Ok so i’ve had two massages in my life that were so good that they made me fall asleep.this is one of them!i’ll start off with the pool area:servers are spot on, making sure the area is tidy and stocked with towels. They greet you with water and have a great menu for the pool!we ordered the burrata and the fruit and the fruit couldn’t have been fresher! it’s best if you book the spa for mon-thurs cause you have pool access weekends it’s only for hotel guestsyou may use the amenities from open to close regardless of your appointment time.the locker rooms are separated by gender and are completely stocked.lockers with lock codessmall snackssteam roomwhirl pool (indoor hot tub)relaxation roomshowers fully stocked with shampoo, etc.a get ready area with blow dryer & other stuff!the massage was out of this world and i couldn’t recommend Rachel and Julie more.we did a couples massage.great attention to detail and soothing hands.HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE. it’s worth every dollar.

Great spa with excellent masseuses . It’s so nice they can support a group of people which most cannot . The prices are high but compared to others along with the amenities, I think it’s worth it.Five of us had massages at the same time. The sauna, hot tub and relaxation areas are super nice as well. Plan on spending some time there. There is a terrace restaurant on the same floor which we ate at after our massages and that was nice. The only down side is that you can’t use the pool on that same level on the weekends as it’s reserved for hotel guests. It’s not very big so it makes sense .

My wife had a wonderful experience here a couple of holidays ago. So much so that she still raves about the experience! The spa is beautiful, and the service was excellent. This is, in her opinion, the premier place in Denver for a luxury spa treatment.

My recent visit to the Four Seasons Spa left me with a mix of feelings, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the spa manager. While there were a couple of issues during my spa experience, the attentive and accommodating approach of the manager turned the tide, making me feel valued and heard.Upon bringing my concerns to their attention, I was met with genuine understanding and a proactive attitude. The manager took the time to listen attentively, addressing each issue with professionalism and empathy. Her willingness to rectify the situation and ensure my satisfaction was truly commendable. Its one thing to resolve issues in the moment, but the extra step of reaching out afterward to ensure my continued satisfaction spoke volumes about their commitment to guest experience. It was evident that they valued my feedback and were dedicated to upholding the high standards synonymous with the Four Seasons brand.

Absolutely the best pedicure ! Very calming and peaceful experience .Yodit was very attentive and friendly . She provided a great pedicure taking time to remove ingrown nails that was most important. I have been to many places and this experience was worth the little extra cost for safety, attention to detail , compassion and ownership ! I live locally and will definitely return !

The service, a facial was nice however I was pushed and pushed for an add on when booking which I did choose to pursue. The add on was “overlooked” even after confirming it upon entry and my service was cut short, this was frustrating as I was highly anticipating a scalp massage I never received. No one offered to remedy the issue or ask how my experience was upon checkout.

The Four Seasons Denver is absolutely amazing. We had a luncheon corporate event that we hosted with Spa services as well as lunch. Kim, Alysun & Billy were all beyond accommodating. They took such great care of our group. Everyone had such an amazing time. The spa services were complex as our group was large and everyone was SO happy! Our group is a high-end clientele and they were blown away. The food and service was amazing. I couldnt recommend more!!! Dont hesitate in working with these amazing people that truly go above and beyond and truly care!! Thank you all for the help!

The Spa at the Four Seasons Hotel is a great place to go with a group. Very clean, relaxing and professional. The waiting room offers tea in a calming environment. There is also a steam room, relaxation room, and jacuzzi. You also have access to the rooftop pool when you book a treatment. I held a mini celebration for my daughter there in 2019 and made use of the outdoor pool and poolside dining to accompany our spa day.I was a little disappointed with my most recent massage but that wasnt the Four Seasons fault. At Burke Williams a hot stone massage is a regular massage and then at the very end they use hot stone for about 5 minutes. At the Four Seasons hot stones are used for the entirety of the service. My friends and I had a great experience. We have gone to Woodhouse in downtown Denver before but consider this place to be much nicer for a group.Valet parking is 15 dollars.50minutes is $19080 minutes is $260

Just had the BEST 80-minute Swedish massage today. Christina was amazing and made my “mom day off” extra relaxing. The way she combined heat to relax the muscles, with the massage, and just the right pressure was amazing. She truly knows her art. Highly recommend if you need a great, relaxing massage.Fitness facilities and relaxation room made it extra wonderful. Thank you!!

I wanted to have a spa day experience and the four seasons didnt disappoint. The facilities are great, the ladies have a relaxation room, stream room and whirlpool. Also, Showers, lockers and an area to get ready after your treatments. They have citrus water, lots of towels and even cold towels. I enjoyed the body brightening scrub, a massage and a manicure and pedicure. All the service providers were kind and professional, I even got a glass of champagne during my pedicure. I cant wait to return. Its luxury pricing, but I felt they delivered on a luxury experience.

I wanted so badly for this to be five stars because the staff was very welcoming and nice. Massage was great! But the facilities are very lacking… first if you’re coming here for a couples massage, just a heads up, there is no area for you to enjoy amenities together. That was a bummer. Then, between water damage spots, flaking paint, toilets that don’t flush and hot water that did not work in the showers, it was kind of a disaster. Again, the massages were fine(I’ve had better) and the staff was very very nice. But for what you pay for the services, it was a little disappointing. I would have given two starts, but the staff was great.Positives:Friendly staffComplimentary ProseccoGood massageNegatives:Desperately in need of renovationsToilets and showers need maintenanceSeparate spa amenities that can’t be enjoyed as a couple

Ok, so this place could have easily been a five-star, but we ordered a fillet mignon cooked to a Pittsburg style, but it came out medium. We told our waiter but it was over his head. Considering it was fine dining and extremely expensive it just didn’t live up to five-star standards. I have been to many restaurants and this just didn’t make the cut. The drinks are good though!

