I scheduled my brother (high school aged) an appointment with London and she was absolutely wonderful! She walked him through the basics of how to wash and style his hair. For a shy, new to hygiene teenage boy it was a big task. She gave him the absolute most confidence walking out the door. I can’t recommend her enough!

Bianca and Stephanie were the utmost professionals as always. I love having two people work on my hair, it makes me feel like a rock star! My hair turned out just as I wanted it to and I havent stopped receiving compliments on it! Thanks again to Bianca and Stephanie! See ya in 8 weeks!

Stephanie is AMAZING! After years of box dye she was able to give my hair a more natural black with all the dimension I was looking for with some gorgeous balayage. She makes the hours in the chair fly by with her fun and bubbly personality. She made me feel like I was just having a fun girls day out!

I’m new to the area and Miranda did an amazing job on my hair cut, style, and conditioning treatment. She made me feel very comfortable and the salon is lovely. Everyone was super friendly. Had an appointment with London for the first time. I had previously gone to the same hairstylist for 10+ years but she had moved onto other things.I have highlights partially grown out and was self conscious about them - but just wanted a hair cut for the first appointment and discuss what to do about the color moving forward.She gave great recommendations of what could be done.Meanwhile the haircut (had several inches taken off, side part to middle part and went from no bangs to bangs) was so well done. She just met me and I feel like she nailed what I’m going for.Environment was comfortable and she was very easy going and pleasant to chat with.Scheduled my next appointment before leaving :)

Amauri is Phenomenal. She transformed my yellow damaged hair into a silky, frizz free and natural color all in one visit. She listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. And she couldnt be sweeter. I highly recommend her. Thank you Amauri.

I’ve never had the best of luck at other salons, so when I moved to the area I made sure to do my research when looking for a new salon. I made my first appointment and was able to get in quickly. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcome, everyone there is so incredibly nice and I would feel comfortable having anyone there doing my hair. Bianca is so talented and did an amazing job. They definitely have a customer for life!

I absolutely loved getting myself transformed here. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. A nice relaxing vibe, great decor too. Best of all was the awesome coloring and cut by Amauri. I was very nervous but she put me at ease right away 😊 She is young but definitely knows what she is doing. I highly recommend this salon 100%. They also offer facials, massage ect. Everytime i come to this salon the staff is so warmly welcoming! they make me feel confident to do things with my hair that i’ve been indecisive on and it always comes out looking amazing. this salon never disappoints and if your looking for a laid back and empowering environment i highly recommended this salon!!! i used to have neon pink box dyed hair and they got it ALL out and managed to make me blonde, this time they truly outdid themselves and got me to a brunette color that looks natural to the coloring of my eyebrows! jaclyn is always super friendly and easy to talk to it’s like i’ve known these people my whole life, such an amazing atmosphere and even better appreciation for their work

Miranda is simply amazing. Shes so sweet and truly has a passion for what she does. I couldnt be happier with my color services with her! She took the time to really understand what I wanted and made my hair goals come to life. So much so, that she is going to be coloring my hair for my wedding! Everyone at the Bianca Rose Salon is an amazing artist. The atmosphere is fantastic, and its great to be surrounded by people who genuinely love what they do for their clients.I took my youngest for their 16th birthday to get their hair done and they couldnt be happier with it. Miranda is an absolute sorceress when it comes to color. Her choices and application are mind-blowingly beautiful. I cannot recommend this Salon enough.

I was really excited to go here, but unfortunately I’m not too impressed with the salon. I’m guessing these ladies are super booked because I was already scheduled about a month out from my consultation, but then got a call that due to stylist illness my appointment was canceled the day before, when I’d already gotten the day off of work and all the particulars. Obviously people can’t help being sick but when the closest they’d be able to get me in for the appointment was another 2 weeks + away I just gave up to go somewhere that could actually get me in after I’d changed around my work schedule and everything. If you’re cool waiting a while to get in I’m sure they do great work. Just a little too much inconvenience for me as a first time visitor.

Great experience with Miranda! Im excited for my 3rd visit today! Happy to have found a salon that does bold, bright, fun colors!

