$200 for a rig that randomly cracked in under a year. And believe me, I was delicate with it, and the only one to use it. Overpriced garbage.Oh, and they claimed that they dont sell nectar collectors when someone here made a review about theirs breaking for no reason. They definitely sell nectar collectors. Hope someone comes in and smashes their inventory and puts them out of their scummy buisness.

The customer service was good. She definitely got me together. I would say affordable to.

Absolutely love this place! Always feel welcome and Unique the beautiful soul behind the counter was so sweet and knowledgeable!! The only place I have been able to find a variety of silicones and a reasonably priced good torch! I also indulged in the Bomb Bites candy! So good!

I just came in and they had 75% off some solid glass. Carlos was awesome and he helped me pick out a killer pipe for $75. I’ll recommend this spot to anyone.

Oh my goodness.... what a way to do customer service! 10/10 recomend. Would recomend to friends and family (I actually brought a friend with me for his first time). Where do I begin Unique immediately gave me a huge smile BEFORE I EVEN ENTERED immediately warming interaction, some shops make you feel like an imposition, dont get that. So I get in and she is really good at finding you a nice piece within your price range and all your specs. Immediately I had 10 different options, all stunning, and all within budget! When I finally decided on one there were even a couple different options in size of the same piece I purchased! It felt like a truly customized set up! I have loved this shop since I moved to denver over 4 years ago. Almost exclusively buy my glass here and I will as long as they are open. Very helpful staff!!!! They had an awesome sale on 4/20 (the price you see in the picture is not even close to what I paid haha), so I bought a new large dab rig and reclaim collector for parties. They have a ton of glass and something for everyone. I also bought two bangers and carb caps for my little recycler. Really great store, I sent several coworkers and friends there after my good experience.

Showed up around 750 on a Monday night. The doors were locked with a sign on it because the cashier was outside smoking did not arrive for another 30 minutes and the selection was horrible. Don’t waste your time horrible customer service.

This location used to be an older head shop before it was bought out by The Bomb . They have way more of a selection than ever before. I bought a $600 bong for $125! The bong broke 2 days later. Went back got another and the recycler broke. Their glass is really cheap.

I was helped by an associate named Devon, he was very polite and knowledgeable. By far one of the best head shops in Denver. It was first time in and I was given a two for one deal on some solid pieces. In addition to pleasant staff, their inventory had a great selection of pieces.

This place is amazing!! I just moved to the area, and was looking for a reputable head shop with good prices and great selection of glass and other accessories. I was recommended The Bomb Head Shop by a local budtender, and Im very glad I took him up on that - Devon and Chris were extremely helpful and easy to talk to, were very knowledgeable, and gave me useful advice about what I may or may not like. And, to top it all off, they hooked me up with some INSANE deals!! 2 medium (and NICE) glass pieces, a banger & a tool, an ashtray, a torch, and some butane all for less than $375?? Yes please!! You really cannot go wrong here, Ill be taking all my friends here whenever they are looking for a new piece.

Before we moved, my wife and I hella enjoyed coming here. Every time we did, we got some sort of deal. Well, we moved back 6.1 and went the next day and Devon was in. Hella hooked it up for a group of weary travellers settling after a move, as we got 5 brand new really nice bongs for a damn good affordable price.

Love everyone who works here. They are super pushy when it comes to selling things, but I mean it’s their job. Super cheap glass that breaks incredibly easy but for the price you can’t complain. Definitely recommend this shop for really cool affordable pieces and accessories!

Have bought two bangers in a month that have broken in the exact same way for no apparent reason and when I asked for a discount for a third the stumbling man refused. They will not get my business or recommendation again.

I walked in with no experience using dab rigs and wanted to buy my first one. I had a lot of questions and Dan was incredibly helpful and informative. The customer service was excellent and I left with something that made my dab veteran friends a bit jealous. This will be my shop moving forward.

They sell fake vapes. Bought an esco bar and pointed out how obvious it was it was fake. They refused to give me a refund… his explanation was he just sells what they give him. Maybe they should care more about customers and selling fake, potentially more harmful products.

