10!

I’ve been going to Botanica for almost 10 years, and have always had great experiences. Today I received a signature massage from Bella, and it was truly the best service I’ve ever had at Botanica! It was incredibly relaxing, and Bella really went above and beyond in ensuring I had a great experience and felt relaxed. I definitely plan to go in more regularly for a massage because of this!

The girls at the front desk were really nice and made our first impression of the spa a welcoming one. I had a deep tissue massage that was very relaxing, the lady who did my massage was obviously a master of her craft, however, didnt focus on the spots I initially pointed out and specifically asked for attention on. My girlfriend did the signature and really enjoyed it. Great atmosphere, good interaction with everyone we came in contact with and would definitely reccomend and return!

We had an excellent massage yesterday. My boyfriend and I found Botanica Day Spa online and it was the highlight of our vacation. JOETTA and ANNETTE were tremendous and if you are getting a massage here, request one of them! High praise for JOETTA and ANNETTE!!

I came from Boston and was in need of a new eyelash salon and this spa totally blew the expectations out of the water. Nikki is amazing and does an amazing full set. They are extremely friendly, personable and very accommodating to your schedule. I’m a night shift nurse which makes it tough and they were able to work with me to get me in first thing in the morning. I 10/10 recommended. The spa is beautiful and very warm and cozy.

My 50 minute hot stone massage with Kayla was amazing! She did a great job adjusting to my specifications. The spa itself is beautiful and clean… smelled amazing too!

Got off a plane and booked massage appts for my husband and myself. Great experience! Michelle and Jolette were awesome massage therapists. The therapists incorporated different modalities based on what our bodies needed. Loved that! We would definitely come back!

This is my favorite spa in the area and my absolute go to. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and try to make sure that you have the best possible experience. The actual services I have had are:FacialMassageBrowsManiPediLoved everything I have had there.Mani and pedi were soooo relaxing, hard to do it anywhere else after doing them here.The facial seems to be more for fun and relaxation, at least what I got, rather than attaching problem areas which is more what I would prefer but it was still nice. I’ll probably not do that service there again (just cause of personal preference).Otherwise loved everything else.Highly recommend Yana for your brows! Will never go to anyone else. 👏

Really nice spa and great massage. Visiting family and was able to get right in. Very cute space, reasonable pricing and felt great after. Minus one star, because this was 50 minutes flat including consult and changing. Usually massages are 50 minutes long, but you’re given 50 on the table, so I assumed this was the case with a 50 minute massage at Bontanica. I was brought back 3 minutes late and left my room exactly 50 minutes later, so table time was only 45, which is a bit disappointing. I would go back if it was the only place available but would otherwise look for massages that are a full 50-55 minutes.

Love this place! Definitely coming back.My wife and I go to Clearwater every year for 2 weeks with our kids. This year we decided to treat ourselves on our anniversary and get a couples massage from Botanica. We had a pleasant experience in every way. The receptionist was kind and helpful and our massage therapists (Anna & Katie) were amazing. This will definitely be an annual experience!

Ive never been disappointed with Botanica. The ladies are great and I love the ambience!One thing I cant stand about other nail salons is the super strong smell of chemicals when you walk in. I dont have that problem here at Botanica. They use good quality ingredients that arent toxic. Thank goodness!The prices are great too!Other services such as brow makeovers, massages and facials are amazing too. You feel so pampered there.Best place in town. Highly recommend it!

I LOVE Botanica SO MUCH and you will too! Ive been going for 9 years and am so grateful for the amazing woman who work here. All their services are incredible! I love the natural products & super relaxing non intimidating atmosphere. You can tell Gen has put her heart & soul into this spa. Been a client of Botanic Day Spa for about 2 years. Ownership, leadership and customer experience is superb. The women here really love their job. Everyone is incredibly friendly and easy going making clients, new and frequent feel welcomed. It’s definitely more of a female for female scene but my boyfriend has received services & purchased others for our mothers and felt more comfortable than at other establishments. Gen, the owner, simply an amazing woman.

