I purchased a vape last week which stopped working in 2 days, clearly there was fluid left and everything. I went back and they exchanged the vape for me, then again after a day the 2nd vape also stops working n this time also leaking the liquid out of the vape. I take it back again and explain them everything, even show them how there is lots of fluid left and how no smoke is coming out, but they refused to help me. Said they will have to discontinue this vape but they can’t give me another one.This isn’t a good business, I could have been a regular here but I will not go back here again if they don’t keep good working products and on top of that dont even help fix the issue. Very bad customer service and even worse products.

Great selection and very friendly customer service

Smokers Town is an awesome shop. They have a big selection and I appreciate them opening earlier than others at 8. The first time I went in a couple of weeks ago, Carrie gave me lots of great info and I came back weeks later and the whole staff was very helpful (and Carrie remembered me 😊). They are now my #1 go to.

Product was expired on 10/23/23 bought on 10/29/23. I thought it was shady the person did not hand me a receipt. Called them and they said they do not do refunds.

I came in there and bought three pineapple ice vapes. Well I always try before I leave one didn’t even work and the other two was so old they didn’t have a taste. Which these vapes being old was the stores fault not mine. So upset that they wouldn’t give me a refund. They should give refunds when they don’t keep there store up to date and there vapes are old. Makes me so mad. The lady working acted like she didn’t even know what to say or what to do. Horrible vape store. I still will be calling and will call BBB on this store for having old vapes and me having to take something I didn’t come in there to get. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on this store in Asheville NC. Horrible horrible vape store

Toya was extremely helpful! We asked for a product they did not sale and she went above and beyond to get that product for us! This shop has everything you can think of and had the vape I was looking for everywhere but could not find. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. Thanks again Toya, we’ll be back soon!!

Bought a vape had for two days the vape started leaking when filling it change the coil had a doffrent vape shop check it then the one I bought it from they said was a manufacture defect went back to smokers town to see if he would replace it he said he would not but would sell me another. I will never shop there again very poor customer service. Tried to return to smokers town and was told to contact manufacturer the guy present wouldn’t give me another one

Of all the other establishments within a 100-mile radius this is my home away from home. Real talk. The owner and employees are like family never a dull moment when I come by just to even pick up a strawberry banana milk and some Oreos.
