Great venue. Staff is so good at making sure you have what you need. Love coming here to unwind. Cocktails are fantastic and love the variety of hotdogs they have. They treat you really well here, as long as you are a respectful guest. Dont be an a-hole and you will have a good time 👍
Was somewhat disappointed with the venue. Their selection of comics were very good. However, they are organization and letting people in the door left a lot to be desired as there were huge lines just staged outside, that they did not have a system for moving through the process very efficiently. Once inside the people were friendly and got you to your seat, however, we then waited almost a half hour for a server to come bye to take our order. Unfortunately, their disorganization continued at the end of the evening as you have to wait for your server to bring you a receipt that is stamped paid before you can exit the venue. I understand they are guarding against people leaving without paying however, there has to be a better method than making your patrons queue up and long lines that don’t move.
I have visited the Spokane Comedy Club on multiple occasions and have consistently been impressed with the quality of talent they book. On my most recent visit, I arrived approximately 75 minutes prior to the show and observed that there were already approximately 40 individuals in line. Based on this observation, I would recommend purchasing premium tickets to ensure a favorable seating arrangement.
This is a really great comedy club. Great service, great local talent, great headliners.. If you’re early, hit the game bar next door. Also, I recommend skipping the line waiting unless you want to be on the first row. The line starts sometimes an hr and half early, and just isn’t worth waiting in. You can watch it from the game bar. We always wait until the end of the line is passing the game bar to jump in.
Laughed our a$$es off tonight at the Comedy Club. Everything was great until it was over and the server mixed our tables tabs up. He instantly became rude and even snapped at my friend when he asked for a pen. Needless to say, I tipped him $2 on a $100 tab when I was totally ready to tip him $20+. I left a note. Dont be rude at tip time. Despite one kids bad attitude, Spokane Comedy Club is a great place to see a show and I will adjust my review accordingly on the next visit..
Always some good shows. Saw Darrell Hammond the other night for $30 premium seats to sit right next to the stage. Show up about 30 mins before the show to get seated in the front two rows with premium seats.
Ive been to two shows so far and both times have been great! The club is bigger inside than I thought it would be and it is clean and the seating is good. Buying tickets is easy and the line/being seated goes quickly and smoothly. I dont drink so I appreciated the mocktail options. And last but not least the comedians are freaking hilarious! Thanks for the laughs😊
Had a blast with girlfriends and laughed til my face hurt. They pack them in, so not for those who dont like a lot of people in a tight space. You can purchase food and drinks for the show. The cocktail waiters and staff were great. If you go to an early show, dont doddle. They will start to clear everyone out to reset for the late show. Be ready and plan to leave quickly after. I cant wait to go again.
First comedy show Ive attended, and Jason Ellis was fantastic!Only bad thing was some lady on her bright phone throughout the show.Other than that, I cant wait to go again!
Medium sized venue. Service is friendly but can be slow on a busy night. Just be kind and expect a longer wait time. Shows vary on style, theme, and quality based on performers but overall is a wonderful spokane space! Remember that intro comedians are putting themselves out there. Show them some grace!
We have visited the comedy club a few times. The first time we came the show was amazing the service was great. We were so.pleased we wanted to come back. The sond time we came back the line was out the door and they were using a paper Excell sheet to sign people in we stood in life for at least 45 minutes by the time we got to our table we were informed that the kitchen ran out of food. The club was serving hotdogs and burgers. We did not give up and gave the club one more try. The third time went our table was missed no one came up to ask us if we want to place an order. The tables around us were serviced.
Great atmosphere experience. Service drinks were delicious.Definitely will go back to see another comedy. Check out, open, Mic One of these days My girlfriend and I are Just a fan Of brad. Went to see him live.Jake was amazing bonus as well. I hope I get the chance to see him live to, that be amazing experience to thank the spokan Comedy club.
Been here for a couple of bigger comics, havent ever been disappointed. Traveling from out of state, was nice to book a local hotel and walk. Space is good, staff nice. Food/drinks reasonable. Premium seats usually worth extra cost. Only bad experience was another drunk patron who wouldnt stop talking. Luckily was end of show, not a big deal.
Weve been here dozens of times and have always had a great time! They bring the best of the best in comedy to Spokane and have given us the opportunity to see some of our absolute favorite comedians. They also have a great reputation with comedians for being a great club. We will be back again soon! We had a great time seeing one of my favs, Annie Lederman, this weekend 😁
The show was awesome brad Williams an the others put on a great show. How ever there was a few things I didnt like mainly I paid for 3 seats only used 2 they just resoled my unused ticket not giving me a refund I dont know how thats legal but I digress the other thing was they took my credit card for a tab and kept it in a book and in todays world with cc skimmers I really dont agree with that it would be to easy for a disgruntled employee to steal a lot of cc information I was planning on spending a lot of money on food and drinks but after them reselling my third ticket and keeping my physical cc I didnt feel comfortable supporting that kind of behavior I will not be going back
We went to see Nick Mullen, as I expected concern to expectation, I was extremely surprised to his depth of ability to correlate the ridiculous dynamics of our cultures. I clapped and made a statement to my significant other of understanding in this enjoyment. We were at the back and no one turned around to show a disruption in any way yet a staff member approached us to keep our levels down… I went to the bathroom telling a girl what had happened, feeling it being a normal tone. Maybe I was a bit upset, but I assure u if that was the case there was no intention to an inffluctuation to my voice… but to add to this situation waitstaff came into the bathroom to also tell us to keep it down……. This entire staff was standing toward the back, which is were are seats were……seriously came into the bathroom! This girls response was your point is now valid. I went to my date in a more aggressive tone to make a point of why we were leaving…. Funny no one in the crowd noticed my elevated irritation, proving my point in the complete rediculous dynamic of enjoying a laughter as we must keep that level down. Now that waitress lacked a tip as she approached the bathroom of our 25% we would always leave. The comedian was honestly amazing, but the club could truly….,,,,…..,,,,,,.!….,understand the why they are not full, if not it’s to ur own detriment and I wish u the best in correcting the understanding of what comedy is above as I am hopeful to discover another avenue I would attend in the future for these great comedians……. I am now editing my post being the next day my bf had told me the waitress was apologizing, which leads me to believe she was told to come in, as the first approach was a more aggressive man, therefore I will correct my behavior to return and give her this tip just doing her job she was told to so
Went to see Brad Williams. It was awesome. The club was not too crowded and service was fast for drinks and food. Waiting in the rain wasnt great, but thats not the clubs fault. Ill be back with better rain gear. Thanks for a great show
I really like the club, and they do a great job bringing in talent. My biggest complaint is the menu: It used to have great food items like Chicken Caesar Salad and quesadillas. We could plan on having great food while seeing a show. But now the food selection has been reduced to hot dogs. That is very disappointing. Please bring back the old menu!