By far, the worst 4 seasons Ive been toDefinitely wouldnt consider it a luxury experience.. very loud in the locker room, and in the hot tub, people have terrible spa etiquette. There was an emergency, and my therapist was unable to do my treatment, which was no ones fault... sometimes things happen. They accommodated me with a free service a few days later and even offered a discount to my friend whenever she goes back, which I really appreciate. The staff is very nice but all in all this place just falls flat compared to the 4 seasons and Bal Harbor. The hotel as a whole has a much more causal feel than Im used to, and I suspect its because of the area its in.. but prices are the same as their other locations. I dont mind paying good money, but then standards must be higher so you get what you pay for. The cherry on top is that I left my necklace in my robe pocket and and the staff downstairs at the front desk would not allow me backup to retrieve it. I was the last person to leave the spa, there was no other customers there, and I realized 30 minutes after I left. They assured me that things like this happen all the time and they would definitely be able to find it, but its been over 2 weeks and they still havent located it. I suspect that someone from the cleaning stuff decided to keep it, so I have filed a police report. This would never happen in their other location. I am extremely disappointed in the four seasons denver..

Asked for a sport massage as I dance, and Amanda was incredibly attentive, communicative, and focused on my tightest spots while still extending the session about 7min to finish up the rest of my full-body massage since some areas took a lot of work. She was incredible to work with and definitely recommended! Very kind, caring, and funny!

If you are familiar with the brand, Four Seasons is world renowned for their unmatched level of service. Long before you arrive, your visit is meticulously planned to ensure that your needs are met before you realize you have them, and the staff will anticipate every minute of your visit. The spa at any FS property will absolutely ruin any other massage or facial you’ve had in your life. From the luxurious amenities included with many of the services, to the warm and inviting atmosphere in the spa, all the way to the actual service itself— second to none.

The spa amenities are very nice and I did have a relaxing experience. Loved the nail tech. My gripe is that the masseuse asked me what I wanted focused on, but hardly spent any time on that area. I’m guessing she did the same full body that she does for each client, instead of using any of my intake information. I was also surprised we weren’t offered any tea or wine while waiting for the massage, since it is so costly. But I guess that is not included.

Finally have volume, hold, and the appearance of thickness to my fine hair. This salon also uses the full line of K-18 which is a product Ive used for 3 years now. Surprised to learn they carry it. Rare to find it in a salon.Ask for Van. You wont be disappointed. Best salon experience Ive had in years.S. Alexopoulos

I went to the spa for a 50 minutes swedish hydration massage. I arrived about 15 minutes early to make sure I had time to check-in and change. Check-in was a super quick process with a tour. There is a waiting room with snacks (nuts and dried fruit) and tea or water options. There are also rain showers, steam room, whirlpool, and relaxation room in the spa. The massage itself seemed rushed which was a bit disappointing and she did not ask to massage my face and scalp. The massage pressure was perfect, table heat and music was relaxing.

You get access to all the spa facilities (hot tub, steam room, relaxation room, spa rainfall showers) for the entire day of your visit. During the week, you also get access to the rooftop pool - but not on weekends. If you book a spa service, leave yourself enough time before and/or after to make full use of the amenities. A very relaxing experience to reset and recharge!

I was so excited to learn that the Four Seasons had started carrying Biologique Recherche products since the only other spa in Colorado that I know of that carries such products is Strata Integrated Wellness Spa in Colorado. Rebecca, the director of the spa down at Strata is a BR ambassador and one of the best of the best. Unfortunately, it is impossible to schedule with her so I was happy to see a closer spa would be carrying these lovely products.I was extremely disappointed after my BR Cold Therapy Facial at the Four Seasons. This was not what I have experienced previously from other BR spas. I was initially skeptical when my aesthetician failed to inquire on what my skin concerns were prior to the facial, I had even brought all my skincare products so you can identify if any products needed to be changed, added or removed (this is something the brand preaches that skincare needs change seasonally. However, unlike other BR spas, I realized that perhaps this spa was not trained to customize skin treatments according to different skin types, etc. I would warn other people who know the brand not to expect BRs signature microcurrent therapy. I should have researched the facial I had scheduled; however, I was just so excited about them carrying the product. Although, the aesthetician seemed to be interested in learning the product, he was in no way an expert which is something I noticed other BR spas pride themselves on. My 80 minute facial was below average(I did break out more afterwards). At the end of the facial the aesthetician did mention he would have probably just done their fire and ice facial on me since my hormonal acne was a primary concern. Why wouldnt you tell me this in the beginning? In the end, this Cold Therapy is not worth your $320 + tip dollars, if you have the opportunity go to Rebecca down in CS, she is a BR ambassador and will spend almost 3 or more hours reviewing both internal and external factors that could be affecting your skin, doing the most amazing facial countouring to your skin (hello needleless botox), using microcurrents which are amazing and explaining every single product in detail. She will also follow up with you post facial to ensure your skin reacted ok and that you didnt have any questions regarding products, etc. I did mention to the manager before I left that they should really consider utilizing more training if possible. He seem less enthused with my advice but I felt like it was necessary as I dont think the BR brand would be impressed with this facial and it almost could tarnish their reputation. I know the spa is still new to the products but I was very disappointed and can only hope another spa in the Denver area starts to carry the BR line.