Highly recommend The Bianca Rose! It was time for an update to my short hair style and I was in search of a new stylist. After my first appointment last month, I received so many compliments on the stylish cut by Amauri. Yesterday Amauri did another amazing cut! Best I’ve had in years !

Amauri is incredible she did an amazing job blending my gray hair. Im so pleased and excited about my new look. She found the perfect color for my skin tone! This Salon is cute, clean & professional. Jaqueline gave me a haircut. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave me exactly that!!! 🤩 I have always struggled to find a stylist that does that. You show them a picture and then your hair looks nothing like it. Bianca rose salon IS HORRIBLE, they scheduled me. I missed my appointment due to being severely ill and unable to use my phone. They then charged me 391$.Someone called on my behalf angry, but not over the top.I then called and apologized for that persons behavior and explained I was unaware.They then rescheduled me.Four days before my appointment the owner called me making claims she could not prove (because they didnt happen) and canceled my appointment and refused to return my money. This was on my birthday lolAlso, 391$ was to slightly lighten my hair.Absolutely horrible place. The best part is, I was going to leave a huge tip for any inconvenience. Id never suggest anyone go there.Posting on behalf of my spouse.She recently had a major medical issue that caused her to fall into the hospital unable to use her phone. She could not cancel this appointment due to not being conscious.I was unaware. I didn’t mess with her phone much. She is a member of the fire service, has three children, one with autism & now can’t bring her son home for Christmas due to this salon charging 391$ for her missed appointment in addition to the work missed due to this medical issue.As soon as the situation was explained they said too bad and hung up on me. Great place.

I LOVE this salon!! Amauri is so sweet and fun to chat with each time I am in for a haircut or nail appointment. She SLAYED doing my bridal nails and Ive gotten so many compliments on how good they look. She went above an beyond by bringing in some of her home nail colors for the nude and white combo I was hoping for. I recommend this place to all of my friends

I love coming to this salon. Everyone here is always so sweet and welcoming! It is such a wonderful environment in there that it makes my day coming in! Elena is one of the hairstylists there and she always blows me away with her work. She is always open to new ideas and always gets you exactly what you are looking for! First visit to Bianca Rose Salon. Beautiful salon inside and friendly welcoming staff. I had Jaclyn as my stylist and it was amazing! She took time to learn what I like and then suggest what would work for my hair. (I have no idea, always struggle and I am looking for someone who can tell me) Great cut to tame and give style! Then added curls for complete look that I got many compliments one throughout the day. Already booked my daughter for a cut and looking forward to scheduling my next one!

I absolutely love my haircut and Elena went above and beyond during my appointment. Everything smelled nice, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the coffee was great! Elena told me what she was going to do before she did it and checked in to make sure I liked the haircut. This has been my best experience at a hair salon and Im really happy with my haircut.

I go the this salon for Brazilian blowout treatment, the first time I was satisfied with the service. Second time I arrived late and I had to do the express one, it did not meet my expectations so I called to complain about the service, Bianca offered to redo the full service herself, she did a great job with my hair and she did not charge me for the service!! Instead she thanked me for coming back ! She is really very nice and professional with her work! I will for sure go back to her again, and I will highly recommend this salon.

