I had the best massage I have had in a long time! They had to change locations at the last minute due to HVAC issues at their normal location. I misjudged the time it would take to get there and was a little late. I was bummed because I knew I was going to not have as long of a session due to being late. Christian, the massage therapist, went right up to the end time. Usually, they end 5-8 minutes early for time to get dressed, etc. I was so appreciative of this! 5 stars for Christian!The reason for one less star is because it is impossible to schedule a massage session. It sucks not being able to routinely get in for a massage. I have so many credits for services, but I cant even use them. I would cancel my membership there, but then I would lose all of those credits that have built up. The monthly membership fee went up AGAIN. Ugh! Its frustrating because you pay monthly, but you cant get in very easily for a massage.
Its impossible to get appointments; you have to plan months out and hope the new month (two months out) doesnt book up the first day of the month. Then, its impossible to cancel your account because youre enrolled in a yearly membership (even if it wasnt apparent), accruing credits for massages you cant use, only to then have 60 days to use all credits after youve cancelled.
I’m not the biggest fan of massage envy because of lack of availability for massages. Their membership rules are also not the best. I was a member long ago and last year I was gifted a years worth of massages. It was hard to book any at first but since I found Monica I’ve been booking my massages months in advance because I know her massages will never disappoint. She has made me not completely give up on this gift. Her massages are the best. She makes me feel comfortable during the whole session, constantly checks in on me and the quality of them are always consistent. I will keep coming back as long as Monica is here. The five stars are all for Monica.
You ever had a massage so bad you thought about leaving mid session? The quality of therapists has gone drastically downhill. Sure isnt what it used to be. Still left a tip, though found it difficult to justify.
Do not join if you are not a member. Massage Envy has handled the massage therapist shortage very poorly. Like other reviews, I pay for a monthly service, yet they are booked for months and it is nearly impossible to get an appointment, yet they continue to hold appointments for potential new members. You can put your membership on hold, but you have to continue to submit hold request monthly. This is unlike every other institution with memberships. Also, if you put your membership hold, you cannot book to try to use your credits. If you try to cancel, you only have 1 month to use any unused credit (again impossible because they are so booked). It is a no win situation. They do have an option which gives you 4 months, but guess what? They charge you an extra $20 a month to do so. I am shocked that a business can operate in this manner.
The therapists provide decent massages, but there is hardly any availability making it really difficult to schedule.I was told they didn’t have anything until 2 months from now. Considering that I have a membership that is supposed to give me 1 massage per month, this is terrible customer service.Also, they won’t let me out of the contract or give me a refund even though they can’t schedule anything in a reasonable time frame.
The worst customer service. Bought a monthly membership, but you cant schedule. No answers the phone. Occasionally someone will answer a text but they only respond about 25%. Took 3 months to get an appointment and then they cancelled me the day of the appointment. Instead of trying to get me back in quickly, their next available appointment for me is another 3 months out. And of course, I cant talk to a live person when I reach out.
This is a review for all Massage Envy’s. What has happened to this organization? I pay for a monthly service, yet they are booked out for months! How can you have a monthly subscription model and not have availability for your clients? It’s mind boggling. Not to mention, no one at the front desk answers the phones. I also can’t cancel my membership unless I want to lose all of the appointments I’ve racked up over the months (of which I can’t use). I hope ME can figure out their situation. It’s not a pleasant experience!
I really wish I had read a few reviews before I went in.... The service I received was AMAZING! I felt so relaxed after my massage. So it makes me sad with the level of customer service I received after the fact. I signed up for the monthly membership after my massage. Ive been having lots of back and shoulders issues from tons of physical activity and thought this would be great for me. However, when the called because the membership charged me a month before my due date, the manager and staff werent as helpful in resolving my issue. It was as if they already signed me up and now they wanted nothing to do with me. I even called the manager back to get clarification on a message she left me but she couldnt be bothered by me asking a few questions so she was relaying the message through another associate. I got a refund for part of the transaction, but it was more then I was initially quoted. Im HIGHLY disappointed with the level of customer service I received and I urge people to look elsewhere for a massage place. I will warn all of my friends and family as well.
