I tried going to this store twice. The first time I went, I got there at about 9:30pm, but the store was fully closed. Both their business hours and Google state that they close at 10. I thought it was weird, esp since there was a white car outside, but I figured their business hours just changed, so I decided to come back later. The second time I went, I decided to look at their gummies, but they were so expensive. It was $40 for 5mg!!! I looked at their glass and a lot of it was overpriced as well. Their dab selection is poor too. I gave this place two stars because their gummies are decent, but $40 for 5mg is not worth it. Highly recommend going to Disco instead, their selection is much better.

Pretty great place! Definitely love the sooner cannabis infused soda! The Pod Juice nicotine 10,000 puff vapes are $24 and good!!! Definitely recommend mellow mood!!!!

Tried to sell me a water pipe with a downstem that was too long- it didn’t create an airtight seal. When I asked about it she told me I could buy a $25 downstem if I didn’t like it. Definitely inspect your pieces before you purchase them - they will absolutely sell you defective merchandise.

Chill, inviting, friendly and calming atmosphere. Staff is always highly educated on all products in the store and are more than happy to answer any questions Ive ever had. Every time I visit Mellow Moods the employees are great at making you feel like a friend rather than just a consumer. One of my favorite businesses not only because of the staff, but also the warm and welcoming atmosphere as well as the vast selection of unique and high quality products.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Oddly enough, this is the BEST place in the area to go for incense!!! Great products and great pricing. They have a great balance, they arent super pushy but will answer questions as honestly and informative as possible. I always leave feeling like they appreciate my business, no matter how little Ive spent.

Ive called 3 times a week for 3 weeks; never did get anyone to answer the phone!Was looking for hemp wick to use for candle making.Finally just ordered it online.

I love Mellow Moods but for the longest time it says you’re open at 10am and this isn’t the case the last few times I’ve tried to go. I just call now to see if anyone is there. Maybe update your google website to reflect your store hours. Thank you.

Just stopped in to check out their store for the first time and will NOT go back.The second we walked through the door the rude attendant said what do you want. I thought that was a strange opening comment but let it go. From their we started looking at things and touched an item that was ON the counter and she kind of looks up from her phone to say um, if you could not touch things on the counter that would be great and in a very irritated tone. We left, and wont be back.

Hell yeah cool azz place first time in there. Im a old school smoker I dont need anything fancy just a paper to roll one. What ever works for the serious smokers Im all for the business 👍😎🤯 picked up a single pack of Space Gods did the trick 🤯

Stopped in to get something an was on the phone with my husband, when I walked into the store that I’ve shopped in many times. Asked my husband to hold on so I could talk to the clerk. Then the clerk proceeded to tell me I’m not allowed on my phone and I had to hang up or leave, even though my phone was not up to my ear. I asked where does it state that anywhere and he proceeded to tell me those are the rules. Yet, place of business, health and safety of customers and an employee is allowed to bring their non service animal to work? Lost my business completely being treated that way by anyone. I’d rather run to thief river and go to king tobacco, more of a selection and they always have everything instock.

Could have said some nice things but one sneaky thing tips the scale. Wanted to buy normal hockey pack coals that light fast, was answered initially honestly by a newer guy as- aw.. sorry we dont have those but then the senior seller intervened and said yes we do and showed which ones but those, as discovered later, were the same round top crappy coals... which had to be sold I guess... so yeah... what a great tool this google reviewing

Went in for a massage I had scheduled at 5pm. Guy behind the counter said “sir we sell glass pipes”. He called the cops after I had undressed to my comfort level. Worst massage ever, overpriced.

Wish i could give 0 stars. worst customer service I have ever received in my life. just so you know Mellow Mood, your employee drove me and my sister out of your store with his rudeness and by degrading your product. could’ve had a sale.

I came here at 5:45pm on October 11, 2020. Very very bad customer service. Very rude attendant. The girl with purple hair made us feel like an inconvenience and drove us out of the store. 10/10 would not recommend and if I could leave 0 stars I would..

Though I believe in asking for proof of age when one may not look 18 - 21. I was purchasing a smoke elimenator candle and butane. Then I was asked for an id 😂 Im 45 and being that nothing I was wanting to purchase required 1 I walked out and have not returned. It seems that common sense had been thrown out the window at that time I was spending $25 - $50 weekly. Im sure Discontent appreciates your lack of common sense

The lady inside was very nice and welcoming. It helps that she didnt make fun of me when I said I wasnt very good at blowing my own glass yet. 😈

Google says 10-10, they were closed before 9:30 pm. If you close early maybe get a social media page to update customers

Everytime I go into the store staff is always so friendly and willing to help. Never a bad vibe, the Dog is a cool touch and loves attention from everyone who enters

I bought a vape pen 3 weeks ago got home it never worked I live hundred miles round trip away, next time I went to Grand forks I stopped in there to return it cuz it did not work from day one, wouldnt give me nothing back, I will never go to this place again and I will spread the word not to buy anything from this store they wont stand behind nothing!

Mask lawsToday we were in the store. As we walked in we were told we HAD to wear a mask. As I stated the law to the employee after she said that the other person I came with was stating their opinion about how they feel about the masks and etc. the employee told him then they could leave.Well here is just one of the parts of the Minnesota Executive Order. Also, there is many other paragraphs stating almost the same thing or the same thing.This one in particular is from paragraph 15 letter eNothing in this Executive Order requires businesses or their workers to enforce this requirement when it is unsafe to do so, or authorizes them to restrain, assault or physically remove workers or customers who refuse to comply with this Executive Order.

Not bad of a spot. But this tall nerdy person seem to lack knowledge and also seems a little rude. Not allowed to smell fragrance oil. Have to purchase it to touch. Every question was answered with-IDK by that person.

Knowledgeable staff that are willing to answer questions and help when asked. They always ask for ID when I enter the store which I feel is responsible and good business practice.

The people in here are always so helpful. I found a very rare pipe on here I used to have years ago, and I couldnt be happier with it
