Elements Massage

I had the BEST, most caring and attentive massage yesterday by Reven. He was such a star in understanding my unique pain points and then working on them, not to mention being caring and compassionate as a human as well. Ive had 2 knee surgeries and this surely helped me understand my pain more and how to feel even better to keep moving in the ways I want. I also benefited from meeting Alyssa at the front desk who got me all set up with an affordable monthly plan that worked for me. Her customer service was impeccable. This is a great establishment! Quality massages at reasonable prices, thanks so much!

Had an amazing experience with Daniel, who took the time to listen to my issues regarding my pinched nerve in my back. Ive never had a professional massage experience before, and I left feeling very pleased and relaxed. There is no pressure in signing up for a membership, but they explain it directly enough for me to consider it. Overall, I would recommend and cant wait to go again.

I wasnt wowed by anything at this location - the greeting when I walked through the door, the massage itself, the ambiance of the spa. The biggest reason for my rating is the fact my hour long massage was cut short between 5 and 10 minutes - I noted on the clock present in the room that it began after 5:30pm and ended before 6:30pm. When youre literally paying almost $2 a minute (not including tip!), that makes a big enough difference for me to feel like Im getting the most out of my money. I would prefer to book at a different studio for my next massage.Update: I received a follow up message regarding my feedback and was informed: “Here at Elements, the session time includes 5 minutes in the beginning for a quick consult with your MT, time for you to get on the table, and 5 minutes in the end to get off the table and for any recommendations from your MT. So ultimately, it is 50 minutes of hands-on work.”That’s great information to know now, but doesn’t feel like it should be a hindsight discovery. I’m unsure if this is a standard practice within the massage industry, but it feels deliberately deceptive in some way that it isn’t spelled out on the website more clearly the actual amount of bodywork performed. There is small note upon booking which states: “Includes time for consultation and dressing.” The notification however is rather meek in its appearance - small & easy to overlook; it’s completely non-descriptive that the massage doesn’t actually last for the entirety of the booked session; and is only shown once before you book the appointment, but never appears again, like in a confirmation email.The assistant manager, Meredith, offered me a complimentary massage for not being entirely satisfied with my experience at their studio. I did end up declining the offer, however such a gesture of goodwill drastically improved my image of this location from our simple email exchange!

I had one of the best massages by a massage therapist named Reven. He even asked me if there were any spots that felt like they needed more on my back prior to moving to a different part of my body. I felt very comfortable in the room. He was the best! Could not recommend him enough!!!

Shana was awesome and gave a great massage! She was recommended to me by the cool manager Andrea, and did not disappoint. 11/10 for Shana and her skill set! 12/10 for Andrea keeping it real and hyping up her employees. Both should be highly valued by Elements!

Dani is by far the best masseuse I’ve ever had. Her ability to zero in on my problem areas is amazing. I’ve struggled with chronic pain since I was injured as a little girl and now have arthritis, but Dani has been able to reduce my pain level in just two sessions. The front desk staff is also amazing… I lost my watch because I’m a very accident prone person and they patiently helped me find it. The facility is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxing, intimate atmosphere.

I had a good massage at Elements for a fair price. The facility is clean and comfortable. The business offers monthly memberships, but didnt pressure me about it.

I just wanted to say that I have had the worst experience with this Elements. Initially, they were incredibly accommodating by accepting a gift card that they did not need to accept. But when I filled out my health form I checked that I have active cancer, even though I have a blood disorder they wanted a doctors note stating that it is ok for me to get massage. I asked for clarification on the policy and they sent me an Oncology Consent form. Once I realized my misunderstanding. I let them know that I do not see or have an oncologist. But I now need to prove (for liability reasons) that I do not have an active cancer! No thank you. I get wanting to CYA but at some point this just became ridiculous and not worth my time. Be careful how you share your health data.

Ive had a lot of massages in my life, but today was easily the best! Shana was absolutely perfect. Made me feel relaxed and hit all the right spots. She was attentive and applied the right pressure. Was able to work through all my knots. Would highly recommend!

0 stars if I could. I had multiple issues with being rescheduled after having my appointments in the systems two months in advance. And the rescheduling would occur within 24hrs of the appointments. After this happening for about 3-4 months in a row, I told them I needed to pause my account as I didn’t think the hassle was worth it. Once my three month pause was coming to an end I reached out to inform them that I wanted my subscription canceled only to find out I’ve been charged for the last 7 months because I didn’t fill out a form. They also will not do refunds of any kind even though the poor girl behind the counter confirmed that my email requesting the cancelation was still stored in their systems. Planning to submit a BBB repost as well.

Gotta give a shout-out to my main man, John. 🙌🏼 he is very intuitive and never disappoints with his work - even with only an hour long massage. I have never felt comfortable with having a male therapist but I feel comfortable with him. He is very trust worthy and knows how to take care of you! Honorable mention - shoutout to Logan at the front desk for always being so sweet and knowledgeable.