Not too bad... the customer service was on point and the price was not bad either. Two stars because one of the pipes I bought broke as soon as I unwrapped it from the bubble wrap and it looks like the piece that broke was not secured well and based one some of the other reviews that is not uncommon. Which is a shame cause it was a really kool pipe.

Bought a piece yesterday and the mouth piece snapped off after tipping over onto the coffee table, fair enough that’s our fault and what not. We called and asked if there was anything we could do and were surprised when the guy said yeah come in tomorrow and we’ll give you a hook up, we thought like a sympathy discount on a new rig or something. Nah, full price for a new rig and they’ll recycle the old glass lol

My first visit to the store was excellent. Christian was very helpful and took his time to explain everything. When I opened the vaporizer at home my package had no user manual and there was none online so I called the store. I was told that the item could not be used described by the original sale guy. When I said that id need to return it he said there are no returns, even if the salesperson did not accurately describe it to me! Then the manager came on the phone and proceeded to imply that I was lying about not having a user manual! The also refused to explain how to work the not-that-complicated vaporizer or to give me his name. I called another location and a guy took 1-2 minutes to explain how it works and seemed to think that Christian was correct in what it could be used for.

This place was excellent. The staff was great. Very willing to help and answer questions. Bought a beautiful pendent from a local artist, and some other nice things. Classic arcade game Gallaga, which if you set high score you win an awesome piece. When in town I will visit again.

Went and bought two bongs from here, I was told I could get an ash catcher for $25 I told them I’ll come back to get it if I felt like I needed it. Went back and they try to sell it for double the price. Last in the front was also pretty rude and did not explain to me why. But when I bought the bongs she was super nice.This place will give you different prices all the time

Elias was hands down the coolest person we met on our trip to Colorado. When we first got there it was kind of busy but he made sure to keep up with needs/wants. He cut us some ahhhmazing deals on a couple rigs and an enail. Can’t wait to go back and get some more!

Excellent customer service! I go to The Bomb Headshop for basically my essentials; butane and papers and their prices are the best. I also bought a wax pen (evolve plus) and the battery was giving me trouble right off the bat so I brought it in and one of the younger female employees got the pen to work again so I left pleased, however, the pen gave me trouble again after that battery charge ended so I brought it in a second time and I believe the owner or manager helped me this time. He worked on trying to get the pen to work for quite a few minutes and eventually came to the conclusion that it was the battery. He mentioned all sales were final but after I told him I literally just bought it and showed him the date on my bank statement he decided to swap the battery for me and I couldnt be more grateful! I will be continuing to recommend this shop to anyone I know looking for head shop needs and I will continue to shop here myself!

Great little shop fantastic customer service from both Unique and Eli. They what there talking about when it comes to their product knowledge. They are also very patient with you and let you take your time to shop around. I would recommend going there if you are looking for unique glass and great deals.

Just the worst customer service. All their pieces are insanely hiked up - then you’re supposed to feel like they are giving you a “deal” when they bring it down to anything reasonable. I enjoyed the other location, but after low quality stuff and awful customer service consistently - I’ve learned my lesson. There are a lot of other head shops on colfax worth giving (or losing) your money to.

Ive been here on several occasions always spending around $100-$200 each time I go and didnt have a bad experience until the last time I went. The employee who was working this time seemed more concerned about impressing his friend who was there rather than trying to assist me. I ended up leaving to go to the head shop down the street instead. Dont know if Ill return.

Little shop with tons of crazy high quality glass, I was seriously almost overwhelmed with picking out a piece. Got it at 66% off, absolutely mind blowingly good deal as it was priced competitively to begin with. Two guys working there were great, really good with helping me find the perfect glassware for me. This is hands down the best head shop in Denver. The guy who helped us out was chris and this guy made my year. I was available to get two ridiculously nice bongs, 2 custom bowls, cleaning supplies and a grinder for under $400. I went to plenty of different head shops before I went here and I can say confidently that you will get no better deal in Denver then The Bomb.

