A bouncer kicked us out of the bar, claiming that we are underaged, even though we entered after showing valid IDs in the first place. He refused to check our IDs or even reason with us. Yet another horrible display of racism. Will discourage everyone if they think theyll have a good time here.

I had an extremely disheartening experience at this bar with my friends, where we encountered racist behavior from the staff. Such incidents are completely unacceptable, and it marred what should have been a pleasant evening. I hope the establishment takes immediate steps to address and rectify such behavior.

Can’t even order from the bar. They let people stand and not move. No ID required to enter. Lots of minors drinking. Securities don’t search people for weapons.

Worst experience ever! The guards were rude and racist. Firstly they allowed me and my friends to enter after checking our ID, and then another guard accused us that we were under aged and denied to see our ID. Wont recommend anyone to go there!

Worst place to visit in El Paso. As a new member of this city it was my most disappointing and disgusting experience. Staff are very rude, racist and illiterate. They do not know how to treat people and very unprofessional and ignorant. Won’t suggest anyone this place and never going there ever again.

Loved everything about the People at this Club. Only horrible thing was that someone claimed to be the owner of the bar. And just cut in line for the bathroom. If this person would have asked, I would let them cut. Sadly this was not so.Also there is a bathroom issue much bigger than this. There is not a handicapped accessible toilet on the main floor.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. I don’t know what’s with bartenders in El Paso, I was there recently and the service wasn’t great, the first time I didn’t get the beer I asked for, but since the bartender opened it I just took it, but what upsets me the most is him tipping himself whatever amount he thought it was best, even though his service was poor… Ivan C felt with the right to tip himself and change the amount I put at the end, FYI that’s stealing, I don’t know why every bartender does this in El Paso, I’ll dispute anyways, but I wish these people would be honest, I hope this individual gets call out on this, since I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one with this issue…

I just think this place is old! It is dark it smells (not so good), the bathrooms are old, the back porch is slanted too much someone could hurt their selves and I just think its overpriced and not a good experience. I would love to come in and see if theres anything I can do to help It needs a fresh perspective on things. I am married to a transgender man and I love the freedom of self,but epics needs help thank you!

Kevin the bartender was amazing there was a little wait but he was working his a** off!!! The vibe was amazing made me miss the club a lot but I danced in my chair. Thank you Kevin your friends from Albuquerque!!

I have always had a great time here, music is good and the gogo dancers are amazing. Now... on Oct 28th I attended their Mr. ans Miss. Halloween 2018 event and took advantage of their bracelet for $2 wells. On the 29th I see a statement on my card for 4 charges, one for $14.25 and 3 for $15.25. I recognize that it is the original amount plus my tip in the card and I left cash tip as well. I fought the $14.25 charge amd two of the $15.25 ones for overcharging/wrongfully charge. It was cleared immediately by my card. I was approached today by the bar tender who had processed my transaction on that night. He stated he wanted to know why I did it? that he was not kicking me out but I could not do that again. I explained I was overcharged and he denied it, continuing to say that if I ever did that again I would not be allowed in and stating he had money and had paid for it. I lef the establishment after explaining I also had a very good income and did not had the need to claim wronfull charges if not veridic and of course did not need to be treated like that. I had been coming here for a little over 2 years, they have a lot of clientele and my business is not needed neither will be missed, however I would like to express to the manager or owner that according to orher reviews I am not the first to experience something like this but hopefully I will be the last.

Small but fun. El Paso doesnt have much to offer, so this would be a big deal to most. The drinks are stronger here than at typical Non-LGBT specific clubs. Definitely gets crowded near certain holidays. I dont particularly like the sloped patio in back, it can be a bit of a hazard and it is tiring to stand on a slope part of the night.

Bartender committed credit card fraud with my credit card on 12-6-13. Filed police report. Manager would not resolve when caught. Manager may be charged with obstruction and withholding information as part of criminal investigation. DO NOT give them posession of your credit card when paying for drinks. I will never step foot in the door again. Support our community and spread the word! Their days staying in business are numbered. Overall - stay away!

Always a good time. Only complain is womans restroom door couldnt close. They have a patio area and smoking is allowed.

This place is kind of dangerous if you ask me. They let minors in and I would only pay with cash. I would just stay away from this place.

The bartenders steal!!! Do they understand its illegal what they are doing. First they are very rude then when you dont tip them for their horrible drinks and rudeness they tip themselves!!! And I heard its not the first time!! Be careful! if you go there !!! Horrible bar

Was sitting at the bar and the bar tender Stephen was very dude and was drunk too. He started calling me names out of nowhere. Always loved this place until this happened.

Staffs and owners play favoritisms and ignores everyone else. I had waited for more than 15 min and I was never served so I left and vow to never return again. Worse customer service I ever seen in a bar.

The bartenders are rude. They try to charge me 35 of drinks that I didnt even drink and the bartender told me to pay my drinks it was 13 and he charge me both the 35 and 13 plus he was rude

Located in the center of El Paso, regular but cheap drinks, the atmosphere starts at approximately 12 at night, a bad point is that there is no bathroom with a door, not even the toilet 😂, I dont think anyone wants to make the 2 without a door so if they feel like it 💩 they will have to leave to go to another one, the minimum credit card charge is 10 dollars, the place has a back part with an exterior that makes it very comfortable to cool off a little, it comes people from everything, from everything! Mostly people over 30 years old, regular music in the area, they dont play Latin music despite being less than 3 km from Mexico.