I am really sorry to write something negative about this place ...but today they really disappointed me.I have to mention that the place is very nice, and Yana (the girl that I usually see for any of my service) is amazing.I schedule an appointment about a month in advance for a bikini wax and eyebrows and lip wax.even if the prices are really on the high side i always keep returning there because as I mention Yana was doing a fantastic job.they send me a reminder about my appointment 3 days before and the same day of the service.I completely forgot about my appointment, and I called the same morning to let them know that I was not making it and I was truly sorry.I mentioned that I would understand if they would charge me a fee for that (this is their policy) but I kindly asked if they could not charge me for the whole service (about 100$).bottom line they accepted just to waive part of the service and they still charged me 75$ for nothing.honestly, I found this really not nice: greedy and not professional.I am a business owner, and I would never lose a good costumer for 75$.

My day at Botanica totally exceeded my expectations. William gave me an incredible massage, focusing on the areas Id asked him to while still providing an amazing full-body massage. William even explained the why behind some of his moves, so it was educational to boot! I also loved the scrub used in the Signature massage; it smelled so good that I bought some before I left.My facialist, Katie, was also fantastic. I felt so relaxed throughout the entire experience. I really appreciated that all of the products used didnt have a strong, chemical-y scent. I get migraines a lot which are commonly triggered by artificial fragrances, and I was worried about this happening during my treatments at Botanica, but nope! Very much dig the natural and non-fragranced products used.Finally, my pedicurist Mara and manicurist Morgan were super friendly and skilled. They helped me pick fun colors and end my day on a sweet note!All of the little touches like the fresh flowers around the spa, the delicious and endless mugfuls of tea, strawberry water, and comfy waffle robe added up to truly make me feel super pampered and relaxed.Thanks for the relaxing day. It was much needed & very appreciated! :)

My first visit to Botanica Day Spa did not disappoint. The hot stone massage by Bella was amazing! Just the right amount of pressure to melt away the stress. Staff was friendly and professional. Cant wait to try a facial and nails!

I was in Clearwater on a visit and had a scrub and massage with Hector and let me tell you, he works magic. My upper back up into my skull is always so locked up and Im always in pain. Well, its been almost a week since Hector worked on me and my chiropractor has finally been able to get some movement and Ive had enough pain free time to forget what my typical pain level is. Im actually tempted to start taking a monthly day trip for this.

The best salon ever! I love my girl Claudia. I have done several facials, Mani Pedi and recently did a collagen induction session. I recommend everyone to this salon.

Botanical day spa was so lovely. This was our first time coming to this spa in Clearwater and made our overall stay spectacular. If we come back to Clearwater we will be going again to this spa. We had a couples massage and both masseuses were phenomenal! Thanks again for such a great experience :)

Anytime you walk into the spa you are greeted by a warm and wonderful receptionist who is happy to have you. I have never arrived and not had my person not on time. They are very accommodating to last minute scheduling and always try and work with you. Gen does the best eyebrow waxes. The have a great team, amazing massages and facials. The spa is very calm and relaxing. They do an excellent job. I love Botanica and will always go back.

Great place for massage and leg wax (probably other stuff too but Ive only been there for that). Definitely book in advance though, theyre always busy.Edit: I started coming to Botanica for monthly massages earlier this year with Anna and she is, hands down, my favorite masseuse both at Botanica and in general. Her energy is super calm and chill and shes very considerate of temperature and pressure before, during and after the massage. Shes also great at remembering which spots need more attention from month-to-month and providing suggestions about how to minimize future aches and pains based on the feel of the muscles during the massage. I can confidently say that I feel better after working with her for the past several months.

Got a pedicure here recently and the process all went well, massage was relaxing... problem is they sit you right next to someone else when theres enough chairs where they could keep one open in between. And then the polish came out horrible and nails were uneven. I had to file my nails and redo the polish myself at home. Definitely good for the relaxing experience... but dont go if u expect a good polish you wont need to fix. Not worth $60 + tip.

I am from New York and visiting my family in florida. We decided to make an appointment for a girls day. This was THE BEST DECISION EVER!!!! Such a great atmosphere, adorable shop for great aromatherapy, jewelry and unique items. Beautiful and clean bathroom. Staff was FRIENDLY and KIND. Was checked in by the very friendly and calm William and was so pleased to find he was my therapist! He was AMAZING. Had the perfect touch, great pressure, made the entire experience calming and amazing. I wish I could pack him up in my luggage and take him home with me!!! Beautiful decor in the sitting rooms and massage therapy rooms! Cant wait to visit Florida again just so I can get a massage therapy session with William!