If youre looking for smoking accessories water bongs theres no other place to go. Ive been to several places and these guys are the best. The employees are super friendly and theyll make a deal happen I was a few dollars short last time on this cool bong setup with ash catchers and stuff and the dude took money out of his own pocket to make the purchase happen highly recommend this place the employees are top-notch man you wont find better service anywhere else!

This place is awesome I never go any where else. Last night when I had my piece break on me not only were they open late enough but the my lowered the price in half on the rig I needed. When The price came up and I was a dollar short they even took it out of their tip jar. I would 100% recommend this place any day in Colorado.

I went in there looking for a replacement coil for my vape pen. The guys were chill and had excellent service, so I wound up purchasing a major upgrade to my vaping. (Tony dabtana vape). A few days later Im having a few issues with it so I bring it back. My man Zane hooked me up with a replacement out the box no charge. If youre looking for a chill place with great service, come here!

Order from them online and apparently next day shipping means dont charge the card for 3 days then next day it after that. So much for 58 dollar next day shipping on an over 200 dollar order. Manager didnt even see the problem in it. No warning when i went to order or anything. Extremely unprofessional. I spend thousands on glass and Vapes month and am NEVER going to order from here again and i suggest you dont either.

Avoid this location like the plague! I love the bomb head shop for their amazing deals. But it seems to be this location where I always get hassled up into buying more than I want too or they always try and avoid you using the coupons for something more high tech or cooler also the staff is a bunch of hipster kids taking dabs and rolling up weed/smoking its super unprofessional to try and sell expensive glass with a guy blowing smoke in your face I get its legal but business is business and this should not be allowed. I never had this issues at the other two locations, but always always when I go here. Its down the street from my house which is a bummer too

Went to the shop on colfax with my wife looking for a new ceramic piece for a Rip- it. We were helped by Unique and Chistian. They didnt have the part we needed but they took the time to seriously listen to our health issues and understand our needs They recomended a couple other products and we ended up buying two full rigs, extra batteries and ceramics. We left super happy with what we purchased based 100 % on the quality of service those two provided.

I went there today for my first time today to get some hemp wraps cause the shop right next to me was already closed . And saw they did have lots of stuff there so I was checking out the stuff I LIKE TO USE, like nector collectors and couple other things I like to use. I do not care for rigs and plus I work check to check and dont ever have a $100 or $200 to spend at once. They kept trying to push glass rigs on me even tho i kept saying to them i so not like, use ,or can even really afford what I would want. But yet every question I had about what I like I would be given a little info and then it would turn right back into get a rig get a rig get a rig! Well sorry The Bomb Head Shop I cant get rigs to work how my girl and I like to use them. We like very very low temp dabs .So if u want a rig sure its a great place but more like going to a used car sales lot where they try and push what they want you to buy down your throat.

This place definitely has a lot of cheap glass for good prices, however, you pay for what you get. I got a bong and ash catcher from here for what would normally be a steal only to find out that upon further inspection the glass was poor quality. Bubbles all in the glass welds as well as a female that is slightly ovular so will never fit a bowl snugly. The bottom percolator is cracked after only a month with no drops or anything. A few other issues. It seems like they buy and sell pieces that didn’t quiet make the quality cut at whatever factory, hence the low price.So if you are trying to go get a dope piece for cheap then this is this place to go, but be aware that it is cheap for a reason so take your time picking out what you buy.

Wow this place is amazing. My boyfriend and I decided it was time for new piece. When we came inside we had a guy named “C” helped us out and he really couldn’t have been anymore more helpful! He found us a perfect “water pipe” and helped us score a gnarly deal on an E Nail. All while he covered us when we ended up only a dollar short after he had already created such a great deal for us. We forgot our dab mat inside and as we were in our car pulling out of the parking lot he chased and yelled after or car and got it back to us safely! C is the man!! And we got some dope pieces 😎

Bought what I thought was a well priced nectar collector/ honey straw Yesterday too have the mouth piece break while I was using it I am pretty disappointed on how fast it broke. I got my lip pretty good! Will Most likely not purchase from here in the future!!!

Ive bought 3 bongs at this shop only to have all 3 ping then crack. Theres been no drastic temp change, they were well cared for, mo junky buildup. I was smoking out of this last one when it pinged and the base cracked. Prices are reasonable but product doesnt last.