Spokane Comedy Club is an incredible stand up scene. They have a well oiled machine to get you in. The queue moves steadily and quickly and they take you to your seat. It is a full house which provides a cozy feel. Great list of comics and lots of open mic nights.Service staff were friendly, prompt, and checked in the perfect amount to not interrupt the show. Food and drinks are reasonably priced and all delicious. From popcorn, hotdogs, and other snacks. Drinks were tasty and ranged from alcohol, mocktails, and sodas. They have everything you need to sit back and enjoy the show. They get you out efficiently as well. Big fan! They do what they do well.
I have been to this club twice.. once to see Bryan Callen, and the second time to see Brian Posehn & Johnny Taylor Jr. Both shows were amazing! The club is great, and the staff are wonderful. Really awesome and fun experience both times. I cant wait to go there again.. I definitely support, and recommend, this club!
The talent that comes to this venue is pretty dang awesome. Ive got NO complaints about the shows or the comics. The venue itself is also pretty nice. Audio is good and ambiance is casual. Food is pretty pedestrian, not exceptional but this is by no means a food venue so haute cuisine is not expected. My beef is the service. I no longer drink alcohol and my wife does not usually drink more than one or two drinks. As such, we tend to get completely ignored. It takes longer to get our drinks & food and our dirty plates just sit and sit. Worst part of all, is the refills. I usually order a diet soda which according to their menu comes with TWO refills. Each time Ive asked for the second refill, Ive been told I have to buy another soda! By my math, this means the original glass full of soda then 2 more. The server has twice argued over the 2nd refill!! Weve spent $150-200 for VIP tickets 4 times this year and have two more shows to go--these cheapskates want to argue over $.40 worth of brown bubbly water? Its insane that this is the hill theyve chosen to fight over. We saw JP Sears there last night and I was gobsmacked that our server was so petty!
Doors opened at 6, got in about 645 to a soldout show. Appreciated that security didnt let people cut in line, well, except for the Ladys Man, who we were there to see so that was cool. Still got a decent table/view with being seated 15 minutes before showtime! Table service was friendly, understandably slow to deliver food and drinks. The line up was good, no one disappointed, and Tim Meadows was fricken hilarious! First time back to SCC in about 5 years and we need to go more often!
I visited the club several times about five years ago and decided to bring my wife this time. We came in about 10 minutes after the show started and presented our IDs to be able to get drinks, however, my wife’s ID had expired for several weeks and she was told she couldn’t get drinks 🤦🏻.. she is 40! I had to argue for 10 minutes and call the manager to prove that she is older than 21 😂. Well, we finally got in and sat down at our table. In half an hour I went to use a restroom and on my way back, decided to get a picture to send my friend of our whereabouts.. 3 seconds after pointing at the speaker, I literally got slapped in my phone camera by an employee, saying I can’t take videos! I understand the policy and the possibility of being abused, but never put your hands on my phone, let alone be unprofessional about it later, not even listening to what I say. The whole experience was ruined by these two incidents. Not coming back there for sure.
I’ve never been to a comedy club before and wow- I was blown away. Well-organized, good waiters, and cozy (yet large) brick interior. I liked that there were non-alcoholic mocktails and beers to choose from. K. Trevor Wilson was phenomenal live and his two openers were hilarious, as well. Very well run establishment and will definitely return.
Been here a few times and it’s a good spot to catch a show. Service can take forever sometimes though. I ordered another drink and it never showed up. Luckily I wasn’t charged for it, but still…
I do comedy here maybe Im biased but I love it. Have a great staff and some awesome food great cocktails. You can get in Tuesday and Wednesdays to see great talent for free.
What a fun place, well organized, fun venue with live entertainment. Went for my bday and we had a great time. The line to get in can be long, but moves fast
Open mic is a bunch of idiots doing dating profiles and lame know nothing TedTalks that have No punchlines. The club is trying to promote woke comedy. Idiots, and you making the comment below, about following rules, at an open mic COMEDY, only further proves My point. Comedy has no rules. Are you daft.
Love this place! I don’t get to go as often as I would like but every time the service has been great along with a fun atmosphere. We went to see Dustin Nickerson and we can’t wait until he’s back in December!
Very disappointed in the service, understaffed . Took 45mins to get water after our flavorless popcorn. Their seating was way to crowded we were seated with absolutely no space for you to move between your table and safely move. And I am sad to write this because this place used to be awesome. And a young lady with blonde streaks and black hair was extremely rude when we asked to cancel our food order after not receiving it for over an hour and the table next to us arrived when we had ordered received there order drinks and food within 30mins of arriving
This is a great local comedy club that I have been to many times. Staff is polite and environment is inviting and friendly. Location feels safe as plenty of people around this area and there is parking nearby. I have never felt unsafe around this area even when going to the late night shows.
Very cool environment. The seating was a little cramped, but not enough to make the night uncomfortable. The servers visited often enough to refill drinks. The bathrooms were clean. We saw Dusty Slay, who was absolutely hilarious, and the wall of people whove performed there shows that they can pull some pretty big comedians to perform there. Very good comedy venue!
My God, where the comedians jokes are so bad, you laugh at them, because you feel sorry for them. Plus, they go out of their way to make fun of those attending the show. Picking on or down grading audience members is a poor way of getting a cheap laugh. Another way of bullying! So, stay away, unless you enjoy being put down, treated like trash. Then attend to your hearts content!
Admission was free, the comedians were funny. Its been a minute since Ive seen live comedy. It was a nice time.
I couldnt take a picture of my drink and nacho because they arrived an hour after the show started. My phone had to be off during the show or else security wouldve come towards me like a raging bull. Sad face emoji. The service was a little disorganized but I shouldnt be too harsh for it being a sold out comedy club. Our food and drinks came in a little late because apparently our order never got fully registered in the system (or what ever the heck the waitress was telling me). I could barely listen to her while the funny jokes were occurring. Saw Joe Gatto and man was he great. I forgave the waitress, Im sure things were pretty stressful on everybody for how crowded it was. Would definitely come here again, the drinks were amazing and the ambience was nice.
Had a great comedy show seeing Jeff Accuri on New Years Eve! The venue is great and got great seats, but just wished the organization of the waiters was a tad better as we did not get any of our order (popcorn and three drinks) until well after the show started. My mother was particularly unhappy about that and I could tell she could not enjoy the show as a result. Popcorn was great when we got it through!
Show was great the venue was amazing. overall fantastic place.
Cant believe Ive lived in Spokane for 15 years and JUST experienced the comedy club. Its such a fun atmosphere and is super affordable. Best date night in a while!
I understand the two drink minimum, but when the waitstaff doesnt bring your drinks until the 3rd set of the show...fulfilling that commitment is tough. Also, the drinks were weak. The Red Wagon - their signature drink - was more filler than liquor and my mule was definitely missing a shot. The comedy was good. The rest was eh.
