Ive had nothing but positive experiences in the few years Ive been shopping with them. The owner is one of the nicest guys youll ever meet and his staff is equally as pleasant. I love this vape store!!!! They are very nice, very caring, very knowledgeable. They don’t rush you, they don’t try and sell you something when you don’t need it. They take time with each customer to help them out. If they don’t have juice flavor you want they will offer to get it for you. I was having a really bad day and went here after work. They hooked me up. They took the time to check my vape out and see what they could do to make it better. They are the best!!!! I ended up buying a new one also and had to keep going inside to have them help me. Not every place gives you the customer service that this place does!!!! Older man and younger guy I never caught their names though. I even went back the next day to thank them for getting my vape working better again. And of course to buy more juice. I recently checked out the other 2 vape stores around me but you don’t get as near good customer service as you do here !!! Though I did find a juice flavor I been searching for over a year now. Lol. Thank you for out standing customer service!!!

This is the perfect example of why we should support small business owners. The staff is amazing, friendly, and they never act as if you’re a bother. The owner is very much engaged with his customers and the pride he has in his business is nice to see. All around great people and I travel past 4 vape shops just to go see them weekly. I have been coming here for quite some time. The owner Elmer is a really good guy, his wife is is great too. There is a HUGE selection of everything and they are always happy to replace anything that isnt working right. I highly recommend this place. Good people

Everyone is friendly and generous. Everytime Im in a bind and dont have time to order something online I go here instead. The staff is always willing to look in storage for what I need and they always have it. Some of their juice recomendations are now my favorites. If youre looking to support local business this is the one.

Stopped here while visiting the area from Ohio, LOVED the staff at this shop. You could tell how knowledgeable they are and that theyve been in the vape game a while. (Kayfun represent!) There really expensive and the juices are mediocre at best for there price. Cotton being 6 dollars for 5 sheets is a slap to the face. Customer service is OK I guess they seemed to be a bit whatever to me like they almost dont seem like they dont care what there giving you. I probably wouldnt ever get batterys there because of that. All and all I would come back there.

This store is fantastic and the staff is always willing to help you out. And they dont act like snobs when you dont know the exact terminology. Ive been to all the vapor stores in my city and by far vapor emporium in New market is the best hands down.

Ive visited a significant number of vape shops in the Frederick and Germantown area but no longer. The folks at Vapor Emporium are super friendly and helpful and have consistently had what I needed when other shops have failed. I will only be going to this shop from now on.

Though this may be the only location in Maryland (sadly), this is a small, family held chain that has been around for ages. They were around long before all the other shops in Maryland and truly is a legit shop, with friendly and knowledgeable staff and a great selection of house e-liquids and a thoughtfully curated selection of independent brands of liquids. The hardware side is robust, the owners keeping up with the best of the classics as well as fresh tech. You cant find a better place to shop, whether youre a seasoned vapist, adept at blowing billowing clouds, or someone looking to try to break that nasty cigarette habit. Look no further. The Vapor Emporium is here for you.

The Vapor Emporium is great! HUGE selection of authentic hardware and an even bigger selection of juice! Prices are fair and usually right at or just below MSRP. Elmer, the owner, is fantastic as are the rest of his staff! I make the drive at least once a month out to Fredrick from Baltimore just to shop here since theyre the only shop in the area that sells Avid Lyfe. Ive had nothing but good experiences no matter what Im shopping for. Theyre one of the few vape shops in Maryland that Im actually comfortable shopping at, and its why I return time and time again.

Amazing borderline overwhelming selection but made up for by the first class service and recommendations by the associate that worked with me. Location was well lit and clean. My only complaint was that they didnt add nicotine so if the mg you prefer isnt available your out of luck. That flaw is easily overcome by the fact its rare you cant find what your looking for.Top shelf vape shop ...

They always have what I need and are very helpful. But seriously is it that hard to pull the mask over your nose? He either walks around without it on or has it barely over his mouth. You know who you are. I originally gave you three stars but I got angrier as I wrote this. Now it’s two.

This place is verry friendly. If your looking for finding a tank or new mod all the employees are verry knowledgeable. The owner actualy talked me out of spending 100 on a mod he said i wouldnt like. Then sold me a cheaper one with a discount that hasnt left my hand since i got it thank u guys Ive been stinking cigarette free since i came to your store and will only buy from here.
