I bought two Tyson vapes 3-4 days ago.After charging the vape for the first time,it started hissing and smoking.When I went to the store,the salesman said he couldnt help.If you dont want a fire in your house or car,dont buy anything from this store!

I’m a local from Chicago and have been to a fair share of smoke shops around the city, but my recent experience with LUV2SMOKE vape shop was truly disheartening. My friend purchased a device from here, and not long after, it began to malfunction to the point of it starting to burn. Naturally concerned, my friend reached out to the store, hoping for some guidance or a solution. To our shock, the response was, “there is nothing I can help you with. You can do what you want!” I understand that no business is perfect, but customer safety should be a priority. It’s unfortunate because I believe in supporting local businesses, but after this, I’d advise caution to anyone considering shopping here.

This store has great service, great pricing, friendly staff! Pritesh is always very kind and helpful whenever I’m there. 10/10 recommend visiting this location!

These guys are TERRIBLE AND CHEAP.Worst customer service one could possibly receive, I mean just look at their reviews lol. They will likely go out of business because $6 is make it or break it for them. Telling a customer to “shut up” is just crazy to me. Also, it smells like a butcher shop in there, they really need to do some cleaning.