I have been coming here for years. All the staff is kind, professional, and provide the best massages I have ever had! I originally came in to help me with some serious back pain I had. I have been coming month after month since for self love. I look forward to this very needed time every month. Do your self a favor, take care of you body and mind and sign up for a membership! You will not regret it! :-)
James has made my life easier (serious lowback pain) and Max has been helpful, too. So happy to have been forced into constant massages. The cost is unacceptable but James is so exceptional, I keep coming back.
WORST PLACE EVER!! Isaac is the best massage therapist, but the office staff only care about the contract and take advantage of people not knowing the details of what they signed. I have 2 credits that they refuse to let me use until I pay even more money!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
This location and the other one people confuse this one about, saves membership. Unfortunately , I’v been attending the Riverpoint location whom are horrible, always late, rude and gross.Yesterday, I came in to my appointment, but got the locations mixed up, they called ahead to tell them and the two locations worked together and got me in. The masseuse, was able to keep me a little later because she had no apts. after mine. This was the only and most incredible experience I’v had in the year of membership at Massage Envy. Thank you soo much, you all deserve a raise and recognition.
I have been a paying member for a little over a year. I have purchased an add-on of some sort at every appointment. The therapists are great. The front desk, specifically Hope, are just condescending, extremely unhelpful, and just not interested in helping a loyal customer. A couple weeks back I scheduled an appointment for my day off. I drove the 20 mins across town to said appointment ( I chose this location because of its proximity to work, not my home. So this was outta my way for my day off) only to get there and be told my appointment was scheduled for the following day. Their scheduler messed up. I asked to be worked in and was told there was nothing they could do to help me. I drove across town for nothing. After I left I called back and spoke to a manager, Kelsie I think her name was, who was apologetic but couldnt (according to her on orders of her manager) compensate me in any way for my time beyond an add-on that I would get anyway. However, if I were to ever mix up my appointment and miss it they would take one of my paid member massages as compensation for their time being wasted. Then we get to today. I have a scheduled appointment to use my last member massage, plus an additional half hour. Since Im now on a month to month contract I did not pay to continue my contract after their horrible handling of their screw up. Apparently, because I hadnt paid to continue the contract I wasnt allowed to use the credit I already paid for previously. I was forced to pay the $60 for an additional month I do not want, and wont be able to use anyway once I complete the cancellation. After this review I am sending a letter to corporate to report this location. Hopefully they care more about their business than this location clearly does.
Had a fine experience with the massage, but got sweet-talked into signing up for a membership, which is really a 12-month contract. Dont sign anything with these guys!!! Read the fine print and you find out that there is no way to cancel your contract unless you 1) have a doctors written note that you can no longer get a massage for medical reasons or 2) have moved 25 miles and youre not within 25 miles of another location.You can freeze your contract for up to 6 months, but then you still owe for a total of 12 monthly payments.
It was my first visit and nobody mentioned to me that the therapist they booked me with required a mask. Im sorry but I go to get a massage and relax, not to feel uncomfortable for 90 minutes or have others political agendas pushed on me! In addition massage therapist had horrible bedside manner, probably because I was opposed to the mask but still.. Will not be back!
Massage envy isnt the problem, but this location certainly is. Ive been coming here for about 5 years now and it’s deteriorated into such a steaming pile that I’m surprised they can keep the doors open. There is plenty of competition now, even within a 1mi radius. From what I can tell all the good therapists have left for greener pastures. Good luck finding someone who knows what they’re doing. Jonny L is good, if he’s still there.The final straw for me was when they gave away my appointment to a walk in. An appointment that I scheduled a week prior and took time off of work to come in for. Some people need a massage to relax, I need a massage because I am in pain. When I sought relief, their incompetence caused me even more pain.At first they didn’t want to do anything for me but I got them to promise me a half a credit, which quite frankly wasn’t much for the huge mistake on their part. Of course that never happened, either. I have now spent over an hour on the phone spanning multiple phone calls dealing with this and not only are they not holding up their end, the last person I spoke with was extremely condescending.The incompetence and/or malice looming over this place boggles the mind.Good riddance.Do yourself a favor and get a massage anywhere but here.EDIT: Just got a call back from this location and this issue with my half credit is apparently fixed. Maybe. They were nicer on the phone this time around (maybe because of the review?) but Im no longer as pissed off so Im upping it to 3 stars from 1. I still cannot whole heatedly recommend this place.