I have been here for two famous people and I got to interact, no problem but when I interacted on a Tuesday night, the comedian was having a good time, I interacted and got kicked out, I will never go there again, never interact, comedy is about interacting but not this one
I dont understand the high reviews of the food here. Your choices are pretty much limited to candy, hotdogs, popcorn, veggies w/hummus and nachos. Ive been here three times and the food was awful every time. The popcorn was stale, the carrot sticks with the hummus were so dry they looked like fries and the hotdogs took 45 minutes to arrive and were so overloaded in condiments you had to scrape half of them off to be able to eat it. One time I was there for an event with quite a few vegans and vegetarians in the audience who ordered the Field Roast hotdogs and more than a couple received regular meat hotdogs.Go for the show, but eat somewhere else. Stick to drinks and candy to meet your purchase minimum.
Loved the show, but didnt really like being told to keep it down when youre laughing at a comedy show. Not talking. Not heckling. Just laughing... but apparently it was too loud. Funny thing is we werent even loud compared to many others. Pretty disappointing to have to stop laughing for fear of being kicked out. But I still enjoyed the experience.
I always enjoy this place. Shows feel much more personal and relaxed here. They have really friendly staff and a great menu for a night out. Ive seen a few comedians here, and I highly recommend checking their lineup because they get some excellent talent in all the time.
Great place. Always have good acts coming through. If you sign up you can get free tickets the month of your birthday. Have not tried their open mic nights yet. I want to watch and relax one of these days.
Its always a great time when Im here. Whether its local up and coming talent or big names from across the country, Spokane Comedy Club always delivers great entertainment. They have a wonderful assortment of food items on their menus, their drinks are delicious, the staff is courteous, and all around the club is a well tuned, fun place to go for any reason. If you havent been here yet then youre missing out!
Always have a blast here! Great venue, amazing staff, and super popular comedians!I miss the old food menu but there are still decent things to nibble on during the show. Definitely eat somewhere before the show if youre hungry.
Great show (as always), great server; Food was an hour late and cost well over $75 for a hot dog, drink, and appetizer. Y’all - c’mon. You have an insane amount of policies and security for “PAID” receipts, but you can’t get a hot dog out to a table within an hour of the show starting? Should rate lower, but I hope y’all can step the game up, and the show was excellent.
I drive 3 hours one way to come to the shows put on here. Always great acts, great food and great drinks!
I enjoy checking out open mic night. Get there early if you want to get pretzel bites or chili. Theyre always sold out of both quickly
Absolutely love this place! Spokane needed a Comedy Club and Im grateful to see it produce great stars and shows. Ive been here half a dozen times and its always great. The venue is large enough but not too large where theres any bad seating. The servers work hard at getting you everything you need before and during the shows.😂 #Comedy Club
Great setup for comedy shows. Quite a variety of comedians and awesome staff every time we go.
First comedy club I have had the chance to go to and they didnt disappoint. Open mic night and even with a few flops(only a couple jokes fell flat) I was impressed. Great staff and very well set up. I wish I could remember the one ladies name who made me laugh the hardest ( she had a crutch so it should narrow it down).
The show was good. The way staff handled the wait outside was ingenious! They checked everyones ID, checked tickets and got seating arrangements made before we even got in the door. The waitstaff was mediocre at best. Our waitress took our drink orders and came back with three drinks. There were four of us. We asked twice about her drink, it was brought with the second round. We had to look for waitstaff, flag them down, and then were told that they could not help us. They would send our waitress, right over. We STILL had to flag her down because she did not come. Its a busy venue and we understand that. The fact that the tables around us got service,is what is so bothersome.
Amazing venue and fantastic comedians.Friendly staff, great food and drinks. As a comedian that travels a lot, the above mentioned things are hard to find in a comedy club. Spokane has it nailed down with international headliners coming through regularly. I have to drive 5 and half hours to get there but its always worth it.
I have been going there for quite some time and for the first year I was going I always paid for the premium seats and had always had the best time. I am not sure when the ownership changed but the last 2 times I went have made it so I will never go there again. I have never been belligerent or intoxicated there and because I have a very odd laugh I almost always get used in the comics bits. This last Friday I went and before I even laughed, even one time at the headliner, they had spotted my hair in the crowd and had started making some jokes. Eventually I started Laughing and the headliner mentioned again my laugh, and I think compared it to some sort of animals mating sound, which again was funny and because I was at a comedy club. I started laughing again, and that’s when the security guard and another gentleman I can only assume was like a shift manager came up to me And asked me if I could please follow them somewhere. They stated that the comedian had been complaining about my laugh, because of the fact that he was tying it into his jokes, and after they realized that I was not at all intoxicated, they told me to please just go sit back up after being hauled away by them, which I declined to do. I did tell the supervisor or manager again I’m not sure that I found the whole situation really upsetting and sad I really enjoy stand-up comedy and that after being treated this way, I will never come back. The waiter had been waiting on my table, came over, and sincerely apologized, stating he had no idea what was going on. As I was walking out because we left immediately, my friend that I had gone to the show with was trying to talk to a woman out front that stated she was the manager on duty and she was almost rolling her eyes at the situation. I want to make sure that it’s understood that I’ve never been talked to anywhere for being disrespectful or disruptive, and the time before that I had gone since the ownership changed I had gotten talked to by the same security guard at one point during the show my husband leaned over and whispered something to me and so I answered him and immediately security was there telling us no talking during the show. So it had been a little while since I had been back because that hadn’t been the best experience. I got asked as we walked out that first night how we enjoyed it and so I said that wasn’t the greatest experience and it turned out she was the owner and had apologized profusely and said they were new and appreciated the feedback. So after months of not going back I do and they essentially get called out because my laugh is too loud. I did feel very bad for the comic as he was so funny. I don’t understand the logic of telling me that my laugh is causing a disruption at a comedy club. My coworker and friend that was with me had never been there before and she was absolutely shocked as to how I was treated as we are both in customer service. I did email them immediately as I left that night and have not even had any kind of response.I also want to say that I don’t think I have ever submittedComments somewhere about an unpleasant experience but this was so over the top I felt like I had to. Imagine for a moment if you see someone who has been made fun of for their laugh almost their entire life. I’m obviously comfortable in my own skin now but what if I wasn’t? Not ok at all to treat people that way.
Much better experience now that its not required just suggested to purchase 2 items from the menu. Thankfully, the staff confirmed we patrons no longer have the requirement because we stopped going due to that rule. I shouldnt be forced to buy, especially when I dont drink alcohol but the mocktails are the same price as alcoholic beverages. We had a decent time and had a few laughs. Overall, it was a good experience.
It was a high enjoyable first experience with the comedy club. Looking forward to the next show i see. If you havent been you must go.Staff was on top of their game . Didnt even have a long wait had ticket waiting.
I really hate doing this because the staff was really nice... However I must be honest.. Well, we ordered beef nachos during first of 3 sets and they came at almost the end of the headliners set. They also brought the wrong order which was WAY over cooked like it sat under a heat lamp for to long. I spent $73 at the show and the drinks were tasty but had very little alcohol in them. Great comedians though. Also Security barked at everyone on the way in about how youd be kicked out if you used your phone. Not sure Ill be going back any time soon. Sorry.