The staff are always professional, courteous, friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is calming and there is lovely attention to detail.

Everyone is so kind and lovely at Elements Massage Cherry Creek. The front desk receptionist was wonderful -- and it was his first day! My massage therapist was amazing (Meredith) and I will definitely be back. A long overdue experience that really helped me in every way. Thank you.

The front desk receptionist is always so pleasant and very efficient and they have been extremely friendly and prompt. Luna is fantastic and gives some of the best massages Ive ever had. Her pressure and technique are perfect and she listens to your concerns about different areas that need work and she does not talk to you the whole time so you can relax and enjoy your massage.

I go in for monthly massages with Laina, she is a gem! She has a great memory of my physical activities and stressors, and addresses them by tailoring the sessions to my needs.The aromatherapy option is a little pricey but it adds a lot to the massage. The staff is very professional and helpful. Theyve helped me reschedule and get in touch over text which is much more convenient for me than a phone call. Overall super satisfied!11/7/20 Update:Daniel is a fantastic masseuse!! He is elite level so there’s an up charge but his technique is advanced and he addresses all of my sports related requests very well!

The front desk staff is always cheerful and welcoming; the space is always clean and inviting, and Tony is the best massage therapist Ive ever had. He listens to my needs and knows my problem areas and I leave refreshed and with less pain than when I went in. I highly recommend!

I enjoyed the entire experience; the young man at the front desk offers top notch customer service! The entire office has a wonderful calming atmosphere; I enjoyed the entire experience including the full hour of massage. Everyone is really nice and accommodating! I’ve been seeing Tony for over a year and have made so much progress in reduced pain and tension build up in my neck and shoulders. He’s so kind, too. Going above and beyond to give me extra recommendations of things I can do at home (stretches, movements, etc). This massage was given to me as a birthday gift. I do not get many massages, but I feel like I know a good one from a bad one.In short, Laura is the BEST! I have some pretty serious pain in my hands, especially my thumbs, and Laura did wonders for this problem. My neck and shoulders get pretty tight and knotted up as well. She really focused in on these areas and helped out so very much.I will definitely be going back more often than just Birthday from here on out!Thanks so much Laura!

Ive been coming to Elements Massage for years and recently change to the Cherry Creek location due to its convenience. That being said, I couldnt be happier with the service and care that I have received. From the moment I check in to the moment I leave blissfully relaxed, I feel completely taken care of. From Alex and the entire staff at the front desk to all of the therapists Ive seen in the past and now Amit whos taking fantastic care of me. I joined their membership program and the first time was great; the 2 subsequent times I had things scheduled they called day of to cancel. When I asked to terminate my contract the manager was extremely rude on the phone. I’ll feel lucky to get my money back if it actually happens. Do not recommend going here due to lack of professionalism.

My therapist, Gail, was incredible. She gave me a 10 star massage and managed to make my whiplash feel much better. She is clearly very skilled and experienced. The place itself was very nice. What I didn’t like was the salesy vibe you get immediately from the first phone call. They were all very nice, but that is an instant turn off for me. You get $30 off your first massage and pay $69. And when you’re done they try to sell you on a monthly autodraft so you can pay $69 for any subsequent massages. $100 is pretty steep for a 60 minute massage, and while $70 is more reasonable, not enough for me to sign up for a membership.

Laura is an amazing masseuse! She has a healing touch -- finding the tight muscles and attacking them deeply and expertly. I always feel so much better after a visit and I can function better at my job and in the daily activities of life without the normal aches and pains that accompany sitting at a computer 40 hours a week. The front desk staff are always friendly and accommodating and the membership helps make all of this affordable.

Had a great experience at Elements! It was my first professional massage, so I didnt know what to expect. Nic gave me my massage and he was great! He listened to what I said my needs were and I definitely left feeling relaxed and less tension in my muscles. I would go back in a heart beat and I would recommend it to all of my friends!

Receptionists are either incompetent or swindlers. They booked my wife and I at “promotional rate” and then asked for an additional $150 after our massages under the veil of “we’re not sure who you spoke to, but we’ll have a manager contact you to clear it up”. Needless to say, a manager has never reached out. Their services are mediocre for the price as is, this was just the nail in the coffin.

Carlos and Hollie and were very kind and professional! Gail was all around fantastic! I find DT work quite relaxing and she was able to maintain the deep pressure for the whole 90min massage. Even though we didn’t talk much, her voice wad so soothing. The first 20min or so her hands were quite cold, but it was giving me chills down my spine and I LOVED it. Warm hands are so overrated these days ;)

I really love Elements massage. This location is great and so is the manager. You should pick these guys over the other massage membership place 100% safe. They really care about your individual needs and it’s sooo safe. For women especially this is a good place.