I have been to this location several times and usually see Damaris, who I love. Today she was sick and so I saw Peter. He did an amazing firm massage and my back has never felt more loose and relaxed! I have always found everyone at this location to be accommodating, kind and fun. Looking forward to booking my next appointment!
When I booked the appointment i wasnt informed that all the message techs didnt do deep tissue, i didnt even finish my session because it was so terrible. My neck still hurts and so does my back. I just paid $40 to someone who felt like they didnt even want to touch my skin. If you use this company go to the one off havana in Aurora. Because this location is not it. Disappointed, next time let people know what services youre offering for the day or what the client might want. #ugh
I always have a wonderful experience here I’ve never had a bad massage. The therapists I’ve had are amazing and kind and always ask what I need and remember all of my problematic areas. The staff is always kind and is sure to get me scheduled with the therapists I see. Thank you all!
Ive been seeing Bobby N. for over three years now at this location and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive! I need regular massage therapy because my job is very physical. The moment I walk into the Tiffany Plaza location my whole day changes for the better. The front desk staff does an excellent job of cultivating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. They are helpful, polite, and knowledgeable about the products and services without being pushy about purchasing. Bobby knows his stuff, and is able to explain the technique and muscle groups in an accessible way. I put my account on Hold over the Christmas holiday with zero problems. I really cant say enough good things about this place!
Ive had good and bad experiences at ME but have never seen the need to comment until today. The massage by James was one of the best Ive had, anywhere. He was able to loosen up my back and shoulders better than anyone whos ever tried, ME or anywhere else. If you are plagued by tightness in your shoulders and back, do yourself a favor and book with him.
Worst spa out of all massage envys. I have never been treated so poorly In my life by these mean Individuals who run this so called spa of relaxation. I am a dancer and also date a massage therapist. We know a lot of people asking for good therapists and spas. You can trust that I will highly recommend that people stay away from this spa. On Valentines Day me and my spouse went to book a couples massage , we have been members for many months without any issue. Since my spouse has a common first name and common Mexican last name, the manager brought up a different account under The same common name.This member had been banned and was not allowed inside of massage envy. They also told me that the credit that my card was charged for would not be able to be used . I found this completely unbelievable and a true risk for your spa for banning a member and not telling them and still letting them open up an account .There was no reason for my spouse to be banned and no reason he knew of this , it made no sense to us . and I called lodo massage envy who could locate my husbands correct account within seconds . She called to speak to your manager immediately on Valentines Day but she wasnt able to reach her .I have been employed by hand and stone cherry creek for almost a year before working for massage envy cherry creek for almost a year and I would never treat a client in such a demeaning way . Your entire staff was unapologetic and seem to not care at all and the company really left a bad taste in my mouth . I was not even offered any free ad on or any discount to make up for this horrible Valentines Day . Im not even asking for a free massage I just want to be at knowledged and treated like a human being and be apologize to with at least some genuineness behind it . How would you like it if your Valentines Day was ruined after months of planning ?! thanks a lot guys!!!!I will make sure that me and all my friends spread the word about this horrible location and I really hope Eric the owner takes a note to really watch this place for their customer service. Hope you guys can be more nice to your paying and loyal customers in the future. You guys were great ,at one point , cause hey I went to cherry creek twice a week for massages this past. Check millennium, I know how to work it. Its easy, I could have located the account of my spouse myself.Elena , the woman I last spoke to was finally the only nice person who reached me, she is doing a great job , and should train her coworkers on how to handle such situations. She was able to freeze the account so I will no longer be billed and she would get the cancellation processed in a timely fashion .I am still hoping everything goes smooth through the cancellation process and I will not be given any more charges since for a long period of time I was told I could not even use the credits I was being charged for . I will truly miss going to this spot. It was extremely convenient for me and I love the massage therapist but the customer service makes it almost impossible to get to the massage .Thank you for your time and I cannot wait for all of my information to be removed from your system immediately after I fill out the cancel form,thank you
Be careful what you sign. Their contract allows them to cancel your membership after it reaches term and to also cancel any massages that you have paid for but not used yet. This cost me $240.00. When I asked for my money back, they refused. It was within their legal right but I find it highly unethical.