Its a fun place - no doubt about it! The service at the tables was just ok. It seemed like they each had too many tables possibly? Focusing on the show, I wasnt paying enough attention to know what it was exactly. Very slow service though. 😬 They were super friendly however, and did so well while trying to stay unnoticed during the show so I truly hate to say anything negative. Some of the seats were VERY crammed and were mostly aisle seats, which i was in unfortunately. Anyway, I think constructive criticism can be Transforming and only want a positive outcome for them. You guys obviously know what youre doing and hell, I couldve just come on a bad night, too...? The comedians were HILARIOUS. Ill certainly be back. Thank you!!!
Great atmosphere, kind servers. They do their best to get comedy to Spokane and it shows. Can’t knock what they do one bit.
My husband and I have seen several shows here, including Mark Normand, Kelsey Cook, Jubal Fresh, & Steve-O (the night after our wedding, no less!) and we have always enjoyed our experience at the Comedy Club. The staff are very organized and have an efficient system in getting people seated and served. They offer a variety of drinks, snacks, and gourmet hotdogs - I especially loved the Lucille Ball, topped with chili, nacho cheese, and Fritos. Great place for date night!
Great time at the club. Comedians were good, headliner was great. Service was good, a few items ordered midway through the show never arrived. But were also not charged on the final bill either. So no back and forth shuffle trying to get the bill correct. Still very good service for it being a packed house, dark room and wall to wall seating.
Nice venue. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Security is a little slow for entry, but they do a thorough job. The food, beer, wine, and drinks menus were impressive (some rather nice wines!) but my Cadillac margarita was not at all good. Plenty of good parking nearby despite being a sold out show. Biggest distraction of the night was one of the security staff walking around had a rather disturbing personal aroma. Overall a great night and a venue Ill gladly visit again.
Great service, the staff were all super friendly and professional. Clean location. I didnt try any of their food but heard good comments about it.I was lucky to be seated without a reservation. It can be full depending on the comedian performing, so i recommend making a reservation online.Parkin is easy to find, but you will have to pay. It was less than $10 for 4hrs
Staff are Awesome, the show is Amazing. But the new food menu, not so good. I will just be ordering drinks, and I been going to the Spokane Comedy Club for 6yrs.
All stars go to the Spokane Comedy Clubs staff who performed perfectly....from the guards who greeted us outside, to the terrific wait staff and tasty food and drinks.Unfortunately, the entertainment on this evening left us wanting. All the comics did was whine and complain about the lack of audience ... rather than showing appreciation for the patrons that were there and giving us a good show.
We enjoyed the show. They definitely packed you in, but that didnt bother us. The service was our issue. We will definitely eat and drink before we get there next time, especially if we know its going to be a packed house.
Went to see Jeff Arcuri. Great show, and plenty of space. It was a packed house, but didn’t feel uncomfortably crowded. Food was great too!
I’ve been to several shows here. I love the variety of comedians they host and I don’t know who decides prices, but they’re usually decent. I took away a couple stars because 1. I hate the location and wish I didn’t have to go to sketchy downtown to see my favorite comedians and 2. They packed the place so full it’s unpleasant. Went to a show the other night for one of my all time favorite comedians. We were one of the first groups in line and they packed us in to the side of the stage. The speakers faced out towards the crowd so I couldn’t even hear half the show. So much for “first come first served”
Tip: buy tickets directly from their site. Do not use third-party ticket sellers.
We went for one of their evening shows to see Ben Brainerd and his opening act. The staff were very friendly and informative about seating and food options. Most of their real food is just hot dogs but the quality was good and the drinks we got were pleasant
They bring in good comedians. Service is dreadfully slow, can be inaccurate, and the well drinks included in the package will burn your throat off - dont do the packages honestly youll be disappointed
Went there for The Office trivia and it was a blast! Got a Robin Williams hotdog and a pineapple upside-down cake mocktail and they were delicious! They have a fun menu and the place itself is amazing inside! Definitely will be back to see more shows!!!
Lots of fun headliners and weekly stand up opportunities. Several specialty drinks which are definitely on the sweet side, and a full bar for any other drinks you can think of. Several small bite snack options. GF options are limited. After the final act, there is a line to the left that goes by the merch table and meet/greet before you go out the side door. Once you pay the wait staff they will give you a receipt stamped paid. Make sure to hold on to that because you cant get out the door without it
I had the best time on my Birthday seeing Chris Kattan! Our servers were fast, really nice, and the place is just amazing! Tons of comedy shows of people we see on tv. SNL cast was icing on the cake! Going again end of September! I can’t wait!
My wife and I pay for premium seats for all the shows, usually our experience with the wait staff is good. But at the show this evening we put our order in 5 minutes after we sat down and the 1st comedian and 2nd comedian come but no food, ask the waitress and she said that she will check. Half way through the third comedian still no food, I canceled the food. You would think a manager would come out and apologize for not having the food out for a premium customer. Only thing we got was our drinks and pretzel bite.
Great comedy and organized drink and food service. Service is available through out the show.Tickets purchased online with available upgrades. Had the Emerald upgrade which included two drink choices (beer, wine or well drink (their choice of alcohol brand and one mixer allowed) AND gratuity included.Menu available on website. The cheeseburger quesadilla was delicious.
We spontaneously stopped in for the show tonight since were in town for the weekend. We were very happy with the overall experience. The organization, wait staff, food and comedians were absolutely wonderful.
Ive watched many comedy shows here and I absolutely love the atmosphere, food, and staff! Although, when I ask for a double in my drink, instead of a single, I swear I never get a double... and Id like an itemized receipt at the end of the night instead of just a total. But it will not keep me away from this place. If you want some good laughs, great customer service and food, go to the comedy show. The prices are reasonable and youll have a good time.
We love this place. We go to about 10 shows a year. Yeah sometimes it gets busy and drinks/food take longer. But who cares? Laugh and have fun. I couldnt imagine being the staff on a busy night. I appreciate the hard work and the smiles they always have:)
Nice place. Good service. Food options a bit limited.
The comedian are hit or miss. The food there is not that good everything is out of a bag pretty much. The drinks are really pricey to not even feel anything with a double. I even told the waitress and she said let me see how it is in 20 min I told her and still said nothing and she said it was a new bar tender. That was all I got.
Its a cool venue and they always have good comedians. I like that they have a no cell phone rule. The food is super good too! If youve never tried a cheeseburger quesadilla, youve definitely got to order one next time youre here!
Funny. Edgy. Worth a look. Try it out on Tuesday for new comics. Its no cover night.
Had to come back after a show was canceled, staff was rude.
Had a great time. Not a bad seat in the place. Order drinks early though.
Comedy is always fun no matter who it is or what time of the day, but it helps to have such amazing staff there to make it a wonderful experience! I go there quite often and bring new and old friends every chance I get. I highly recommend checking out a show!
