I really love this place. I have bought the pieces and several accessories over the years. Hudson especially is helpful and knowledgeable.

Hudson was the employee working. He is a trippy looking metal head dude and was chill as hell. Very patient. Very thorough and answered all my questions. He even explained how different devices work that I did not know prior to visiting like a dry herb vaporizer. Thank you SO MUCH BRO!!! 😎

Visiting here for the first time and needed some quick supplies, absolutely great selection of papers and bongs, was just a little confusing to get to though. The tall long haired dude serving me was very friendly and helpful and had great recommendations for new things to try. A must visit location for great prices too

Hudson was the gentleman working he just dealt with a difficult customer handled if perfectly. The shocker is he could sense I was having a bad day allowed me to vent didnt interrupt Hudson listened gave his positive outlook on it and definitely made my night customer for liife

If only the vapid, long haired, vaping, careless worker here acknowledged the fact I was in this store for 10 minutes just once, maybe I would have spent over $100 here looking for new glass, ash catcher, and a bowl. But instead, he walked back and forth quietly singing Three 6 Mafia to himself, helping out another guest. It’s not hard to go “hey, I’ll be with you in a minute” and while the other guest is quietly browsing you ask what we need help with. But instead, you suck at your job and are getting paid to do nothing.How in the world would you expect somebody like that to sell sex toys to somebody who needs to ask questions? The decision making besides hiring is beyond questionable in a store that sells so many high end, and confusing products.

Great place! I was looking for a new portable dabber and could not decide on one. After putting up with me long enough, they recommended this Dr.Dabber XS and I couldnt be happier! After showing me multiple items and letting me examine all of them closely, they seemed like they werent just looking for a sale, but instead were just trying to help me choose the best one for me. Thanks a ton again you guys for putting up with me and my indecisiveness!

I Just recently visited a smoke shop the other day about 3 days ago and Ive been back at forest at least 3 to 4 more times since then this place has left that big of a place in my heart I love the people that work there I love the prices I love the Ah I miss you everything there is worth it the prices the piece of everything they got to offer is worth it there I would recommend it 5 out of 5 to anyone who needs to something to smoke list whether papers Blunt a bong you know a pie a piece of glass bomb whatever you need this is a place to be. Oh and the one lady who works there is just flatter out just playing nice even my moms wife licer her my own wife doesnt get along with any of the other girls that talk to me . This has become our new and a smoke shop for life!!

This is the no gone in to this establishment and have been treated worse than any head shop Ive ever been in. I mean they acted as if i wad a burden for asking for any prices on products that are not not priced clearly and as if they had something better to be doing with their time. Its called customer service and they dont know anything close to the meaning of there term, let alone how to practice it. EXTREMELY RUDE AND COMPLETELY OUT OF LINE IN HOW THEY TREAT THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS. I WOULD NEVER Recommend THIS PLACE to any1

Been coming for over a year now and its the only place I go. I would give 5 stars however from time to time the selection on Esco Bars is low which is what I originally wanted. Transitioned to ELF Bars and havent had a major issue getting what Im looking for. Good customer service. I personally dont use the paid discount program, doesnt seem like the best value depending on the type of shopper you are. I only buy one, maybe two, disposable vapes a month so the program isnt the best fit for me. I do recommend this shop overall, for the 10ish minutes Im in there I get what I want and have cool conversation with the associates. Never had a bad experience, even when they didnt have ESCO bars, I was navigated to something that worked for me... and ended up being better for my flavor pallet and budget.

Good customer service and the always have what I need

This is my all time favorite smoke shop. They have a good variety of things that are actually good products not flimsy and breaks the second you leave like every other smoke shop Ive been to. And trust me Ive been to a lot in search of trying to find the perfect one and this is it man. Also the staff are always very friendly and helpful. And a couple times the the manager has given me a discount which is really cool! Its clean, and what matters most to me is not feeling like your being judged for certain things you get or look at. Thats really nice 👍 Oh! Also the prices are fair in my opinion like really fair considering going to Mixed Up where your not going to be finding any pipe or accessories that arent over $20-25.

Ive had nothing but great experiences here. Always quick and friendly. They hire people with actual knowledge of what theyre selling. I dont feel pressured or like the people there are trying to play lets make a deal with me. Prices are incredibly fair and its very well organized by price point. I highly recommend this smoke shop, hard to find places like this.

Fair prices, but…I got an ELFBAR here, and in less than 18 hours I came back to the store after realising the product that I have purchased is damaged. Not working and vaping by itself. After explaining this to the manager they refused exchanging it to a new one, and only offered me to buy a new one from there with 15% discount. Ridiculous.

The guy was very cool with me and very helpful.

Always loved this place. Then started paying thisb7.99 membership for discounts. I made large purchase yesterday and the women working refused to give me the discount. Even after showing the most recent payment for membership receipt. What a joke. Normally wouldnt be a big deal but were taking a discount of nearly $78 dollars. Ill most likely cancel this membership and take my daily business elsewhere..

This smoke shop is very cool and has a lot of different items and selections . And the cool lady with the cool hair was super friendly and helpful as wellI will definitely be back to this place Highly recommend.

Justin, the GM, is the best!! I had a brief issue with one of his employees and he promptly reached out to me to solve the problem. Purchased more today and will be back plenty more because you just can’t beat this place!

Kenny was incredibly helpful and friendly! This place has an awesome selection of T shirts, tapestries, backwoods, incense, and glass. Also really spacious for social distancing purposes and has masks for your corona needs. 100/10 :P

My first time here I had a good experience. The guys were helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They asked me what I was looking for and helped me find something to fit my needs.Came back today and the girl at the register provided no customer service whatsoever.I walked in with a friend of mine, she made no effort to show acknowledgement to a couple potential customers.I came in planning to buy a couple mod kits, batteries and bottles of juice atleast $300 or so worth of products. After finding the vape section, I tried making eye contact with her a couple of times as she continued to avoid communication. After standing there for a couple minutes I sighed and walked out.I understand its a smoke shop however regardless of the lack of professionalism needed for a cashier here. Being friendly and helpful is necessary in all retail positions.

Hands down the worst shop i have ever been to. They sell bunk products that do not work and refuse to do anything about it. I have never been to a worse place in my life. I wish i could turn back time and skip my entire experience here. THIS IS YOUR WARNING, DO NOT GO HERE.

Great staff! Hunter helped me find far more than I came in for but now I have a beautiful new rig and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and price.

My last 4-5 visits have had really good customer service. I had a couple of forgettable visits but they have turned things around. I’m in there every week.

Pretty expensive shop. Also dont go in the middle of the day because they may be out to lunch. Everyone has to eat, but maybe have a set time when your employees go get lunch. Customers pulling up to purchase products only to realize that there is no one working and the store is closed seems like its costing the business money

This was my favorite go to for friendly, knowledgeable service, but my experience this morning has changed this. The girl behind the counter was snooty and entitled and I will never shop here again.

There was a good selection. Spare parts and e liquids was pleatiful. I would def recomend this spot for your vaping habits.