I had an appointment today (May 16 , 2021) at 9 am for a prenatal massage with Debania and I get there 10 minutes prior and the whole place is closed. Locked up , no lights on. They open at 8. This is such poor customer service. I will never recommend this location to anywhere else. Thankfully the cherry creek area has an opening for me and are gladly going to help me with my prenatal pains. SCREW THIS LOCATION. I even got a text yesterday to CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT!!!
If I could give this location zero stars I would. In light of recent events at Massage Envy, one would think that they would be trying to improve their image and customer service, but this location is clearly not taking that approach. I was told that my membership was going to expire Dec 25th 2017 and that I would not be billed for any additional monthly payments because I had already paid for the 12, per their contract obligation period for the first year. It came as a surprise that I was billed for Dec 26th and I called into the location to get it figured out on Dec 29th. I had taken my membership off of the automatic renewal in November so I should not have been billed.I spoke with Hope F. who I was told was the acting GM, and told her about my issue. She seemed very aloof and unwilling to help so I told her that I would like to speak with her regional manager Kristi G. She became very rude and said that she would have her call me back. It has now been over a month and I have still not heard back from Hope F. or Kristi G. and Im not sure of the status of my membership.I am extremely frustrated by this locations lack of customer service and I have been telling my friends, family, and colleagues to avoid this and the other locations in Kristi G.s region (Gardens on Havana and Cherry Hills). If Tiffany Plaza is running their business like this you can be sure that those locations are run the same way. I really like the Massage Therapists and Estheticians at this location but, sadly, I wont be back because I dont want to support a business thats run this way.
If I could give zero stars I would. I lost my job recently & had to cancel my membership after a year and a half. I was told by two staff members on separate days that I could use my credits until the end of March--I had at least 3 1/2 hrs or over $200 worth of unused massage/ facial time paid for in advance. However when I called early in March to schedule massages for myself & my boyfriend I was told my credits were canceled because they had to do an immediate cancellation since I had lost my job. Whatever the F that even means !?!? I guess it means that if you lose your job & cancel your Massage Envy membership expect them to kick you when youre down & STEAL your money. Just really wonderful folks as you can see. Ill be avoiding all Massage Envy for the rest of my life as well as any off shoots they may open in the near future such as Massage Greed or Massage Pride.
Patry was the best therapist I have ever had. Ever! I would recommend her to anyone. Katie is awesome as well, and gave great advice on stretches. The staff is nice, however, they are not as organized as other locations which is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. My appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge, my therapists were switched without my knowledge (as I said Patry and Katie are awesome, so I requested them specifically), or my appointment was just plain lost. I also wish the contract was not necessary for the reduced rates.
When I signed up I was told that your allowed to place your acct on freeze at anytime for as long as necessary as I am a travel nurse...found out that I was lied too...tried to cancel and they charge you again for another month of service. ..crooks. Always had great massages there, but hate the feeling of being lied too. I will definitely pass on the type of service I received to others.
I dont normally leave reviews but I felt I needed to for this one. I like massage envy but this location is not the best one. Ive been there before (massage was just ok) and Im a member and they couldnt find me on the system. I had to spell my name over the phone like 20 times and the front desk girl still didnt understand it. Seriously? It was so frustrating. I talked to the manager and she said she would solve the problem and call me back in 5 minutes. Never got that call back. So I called another location. It didnt take 10 seconds for the nice front desk girl to find me on the system.
I would give them a “0” if it let me. They take money out of my account when I told them to cancel my account. They said, “get a doctors note to cancel.” I don’t have insurance so how am I suppose to get a freaking doctors note?! I stopped going because of COVID and I couldn’t afford it anymore. I will make sure to tell EVERYONE not to do business with them!