Elements Massage is one of the most thorough and caring massage businesses I have encountered. Their staff is vastly knowledgeable. With a reasonably high number of therapists, the schedule is easy to find a time that is right for you, all the while, matching you with a therapist that has practices matched to your needs. Their facilities offer numerous approaches and amenities in the healing arts allowing for a more individualized atmosphere while offering prepared techniques and tools to provide the best work for anyone. ..oh, and they have great prices and discounts offered regularly. I cannot recommend any other massage business or individual therapist more.

Eva is a masterful masseuse. Shes a great listener, with an intense desire to heal any ailments that I bring up, but mostly just intuitively finds the spots on her own and works them out. I feel an overall wellness for days after each massage. The front desk staff are also very friendly and accommodating.

I enjoyed the message. But the company mislead my wife on the value of their monthly membership. When we went to cancel they convinced her to wait a few days till the.end of the month. Then when she canceled they charged her another 70$ for that. Soo yea cost 260$ for 2 90 min messages. So you get 2 starsYes if that was refunded i would be happy

The front desk staff member was very friendly and helpful. Both therapists for our couples massage listened to our individual needs. We left feeling relaxed and able to enjoy the rest of our vacation!

The front desk team is absolutely amazing here. They do their absolute best to match you with the perfect therapist, and the therapists are positively incredible. The add-ons are pretty awesome, too. The hot salt stones combined with their CBD Herbal Ritual is other-worldly.

Recently renovated, the interior looks amazing! Front desk is always nice and professional, and the quality of bodywork is excellent. Sherri, John and Gail are some of the best massage therapists Ive worked with, period!

I got this as a gift to my girlfriend for Christmas after seeing a promotion on their website and this was a convenient location. When she went to get the massage, both the front desk and masseuse were extremely pushy about getting a membership and attempting to get her to spend more money on options and schedule future visits. They also insisted the tip had not been included when it was fact already added when I purchased it previously. The massage itself was fine but the extra stress of a pushy sales approach ruined the experience. Definitely would not recommend unless you want to be harassed into spending more money than you want

I saw Michael for a 90 minute massage and it was fantastic. Michael took the time to explain how each muscle was connected and why I might be experiencing the pain I am in certain areas. Christina at the front desk was also fantastic and ensured I was ready for massage!

Do not schedule a massage with this company. I had a family emergency come up and tried to reschedule the appt. With more than 12 hours before my appt and they still charged a cancellation fee. They were rude and do not work with you!

Called in the night before for 2 massages for my sister and I for the next day. They were able to accommodate us on the short notice. We both had a hot stone massage and both of our therapists hit the spot. Both of our first time at an elements branch and we would def return. We did arrive 5 mins prior to our appt and filled out paperwork. They were a little late in taking us back bc of prior clients and started around 1207. We were out by 1pm. Aside from this, we still had a great massage but would appreciate the full hour next time.

We love Elements in cherry creek. They are great at pairing you with a massage therapist that suites your needs.We cant wait for our next appointment.Thank you to everyone that works there.😀

Tony is incredible, I would have never got a membership if it weren’t for him. His deep tissue massages are a miracle to the pain in my back that I’ve been struggling with for years. He knows exactly what to do to get all the build up out and is always very accomadating. Elements massage is truly fortunate to have him on their staff.

I really wanted to like this place. I went to male masseuses who was kind and genuine. But my neck has felt sore and stiff every since. I would much rather prefer they use oil instead of lotion because the lotion dries up in about thirty seconds. I just do not like this establishments style of massaging or relaxation experience. From the odd dark decor, to the lighting, to their procedures I was just not a fan.

The message was fine. I ended up getting a membership here for two months because my back was messed up. Two weeks later I realized it was a pinched nerve issue (not a result from the message), so I called to cancel my membership. The call was on Oct. 9th and I thought they were understanding as they said they would cancel my membership no problem. Come December and I see a charge on Dec. 1st for the monthly membership fee. I am a bit mad because I thought I had cancelled this. I call and they say I didnt come in to sign some membership cancellation form which I was completely unaware of. So I search my credit card history and it looks like they charged me both for November and December even though I cancelled the membership in OCTOBER but they kept charging me over this form scam and now I have to go in and try to fight for a refund. The lady over the phone said that she has to run it by her manager. Go for a massage if you will but do not fall for their scams.

From start to finish, a great experience! The receptionist was friendly and helpful on the phone and once I got to the facility. My massage therapist, Roni, was fantastic! I was having a flare up of pain from sciatica and Roni is very knowledgeable about this particular issue. I left feeling better than I had in weeks. I highly recommend Elements and Roni in particular!