Ive been coming here for almost 2 years. I love Elena! She does such a wonderful job on my hair Everytime. I just got the new Volumizing treatment in my hair and it definitely makes my hair look fuller instead of flat. The atmosphere in the place always feels so welcoming and warm. I had been to see Bianca before she moved into her beautiful new salon to get a blowout and get glitter strands. Well last year my mom surprised me with an appointment for my birthday. Unfortunately it was a rough birthday because I was by my grandfather’s side saying goodbye. My mom called them ahead of time before my appointment to let the wonderful staff know what exactly was going on. This was my first time at the wonderful salon. When I arrived I was greeted then went back to talk with my stylist about what I wanted done. I wanted to get my hair back to my natural dark brown color. She helped me pick out the closet two and combined them. My hair turned out absolutely gorgeous and it’s exactly what I wanted. They styled it and made me feel so pretty. It definitely took my mind off of everything for awhile and was truly special. All the ladies there made my day as special as they possibly could while I was there. They truly went above and beyond. My grandfather passed away moments after my birthday ended. I cannot recommend this salon enough. It is truly something I will never forget. I will forever be grateful for such incredible treatment. I’ve also gotten my hair done a few times well after that and have been incredibly satisfied. The products they use smell incredible. Also I highly recommend checking out their cute hair accessories at the front desk because I can’t help but want everything. The scrunchies are amazing and work super well. They always have different colors and prints. The whole place is decorated so fun and awesome. It’s always a relaxing vibe every time I go there! Again I highly recommend this salon, they certainly do not disappoint. I look forward to getting my hair done again soon! Also all the stylists are amazing so truly you cannot go wrong. I wish I had before and after photos to post but Elena did exactly what I’ve been wanting for years! She brought my hair back to life. Not only did she go above and beyond, she was patient with me explained every step (it was a long process). I literally got in my car and cried happy tears! Bianca has made all of my purple hair dreams come true. As soon as you sit in her chair it’s as if you’ve known her your entire life, she is easy to talk to and very professional. She is loads of fun and is able to help you best care for your hair. Every time I leave, I love my hair more (and somehow she outdoes herself every time too).Bianca does it again! After transitioning to a more natural color scheme, Bianca keeps doing a fabulous job. She has an eye for making color work and for matching ideas you present her. I loved my visit to the Bianca Rose Salon! Miranda was so amazing, kind, and helpful! She worked miracles on my hair. It is naturally curly and extremely hard to manage. But she took her time and was patient with me. She listened to my concerns and addressed them very professionally, but was also extremely easy to talk to and made me feel like I was talking with an old friend. My hair was EXTREMELY dry and brittle. But now, it is the softest and silkiest it’s ever been. I can’t wait to go back to Miranda for cuts and color in the future!

Very friendly, clean environment! My hair is always in good hands, love their promotions and they also always offer me coffee/tea/water every time. Prices are good, they do have a strict cancellation policy. Owner seems to treat the ladies at the salon well, which is important to me.

From the moment you walk in to The Bianca Rose Salon you feel immediately welcome and just a positive glow about it all! My stylist was named Elena. She helped me come up with a hair color that I would both love and would last without having to bleach (I didn’t want to bleach right now due to not being able to upkeep as I would need to). At times sometimes sitting in someone’s chair can be awkward or quiet and I didn’t feel any of that during my time in her chair. Highly recommend Elena!! I found my new stylist and home salon 😁!

I am fairly new to Bianca Rose, but with just the few times I have been there Bianca has been amazing. She is very truthful about things and doesn’t Sugar cost anything. I am very hard to please when it comes to my hair and she has not disappointed me. The salon is beautiful, clean and everyone treats you like you are family. Miranda does an amazing Brazilian hair straightening. I schedule my appointments with her when I visit my daughter since I moved to Florida 2 years ago. Everyone at Bianca salon are extremely friendly and professional.

There aren’t enough accurate words to describe what a magician Bianca is with hair. She is the only one my 13 year old son trusts to cut his hair, and the only one in his 13 years that can make it look great. His hair is thick and defies all science and gravity, and previously he has left may salons in tears because they’d give him a “mushroom” cut and say that’s all they could do. (Think late 80s/early 90s boy bands). Bianca has been the ONLY one who takes the time to listen to what he wants and makes sure he’s happy every step of the way. I can’t recommend her enough.

I have had my hair done by the same amazing person for 17 years! I was even driving over a 100 miles to for 3 years after I moved to the Cincinnati area to see him to have my hair done. I finally had to breakdown and try someone close to home for me. Bianca came highly recommended so I took the plunge. I was super nervous. My hair is hard to cut right and I am picky ..i just left Bianca rose salon feeling like a million dollars. I am so in love with my amazing new color and she nailed my hair cut that i love all from my description. It is perfection.