I come back and forth from Chicago to Clearwater and once a month see YANA for a facial and wax, and now Will for a therapeutic massage. I cant say enough positive things about YANA, her level of expertise IS BEYOND anyone I have ever gone to and her caring and commitment to her job is amazing ...she is really such a nice person and is seriously one of the best aestheticians I have ever had. That is why I only see her and no longer see mine in Chicago. I also saw Will last time for a therapeutic massage, and as an Occupational Therapist I am so impressed at how skilled he is, he is better than any PT I have ever seen for my knees and rotator cuff. I signed up for the package for Yana and Will because I am so impressed and I dont plan on ever going anywhere else. I am sure everyone here is incredible as well. I have been a Botanica Day Spa client for over 20 years. In fact, it was the place where I got my very first manicure! When you step inside, it is not just your average spa setting. It truly feels like a sanctuary. From the lavendar scented warm neck pillows, to the ridiculously comfortable pedicure chairs, the whole experience from start to finish is always a good one. The whole team was so welcoming and made my best friend and I’s evening out a dream come true. The massage I had was so good it brought me to tears. The facial was so relaxing and I didn’t know what a hand/finger massage was but gosh am I so glad that I have experienced it!

Had the Botanica Bliss package done as a Valentines day gift to me, and it honestly just made me feel like a princess. Deep cleansing facial, body massage, manicure, and pedicure all done in about 3.5 hours. We were planning a surprise birthday spa get together for 5 girls, one of which was pregnant, so we required a location that could provide a prenatal massage. Originally, one of my co-conspirators found a different location and called 2 weeks in advance to make arrangements. After she contacted them numerous times, they told us 3 days prior to our spa day that they would not accommodate us. In a stroke of luck, I found Botanica. Rayna, in charge of booking, could not have been nicer! Because of the short notice, she wasnt sure if she would be able to meet all 10 services, but she worked her magic and made our special day come together wonderfully. The entire staff was terrific and we especially loved the facial from Carrie. What could have been a disaster ended up a much needed relaxing day for the five of us. I am so glad we found Botanica and I highly recommend them. We will definitely be going back!

The charming relaxation room was well-stocked with hot tea and flavored water options, and every person I encountered was friendly and helpful. Ive been coming to Heather for my Brazilian wax for a few months now. She does a great job making a generally not-so-pleasant experience not so bad. She was great calming my nerves my first time, talking me through it while working quickly so not to prolong the painful parts. The girls at the front are always nice and welcoming. 👌 5 stars!

Had a great experience with the ladies who worked on me. Donnie is an amazing massage therapist! However, I did use a gift card and when I went to leave was told two different things: first the cost of some service had increased but no, that was wrong, the cost of the package bought for me had increased and I was expected to pay the difference. Would have been nice to have had that info shared in the beginning. It also seemed a little sketchy to pull that when the gift card was less than 5 months old. Left a bit of a sour taste, because it should have been honored.

This was the best idea I had for my husband and I while visiting Clearwater Beach. We had a couples massage by Anna and Alex, and I completely recommend both of them for all your massage needs. Completely relaxing atmosphere and perfect way to end our vacation before heading back home. Highly recommend!

I was recommended to Botanica by a friend for the Brazilian wax but I chickened out! I instead got an airbrush spray tan, which I had never had before. Gen made me feel super comfortable and was quick as a bunny! The spray made me instantly tan and then continued to get darker throughout the day. I had so many compliments it was ridiculous! It looked so natural, not orange at all, and lasted for a loooong time.All the girls at Botanica are so nice, it seriously was the nicest spa team I have ever met, no snooty attitudes here! So I came back to have a few of my pesky moles removed (by lam probing). Again, Gen was awesome, and told me what to expect the whole time. She even did them a few more times weeks later for no charge to make sure they were really gone.I was highly satisfied and surprised by the above par level of service. They always have good deals and specials going on. I would tell anyone to go to Botanica for their spa needs-I plan on booking that Brazilian next!***UPDATE, I did end up doing the Brazilian and it was so fast and very sanitary but most importantly FAST, because you dont want a slow painful Brazilian. My husband surprised me while on vacation with this couples massage. My massage therapist was ANNA she was amazing, I can’t explain it in words how awesome she was. She seriously had me snoring!! The place is beautiful and very peaceful! They also offer other services as well, please please try this place! Next time we’re in town I’ll definitely be back looking her ANNA!!