Nice selection of bongs and pipes but why in lords name would you sell a pipe that you cannot even get a replacement bowl for. I have a $2 bold broke and I have to buy an entire new pipe? What kind of sense does that make. Plus theyre 50% off everything in the store is after a 200% markup. They say its a $30 pipe and will sell it to you for $15 and you can go online and buy it for 5.

Best service ive ever had ! I went in with my husband our first time ever here and right away we got the help of a man and showed us a great vape pen ! We right away purchased a vape pen and sadly something was acting funny with it the next day and we went back they replaced it ! My husband ended up breaking it a few hours later and again we go back and they helped out and fixed it ! Great shop !

When in the buy a pack of papers for two dollars they told me there have a $10 minimum on credit card which I kind understand. Tour through my whole truck to fined $1.90 went back Store figuring they were nice like most head shops would let me slide on the $.20 but nope Any fool that’s willing to lose a customer over $.20 is not much of a business owner

I went in and told the woman working that I was there to buy a bong & a banger. I found a piece I liked & asked for a banger. She *insisted* I needed a glass nail & dome instead, even when I told her no because they always break on me. She kept trying to impress me with pieces even after I picked one & was trying to get her to check me out. I couldnt get her to stop talking to me, & she got so distracted she ended up leaving out half the stuff I paid for when she was bagging everything up. I had to go back the next day and claim the rest of the stuff I paid for. All this just for the stupid nail she sold me broke two days after I bought it. I wont be back.

Workers are rude and clueless. Went in to return a pipe bought the day before that was broken. Was told that I would have to pay $15 for an exchange. They were more than willing to sell me a broken pipe but not willing to help fix it. I regret spending any money here. I’m never coming back, and much prefer Myxed up down the road!

Found this spot on accident. Left Dollar Tree on Elm Street. Road work on front and the bus didnt stop so I had to walk to the next stop. Low and behold. I stopped in and had a wonderful conversation with staff. A bit pricey however customer service wins. I will go back for another purchase.

We were sold a $30 torch and was told it had a life time warranty and to just bring it back anytime it breaks. So we did, thinking they werent full of it, less than 2 months after buying it and they were total douchebags and made 100 pathetic excuses for not honoring the warranty they pushed so hard to get us to buy that piece junk. We have not only sent tons of customers there but live down the street and shopped there weekly. Lost a customer for life. Shady shifty people. Go anywhere but this place.

I bought two 8.00 1 gram cartridge tanks, you can’t even fill them as they do not unscrew the correct way. This is the most ghetto head shop I’ve ever been too. And I’m from Memphis folks!

The prices are kinda high for mid grade products. I usto buy all my smoking accessorys from here. The people i usto deal with are not there 99% of the time. If you need something in a pinch they are okay, but this is Colorado, dont short yourself go somewhere else

They sold my friend a scale that didnt work so we took it back looking for a refund. They said they dont do refunds and offered her a different one that was cheaper and 5 dollar pipe. After we tried it out it was still off and we then took it back. The guy there tried to calibrate it and he broke the scale swear to god. He then insisted that he could get a different one to work in which he couldnt. He finally gave us the money back. I definitely will be going to myxed up from now on

Do not trust this store! The salesman will lie and tell you anything to make a sale. I purchased a G9 vape and a Tony Dabtana Vape. Both are worthless pieces of junk. The G9 vape barely heats up enough for a proper vape. The salesman at the store told me to clean it using a torch resulting it to break! It’s brand new. They suggested the mod vape which now can barely hold a charge! When I tried contacting them about it they were rude and treated me like a liar! Refused just an exchange! They also post offensive memes towards women on instagram! (I.E. f*#% a wcw and others) They’re employees are unprofessional and rude. Maybe if they weren’t so busy posting videos of them dabbing inside the store all day they could actually help customers instead of blowing them off. This business is a joke!

Sold me a broken vape burner that shorted out my full cartridge of medication. Ended up being swindled 75 bucks total pluss my medication that was wasted. So bummed. Dont trust the vape burners. I wish I could get my money back
