This is my third time trying to visit this location during their open hours they have posted. Each time doors are locked, phones ring but no one answers and it’s closed when their door shows their open hours. If it’s shut down perhaps applying a sign would be nice or updating your website, it causes a wasted trip for people who really do need these services. If you are sluggish and horrible at time management then maybe you should fire your employees and find ones or as the manager appropriately shut the place down until you figure out how to be a good leader and manager by being on time. Just a little feedback since it’s the only massage available at cimarron. Otherwise it would be nice for a nicer more well timed and managed location to be in this area. But my massage did go really well (which is why I’ll add a star) besides the sauna being turned off early when I requested to use the sauna after. The massage itself was great but as an owner of there are specifics on your schedule it would still be nice for you to accompany that clearly on the door or your website if it is a specific appointment only on days you show open. Just some feedback that will be courteous to customers who have no acknowledgment and aware of your schedule and need services in a quick period of time. Little details can truly make a great difference and be a respectful and encouraging help to customers.

My husband and I had our first massage at Gemelli Spa in Cimmeron. It was awesome! Marcelo was our masseuse and did an excellent job. He was very professional and we were both very comfortable with him. We both had the deep tissue massage and he not only provided that but also did some much needed stretches. Following the massage , Marcelo provided us with delicious hot tea and a bite of yummy chocolate. I would definitely recommend that you check it out.

Service was really kind. Natalia was super gentle with my pedicure service. Katie did my full set.I don’t “love” my full set, especially not considering the cost. It’s my fault for trying this place for the first time and not thinking that it being empty on a Saturday afternoon was a red flag. I picked a color from the ring of polishes, it was a cat eye. Apparently they consider that nail art, which I had no idea about. That made my set $100. Literally had no idea there would be an up charge til I’m checking out. I mention it and they say “well it took her over 2 hours on just those nails” I’m like…that’s *almost not always* standard for a full set, but more importantly it took that long because the nail glue was so bad that Katie actually asked the other girl to go out and buy a different kind because Katie was having to apply it multiple times to the same nail and tip to get it to adhere. Also, (bless Katie’s heart but) her hands were shaking throughout the service. It didn’t take two hours because this polish is complex…I just don’t think acrylic is their top thing and it took them longer. Nothing to do with my choice of nails.I feel like the color doesn’t truly extend to the bottom, like I feel that it’s going to look like I need a fill in one week. I did not ask for them to fix them today because I had already been there since 3:30/3:40 and didn’t leave til 7! I’m hungry! I didn’t even want to give them a chance to fix it because honestly it doesn’t seem that acrylic is really their specialty which I also wish someone had just disclosed. I would have asked for something different or just gotten what I wanted on my feet and would be leaving a good review.Instead, I’m strongly considering going to get them redone elsewhere tomorrow and requesting a refund. Without it, I don’t think I’d come back as I just expect amazing results for that price for nails.

New to El Paso & after a bad experience with my old stylist, Luz was able to color correct, cut, & do a hydrating treatment on my hair. I’m completely obsessed & she has restored my hair 🥹 It was, affordable, time efficient, & extremely relaxing. Thank you! 🤍

I had the best massage of my life at this place! Marcelo did an amazing job with the upper body relaxation massage. Have never had a massage quite like this. He combined stretches while massaging at the same time and it felt amazing for my upper back. Janni did an amazing job with my facial and she was super kind and helpful! I will definitely be back here very soon. If you are looking for a place to have a massage or facial I definitely recommend this place. Let the the owner was so nice and welcoming. I look forward to my next visit.

I came here with my mom and my sister to get pedicures and they came out beautiful!! They were both very nice and they also offered drinks and snacks throughout our stay. The nail tech did a very good job and the owner was very welcoming! we will be coming back again.

Excellent service. I got a wonderful facial with Jani. My skin feels so smooth and hydrated. I also got a Swedish massage with Marcelo. My neck pain melted away. Highly recommended!

Went in on a Tuesday afternoon around 1pm. First time visiting. I needed a pedi, just the basic. I had to be done in an hour, place was empty so no problem there. Got the basic pedi, started at $45. A little much in my opinion for the basics but no problem. I asked for gel polish since it dries quick and the worker said it would be an extra charge. At all the salons I’ve been to here in EP it’s been around $10 bucks, again okay but she didn’t specify price. She nicked my pinky toe with something, it didn’t draw blood but it stung a little. Went to check out and it was $20 for gel….my basic run of the mill pedi was $70 bucks before tip. So, plus tip(yes, even though I was nicked I still tipped) it was almost $90 dollars. I don’t think I’ll go back because of the outrageous gel charge alone. It’s a really cute place, and the ladies were very welcoming and nice.

Luz did an amazing job! I got a toner and haircut; she took her time and my hair looks healthy/beautiful!

Today we treated the family to their first time ever pedicures. Customer service was amazing friendliness of the owner and the staff was Off the charts. I highly recommend this place.

At first, I was skeptical because of all my previous bad experiences with day spas in El Paso, but Im so thankful I took a chance with Gemelli. When I first walked in, I was immediately welcomed by the owner and I felt pampered. I booked a 50-min deep tissue massage with Marcelo and he was awesome! Out of all the massage therapists Ive gone to, he is the only one who massaged and stretched me. His massage was so good that I actually fell asleep! I highly recommend him! I also booked a hair cut right after my massage, but it had to be canceled due to an emergency with the hair stylist. Leticia was kind enough to call me before my hair cut appointment to tell me the situation and not only offer to reschedule, but she also gave me a discount! I just want to thank Leticia for being so kind and communicative with me. I cant wait to get my hair cut soon!

Marcello and Natalia were so generous with their time and ensured that I was happy with my service. The Owner is welcoming and very kind with pampering and making sure you relax and get the best treatments. Highly recommend anyone looking to unplug alone or with a girlfriend to come by and get a massage and blow out!!

Alejandra was an excellent massage therapist. She listened and was attentive to areas of concern.

When you walk in you are greeted with professional staff. I was then led to an area to change and lock up my belongings. A robe a slippers were left for me to change into. I had a wonderful relaxing massage with Marcelo did not feel rushed. When I was finished a hot tea with honey was waiting for me in a relaxing area.Hidden Gem!

Ivonne Minjares was my nail technician. She is very professional I love my nails. I totally recommend Gemelli.

I visited this salon yesterday, for a Gel Manicure. The nail tech did not know what she was doing when trying to remove the old gel off my fingers, she did drill into one of my nailbeds. Did not file my nails down correctly, as I was snagging my blouse in the end and had to file my own nails at home and the end result, the gel probably wont last till the end of the week. She didnt even make sure my nails were dry and the hand massage that comes with it, well lets say it wasnt a hand massage.

My husband booked me a spa day and I loved it all! I did a massage, facial, and manicure, and all three were wonderful! Will definitely come back!

Had a deep tissue with Laura and was very impressed. Her attention to detail and attentiveness to my problem areas were the best Ive received from anywhere else. I highly recommend this location and this therapist. I came out feeling rejuvenated and relaxed which was much needed. I will be frequenting this spa in the future. Laura has put herself into her work and it shows from my experience.

I moved to El Paso about 5 months ago, passed by this lovely establishment, decided to set up an appointment for a hair cut and style. I showed the technician a picture of MYSELF with the hairstyle and cut I wore last year. I wanted the exact same thing. However I did not get anything close to it. She was a very nice and pleasant young lady. I take accountability for not doing my research and asking about her years of experience before I sat on the chair. I truly believe once she gets experience, she can definitely move up and become an artist. In the meantime, Im stuck with an unmanageable expensive hair cut, a baseball cap and a box of tissue. :(