I will say the show was great and exactly what I expected for my first time at the SCC. Thats where my enjoyment ended. I purchased VIP tickets and definitely didnt feel like it was worth the extra money all said and done. Our waitress didnt know that the mocktails could be substituted for the diamond passes, so she had to ask. Because of this it took me 30 min to receive my first drink. Our party of 3 didnt drink alcohol, so we wanted soda instead of the alcohol that was part of the diamond passes. They would not substitute. We had paid for a total of 4 specialty cocktails as part of that pass and only received one mocktail as part of that purchase. My husband and SIL ordered ginger ale, which we were charged for. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying all things considered. Before the show started, we placed our food order as part of the diamond plan that was purchased. About half way through the show, we received our cheesecake. We thought it was odd to get the desert before the dinner, but tried to be patient...it was a packed house. About 3/4 of the way through, the waitress asked how we were, and I asked if our food was coming. She said shed check with the kitchen. Came back 10 minutes later and said they must have lost the order, so it would be 10 min or so before they came out. They did come out, and the food wasnt bad. The VIP seating was kind of a joke. Sitting to the L of the stage so youre staring at the side of the comedian with your head tilted back all night. I will never do the VIP seating again. I felt that GA seats got far better service and a better view of the comedian. My husband and SIL also couldnt hear the show very well from our VIP location. All in all, for almost 500 dollars spent, not including parking... the service and venue was a bit lack luster. The ONLY thing that made up for it was that the show was good, we did finally receive our food, and the security and staff were very friendly. I cant say Ill return to this venue, though. Instead of a VIP, I felt like a POS. Anyway, hopefully theyll get it together for the sake of future comedians success and customer service experience.
Comedys always good. Servers do their best, but it takes 10-20 minutes to get drinks and food. If you dont plan on eating or drinking, its a good time.
It’s a jewel in Spokane, national stand-ups, decent room for comedy. It’s just run terribly, Doors @ 9pm, you’re standing outside in the cold until 10pm for a 9:45pm show. I want to be inside enjoying drinks and snacks, but no, I’m freezing my a$$ off outside. There’s a line to exit the place because they “card” you to leave, with a paid placard.Well, here’s two tips… if a server doesn’t come around for an entire show, I can’t order anything and if I’m waiting outside for an hour past doors open time, I also can’t order. It’s not like I bought over $100 in tickets to just get in, oh wait I did…I would have to imagine at this point it would be better to just have people come in for free, first come, first serve style and make up the different in the 90 mins of time customer would be ordering stuff.Do better.
Ive been here twice now, the first time was good , the floors were sticky and pretty dirty probably why they keep the place so dark. I also want wasnt on a medical diet at the time and we spent somewhere in the $100s.This most resent time, they did attemt to cater to my soy allergies, and by the end of the night my husband and I both fell ill must have been the chicken as that was the only thing in common that we both had. Im not sure why or what happened there but that was chaotic (abdominal pain, headache, nausea, bloating, and gas). We also each had 3 drinks each ( supposed to be all doubles) zombie for the husband and 2 Cadillac margaritas for me and one Huckleberry lemonade. For food: two popcorn chicken with cheese sauce, one buffalo wrap with kettle chips , pretzel bites with cheese sauce, and that was it. Roughly came to $200.
Has to be one of the worst venues I have EVER been to. Doors opened 20 minutes late forcing people to stand in the sun in 90 degree heat. The way they seat people takes a long time, so not everyone was able to get inside the venue before show time. No one ever asked me if I would like something to eat/drink. Perhaps I caught them on a bad night, but I will not be returning.
Ive only gone to bigger names here, but my experiences make me want to experience more, such as open mic nights. The servers and staff are awesome and the food/ beverage are not to bad. My only complaint is the chairs suck and its tough to be comfortable for two hours in.
Such a great venue. The staff are super friendly.Good drinks !
First time visit, nice venue, reasonably priced drinks, affordable tickets, looking forward to many more events.
First time ever going to this club and it was great! And the service isnt terrible, especially if you get in earlier. Just keep in mind, they are not well staffed. So its hard to keep up with 300+ people and their constant requests. They were great. Drew Lynch was hilarious. Id drive from Yakima to Spokane anyday. Keep up the great work!
The best shows and the service was awesome. I need more popcorn!!!
Been here a number of times and always love the acts! Everyone is kind (as long as you dont heckle), the food and drinks are good. Probably a bit expensive for the food but I dont mind because it helps keep the venue bringing back the amazing guests. Get here early or buy reserved seating in the first three rows as it fills up quick. And for goodness sakes, make sure you check the comedian before you go!! Comedians share things THEY think are funny, remember that you dont have to agree; just dont ruin the show for everyone else!!
My favorite place to go. Thank you for having a place for people to show off their talent and make us laugh
Comedy Club gets some great shows. Theyve been getting some pretty big names coming through for a while now, and the lesser known acts are all pretty good as well! Theres usually a little something for everyone during the course of a month. Most recently, I came here to see Samuel J Comroe and crew! What a fun show! Sides ached and throat a little raw from all the laughter! Catch a show sometime soon and keep a local art and business alive and thriving!
My wife and I attended a show headlined by Josh Blue on 12/17/21. He was phenomenal. The host and the feature comedian were also a lot of fun(sorry cant recall their names.) We purchased general admission tickets along with a Silver package. The total cost for 2 was $125 after fees etc. Silver entitled us each to a food item either 2 cocktails or 3 glasses of wine or beer and also covered the gratuity for our server. We ordered pulled pork nachos and popcorn chicken. Both were very good. The Cadillac Margarita, the Moscow Mule and the house red wine didnt disappoint. Our server, Victor also did his part to enhance our experience. We enjoyed it all very much and certainly will be back.
Having the comedy club in Spokane really adds to the variety of fun to be had downtown. The quality and quantity of comics is outstanding. I have a concern about the customer service that detracts from the experience and is reflected in my rating. Their blanket policy of forcing all their guests to present a card at the door to prove they paid their bill is insulting, slows down the exit process, and detracts from the happy feeling we should all have after a comedy show. There has to be a better way.
Brad Williams was great to see live, I laughed till I cried. The club is a 320-seat room. It had great service and will plan on attending again. Its a no heck room, so either clap or laugh, or you maybe should go go... but I didnt hear anything but laughs and clapping.
Always a good time. Great atmosphere, and they always seem to bring in amazing comics. If the house is full there will be four people to a table, so if you come in a group smaller than that be ready to meet new people.
Great atmosphere for a comedy club. It’s in an old warehouse, so the space is huge whereas most comedy clubs are smaller.I love that you aren’t “forced” to buy two items like most comedy clubs, but it’s only a recommendation. If you want to sit close, make sure to purchase premium seats or arrive early for first come first serve seating.
Just went to my first show and had a blast. Waiting in line in below freezing temperature sucked but once the doors were open everything ran pretty smoothly. Highly recommended. We will definitely be going back.
We love the club, very funny and talented comedians. My only complaint is service. Getting your food 2 minutes before the show ends is not acceptable.
Great show. Great atmosphere. The service was just as laughable and the stand up comedy. Nachos were great, but didn’t get drinks until for 20 minutes after order.