I went to Amauri last week for a hair transformation. My brunette to blonde balayage had grown out and my hair was just below hip length. I asked her for a color (darker brunette to vivid purple) and a cut (armpit length hair and getting bangs). I fell in LOVE with my new hair the second I saw it but I wanted to give it a week to make sure I would like it after the initial cut… I’m still head over heels and I’ve never received so many compliments on my hair. Love Bianca! I’ve been going to her for about two years. I always leave feeling like I actually got my hair done, instead of not noticing any difference. I typically get a bayalage and cut. Now with covid she is the only salon I have felt comfortable to go to. She goes above and beyond to keep things very clean and safe. Love the products she uses (smell amazing and leave my hair feeling healthy). Very down to earth and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Bianca is not only an amazing stylist, but she is also an amazing person. She is beyond talented, a wizard with color creating the most beautiful art with hair, makes the most beautiful blondes come to life.She is also compassionate, caring, and always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. I love going to Bianca! She does amazing hair which obvious by glancing through her social media pages but it is always so much more. She is truly interested in the person in her chair. Miranda is fantastic and very accommodating. She was engaging and worked with me during the whole hair cut to give me an awesome style that works with my unruly hair. She also made sure to provide a clean and sterile environment following all covid precautions. No clue why guys have such a stigma about going to a salon. If you care about your hair, male, female or in-between, shell definitely make your hair look its snazziest.

I was nervous to get my hair done, I had only ever gotten it cut or styled. For my birthday I finally caved and decided to get balayage. Bianca did an amazing job and I absolutely loved it. Also I recently had a baby who was born with crazy wild hair. Bianca scheduled us and was very covid conscious! I felt very safe with her precautions in place!

I’ve heard so many great things about this salon (being one of the very few green/eco friendly in Cincinnati) so I was super ecstatic to try out this salon. Made an appointment with Elena and she went above and beyond to explain styling my hair/how to frame my hair better for my face. Insanely knowledgeable and made it look effortless.Even though Elena was my stylist, EVERYONE inside the salon was extremely sweet. Can’t wait to come back!**just to add I also bought the Pure Me volume shampoo and conditioner: it makes me hair sooo soft and smells so good!

Bianca is very inclusive. Shes posted on Facebook more than once about how anyone is welcome in her chair, and she backed that up for me. Im transgender, and Im not super out about it, so when I walked into her salon in dude mode and pulled out pictures of women I wanted to look like, I wasnt sure what would happen. Bianca didnt bat an eye and went right to which looks were cute and what would work on my head.Ive always felt welcome here and Ill keep going back as long as Im able.

I have never felt so beautiful in my entire life!!!! I just moved from Florida to Ohio and I was desperately wanting to change my look. I had bright red hair and I wanted it gone! I was wanting to change my hair for years...but I was nervous. I knew the transition from red hair to any other color was going to be a process. I had no idea where to start and which hair stylist to choose. Luckily I heard about Bianca and I instantly started stalking her Instagram LOL!!! I was absolutely blown away....I knew right then and there that I have found what I have been looking for (sorry that sounded like a dating ad). I first went to her for a cut and conditioning treatment. That was the softest my hair has ever felt! And it was great prep for the bleach that was about to come in contact with my hair a few weeks later. On the big day, I showed her a few ideas of what I liked. Removing red from the hair is not easy. Bianca and her lovely assistant Miranda spent 7 hours on my hair....7!!!! When we were finished, I was speechless! I couldn’t believe that that was actually my hair...total shock! I thought it would take me multiple visits to her to get it to look this good! When I left her salon, I almost got in a car accident because I couldn’t stop looking at my hair in the mirror. I have never received so many compliments on my hair in my entire life. I have been every color (normal and vibrant)...this by far has been the best experience of my life! I had my first highlight when I was six years old...I am now 36...30 years of coloring my hair and this is the happiest I have ever been!!! Even my friends and family think this is the best hair color I’ve ever had! I can’t wait for my next appointment with her! My DREAM salon! I’ve been searching for what seems like forever. I graduated cosmetology school over a year ago and knew I wanted to work in an environment that’s loving , uplifting , supportive , etc. I wanted to learn and to thrive. I couldn’t ask for a better support system who all are genuinely lovely. For the first time in my life, I absolutely LOVE what I do and I LOVE coming into work each day! I’m constantly learning something new. We love our clients and making them look and feel good. This truly is a rewarding career ; to know we make a difference in your lives and for that I’m forever grateful.

Miranda always does a phenomenal job with whatever I want done- purple, blue, a mix, back to brown, highlights, whatever. Shes exceptionally talented and personable, and Im happy to drive well out of my way so I can get my hair done by her.

