I went to Potbellys for a Marauda show. I was not disappointed. I love the way the place is set up! It felt like being at a festival! The vibes from everyone was great and we had a ton of fun! Only downside is the drinks have next to no alcohol in them, especially the big cup which is $10. I literally watched one bartender pour the alcohol outside the cup and try to give it to someone and they complained about there being nothing in the cup. I get its quantity over quality when its super crowded but people are paying for alcohol and getting a tiny splash with 99% soda. 👎

I am 25 and past my party phase. I went to support a friend and paid the 10 dollar cover. I had one Vodka lime and tonic and split two hi-noons with a friend. I have chronic heart burn and the Hi-noons triggered my heart burn. I excused myself from my friends and walked over to the bouncer. I explained that I had chronic heart burn and that I usually try to make myself burp. He said to go ahead and do so over the trashcan, so I did. Next thing I know, another bouncer is kicking me out for puking. I tell him that I spoke to the bouncer before and that he was okay with me making myself burp. I also told him to check the trash can which would show no signs of throw up. They said that they still had to kick me out because it appeared like I may have been sick. However, they said I could pay again to get back in. It sounds like a big money scheme to me and because I was trying to support a friend, I was subjected to it. Please be aware before frequenting.

The tribe entertainment always throws great parties! Every Tuesday at 10:00 they have a party here that has a great crowd and the DJ spends a great mix! I did not know this place was so big! Would recommend if you were in town!

Place is fun when famous DJs are in town! Bartenders arent the most pro at making drinks though. Paid $20 for a bacardi bucket that had no more than 2 shots of rum in it and mostly all just soda, had too much ice and wasnt even filled up all the way. Feel it had to do with me not being recognized by the bartender as one of his fraternity brothers cause yes this bar is all college students run by college students and they seem to have a very tight circle here. So you may be looked at as an outcast and given negative attitude and they may not care much about giving you good service at the bar unless they actually know you as an FSU student, even at the entrance the staff looks at you a certain way. Non-traditional student here, 28 years old who goes to TCC and transferring to FSU soon. Have also met many great people here though and have made some great friends and they have cheap drinks so overall its not a bad spot! Just making sure that next time I get a bacardi bucket that Im getting my moneys worth!

Absolutely horrible experience. the music was already lame, but me and my roommates were wrongly accused of throwing a beer jug (which we absolutely did not do). my two roommates were under 21 and not even drinking. the staff guy claimed that he saw us do it and kicked us out. we were defensive at first, not seeing the staff shirt, thinking he was some creepy guy trying to take my roommate away. he wouldn’t even explain why she had to leave until we were almost out of the area. won’t ever go here again. get some staff who actually do their job correctly.

Pretty cool atmosphere, it would have been 5 stars but the bass was so ridiculous that it completely drowned out the music and lyrics from the performers. Im not complaining without reason, I work in the music industry and Im usually not so critical. Very groovy staff and the drinks were fairly priced.-love from California

This is a huge venue and you can rent it . If youre under 25 this is an awesome place to hangout. Great music, decent drinks but definitely a younger crowd.

This club was very sus. I saw a Hispanic guy he told me his name was Aaron, and he tried to sell c*ke to me. When I said no, he threw a drink across my face then he grabbed my purse and tried to steal my money, but thank goodness a group of guy helped me get my purse back from him then he got kicked out. Never going back though I am traumatized now. I had to go to therapy because of this situation I was put through by Aaron. All I remember was he wore New Balanced sneakers that night, so BE CAREFUL. He’s a dr*ggie with anger issues. The drinks and music were good though. The guys were hot so it wasn’t so bad after.

The atmosphere here is completely different than any other bar in town. Choice of both indoor and outdoor bars makes Pots a great bar even during bad weather. Happy hour on Fridays is in my opinion the best in town, and the Thursday night all you can drink special is tough to beat. Arguably the most attractive bar staff in town.

Great quality bar on college Ave at FSU. Amazing deals like their $15 purgatory all you can drink special and the staple “lunchbox” on gamedays. Super friendly staff and all around good vibes

Such a terrible experience. I paid for 2 express tickets just to wait in line for 2 hours and then be told that the place was at maximum capacity. And it wasn’t just me. Tons of us were outside standing in line with tickets and some who had bought out BOOTHS for $1500 only to be told that they could not come in. People were rightfully frustrated and asked for their money back and in turn the security guards pulled out mace and pepper spray. To top it all off I could see inside the place and it was no where near full. Disappointed to say the least.

Came here with our son for football weekend. We had a great time and our server Mckayla was fantastic.

