Really the best Vape Shop in town! Best customer service, and best juice at great prices. I am very particular in regards to what environments, I will and will not be in, and the type of people I will be around. These guys are awesome! Big thank you to Moe and Lou for always being so kind, and creating a friendly welcoming environment. These guys love their customers and it shows.

This place was cool. I will say that it is definitely geared towards the advanced user. They also dont carry anything smaller than a 50ml in their juices. So if you dont know what juice you want if youve never been there before youre going to walk out of this play Spinning a crazy amount of money on something you dont even know if youre going to like. The staff was pretty nice. Werent overly receptive to my lack of Education. The patrons were regulars but not even remotely friendly. It wasnt a very welcoming environment but I will say that they had some great products and definitely a place for the advanced user to visit. Thats why I gave it five stars it wasnt for me but Ill probably be good for you. I didnt buy anything and I probably wont go back but if your Advanced user this is the place for you.

The staff is amazing and has become a family to me. They always treat every customer with respect and greet them in a friendly manner. The selection of premium juice is great and ever changing. There is always something new to try. The selection of mod is great. I have been shopping at this location for over a year and will always love this place.

Still one of the best places to get all your vaping needs. Theyve added a lot of disposables and their juice selection is always on point. If they dont have it theyll usually order it and itll be there next time. Sure theres others that are bigger but so are the prices. Its one of those places where you feel welcome. That goes a long way with me.

I went to every vape shop on the south side of Fort Worth and Arlington before I found this place. This is the only place to have the products I wanted at the right price. Mo is always a great guy, and the staff really knows how to help (or figure out who can help). They always go the extra mile for me, as well as friends and family who come in. I brought my mother one day who was trying to quit smoking and she was given a wonderful discount and free juice. The points with Five-star add up quickly here!

Went to get a coil for my E-Cig. I had bought my E-Cig here also. The guys that work here are so nice and friendly. He even took the old coil out and put in the new one for me. This store has lots of the new items for vaping. Love it.

This vape shop is the best around! I always shop here and have never had a problem! The customer service is always beyond my expectations and every product Ive bought from them has NEVER gave me any problems! The staff is extremely knowledgeable from old devices to the newest and can do professional builds to the way you like it! Other shops seem to never know enough and always leave me second guessing and unsure. Here they listen to what you want and give you your options and then help you decide the best decision! This place was great! I’m still a vape newbie and came in for a spare tank and something not so sweet for early morning vaping. The owner was super personable made a great recommendation (coastal clouds- strawberry, apple, peach is AMAZING) and even put the new tank on my mod for me! I accidentally bought a 3mg bottle, but I have been mixing it with another 6mg for a nice fruity 4.5 and it’s keeping me off the smokes. He even gave me a discount for being a first time buyer! Will return to try some other yummy flavors soon!

Im a girl and really have absolutely no idea what to do when it comes to vaping other than to push a button and fill up my tank with juice when empty. So I basically turn to this shop when I am in need of anything. They help me every time and even when Im on the run or to lazy to drive I call and they take the time to explain everything! Ive been around several vape shops in the local area as well as others that are out of town. This store hands down tops them all. The shop has the friendliest employees who were all extremely helpful, accurate in their suggestions and gave me the best mod that suits my needs. The environment is friendly and open to new people. The owner is a nice guy unlike other shops (most are a** holes and short with customers). They have both affordable house juices with several specials through there reward system and awesome top of the line premium juices. You can go and buy your hardware or juice, and if you have the time, hangout with other fun people that vape. By far the best part about going into Vapor Plus is the customer service given by an employee named Mohammad. Hes extremely helpful and will always leave you smiling. When it comes to customer service and assistance this shop tops all others.

These guys are legit. Theyre limited on the selection of mods and tanks... But that is only because they sell the highest quality. They dont BS you either! Prices are fair and if you have any kind of issue with your mod or tank, like a coil jam or something like that, they fix it for free on the spot! Plus if you get a setup like a mod and a tank or buildable, they give you your first bottle of e juice free. Omar is sincerely patient and knowledgeable. Only vape shop in this area for me :)The other guy that works there, Moe, hes super nice and super helpful. He has helped me with jammed tanks so many times without any charge or any complaints. He also managed to blend a perfect e juice for me... and I am the pickiest e juice customer you could ever see lolThese guys are 100% customer service, even if you leave there without buying something.

Ive been coming here for the past two years - never had a bad experience. If youre new to vaping, theyre great at introducing you to the smaller vape pen kits without making you feel like a noob, if youre a veteran they can talk shop like nobodies business. If Mo is the employee helping you out, give that man a high five, because he deserves automatic high fives by default.

I dont alway go to vape shops, but when I do, i go here. From my personal experience the type of service given here is exclusive to this shop only. Ive been to a few other shops around the area, but here they really cater to your needs. Not only that, they stay stocked as often as they possibly can, and when they are low on stock they figure a way to work things out for that moment or schedule something that works with your schedule. Speaking of inventory, they have such a wide variety of items to choose from. Premium juice, high nicotine salt juice, batteries, chargers, and a wide range of up to date mods to choose from to name a few. Lastly if any sort of unfortunate event may happen to your items you can explain it to them and they are very understanding and find ways to help you leave in a better mood.

This is probably one of, if not the most, visited Vape stores. Everytime I go there im welcomed with the nicest service I could ask for which is one main reason why I keep coming back. Prices are fair and competitive with other Vape stores as well! Their crew of workers are very knowledgable on their products, which might I add, are great! My current favorite is the HULK which was actually a quality recommendation. Ive suggested this store to a couple of my friends and they love it! Definitely worth a visit! My guarantee!

Best Vape shop I have been to in a while. I use to drive to their Grand Prairie location and thank God they are finally in Fort Worth! I highly recommend this place. Try their Gunslinger line. True blood, applewood tobacco and hero are my fav flavors. Love the staff , they know me by name! Very informative crew! My one stop Vape shop!

RIPOFF sold us an IPV mini for $119.99 with a 19.99 discount. EVERYONE sells it for $50-$70 and the Artisian store down the street sells it for $69 and so does the manufacture. They wont match the price, they wont give us a store credit, they will not do anything except exchange. We like the product we just dont wont to be ripped off! Do a quick search or shop around before buying here because we did a quick search of 5 different products from their website EVERY SINGLE ONE was undercut by EVERY SINGLE SELLER by AT LEAST $20. Online plus shipping and local retailers.

Awesome Berry & Apocalypse juice!! talked to employees for about 2 minutes, and they were able to explain how to setup my X-Cube II perfectly and recommended a good temp for it. it ended up being a setting you could only modify through connecting the battery mod to its app through Bluetooth... wouldve never guessed the one on the battery display was not changing & to try the same thing thru BT. Each time I visit their service & knowledge of everything vapor impresses me even more. thanx Vapor Plus for the pleasurable longe environment to try new flavors & all the current news & info. Yall f#&@ing rule!
