Cowboys Saloon American Bar & Grill

Slightly sticky table, but that is the only thing that was wrong. The food is great!! and my waiter was superb. I recommend the chicken and waffles or bison burger.

I had an unpleasant experience eating at Cowboys Saloon on a very slow Friday night. Our waitress was clearly overwhelmed with her two tables, didnt take our drink order until we had been sitting for 10 minutes. Someone else had to take our order. Once we finally got our food is was very disappointing. The steak is better at Applebees and a lot cheaper. The bottom bun on my burger was so soggy I had to ask the hostess for a new one because our waitress was nowhere to be found. Nothing about this restaurant is made from scratch. When the manager received my feedback on our meal and service, he said he didnt know how to respond. We will definitely not be returning. Poor leadership leads to poor service.

I had my wedding after party here just last night. My wife, our friends, and I had such a great time. We were given a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate with a toast, they gave us our own little section of tables for free, and the DJ played us our own song to dance to for our first dance. They played great music, had dance lessons, and the band playing that night was awesome. I would definitely recommend anybody else go here for a fun night out. I know I will become an avid customer.

I normally dont rate places, however, for Cowboys Saloon here in Denver I will make an exception. We arrived to find that there wasnt enough servers and we had to wait 20 minutes for a table to free up. We finally got a table and we asked our server what the wing special was and our server didnt know and would have to ask. We waited another 10 minutes for her to come back, she came back to tell us she forgot to find out. My family and I gave up and paid for our drinks and left for better service at TGI Fridays. We will never be back and I will be surprised if this place stays in business. The one star is for the awesome face painter who did a great job for my grand daughter.

I was just there two weekends ago and I was not happy when my friend and I got there. it was ladies night we both were charged 5 dollars a piece.....there was a girl that was a friend of ours. She was right behind us in line she didnt have to pay a cover and she got a drink cup. so I didnt think it was right that she got in for free and got a drink cup and we didnt. I didnt know if it was because they chose random people. I didnt know it was ladies night until the bartender asked us where our cups were.Then my fiancé was there in a wheel chair and he had been sitting there a while and then they finally noticed him. there was only two people that was really taking care of people it seemed like. I used to like the place until that happened. Also the one bartender that I had was really kind and was helpful to me. I dont remember her name quite well. but I would like some kind of feedback. I would like to come again but not if thats how we are going to be treated. That is not how customers should be treated.

Since the people that reviewed before me arent true considering they havent opened the yet... I have been to two locations that they have in Florida. I always had an amazing time and awesome food. I personally loved the spinach dip and Great drink specials. I definitely suggest checking it out and see for yourself.

Great music, food and drink selections. Got children? Come try the Family Night where kids 12 and under eat free with purchase of adult entree and free kids line dance lessons from 7-9:30. Like Chinese and good southern eating? Then the Cowboy egg rolls are a must try. Combine or replace with Cowboys Nachos for a good share plate and Nationally famous Cowboys Cassic is an amazingly thick and juicy burger. Kids plates are huge and cheap if come on a night other than Tuesday so well worth the $7. Down all this with the Salty Cowboy (An infused Vodka mix served in a mason jar) or the Spicy Cowboys Margarita and youre in for the night of your life. Youll never want to eat anywhere else. Come see for yourself. With a No Cover night life you can stick around and enjoy the great On Tap beer selections also if you are not wishing to continue trying the various Mixes they are famous for. A great night, great environment and friendly and enjoyable staff.

I HATE writing bad reviews but unfortunately its time to give this place a review. We used to go here all the time when it was Toby Keiths! Loved it! Since- we have been back 3 times to eat and each time it takes at least 30 minutes to get the food, the food is not very good tasting, and the waiters never come back to refill drinks/take plates away. We have tried this place 3 different times all to be disappointed! It really stinks as this place has TONS of potential!!!! It is a fun place to hang out on a Friday night as we do often but the food and service is a complete disappointment :(. Tonight at kids night was the last time we will be dining here! We miss Toby Keiths! :(

Food is so good, love that they have kids night on Tuesdays. Was a little disappointed that my spicy Margarita wasnt spicy and they forgot bacon on my bacon chicken sandwich I ordered, besides that we enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Hopefully it will be they dont forget stuff on our order next time because we really enjoyed coming here and would like to come back again.