I want to start by saying the show was great and the staff are amazing. I would like to see an improvement with the liquor choices. The drinks were so rough that rubbing alcohol would have gone down smoother. The issue I had was the chairs were so painful that I got up, went to a back wall, not blocking anyones view because my back was killing me. The manager sent security over to make me and several other patrons sit back down. After the venue I heard most of the other customers complaining about the seats too. This cannot be the first time that’s been a problem. So I would suggest to the manager that they quit hiding behind the security team and buy some comfortable chairs. Since you have had these chairs since I started attending shows here 5 years ago, I think you can afford to upgrade, that’s if you really do care about your customers.
Wonderful facility, amazing service, and they bring in quality comedy acts. I have seen many great shows and will keep going in the future because of the incredible staff.
As far as the shows go, they’re mostly pretty good. However, the food staff is very much lacking in customer service, all they seem to care about is your money. Always over charged, meaning they charge for extra drinks and it’s pointless to point it out to them because all they do is say sorry. It is what it is I guess.
First time here, The show was awesome, and they handled the seating very well. Only complaint was the service. I still give 5 stars as service to a comedy club during a performance is difficult. Other than taking and not delivering 2 drink orders everything was awesome and we plan to go back again! We were not charged for those 2 drinks either so I believe it was just a simple mistake. Everything else was amazing enough I cannot knock any stars off for that! Highly recommend checking out some shows here!!!
Always have a great time and a great venue.
We arrived 30 minutes early and were seated shortly after the doors opened. There were barely any people seated when we arrived and we ordered our food about 15 minutes after being seated. Im guessing our food was forgotten about because several people came awhile after and got theirs way before we did. After waiting at least 40 minutes after we had ordered, we finally got our severs attention. Almost immediately after he arrived with our food. It was cold and out nachos were pretty much broken chips. To say the least, the service is very disappointing. I always try to see the best in every situation, but I think Ill stick with popcorn next time. To top it off, our server just spilled water all over my husband and I. All I can do is laugh! 🤣Updating to a 1 star. After spilling drinks on us the sever told us hed comp our ticket. At the end of the show, he brought us our bill. I asked him about comping it and his response was I cant comp your entire bill. Then tries to tell me they (The comedy club), brought me a gift certificate. I had brought in two gift certificates that I was gifted from my in-laws, purchased from Costco, and had given one to the couple in front of us (he didnt know that), to pay it forward as they had a bad experience too. He said hed talk to a manager. Shortly after a lady, not sure of her position, comes over and asks if we need anything dry cleaned. Im thinking myself, are you serious? I told her he said hed comp it and she says, he doesnt have the authority to do that. I told her, well, he said he would. She left, came back, said they took off our two beers, and would give us a gift certificate for another visit. We never received the gift certificate. I will certainly not be coming back. This has been a horrible customer service experience.
My daughter and I drove up from Portland to see Anthony Jeselnik early January 2023. The entire staff was outstanding. Very organized, friendy entry process and excellent service throughout the show. A great space to see comedy. Well worth the drive!
Love the free ticket offers thru email and text. Great shows, good laughs, drinks arent too bad, they arent pushy like most servers/wait staff. Always a great time!
Nice to have a comedy club in Spokane. Laughter is good. The venue is pretty popular and I do like to attend as they have a lot of great entertainment.I do wish they would offer some healthier items and keep the prices affordable. Its a hip trendy place to go and if youre looking for something fun to do ..stop by. There is a bar that offers food a couple doors down and there is a paid parking lot on the corner.
I rated 5 because the shows are usually awesome! Security can be a hassle and you cant leave once youve entered the building. The food is a bit pricey and not a huge selection, but they bring it to you pretty quick and are very polite/friendly. I love going to this place!
Well organized getting people in and seated. Drinks are generous and service has been good each time we have been there. It’s. A great date night or night out with friends.
What a great night! I highly recommend this spot. Food good not fancy but the nachos 😋 yum. The drinks were perfect place was packed. Surprised at how quick we got our 2nd and 3rd drinks. There was this guy next to us who was dropping some very funny lines about different people in the audience and some the staff. Had us rolling whenever there was a break . You should get him up there Said his name was boo boo. Watch for r his guy. Hes chubby bald and old funny as hell. Dont smoke any weed before you go you could literally break sometjoe nesbithing laughing so hard. Joe nesbit
Loved the show, Alfonzo Bodden. The food was good and the staff was fast and friendly! A special Thank you to Kim.We will definitely be back!
The opening comedians were great and the headliner JR. DeGuzman was awesome!
My husband and I chose to check out the Spokane Comedy Club for the first time during their open mic night. We were pleasantly surprised to find the fast paced entertainment extremely enjoyable between the great jokes, and the bad! It was a delightful evening with polite staff and friendly faces.
Have seen shows here multiple times. Always great service and I have enjoyed every time we have gone. But today showed me how truly awesome they are: long story short- had tix for last nights sold out Jeselnik show but couldn’t make it due to unforeseen circumstances. Explained via email what had happened and if there was any way to instead get two tix to tonight’s show (sold out), happy to pay a fee, whatever… I received a call within hours inviting us to tonight’s show with no fees :) We are proud and lucky to have this establishment in our city! Get out and support the comedy scene!!
We enjoy coming here to watch comedy shows. The staff is friendly and pretty prompt with taking care of drink/snack orders, and refills. It is a clean establishment, including the bathrooms. The only issue is that it gets a little overcrowded when its busy. Too many people in a small area. They could use a bigger space. But all in all a great place to see comedy live.
Nice venue but the food was overpriced (not unexpected for a comedy club) and unimpressive. The nachos were tasty but mostly toppings with very few, well hiddin chips. The stage seemed small in relation to the size of the room. The sound quality was good but I could have used some night vision goggles. Id go back... minus having the munchies 💰😬
Inexpensive and fun . Didnt like the candle flickering in my eyes the whole night, I guess I could have asked my table mates if it was okay to blow out . My wifes 5 ft tall so the tall chairs werent to comfortable. Good service on point with orders and fast. Good comedy. It was my first time I plan on going back soon .
My goto for a great night out, catch all the great comedians when they come through. The new food menu is really good and prices are reasonable and the drinks and wait staff are amazing. Can not take photos during the show which is understandable, but most of the comedians have something going on after the show; merch sales and photos. The atmosphere is always great one of my favorite spots in The Spoke....
Great food, great staff, tons of opportunities to win free tickets and gift cards. They get great names coming through on a regular basis.
Service was extremely slow. We had to ask for our food four times.
If you get a bundled ticket, Its better to spend your money on drinks then on the food here. The jokes are funnier if youre tipsy and the food is poor quality. I think the food would be better if youre tipsy, possibly. Dont get regular seating unless youre ok rubbing thighs with a stranger. The seating is claustrophobic unless you pay for a table. Otherwise the club was casual and fun and made for an amazing date night.
I love going to the Spokane Comedy Club. The ticket, beverage, and food prices are always great. The servers do their best to provide quick, efficient service while also staying out of the view of the comedians.