Ive been going to Botanica for several years after being very disappointed at a very expensive well-known spa in the area. Botanica is quite reasonable, professional, friendly and accommodating, the experienced personnel provide all around great service. Gen is very dedicated, hard working and enjoys the whole experience. Try them out, no doubt youll enjoy it too. Their clients including men as well as us gals. Also the free 20 yr celebration held recently at the newly renovated Capitol Theater was a fun experience along with some great gifts.

While on a girl’s trip last week we decided (spontaneously) to get massages. I did not personally speak with the lady on the phone, but she said she would work something out. We are all business owners and we understand schedules. I really appreciated that the receptionist never said no. She simply said, Let me make arrangements. She called us back later that day and told us what she could do. She never used a negative. So amazing! Our appointment times were not (ideally perfect) what we wanted, however her polite manner and the fact that she said this is what I can do for you made the experience pleasant.Upon walking into the spa we were greeted politely and with a warm smile. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing.My therapist was William. He used just the perfect amount of pressure and all I wanted to do was nap on the table. I definitely had that post massage hangover/glow. He was polite, soft spoken, and he listened to my pressure requests. He had already reviewed my intake chart and asked clarifying questions prior to the massage. I felt like I would be in very competent hands. And I was!Checkout was also pleasant and easy. We were given an option to browse the shop, and given recommendations to try. Of course the upsell worked! We are all about something unique and your shop offers those items.I appreciated the service I received from booking to service to check out. Your employees are top of the line. After getting my brow wax at Botanica for the first time, I found my previously preferred beauty care provider to be wanting. In addition to the incredible staff and cozy, upscale atmosphere--complete with luxury chocolates and beauty products--, Ive thoroughly enjoyed being able to dramatically change my looks from visit to visit, as the staff provides excellent brow waxes, paying special attention to my specified desired look. I needed a pedicure and I treated my father in law for his first massage therapy session. The pedicure was wonderful and relaxing, I almost fell asleep! My father in law loved his massage and Michael was so nice and helpful for him.

Choice this place for my first ever Spa experience and Leg Waxing experience. It was Awesome! Its such a nice place and such a calming place! Ive always prided myself on my pain tolerance but honestly it wasnt thrilling but it didnt make me want to scream or anything. My right leg had more ouch to it then the left but its been a week and still smooth. Such a joy. Im totally coming back. Totally want to try a few other things.

Called day of and they were able to accommodate 2 services. Very clean, tranquil and added bonus was beautiful assortment of jewelry, soaps, purses and more. My therapist (don’t remember her name) was so personable, listened to my needs and delivered amazing service. My sister and i were able to go into a couples room.

Upon walking in to Botanica Day Spa you feel a sense of tranquility. The team members are attentive offering water and seeing to any needs. Prior to treatment you are asked about any issues or avoidances. I was at ease right away with Katie, my assigned masseuse. She was amazing. Listened to my needs as to why I was there. Then gave the appropriate treatment for my back pain. By that evening the pain I had been suffering from for weeks stopped and I have been better since. I plan for this to be a regular treatment to my healthcare.

Went into get a fill on my Xtreme Lashes! I LOVED Tracy! She is wonderful. Salon is so beautiful and peaceful:) Going back in a few weeks and may try some other services while I am there too! Would recommend Botanica Day Spa to anyone!

When I called to make my appointment,I wasnt sure if I was too late to book since it was semi short notice. Right away they said they were going to contact some employees to see if they would come in to help accommodate the services we wanted. They were able to schedule us for everything. Upon check in, we were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. I wish I could remember everyones names that assisted us on that day, so I apologize in advance. But thank you to everyone for such a relaxing day! We needed it badly and if we lived closer youd be seeing us all the time. We cant wait to come back!

