Great massage therapists & front desk staff! I regularly work with Bob & find he best suits my needs! I’m a nurse so I know I can be a lot to work on but Bob is firm yet gentle, astute, & mindful. I always leave feeling like my problem areas were addressed!

Sean is one of the most thoughtful and knowledgeable masseurs I’ve ever encountered. He takes great care to know and understand his clients and needs, as he did with me. His technique is impeccable and very effective and has helped me overcome pains and physical problems where others could not. I recommend him highly

I’ve always had good experiences at the Massage Envy location on Black Rock Turnpike. The Reception staff are consistently kind and helpful, and the space itself is relaxing and spotless. The other therapists I’ve worked with have all been great.Based on my visit yesterday, I highly recommend Marthita for any skin treatment and care!

Tania gave me a wonderful massage last night. Highly recommend her. She’s amazing and knows how to really smooth sore muscles and made me feel less still and so much better.

This is always a great place for me to have my me time so welcoming and a pleasure of a conversation with the staff. I have always had the same steady masseuse, but yesterday, was someone new, had to be for my stretch session. It was everyone I needed it to be. The work I do, isnt very physical, but can be just as intensely stressful mentally. So getting a good stretch helps relieve the tension in the muscles and helps the mind flow better. And thats what I got from massage Envy in the new member Greg. His attention to my concerned areas, and will ask for feedback on pressure technique. Definitely did not disappoint.

Rob was AMAZING! I did a massage and then stretch. I feel I got way more out of the stretch by doing the massage first. It was extra special that Rob has a dance background. I felt he was able to fine tune the session for a fellow dancer that wants to regain as much function and mobility as possible.

Had a great experience with Amy for a full body massage! Her style is very thoughtful, attuned to the clients needs and feedback. Highly recommend!

The staff was very accommodating. I called last minute and they were able to provide a 90 minute session. My massage therapist Cherie was amazing, her technique and her therapeutic touch were both physically and emotionally beneficial.

Must see Dawn! She literally got my neck and shoulders functioning again and side bonus, somehow helped with congestion in my ears too. Immediately joined the monthly plan and scheduled my next appt before leaving. This is not just some luxury splurge. It truly is for your own well-being.

I had a massage and Jen Dolan is always attentive to what areas need to be worked on the most. Her technique is great with just the right amount of pressure. She discusses the reasons for my pain and offers self care solutions to maintain my health.

Greg was my massage therapist at my most recent session, and he was AMAZING. I haven’t had a massage that great in a while. I will definitely request him again.

I had the most wonderful,relaxing and awesome experience at massages envy in Fairfield Jenifer gave me a wonderful massage she targeted every spot that was hurting and her hands are awesome. Madison facial was out of this world she was so gentle and my face look rejuvenated thank you ladies for the wonderful experience ❤️

Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. I always have a great session whether I’m getting a massage or a facial. Sean the masseuse is excellent! I go in feeling tense and leave feeling relaxed. Shawn the esthetician always makes the best recommendations to help keep my skin looking healthy and glowing! Definitely recommend them!

While the two massage therapists I frequently used were great the management here gave me an incredibly hard time trying to cancel my subscription. I had to continue calling to even get a call back. Although I let them know financially I couldn’t afford it they kept encouraging me to put my account on hold. Finally it was discussed to put it on a six month hold and then cancel it. I received a call about scheduling an appointment and couldn’t speak at the moment. When they called again I said I have actually been trying to cancel the subscription. When the manager called back, instead of walking me through a cancellation that I haven been trying to cancel for almost a year she started by discussing the emails and letting me know someone called me and informed me I would be getting charged again back in April. Literally started the convo with a debate. I said no they didn’t because I would have said cancel like I’ve been trying to do and regardless I’m not debating it I just want to cancel. She said ok and hung up on me. At some point she told me she didn’t believe me that I wasn’t informed. I have literally been trying to cancel this for months and months. I will never in my life sign up for Massage Envy again. It’s not worth the hassle. They got free money out of me. Never again!!!

I had a 60 minute stretch session with Greg. He’s amazing. He hit all the right spots, and applied the perfect amount of pressure. I highly recommend him.

Shawn was extremely knowledgeable. The Hydrogen Facial was effective but also relaxing at the same time. I would HIGHLY recommend Shawn!

I hesitate to write this because I need to continue seeing the provider and he’s already pretty booked! I’ve tried some providers, some ok and others better than ok. But Greg…he’s been so great! I’m getting my prenatal massages currently and I feel so much better afterwards. I have sciatica and rib pain from this pregnancy and each time I go to Greg I feel like I am walking on air afterwards. He’s talented, listens to your needs, and is thoughtful. Highly recommend.