I love Spokane Comedy Club! The service is always outstanding, the food is great, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Its also super cool that they do giveaways gift cards and drawings for free shows. ❤️
Tonight John Heffron was the main act and he was okay. Kenny DeForest had the entire crowd laughing his whole set!About the venue though, not sure if the server made the judgement call or management somewhere along the line, but I was only aloud 1 drink, when the tickets I bought clearly recommend 2. I’m writing this literally as I’m getting home. I drove here (home). I drove to the venue. Not sure who decided this but I will definitely not return because of this. Main act was mediocre at best, but the two comics before him were actually pretty good.Overall I *wouldn’t* recommend because I was denied a drink even though I am good enough to drive 25 minutes home.
You just cant go wrong at the Comedy Club. Ive been to several shows and every single time has been great. Reasonable prices, good drinks (havent tried the food since reopening, but in the past was great), not a bad seat in the house.Ive only been to bigger-name shows, not open mic or trivia or anything like that, yet. But I just love this place. PERFECT date night.
Just went to the Spokane Comedy club tonight. My husband and I just saw Shawn Wayans. First, let me say this is the second time I have gone here. The first time the wait staff was amazing. Tonight, ours dropped the ball. We felt very ignored while he went to see everyone else to see if they wanted to get anything before the end of the show. We would have ordered another drink and food, creating more money for the club and more money for the server. Sadly, none of that happened.Second, we werent sure what to expect since we have never seen Shawns comedy, but for me, he wasnt really funny. I laughed maybe once. My husband laughed a bit more but we certainly didnt laugh the whole time. Every comedian isnt for everyone but I feel Shawn should make sure he continues to act. Im sure his days get blurred but its important to remember what city you are in during his joke.We will be back, which is why the 3 stars. Even though the first time we went the comedian wasnt funny either. I just hope the service is as good as the first time and the next comedian is funny.
They confirmed free tickets via email. We paid for parking downtown Spokane. They denied us entrance and said we would have to get back in line behind paying ticket holders. They said Marketing oversold the show. The way we were treated was disrespectful and dismissive. I left a phone message and sent an email after being turned away. No response. They are obviously having problems. We thought it was unreasonable to ask us to go out and get in line behind those who paid and those who also have free tickets. They admitted that they had seated other free ticket holders.
I always have a great time when I come here. I leave everytime with my cheeks and belly hurting from laughing so much. Sometimes the food is not what I expect it to be but overall, the customer service is great, performers are funny and a great time for friends to get together. I come for a show on an average of 4 times a year.
Drove over from Seattle for a show, paid for the upgraded experience thinking it offered better seating etc. But it only got us cheap food and drinks from the back of the venue. Acoustics were terrible and it was difficult to hear. They initially put us behind a pole so one person in our party couldnt see. FOR $240 !!!! waayyy not worth the money. The performer was great though. Live and learn for next time. Go early, eat first.
I have been a million times, I love it.. they have let me document stand up with my Polaroid for 5+years, when I have any issue I handle it like a mature adult and am treated accordingly. Special shout out to management, particularly Kim, who tries their best to accommodate the local tallent while keeping a professional environment that draws bigger names. 10 out 10 would go back.. unless youre not allowed back... for acting like a child..
Great time. Get there early its a popular place.
Good comedy, nice atmosphere, nice waitress. Drinks were good. Food was mediocre. Got pull pork nachos. They were just plain nachos, small portion, tasteless, boring and way over prices. 15$ for that? No pork in them btw. Been there a few times and the food is always bland and over priced each time. Save ur money and eat somewhere else.
I enjoy the Spokane Comedy Club so much! Great venue, good food, wonderful comedians.I do NOT enjoy the 21+ stamps that ruined my shirt!! I went into the restroom as soon as I got inside to wash off the ink and ran into 6 other women who had ruined their clothes with this stamp. I did inform the servers and asked them to let their manager know, but this did not make for a fun experience. I love that theyre choosing a stamp over a wristband made of plastic, but why not stamp the people under 21 with this awful ink?! I honestly wanted to ask for a refund for my ticket cost because that was at least how much my 2 ruined shirts cost, but I know this happened to almost everyone there.
We have been to the Spokane Comedy club many times, and plan to continue attending shows here. The shows always provide the belly laugh we needed after a long work week. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The atmosphere is generally as it should be. Seating and spacing is perfect as well.Weve enjoyed many of the menus items as well. No complaints or problems.
Been here a couple times now and the required must purchase two items from the menu feels like a kick in the knackers at first but the hot dogs and drinks are all pretty good. The servers are nice and the comedy is great. If you are looking to spend an evening drinking and laughing with a room of other people in Spokane, you cant go wrong here.
My first time at Spokane Comedy Club. Went tonight to see Steve Hofstetter tonight. Paid over $200 dollars for the premium tickets. Put our order in for drinks and food before the show started. Got our drinks and appetizer almost immediately but then never saw our server again for the remainder of the evening. My sister never got her food and we couldn’t even order another drink if we wanted to. Asked several times to have our server come to our table but never came. Really disappointed with overall experience.
A rather disappointing experience with the manager at Alington Mitra’s show tonight, who judged that my official Canadian drivers seemed “too foreign” and that “she felt uncomfortable” serving me alcohol. As a 34 year old man, I found this quite amusing, but less so when I learned I would not be served alcohol. Some solace in the fact that both the server and security agreed that she was “not very bright”. As a visitor to Spokane from BC, I hope the club will introspect and encourage inclusivity of all peoples and break free of the old Spokane xenophobia that lingers in its comedy scene!
The comedian was changed and we were supposed to get a notification about it and never did. Our tickets were considered invalid ever though we purchased them well in advance. Three other groups of customers in front of us in the line had the exact same problem and were turned away. They even threatened to call security on an elderly lady who asked for a refund. They never got an email and are unable to get us a refund. I would not recommend purchasing tickets from this business again. It was almost $150 without a refund. It was the comedian Damon Wayans Jr.
Was given free tickets and didnt expect to much. Staff was great was made a drink that wasnt good at all sever sensed it and took it back and got her a different great drink. The show was packed. Drink service was great and so was the show. Very hilarious havent laughed that much in a long time.....definitely a must do in Spokane....
I went on open mic night. The crowd seemed ready to laugh and there were some good reasons to laugh. Not everyone was great at it, but thats to be expected.I dont drink alcohol, so the drink menu pretty much said soda to me. I had some coke, and enjoyed my time. The wait staff was friendly and I have no real complaints about them. The area is big for a comedy club, but it filled up quickly. They also made it easy to see the comedian from.any angle, except the bathroom. In a way, Im happy for that. All in all, a great experience.
Great comedians, nice staff, and fun atmosphere!
This place is always amazing but man can shows get wild! My brother and I had a couple seated with us that not only did they talk the entire show, and felt obligated to interrupt each of the comics, but couldnt believe when the girl threw a balled up wad of paper with her phone number at Pauly Shore and they were allowed to keep distracting the comics. Was a wild ride indeed.
Joe Dombrowski was hilarious AF. Drink service could have been coordinated a little better (for our party of 4, those who ordered mixed drinks got their beverages about 15 minutes before those who got water and a soda).