The actual service I received was great. The front desk needs more training. All said and done, my massage was useless, but dont worry they offered me a $10 enhancement only redeemable at that location, which I will not go back to.
This is a wonderful place to relax. Long work week? Call Massage Envy Tiffany Plaza and make an appointment. The front desk staff are helpful and welcoming, offering hot tea or water as soon as you check in. Ask for Peter, he is an amazing massage therapist. I have been going to him for almost a year.The first massage I had with Peter was a deep tissue and Im hooked! It was a lifechanging experience. I went on a healing emotional and physical journey as my upper back loosened from years of typing. I could feel old tension and stress peeling away like layers of an onion.Having regular maintenance to my back has set me on a heathier path that will last a lifetime.
Polite, friendly and prompt front desk. Massage rooms are clean, as is womens rest room. In the 6 or so years that Ive come to this facility, Ive never had a bad massage therapist or unpleasant experience with a therapist. Satisfied all around!
The massages and masseuses here are high quality though not overly friendly.My reasoning for rating 1 star is the overall cost of Massage envy and the low quality customer service. My experience with this location is that they do not value the customers but just the money they make off of them.
I went there for a pregnancy massage. I asked the therapist if my husband could be present with me in the room (for personal comfort. His presence helps me relax instead of answering a million questions about my pregnancy). When I asked the lady if he could come it, she gave me a 10 second silent stare and made me feel like I just asked to have sex in her presence. Finally she said Im not comfortable with that. So I come to get a relaxing massage, and shes on the job, and shes not comfortable with my husband just sitting there. Who came to get comfort for over $100 and whos getting paid for providing it?... I didnt ask her for ANYTHING that would stand on her way of just giving me a massage. The session went OK and we both were nice to each other, but I couldnt relax and just didnt understand what her problem was. And I did end up answering a million random Qs even when I was trying to pretend I was asleep. Im not going there again (even though I have a gift cert for it). Oh, and prepare to fill out the forms longer than you would in a hospital. The review pertains to the Massage Envy on Hampden.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.Made an appt for an after work facial. Went over to fill out paperwork on my lunch hour because I would be pressed for time that evening. Showed up 20 minutes early for my appt., checked in again at the front desk and sat down waiting to be called. 35 minutes later, I still did not hear my name. Went back to counter. One of the girls went back to let them know I was there. 10 minutes later they came out to get me. Apparently they marked me as a no call/no show and charged me full price despite missing a third of my appt time due to their error. I responded to the survey they send with my complaints. Manager said she will not refund my money as I got the service. Responded I did not get the service I paid for, no response.Customer service is bad.
Wow!! Worst service ever. Im stuck in the program, as I wanted a cheaper first massage. I was told very clearly I could cancel any time after Aug. 19, if I wrote a letter giving 30 daYS NOTICE. THIS I DID THE WEEK OF JULY 30. BUT THEY ARE CONTINUING TO BILL MY ACCOUNT...WHEN I tried to resolve it amicably with representative fielding call, she said I need a doctors statement or to move 25 miles away from any massage envy. Not sure what scam MDB is talking about. The contract is legit & Ive had it for a year. As a flight attendant its nice being able to go anywhere in the country for a massage that I can use my HSA for. This location is by far my favorite though :-)
Wow. Isaac was a great therapist. I would definitely recommend the “firm” massage if that’s your thing... This was my third massage and it rivaled another excellent Thai massage that I had in the past year.
Was in town for a few days. Closest place I could find a good Nitro. Nice full-body flavor and the cup sizing was on point!
Bobby was amazing. He really knows what he is doing. I was in a car accident last year and he knows right where to dig in!!! Always is concerned about how the client is feeling. Makes sure the pressure is not to hard or soft. Pretty nice people there as well.

For me this location is hit or miss but there are some outstanding therapists there. My most recent visit wad with Jamal. He is very talented & I will be going back to see him.
They are scam. They keep charging me eventhough I havent been there. Ive had several talks with them and my bank and they still find a way to charge me. They are extremely disorganized and careless about people and their health and only want to charge people. Would give a zero if I could.