Ms. Madyson has helped decrease my hormonal acne flare ups, evened out a lot of my discolouration, faded a ton of old acne scarring, and were currently focused on texture & dullness. So, I recently had the microderminfusion advanced treatment for about the 3rd time & boy are the results AMAZING! She truly listens to the concerns you have about your skin and goes all in so that you always see results. I always leave her table with more confidence & knowledge on how to tend to my skin. Karen was fine but she first came in and she had cold hands which was an initial shock. 👎🏻. I filled out a form prior to the appointment requesting gentle. Karen had some hard pressure moments and she admitted after the massage she tended toward firm massage and would recommend someone else. I would not give Massage Envy a positive review because they didn’t give me the right therapist for my needs.Ridiculous to have me waiting outside waiting to be texted on a cold day that I could enter. Why!? There’s a waiting room with plenty of seats. It should have been a more relaxing experience.

Absolutely wonderful and such amazing staff at this location! Chy’nna at the front desk is such a ray of sunshine every time I see her, and so helpful in moving around my appointments! Loved the woman at the front desk who did my intake information. She made everything comfortable and fun! Dawn was very kind and did a great job with the massage, focusing exactly on areas that I knew needed some extra work and she asked if the pressure was good, so I was able to have her adjust if needed.

Through all of my injuries she has been very mindful about asking me how my body feels as shes giving me my massage. Not only does my body feel better, but I feel more relaxed and peaceful every time i walk out.

I have been a member of Massage Envy for a long time and have always had an excellent experience whenever I come in for a massage or facial. I have had a standing massage appointment once a month for close to 15 years, and its something I really look forward to and wish I could do on a weekly basis - maybe one day...I originally started with a one-hour massage but after trying a 90-minute session, I have never been able to go back;) My massage therapist, Robert, who Ive used for the past few years, is awesome! I usually prefer deep tissue massage and he does an awesome job of providing the exact pressure I want, especially as Ive developed some sensitivity lately and have needed a little lighter touch. Robert is also a pleasure to talk to, and Ive really enjoyed our conversations and getting to know him.I have had a few facials at Massage Envy as well, and the estheticians Shawn & Martita are wonderful! I wish that I could afford to come in for facials more often, but unfortunately, my budget doesnt allow for both on a monthly basis. The front office staff is also excellent, and every person Ive interacted with is kind, helpful, and seems like they truly care for the clients. All in all, I highly recommend Massage Envy to everyone looking for some stress relief and self-care!

Melissa Fry Yerrington always goes above and beyond to ensure I am getting the best massage that meets my needs. She is always professional and cares about your well being. I have been receiving massages from her for over 15 years. She never dissappoints! With that said, I also see Mark Dipino as well for over 15 years. He just seems to know exactly the right pressure your muscles need atm. Always caring and professional. Everyone is always friendly and courteous from the minute you walk in the door!Update: I have met and received massages from a few more therapists due to scheduling conflicts and I have been very pleased with each and every one. I wish I could go weekly!

Recently had a very positive massage therapy session with Cherie. She is professional, attentive and highly skilled. Up front she asked about any specific concerns and tailored the session focusing on some specific lower back tightness with just the right amount of strength and pressure during the session. Feeling so much better today and have booked her for additional sessions in the future!

Cam was absolutely amazing. Ive had chronic back pain and muscle soreness for as long as I can remember. During and after my visit w him my mobility is improved and the radiating discomfort Ive had is gone! It was such a functional session and that body work is crucial! I would have no other way of relieving that discomfort and working out those knots! Thank u!!

My experience with Danielle was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable about skincare. My facial was amazing. My only problem was when I went to use my giftcard the front desk said a portion of it was used at a different location. I have never been to any other location. They said it was used in Las Vegas. I definitely was not in Las Vegas nor used it so that was a bummer to lose the giftcard. 😫

This place is terrible! The worst massage parlor I’ve ever been to. They lie about EVERYTHING. I booked a session for acupressure, then I get there and the therapist doesn’t do acupressure. I book a session for trigger point release and then therapist doesn’t do release. They told me I can cancel because of financial difficulty, that’s not true either. They won’t transfer my credits during a membership freeze when the manager told me TO MY FACE that they would be able to. The lies go on and on and on. This place deserves to be shut down.

I have been going to Erin at the Fairfield location of Massage Envy. She has accommodated my back issues by getting me super comfortable on the table prior to doing any contact. Recommend her highly.

Karen is outstanding and pays very close attention to your issues. She knows exactly how much pressure to apply as she works on problem areas. She has helped with stiffness in my neck and lack of mobility from 60 years of working at a computer. The facility is always very clean and the front desk staff always attentive and a pleasure to work with on scheduling. All in all a top notch experience.

