Daisy one of the dedicated workers, from the moment I stepped inside, she greeted me with genuine warmth and attentiveness, setting the stage for a delightful shopping experience.The owner and his team at the store, demonstrate a remarkable commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. They are knowledgeable about the products, eager to assist with any inquiries, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. They are friendly and approachable which makes me feel valued as a customer.

The 9th Cloud Smoke Shop is Hands Down the BEST shop in north Texas. Their selection of product is EXTENSIVE af! I’ve never seen some of the products that they have for sale and I visit a different smoke shop every day. So over a 2 year period, that’s a LOT of shops to beat! 10/10 on everything across-the-board from nicotine vapes to the pleasurable things of the world. If you’re in Fort Worth, do yourself a favor and stop at Western Center and 35 which is probably the coolest corner of the world, and stroll into the Ninth-Cloud smoke shop for a hands-down best smoke shop ever!Oh, & the employees are phenomenal! They have the best customer service and top-notch courtesy! Shout out to Chris, Daisy, Fernandeezy!!!

I am from Chicago and I came here on a trip. This is honestly one of the best vape stores I have been to. High quality customer service and the workers were really helpful to have me find what I needed!

Everyone who works here is so nice, helpful and genuine! This is my regular shop and I wont go anywhere else. They have a really good selection and good prices. If you havent been in yet give them a try!

I come all the way from Irving skipping multiple smoke shops just to get the great customer service definitely the best I ran across in a while . All together a great shop to goto vibes are priceless the whole staff really is one of a kind and make you feel like family. Im sold on there service alone price and quality a side every time Ive walked in weather its 2am or two minutes till theres a smile on their face with a hand out ready to help ... 10/10 my favorite store . Employees are super cool, but the place is overpriced. Delta pre rolls that are $25 here are $10-15 up the road. Would still shop here if NEEDED but prefer other locations.

This business doesnt verify credit card ownership on purchases from customers. They will charge anyones credit card even if they stole it. I would not trust this business or ever go here. Beware!!! This company is not following proper business policies.Called the phone number given also to resolve the issue and guess what.... there was no answer. Please stay away from this company!!!

From the employees to the owner these people are wonderful! They are crazy polite, helpful, and considerate. I watch an older woman in her upper 80’s low 90’s come in to purchase bitcoin for someone. The owner tried everything in his power to let this woman know she was being scam out of her hard earned money. He managed to talk her down from sending 4k to just 50.00$. It nice seeing a staff that’s so “human”!

They also except all payment methods which was very convenient!!My phone went dead and the lady and gentleman let me use they plug in to charge my phone and we had good conversation!! Bad Vape alert!!!! Do NOT go here I recently moved in this area and this place was my fav and only vape shop (even though they are higher priced than any other vape shop in town) because they carry everything however all of their vapes aren’t real you’re taking a 50/50 chance if your not afraid on taking a chance of getting a major head ache and a vape tasting burnt out after a day then go ahead and try your luck! I called to speak to someone and got hung up on! So I advise go here at your OWN RISK $35.43 to get a headache and foul taste