WATCH YOUR BILL!!!I tried to reach out to them before writing this review but didnt receive a response...The first bill I received at the end of the night was for $52. Then after I gave them my credit card and the server returned it for a signature, the bill was $60. When questioned, the server went into full panic because he knew he was caught. They gave some lame excuse saying that it was because we had 8 people in our party. After I let them know that was not the case (it was just my wife and I) he disappeared and never came back to address the issue. After talking to the other couples that were sitting close to us, they had done the same thing to all of them and they had a different server than we did. Even more proof that they didnt think we were all together. I can only imagine how many other people are getting scammed here and the management obviously doesnt care.
It was a lot of fun, cool atmosphere with food and drinks. Each table had a candle, live entertainment and I saw some wine bottles so good place for a memorable date.
Went to see Harland Williams, who was absolutely hilarious, and was blown away by how much my stomach hurt from laughing at the comedian hosting from Spokane, Steve Johnson. The wait staff was also amazing. Overall, highly recommend as I know Ill be going back as much as I can
The comedians are funny and the venue itself is really nice, but the way this place is run is atrocious. I dont understand why theres a need for a two item minimum when you are paying for tickets. I could understand if it was a free event, but if I pay $50 a ticket, why am I being extorted into buying stupidly overpriced food/drink? How come I can pay $20 for a ticket to see a musician and am not required to buy anything?Plus, for all the ridiculous reminders of the rules, there were loads of people last night who were breaking all of them and the staff did nothing to address it. Which is fine, but dont spend 20 minutes blasting rules over the speakers and putting up stupid memes on the overhead reminding us to behave or else. Finally, fine, if you are going to strong arm me into purchasing things, then I will order my two items and then please leave me alone. It seemed like every ten minutes I had a server tapping me on my back asking if I wanted anything else. What Id like is to not be interrupted constantly during a show. The comedians they bring in are great and I laughed super hard. But I dont think Ill be coming back again after such a negative experience with the cub itself. I was trying not to be whiny and entitled but yeesh, reading the reviews looks like Im not the only one who feels this way.
We loved this place. Had a great time. Prices were very fair. Unless you want a meet in greet dont bother paying extra for VIP every seat is great no matter where you sit. We did get VIP and it was a little too close to the stage for me. If you only have two people they will sit you with strangers just FYI. Food and drink were really good. They require you to buy two things per person but it doesnt have to be alcohol and we ended up paying $22 for the both of us which wasnt bad. My husband loved his hotdog and I enjoyed popcorn and we both had sodas.
I was totally visible and it was terribly hot the eve I went for open mic, yet I couldnt get service. Not ot even a glass of water. Besides that, my friend D was the last comic uo. And they really did save the best for last! Nice atmosphere and friendly people. Will go again soon!
Went for New Year’s Eve had the best time. Our waitress Amelia was amazing. We always had a drink and the food was good. Love the atmosphere and Chris Porter was the best. Thank you guys we really had a great time.
Super great food drinks and entertainment. Fast and easy to get in even though the line looks outrageous. The wait staff are so kind and always come back to see if you need more drinks. Seating and the bathroom were my only issue. Seating is way to tight and you have to sit with another couple. The bathroom is so tight that when you are in line to use it you have to hold the door open so someone doesnt open the door to get in and smack you in the face. I had so much fun. Had some amazing laughs. This place hires legitimate comedians from all over.. who knew?
I enjoyed the show. There was a lot of confusion with our food order but it got worked out. Overall the food was typical bar food, dont plan on having dinner here unless you like to fill up on that sort of thing.
My fiance and I went for the first time on my birthday to see Drew Lynch. It was awesome! Ticket prices are not bad, even for premium seating. The staff is nice. My fiance ordered a hot dog but they ran out of buns and couldnt get more because of a parade going on at the time. They didnt charge us for it (ended up being on a tortilla) and they gave us a card for 2 free tickets to come back for another show sometime. That was really sweet of them to do! Thank you!
A great evening with JP Sears. The Spokane Comedy Club had great service in a clean well run establishment. We highly recommend the VIP passes if seeing an entertainer your really like. Would have given 5 stars but our wives thought the mixed cocktails were way to watered down. But hey its a comedy club, youre not there for the amazing food and drinks. Youre there for a couple of hours of laughing your @#$ off.Well definitely will go back!
This is an excellent comedy club. Ive been to quite a few comedy clubs all over the U.S. and the Spokane Comedy Club is legit. Awesome drink and food service before and during the show. They have great comedians and headliners come through! Its always a fun night out.
Clean, Nice embiance.friendly Staff...But if your Hungry before a show I wouldnt plan on eating here. Wait Staff seemed all over the place, Our orders were taken before show started & didnt receive most our food till show was almost over. One thing believed early. Another order halfway, the rest we got 20 min before show was over. Seems there needs to be a better process for getting food orders done In a timely manner.Food & drink pricing was high for what they were serving. Small portions that werent filling or even share size.
The best joke of the night was the food. By the time we got our nachos and hotdog they were cold. Plus our nachos were just broken chips. Just changed my review to a 1 star as the waiter spilt a tray of drinks on me. Then said he would comp our bill only to hand us a bill for over $50. Good comedians, terrible management.
Amazing visit! They do assign you seats which is annoying. And its pretty crowded. The table arrangement is weird and waitstaff act like your a bother. Buttttt amazing comics. Easy check in. I got a mocktail which was delicious! Easy location to find with lots of street parking around it.
We have been twice in the past two weeks. The comedians are top notch. The facility is very clean and well laid out. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is good, maybe a larger selection or a rotating menu would be in order though. We love this place and look forward to coming out several times a month.
We got there a little late, butas we were seated the servers got our drink orders, and returned with them before the show started. The first 2 acts , were funny and definitely got the show going. The last comic standing....was the funniest and had some of the funniest bits. Then his jokes kinda took a turn but were still hilarious. Unfortunately for some of audience the joke was too relatable and they were laughing until they realized they were part of the bit. This place was tremendous tonight. Definitely be back.
Comedy was fabulous. Atmosphere was delightful. Service was above and beyond. Having two strangers seated with us want bad until they say in front and were a foot taller than I. Difficulties seeing but still hilarious show!
Last nights show with Rachael was over the top great. The 2 warm up comedians were very good also.. The servers and crew was very accommodating. Keep up the awesome work Brian and Diane
Seen many comedic artists here. Love the many styles of hotdogs. Good environment. Priced well.
Ive been to two shows now and they have both been fantastic. Even though I am vegan, and the menu selection is somewhat limited, I was still able to find something to eat and of course drink. I didnt think anything was overpriced, especially considering the price of admission. Looking forward to my next show!
Was good, full house (squished seating) for Chris Porter, but it was great. They wont let you in earlier than an hour before the first show, 2 drink minimum, great staff, reasonable prices, clean bathrooms.
To anybody interested in going to Spokane comedy club....DO IT! Guaranteed an amazing time! 10 out of 10 recommend anybody who enjoys stand-up comedy or a good time to go. Great service, great prices, and amazing staff! Im there at least twice a month and have a great time every time!