If youre a college student looking for s***** beer selections, this might be the place for you. I was surprised to see they did not have one local beer in can or on tap.

Absolutely loved this classic college bar. My daughter is a student at FSU and we went to Pots when I was visiting for Dads Weekend. I was happy to see a clean bar with a professional staff within walking distance from her house. I ended up talking with a bartender she knew named Alexander whose witty humor and attention to the amount of alcohol he was serving left me confident that my daughter is having fun responsibly!

Shakes my entire apartment until 2 am on a Sunday night to the point where I have a splitting headache. Always leaves trash everywhere and is so packed full of people. Not to mention customers steal my apartment complexes parking spots and I can’t find decent parking after my night shift. Seriously how is it even legal to play music this loud, this late.

Dont believe the hype. False advertising. Staff are not friendly. Staff plays favorites with their friends. They over-charge. Its a fraternity/sorority dive and you will be made to feel like an outsider if youre not a greek. They basically steal your money when there are too many people. If the staff doesnt feel like working they just close the place and you lose your money. Crazy number of times Ive heard of people catching a STD or getting prego at this place. Very disappointing despite giving the place several chances.

I would definitely avoid this place if you are not involved in greek life. I have gone to this place a few times and while its a decent atmosphere, its not worth the cost. I would probably only ever go for happy hour and even then I was not very impressed.

Theres a reason this place is about to go out of business and all their good bartenders either already left or are about to leave. They over charge freshman for cover and then use the extra money to let their friends in. Theyll let you pay cover and then tear off your band when theyre over capacity. Worst. bar. in. Tallahassee. Dont waste your money here.

Great atmosphere, you get the college experience and the staff is also quite friendly. If youre looking for a fun time definitely come to here. Best times are Tuesday Nights, Thursday nights, and Friday Happy Hours.

Bought tickets for Tchami 7/2/21. Drove 2 hours to get there. Pull up. Venue completely closed. Lights off. Nobody answers phone. Spent $200 on 3 tickets. No cancellation email, no rescheduled date, no refund, and i cant get in contact with anyone at all. DONT GO HERE!

My friend got kicked out tonight for drinking a can of coke while underage….. not even alcohol!!! She should at least get a refund, but obviously that’s not going to happen.

Great experiences there at shows. I think pots needs to put more bass shows because they have a perfect venue for it and it would attract a huge crowd. Subdocta, funtcase, Sullivan king, zingara, luzcid, Lsdream, rezz, canabliss, aweminus, vampa, doctor P, etc. big and small names alike. There’s a good crowd for bass in tally just waiting to be catered towards

Potbellys is my absolute favorite bar in Tallahassee! I LOVE the traditional college bar vibe when I walk in and the entire staff is so friendly and personable! Thursday Purgatory is the best deal in town and their infamous Friday Happy Hour has the best drink specials!

I always remember that life sometimes sucks but then I remember potbelly’s exists and all that pain goes away. 10/10 establishment. Also whoever they have at the VIP host stand is a saint and definitely deserves a raise.

Biggles is the hottest bartender at potbelly’s. always the most respectful and caring!! his shots are so yummy and delicious. yum yum yum. he always serves with a smile

No social distancing due to covid, over the exceeded number of individuals allowed into a bar. Just overall lack of disregard to the mandated rules of the pandemic.

I love this little spot I bumped into it just riding around on my scooter with my scooter Club yeah we have a nice little scooter Club ride around Tallahassee and we ran into this club it was pretty great $10 all you can drink I dont drink but it was pretty cool I rate this above 10 I will be going to visit again soon

Ive been a loyal patron for years!!!!! Hands down best college bar in town. I dare to say, the best Happy hour, year around, every year!!!

Nobody within a mile radius can fall asleep before 2am. Do not live near here, go near here, exist near here lest you peril of undergraduate stupidity and drunkenness.

Favorite bar! Pots and Painted have the best specials in town, guaranteeing a great time! Happy hour at Pots is always the right move, and I cant wait for game days in the Fall! Go Noles, Go Pots.

When I first started college I was very sad, alone, and sad. I didnt really have much in life that mattered. Right when I was about to call it quits and transfer, Potbellies stumbled into my life. From there on out my life has been changed forever. I can leave college knowing I have a place to call my home. Pots has always been there when Ive needed them most. Thank you for saving me Potbellies.

Ruining sleep of people who stay nearby, by blaring loud music till 2 am. Music is some times so loud that it vibrates the windows and door of my apartment.

Make sure if your going to happy hour you bring cash to get in. I didnt know this and ended up waiting the whole line for no reason

Now, this is the mecca for any partying in Tallahassee. Tons of people and what a great time. Get banded early and skip those long lines.