Had a small billing error from there opening night on Friday, on our return visit Saturday explained the issue to OJ and Dustin they took care of it with no question. Dawn and Roxy where great. Good price on drinks and food, like the no cover charge. Music selection will keep the wife, friends and I coming back

I had a lot of fun line dancing tonight. The band was good and the DJ played a good selection. I really appreciated that the DJ played my requests. Thank you! A great place to dance on Friday nights. :)

Blah cover on a slow night really? No name not known dive bar hoping to regain its mortgage in a weekend. Service? OK at best seems to be more involved on their personal relationships and employees drinking rather than service. Give it a month or a hefty deposit and 2 months. Cant imagine theyre making money. If they are its by accident.Okay so I decided, due to alcohol influence, to give Cowboys abother shot! In his particular spot yet again, I was disrespected. A customer at the open bar, instructed us to vacate our first come first serve seats at the bar! Steve the bartender was the one who was disrespectful to us. The most dissapointing choice of establishment after a 14 day straight work week at 12 hrs a day, my choice of venue was Cowboys! Again a closed down Toby Keath bar and grill, NOW, COWBOYS for a second visit has disrupted my harmonious personal time, where I needed R&R......I would strongly suggest Brothers, or even TGI Fridays! Where Erin, or Cindy Wil take care if you proper!

What. The. Eff. Serious?? 15-20% of the music was country. When it was finally COUNTRY its as though the DJ was trying to find a reason to make me want to kill myself with slow songs. Im sorry but this is money that was pissed away by management. The bar staff was more attentive to serving than the old Tobys but the prices of drinks... RIDICULOUS. Not worth it. This place will fail in less than two years. Hope you guys make your money back on the auction cost of this place. So much potential and you dropped the ball. Fire the DJ. Drop the prices of drinks. Buff the damn floor so someone can actually move in it. Get rid of the line dancing crew you obviously hired to get things started; when theyre the only ones out there during and ENTIRE song it doesnt look good. I have no idea how express my concern except that you didnt do much research before opening this place... You guys didnt do much research before opening this place. Youre not in Florida any more Toto!

How are people gonna rate a place thats not even open yet....Smh...I dont think the 1st florida location would be running 5 yrs strong and they would have managed to open multiple locations NATIONWIDE if these reviews were accurate!!!! THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and staff has always been professional and friendly in my experience!!Upon reading reviews for another establishment with similar name Im assuming these reviews were meant for that establishment. I can almost guarantee you that if you visit Cowboys Saloon once they open you will be far from disappointed!!

My Bison burger was one of the best ones Ive ever had. Rodeo chips are also an excellent option for an appetizer to share. With a mechanical bull and dance floor next to the bar as well, its a winning combination.

Ryan, the DJ is awesome! He plays requests and he guages the crowd dancing to customize exactly what they want to hear.And, he remembers the songs that are requested and plays them for the people that return. Hes very in tune with whats going on with the crowd.

I like no cover but a Country bar that doesnt have live bands just feels fake, also the dance floor is small and the drinks are overpriced.

Val and Fern are the best reasons to go here! Theyre both extremely friendly and on my second trip they recognized me and remembered my story. Thats service you wont find anywhere else. This place is fantastic!

Such a fun place to go! The drink specials were great and the music was perfect to dance to all night, the DJ did an awesome job Friday night!

Very fun Thursdays and Fridays. Have yet to make it any other day. But very laid back environment and a good amount of people always ready to dance.

Managment is on a roll with awesome locations as this is sure to be. Denver is lucky to get one. Excited to stop by here in my travels.

The food was great. Service was fantastic. The girl was on the ball. An didnt leave empty dishes. Rustic with class.

A mixed drink for almost 11 dollars on opening night and a single....thats ridiculous!! Hard to get service, staff was rude. So disappointed

Waitress was horrible with our drinks i would wait about 5 mins on an empty cup, after that they got our order wrong BUT WITH THAT SAID ONCE THEY GOT OUR ORDER RIGHT THE FOOD WAS GREAT I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK HOPING THE SERVICE GETS BETTER.