As a woman with colorful hair seeking out quality, education and instinct in a stylist is a magical trifecta that is hard to find...but sometimes if you look long enough and with lots of trial and error you’ll be rewarded with finding someone like Miranda Galvez. Miranda is truly exceptional. She is an artist and your hair is all she needs to create magic. I’ve gone from sea goddess to drunken strawberry shortcake and all the colors in between. Miranda makes sure to keep my hair healthy. She understands chemistry and color theory. My hair cuts have been precise and exactly what we discussed in consultations before the appointment. My hair is triple c thiccc and has a briar Rose curl quality that she cuts perfectly.I love going to Bianca Rose Salon because it’s woman owned and operated. I’m supporting my stylist directly knowing where my money is going. In the time of quarantine and the unknown it’s even more vital that we are aware of how many people we are around and the safety measures proprietors take. I feel safe that my stylist and I are the only ones in the salon. They have a policy where they take your temperature and have you fill out a form at the beginning of the appointment and Everyone is always masked appropriately.So in all of that... don’t forget the most important detail, the stylist you need to make your appointment with is Miranda Galvez.

Not impressed with Jacqueline at all. I went there as I could not get into my regular stylist before my vacation..BIG MISTAKE!! I paid $197 to get a lousy highlight and less than par straight across trim (no angling at all). After blow drying my hair she didn’t even run a straightener over it, isn’t that cosmetology 101?? Will not be back and definitely would not recommend. She doesn’t have any customer communication skills at all either, I think she asked me 1 question during my time, the rest was silence.

I absolutely love her!! Her vibrant colors or white platinum blonde whatever I choose she kills it. & she is all about healthy hair! And knowing all her accomplishments shes achieved over years makes me feel like I have a celebrity hairdresser! Also to top it off she is an amazing kind person with great morals!

My first experience with Bianca was fantastic! She got me toward my end goal which was blonde. My second appointment was not as pleasing...I left less blonde than when I arrived which I’m still wondering how that happened? My hair is all different tones & there are harsh lines of demarcation. I asked for a small dark root (less amount of root this time just darker colored roots) & she literally drug a root color half way down the shaft of my hair. My hair is dark dingey almost green, not blonde! Then I was charged $40 for a haircut when she literally trimmed a few dead ends off from a couple parts of my hair.

SHOCKED. I wanted to like this place so much. My daughter went first for a cut/color. So I made an appt w/the same person. I get there that day & only after I ask why im placed w/another stylist do I find out the person I scheduled for no longer works there. The owner saw the confusion on my face & stated she tried to call me. NO. She didnt! I had no vmails, no missed calls, no texts etc. I went ahead w/my appt unsure what to do. Big mistake. The stylist must have been new (although the owner denied it). She had somone standing there watching, but the biggest clue was when she had to call the owner over 3 times. The owner finally had to finish the cut. I left not really sure how I felt. I got home & tried to fix my hair. It is awful. Now its too short for anyone to cut anymore on it to fix it. The side of my hair is literally ueven w/a weird chunk taken out. I didnt see it until I got home. I sent the owner a message about my feelings on my haircut and she saw the message and has not responded. I even sent another message with more details and mentioned her not responding. Still nothing. Then she blocked me? Without even a response. Thats the part I cant believe. I am completely amazed this would happen.

Ive made an appointment on 5/09 back in 3/14 late at night 11:30pm. I also work in salon as a nail technican and going to school full time, Sundays are my only day off for both. I also just moved back into the area and its been proven difficult to find a stylist who is open on Sundays that specializes in vivid colors. When I found the salon on Instagram, I was excited when I saw that they were also open on Sundays. I made the online appointment and after doing so realised that it was Mothers day. But to my surprised it was approved/confirmed the next day 3/15 at 2:35pm. Flash forward to today 5/6, three days before the appointment I recieved a message saying theyre needing to cancel the appointment because the booking system allowed you to book on a day we are closed. If that was the case I didnt understand why the appointment was approved in the first place and why nothing was said during the 7 weeks prior to the appointment instead of 3 days right before. I have an event next weekend and if I had known that the salon wasnt going to open I wouldve booked with someone else rather than have waited. While the salons work seems phenomenal I find cancelling an appointment a few days proir very unprofessional.