They treated us like royalty, and the chocolate was to die for. They worked out all the kinks in my back, too bad we dont have them back in South Dakota! I have been going to Botanica Day Spa for over 17 years. Despite me moving out of the area every time I visit the Clearwater/Tampa area I always make a point to stop in at Botanica. Whether getting a facial or a wax by owner Gen or a pedicure or massage from another member of their professional staff. The staff, the space (especially the new facility), the treatments, the catering to your needs and on and on are divine. I really can go on but you just have to check it out for yourself.

Our hotel spa was booked so we researched local spa’s and came across this gem just a short trolley ride across the water from the beach. To our fortune, they were able to accommodate us in the two spots available that day and we LOVED IT. The place is immaculate and so tastefully designed with a heavy natural element influence. The staff, the products, the pricing...all exceeded expectations and I will schedule services with this spa again and again. Thank you!!

Brazilian waxing - not something you look forward to, in particular... but Gen and Yana work SO fast to make the experience quick and as painless as possible. The best Brazilian Ive ever had was at Botanica.I also went last week and tried the cupping massage and was super impressed. Ive done my nails here and had facials as well. I love the line they carry (Pevonia) and the fact that they took the time to explain the products to me and let me take home samples before I committed to anything.

I had my first appointment at Botanica at their first open house a few months ago. They were running a special on foot detox and I had always wanted to try it. I really liked the service and felt the that spa was clean and well taken care of and the staff were very friendly and professional.When I finished my foot detox I heard they offered a new service called a cupping massage. It seemed really cool so I scheduled one. The cupping massage was actually amazing. It loosened up my sore muscles and I felt energized after. Im train 5-7 days a week at the gym so it was exactly what I needed.I ended up going back to Botanica for eyelash extensions a few weeks later. It was one of the best services I have had at the spa. It takes about 2 hours although the technician was done in less than that. My eyelashes looked so pretty and natural. Ive had them now for two weeks and havent had to wear eye makeup. I definitely recommend this service.I plan on going back to Botanica in the future and highly recommend it to anyone living in Clearwater or traveling to Clearwater or the Clearwater Beach area.

Best experience with a massage. I was even given good tips on how to prevent muscle tightness and fatigue while at work. They sell amazing natural scented oils I recommend OM! I will be back and I highly recommend checking out their specials as it is a great way to begin and there are so many!

All of the services that I get whether massage, facials, nails, or waxing have been incredible. My needs are almost met with and every therapist listens to my concerns and accommodates them. I recently had a facial and got my lashes done (perm and tint) and I walked out glowing. I did a microderm facial with Vivian and my pores were finally free of all the dirt that had built up. I was breaking out and my face quickly cleared up and I had so many compliments on my skin. Secondly, I had my lashes done with Gen and they were amazing! Afterwards, everyone would ask me if they were lash extensions, but they werent!Whatever service you need, if Botanica offers it, go get it because you wont have any regrets!

Went here for eyelash extensions while I was on vacation, and I wish I could go back!I didnt bring in any reference photos for what I wanted, and simply described it in a very vague manner (which was my own fault because I forgot what curl my extensions usually are back in NYC), and the technician still managed to make them OUTSTANDING.By now, theyve lasted over 3 weeks and still look pretty tidy even after theyve seen harsh, humid weather and lots of sweat.Hope to come back one day!

I recently had the Rosacea Soothing facial with Yana Berry. The owners did a great job choosing the decor of the salon as it is a beautiful and relaxing environment. Yana came and got me right on time which I ALWAYS appreciate. Yana is so sweet and personable, and she really seems to have a passion for skincare. The facial itself was AMAZING!!! It was my first experience with Dermaplaning and Im totally hooked!! When I left there, my face felt so soft and all the annoying peach fuzz was gone. If youre in need of an exceptional facial, I highly recommend Yana Berry!!!

I see Vivian every month religiously!!!! I always get a facial with dermaplaning and she knows exactly what else my face needs whether it’s dealing with a breakout or my combo skin or that I’ve been in the sun. I’m so much happier with my skin since I’ve been with her and constantly receive compliments. We also always do a massage. I work out a lot (sometimes twice a day) and she finds spots that I didn’t even know were there! She’s great with applying pressure on the tough spots. I definitely need my monthly massages to keep me going! Just as a side note, I split my time between Clearwater and Gainesville and I always make the drive to come see her specifically. So basically she’s amazing!!