Good facial but it was just 40 min and the up saling of product is annoying. My appt was at 12:30 and the lights went on at 1:10- then she suggest products. She was very nice and I know the products are good but just wanted a relaxing experience.

Naomi really listens when I mention where I lack mobility, or muscles are extra tight. She addresses the issues and I feel so much better when she’s done!!

I went to Massage Envy for the first time today. Sasha was my massage therapist and did an amazing job!! She was very understanding, attentive to my needs, and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She put effort and care into really working out my many knots. I will definitely return at some point!! However, I do need to add that having someone try to sell you a package after your massage is not very relaxing and is quite annoying, as other reviews have stated.

I had a wonderful experience here from start to finish! I was greeted by and met with Darius before my appointment and he went over all the info (my first time going here), and all the details regarding my massage. I chose aromatherapy for my appointment and Darius made a suggestion on a scent that would be better suited for my needs based on the problem areas I chose which I really appreciated. He was very professional and thorough while going through the information with me.I got my massage done by Lorena B and it was phenomenal! I have gotten several massages over the years and this was by far one of the best ones I’ve received. The pressure was perfect, she was professional, and she hit and really focused on all the problem areas I outlined. She spoke with me after my massage about which muscles were tight, how they’re contributing to the pain I’ve been having, and how to help alleviate the pain while at home. I had such a wonderful experience here that I decided to sign up for a monthly membership! I very much look forward to my next appointment and the caring and professional environment that the staff provide.

The Best Message I have ever received in my 63 years of life! He took away myKnots and kinks in my back he took away everything all the stress. He just messaged it away for a whole hour next I’m going for 90 minutes.!

As a pretty consistent spa person, I always like to try new places. Massage envy was very different. The massage itself by Cherie was great. However, my appointment time was at 4pm and I wasn’t received until 4:15pm without any updates, “sorry, we’re running a little behind”. This was stressful because I needed to be somewhere afterwards. As I was waiting, I saw someone come out from their massage and they had to sit down and actually try being SOLD on a package. Who wants to sit down and be sold after a massage? When my massage was done, it had gone after the time I had anticipated and I knew there was no shot I could sit down with someone to try to sell me on packages. As soon as they directed me to the lady, I apologized letting her know I had to leave asap, I have to pick up my kids. She actually threw attitude at me!!!! It’s their fault the massage was late, instead of being understanding they were mad and rude in checking me out because I wouldn’t stay to listen to the pitch!!! I could not believe it. What a terrible business model!! As I said, Cherie did a great job on the massage but I will never go back after that experience.

This was my first time coming here.The staff was very friendly. The environment was very pleasant. My esthetician , Tania, was friendly as well. She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns before, during, and after my facial which was what I liked. She suggested different skin care options. I would definitely recommend coming here to anyone who wanted to start having monthly professional facials as part of their regimen. And I do see the difference! Thank you Tania! Scam is all I can think of . You go there for a massage or other service and all they interested in is selling you their products and services . So I bought a three session got two massages and a facial . Thomas wanted to sell me the 12 months I said I will think about it . Signed the normal stuff for each session. Made an appt for Aug 30 since I was dropping off my daughter to college thought I would need something to relax . I cancelled appt on Aug 28. Sept 7 lo snd behold they are charging my credit card . I called to find out why they said I signed a twelve month agreement . I did not agree to that . Peopke be careful they are scammers in there . It’s not about the money it’s the principle have me paying for something I didn’t sign up for . WillBe reporting them to all the consumer agencies in ct .

Spoke w a rude representative, wouldn’t provide her name, manager Katie stated she “was sorry” and wouldn’t be able to provide a refund as a courtesy. Very unprofessional, a joke of an establishment. I can’t wait to finish this ridiculous contract so I never have to use these services again.

Even after letting me know she had just returned from a shoulder injury, Erin gave an amazing massage and worked out some knots and gave me some much needed relief! I would give 0 stars if possible. Worst experience from a customer of 10+ years. If they didn’t make it so difficult and inconvenient to cancel, I would have done it by now! I have had so many issues with them from transfer fees, miscommunication to misinformation. Today’s appointment with Vanessa was definitely not the best and would not consider it deep tissue by any means, but I suppose still relaxing nonetheless. Anyway, the receptionist was quick to tell me AFTER the session about a $10 “mrktup” charge as it says on my receipt. How come no one told me this upon booking the appointment over the phone, and why is this a thing now? Unhappy customer and definitely going to cancel the membership once and for all at my home location since they can’t do it any other way. The system is so antiquated and the app is useless and poorly designed. Also, I can never find a good therapist close to where I live (Monroe) as it is always the same two therapists that work there. The rant could go on and on, but I will stop here and just say you lost a loyal customer. Get it together massage envy!