I had a massage last night with Nicholas. I believe that was his name. It was the BEST massage Ive ever received. I had so much stress and tension and he immediately could read into that and identify the trouble issues. Furthermore, he gave me great tips on how to better manage these trouble spots given my profession, showed me some stretches to help them out between massages, and even gave me some epsom salt for a bath later that day to further aid in flushing out the toxins. I have great insurance and could use that for massages. But, based on how good Nicholas was and how much care he provided in one session only, I will be getting a wellness membership to Elements because of his service and care. Thanks, Nicholas, for the best massage ever!!!

Started out great a year ago, now, not so much. Cancelling membership and will not be back.Last 2 visits, booked and paid for a 90 minute massage. Last time got 75 minutes. This time got 67 minutes.Their new thing now is that they are charging more for most of the therapists without telling you in advance. They are more experienced so we think they are worth more completely shady business tactic. The old classic bait and switch.

Clean, friendly atmosphere. Everyone wore masks and sanitation was thorough. My therapist Theressa listened to my requests and provided a very relaxing treatment. Would highly recommend!

I had a great massage with Alexander atmosphere is very nice and calming. We tried the CBD oil this time. But when I went to pay for the session, my second time there, I was not told that I had to pay for the CBD oil. Had they told me I had to pay for it I may not have chose to use it .

Made sure we felt very comfortable with the place, the process, and the services we were going to be receiving. Wasnt pushy and answered all of our questions. Absolutely loved our experience and signed up for a membership on the spot. Cant wait to come back monthly.

I scheduled a 2 hr massage. I told Mike I was interested in my back and my feet to be concentrated on. He worked on my back for about an hour. I asked him again about my feet. Then when he turned me over I told him AGAIN about my feet. He spent about 5 minutes on my feet total. He spent more time on my thighs than my feet. Deep tissue massage? Not so much. I have gotten several massages in my life. About 100 times. This wasnt deep tissue and he just didnt listen. To bad, I would have tipped better and joined their membership, but left with a headache.

Elements Massage presents themselves to be very professional. The staff are very polite and respectful. They prove to really value their customers. (Im trying to keep this as short as possible!) When you walk in, the atmosphere is very relaxing and calm. They ensure you are mentally and physically comfortable before performing any spa/ message treatment on you. They provide a mint, chocolate, a hair tie, and bobbi pin (very smart.. for those who do forget) .... (me) haha. My massage therapist called in sick when i went into my appt. And the staff were more then happy to accommodate me with a complimentary 1 hr massage later in the day. This was my first time at Elements and im happy to say i will be returning. As for my massage, i got the deep massage and was exactly how i intended it to be. I do recommend this place for anyone simply wanting a massage. :)

Great, friendly people from the front desk to the back rooms. They have people that can provide you with just about any kind of massage you want or need. They have many locations in Denver and I even used one on a recent trip to Phoenix.

I called this morning to ask the salon if they accept spa gift card, and the front desk person Carlos, asked if he could put me on a hold since a client just walked in. I waited on hold for 7 minutes and then line was disconnected. Then I called back, and when I asked about the Introductory Special on the website: 1 hour massage for $69; he asked me to provide the web address I was using, then told me the introductory special was not $69, it was $99. He was not apologetic for disconnecting the previous phone call or apologetic for the website error. I had previously mentioned I havent been here before, and I believe this price should be honored as listed on the website. I have never actually been here but with all the other spa/salon options out there, will not pursue any further. This is what appears on their website as of 12/16/21:

Although all the massage therapists all differ slightly in techniques, they are all very good - the best massages I have had in my lifetime. I have been a member for 4 years and never consider going anywhere else.

Relaxing environment, great massage technicians, and the ladies at the front really know their masseuses! I told them what I needed and they paired me with a lady who gave me exactly what I needed. I left there feeling like a million bucks and I will absolutely be coming back!!

Im like what?????If you have licensed therapist. They should know how to do there job regardless of the individual. Thats why they where hired!!!! Right?. Felicia did a fantastic job! I store so much stress in my body, and she worked some deep tissue magic to release a lot of tension in the 90 minutes. I am so appreciative!

Great massages. I would give it 5 stars but their reservation system doesnt allow me to see how many massages are left on my account or to easily book at another location.

Im picky about where I go for massages, but Ive found my go-to place. Everyone was courteous and thoughtful, the environment was soothing and warm, my therapist was very skillful, kind, and made me feel like a new person.

My husband and I enjoyed an excellent massages and the staff were very professional. When we are back in Denver we will definitely book a another massage. Highly recommended!

The 6th Ave location oozes love. Free healing touch sessions for cancer patients. Tricky parking: sharp left turn from leftmost Lane of 6th Ave, which is a one way, 3 Lane, sometimes busy road.

Thorough and thoughtful, the staff goes the extra mile to ensure that you get the treatment you need. Although part of a chain, this place seemed to know and understand their clients.