Plenty of other reputable local Spas to go to. Stay away.Awful experience with this company. Booked a couples massage on Saturday morning for later in that day. We had something come up and were not going to be able to make it, we would be 30 mins late, which I understand they could not accommodate. I was informed I could not cancel, I had to give 24 hours notice. How can you give 24 hours notice when you booked it a mere 2 hours beforehand? They offered to reschedule which was fine. I told them I would PROVISIONALLY book for the following weekend but I would call them back. We have a brand new baby and needed to find a babysitter. Later I had forgotten to call them back because like I said we have a brand new baby. The following weekend they call me during what would have been the appointment to say we had missed the appointment and would be charged $160 for the missed appointment and they charged my credit card. Maybe they do not understand what PROVISIONALLY means? There are plenty of other places in Clearwater to have a massage and I will never go back to a place that does not work with people. I am a local business owner and have built my business on excellent customer service. I am appalled at this company and the way they do business. I have told all of my friends and local owners at the Clearwater Chamber of this experience. Stay away.

Have gone here for years for Brazilians, facials and nails - love love LOVE each and every person on staff here! The Brazilians are fast, super sanitary (so important) and even when I moved 2 hours away I would make the monthly trip to come to them - I trust nobody else!It does not smell like the chemicals you smell when you walk by spas in the mall or in strip plazas - Botanica is natural, they offer many organic products, their treatments are gentle and you walk into a zen like atmosphere. Tea, water or a drink of some kind are always offered - heated neck pillows are a staple. They truly are a day spa.All the girls are super sweet - they are always willing to accommodate my insane schedule.All around - the best in Clearwater/Tampa area. Make the trip - you wont regret it!

I went there for a massage with Ana and its hands down the best massage Ive ever had (and Ive been to many other places). Also, the spa has a very cool and calming vibe and friendly staff.Exceeded my expectations.

She really goes above and beyond to ensure that the clients receive exactly whatever it is that they expect and pay for. I guarantee you will lose yourself in the front shoppe while perusing the ever-updated treat yoself products (carefully curated and hand picked by the owner and lead massage therapist!) as time escapes you.The warm vibes from the physical space work their way into the staff - who are professional, empathetic and driven. I often request William or Hector for massage - its obvious that their bodywork practice stems from the heart as they both aim to relax, heal and balance.As a born and bred Manhattanite new to the area, I definitely set the bar exceptionally high regarding spas and wellness centers... 5/21/2020I changed my review. Initially I put one star because of all the things that didnt go right for me. Im feeling like that isnt a true review.My review: The facility is neat and clean. There are lots of products to choose from not just for the face. Its for overall well bring Id say. It is a nice experience, nice ambiance in the facial room. The most fun part for me was wearing just the towel while having facial. It had a true spa feeling. Over all they deliver what they say they would. Thats the point. Hope this is helpful.1/20/20 I appreciate the Spa reaching out to me, wanting to fix things... but... Im ok... Im sure its a good spot for some...just not me. But its a kool experience and all....The 1 star is my rating for my experience and results. But I have particular skin.I broke out from the products. Pretty much 130 dollar rash .... my husband joked. My back was killing me laying so long. Oh... and if your not into astrology and all that... you will be uncomfortable. 1st and last visit. Im sure I wont be missed.

I have never had a massage in my 26 years of life. Today I cried after the best message I have ever had in my 26 years of life. I hold so so so much stress as a CCRN. Especially during theses times. My boyfriend and I received a couples message and I sobbed after such an amazing massage by Hector and Anna! I honestly cant say for sure what a massage is but if it was supposed to feel like that, than I am willing to drive 1.5hours to come see them every month. I didn’t know what to expect from today’s massage. Today I found peace and tranquillity. Somehow they knew exactly what we needed. For the first time since I became an RN I can say I literally forgot about all my worries and woes from work. I don’t think they know the pain I hold as being a CCRN during these times but they took it all away. I will never forget this very first massage I have had. I will be forever grateful for Hector and Anna. They took away the stress I cant get rid of on a day to day basis, and for that, I thank you. God bless you for treating me today with out question. Thank you for not treating me like an outcast but for treating me like every other customer that walks in your front door. I needed this. Best mani and pedi I have ever gotten! They really take the time to make sure that your nails and toes look beautiful. And honestly, I feel like my manicure/pedicure last longer because they really use some great products!

I called looking for a package deal for my wife and I for our anniversary trip to Florida. From the minute I called until we arrived they made sure to find exactly what we wanted. Once there you will not want to leave. The staff was very friendly and superb at their jobs. Wish we lived closer to take advantage of the package deals they have more often.

I made an appointment for a much needed massage utilizing this establishments online portal. They called while I was at the emergency vet with my dog stating they needed more info...I’ve never had to do this in my many years of getting massages but thought I would call them back today after I got some work done. Nope, they cancelled my appointment and if I want to rebook I have to call. Too much hassle and drama. I’ll go elsewhere.

Me and my sister went here during our Florida vacation and it was GREAT. Dimitra was so sweet and made sure I was always comfortable, and she did a fantastic job. We will definitely be going back when we return to Florida!

Beautiful place, loved the ambiance and staff were nice. The mini pedi was a cute gold bucket with bubbles and rose pedals. I made my husband get a pedi for the first time, It was fun but all they did was a little foot rub with a scrub, slightly trim nails and didnt get any calluses whatsoever, which was the whole point of taking him. I thought because they didnt have to paint his nails they would at least scrub at the calluses a little- but no. Disappointed. Took him to an asian pedi right after and they did incredible. Wouldnt return here for a pedicure.

10/10 recommend for small parties. We brought a group of 6 for a bachelorette party. We were able to bring our own champagne and lunch. Services were all a la carte so everyone could choose their own budget. They are so accommodating in every aspect from booking and day of. Our whole group raved about each service.

If you need a massage where you need relaxation William is the best! You can truly tell he loves what he does and delivers an AMAZING massage experience.My partner had a massage with him and he was not kidding when he said William amazed him!Thank you William!

Hands down the best couples massage weve ever had, the wifey fell asleep during her massage and I too was soooooo relaxed, this is the place to come to if your visiting Clearwater, its only 10 min drive from the beach side hotels. The price only $170 and well worth it, oh we had Anna and Iolani cant forget to mention the ladies who gave the massages.

I did a couples spa day and it was AMAZING! From the relaxing massage to the gentle facial. I was very impressed and it was well worth the money! I highly recommend this day spa. Now that Ive moved back to FLA, I look forward to going back soon!

This was my first time visiting this spot. And it was a great experience. My esthetician was Dimitria and she was friendly and fun and very informative. We had a lot in common and I will be coming back to see her in a month. This place is close to my job and they have showers so convenient I can get off work shower and get my me time and go home.

No matter what service I get at Botanica it is always top notch, relaxing and worth the money. The staff are very professional and accommodating. The facility is clean and serene. A great spa to go to if you want to feel pampered.

Went to their OPEN HOUSE. Never felt so NOT WELCOME in my life. We went there because their reviews were good and their were demonstrations for things we were interested in PURCHASING. It started at the door. We stood there lost as the front desk paid attention an obvious current client. We had to say we came for the open house. Oh yeah go on in. The space was tight. NOT ONE employee introduced themselves, or greeted us. All we got was excuse me, I need to get by. The current clients actually offered to show us where the water, wine and cheese was located. Had to ask an employee where the demonstrations were. NOT a friendly place. During the demonstrations, nothing was explained. Had to ask questions. Was planning on buying when we walked in, walked out disappointed in the feeling of not being welcome. Will never go back. As they say, you only get one chance to make a good first impression and this was a very poor impression. So bad, would not give them a second chance.

When I went to Botanica Day Spa I just needed my eyebrows waxed but I was very impressed with the personal care and professionalism that was put into this task. I was listened to and got exactly what I wanted. I would recommend them highly!!

No I have the right place you have me down as Asia, you have tea and oranges you offer your clients.... To all our Black American women I should of known better then to go to a all caucasian salon in Florida, knowing theyre known for their rascist, redneck behavior. I went here, Wednesday 3rd to get a eyebrow tint, the lady who did it did a awful job, forgot her name, dang, but she did a good job at first, looked in the mirror and they were perfect, she then took some removing stringent, and removed all the tint, I believe she did that on purpose,cause I was black, I dont recommend this place for our black people. $18+a tip gone down the drain, lesson learned.
