My first time a The Cave in Hope Mills. Great atmosphere, customer service is awesome, and I really enjoyed my esthetician, Ciana. I had the signature facial. Looking forward to trying more of their services.

I love the aesthetic. It is relaxing the moment you step foot in the door. The massage therapists are great for relaxation, but if you have problem spots that require extreme deep tissue or therapeutic work, I would think twice about it (I also have an extremely tough back with a thousand knots, so take this comment with a grain of salt. Im not a run of the mill massage client, and most people would do very well here!). 10/10 would recommend, especially their membership, it will save some money without sacrificing quality!

Yesterday I got a full body massage for my birthday and I have to say it is the most relaxed I have been in my life! The staff was so professional and the ambience is very tranquil. After my massage they had a cute little charcuterie board and a bottle of water waiting for me to replenish. I will definitely be back and plan to buy gift certificates to share the relaxing experience with my loved ones!

I did not have a very good spa experience here it was not set up like the renaissance or the spa de la Cruz in Texas and I have been to a few other spas. I would not go back to the spa. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday and it was not anything that she had ever expected either and so I hate to say it, but it needs to improve if it’s gonna last and hope because there are much better spas around then this place. The room that I was placed in was so cold that you could not get relaxed and then they had a humidifier in there going off probably every minute or so making a loud fan noise so you were not able to fall asleep or get completely relaxed.

I went today and enjoyed a Mothers Day package of Detox bath, Salt Cave, and Massage. Despite having an allergic reaction to something in the detox bath, they more than made up for it. I have been to several spas and The Cave offered a great experience and I would recommend anyone to go and enjoy this unique experience. I’d never been to a salt cave, and it was so cool. My massage therapist was amazing! I can’t wait to take my husband with me and go back. Highly recommended and Ann was awesome if you need a great massage!

My friend and I went there to celebrate my birthday. We had a terrific experience! The atmosphere, the vibe, and the decor were incredible. The attention to detail in the aromatherapy and color choices was a great touch as well. My friend and I both received full body massages, and it was amazing! Our masseuse was extremely pleasant, professional, and thorough. I definitely recommend them and will be returning.

I drove an hour and a half to treat my best friend to a birthday spa day and this place did not disappoint. The facility was clean with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and hospitable. I would absolutely recommend going and will come back again myself.

The massage therapist who worked on me did a fantastic job. Nice clean atmosphere, you get a robe along with slippers, mimosas and full body massages. Incredible

Absolutely phenomenal. Ciana was an incredible waxer and an excellent personality. Was treated to water and snacks while I waited, and everyone was exceptionally kind and generous. I have HS so Brazilians are necessary, and Ciana’s skill made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Will be returning again!!!

Unfortunately I cant say good things about my visit to the Salt Cave. This is my second time booking at this location and both times I have left disappointed. For my first visit the detox bath was entirely too hot. I was not refunded this service although I immediately came out due to the temperature. I decided to give this place another try for my mothers birthday because I enjoyed my massage and the overall ambiance was nice. Turns out I should have saved my coins. For my second visit I booked a hour massage for my mother and I with a facial add on and salt cave experience. The total for a 3 experiences came to 305.00. Apparently there was some type of miscommunication because they booked me for 2 30 min massages opposed to the full hr I requested and did not schedule my time inside the actual cave. The massage therapist was asked if she could accommodate a hr massage and her response in front of me was absolutely not She seem as annoyed as I was and while I understand her frustration, her response was unprofessional. I honestly didnt feel comfortable getting a massage for myself or my mother but unfortunately she was the ONLY massage therapist in that day. The receptionist at the front desk (haley) was extremely nice and tried to assist as best she could. The manager came out to speak with me and expressed no remorse regarding the miscommunication that took place on their end. I ultimately canceled my massage and my mom received a hr massage which the therapist obviously was not happy about. I will never be back to this location. I have heard good things about the salt cave in downtown fayetteville however. They are owned by someone different apparently. I may give that location a try if I ever am back in the area. My advice would be not to book with the hopemills location.

I can not brag enough about our experience at The Cave! We booked a party for a Girls Night Out. Ms Terri D was our host, and took care of us from beginning to the end. The booking process was easy, and she told us exactly what to expect when we came in, BUT WAIT .... She exceeded our expectations! Once our party arrived we were taken back to the waiting area where they brought out wines (yes plural, some we had brought with us, some they provided), chips and cheese dip, a vegetable tray, a fruit tray, and can we talk about those cupcakes 🤤. We had a group of 7, and we were very well taken care of! We all got to rotate from the bath, to the cave, then to our massage or body scrub. Each room that we visited was clean and the good vibes were flowing! The bath was warm and filled with salts and oils, and jets that made you submit to relaxation. The salt cave was amazing, you could literally see the clouds of salt flowing in the air. And the massage, OH MY GOSH, the massage was amazing (Derrick & MiMi 🙌🏽)! I had Derrick for my massage, he made sure I was comfortable at all times, making sure the pressure he used was just right. And I swear he knew exactly where a needed a little extra time spent. All the girls at the cave were so nice and attentive, making sure our glasses stayed topped off, and just checking in to see if we were relaxed throughout the entire evening. We can not wait to book our next party, and well be requesting, Ms. Terri and her crew AGAIN! So I dont know what you are waiting for, go ahead and pick up the phone and book your appointment, THIS IS YOUR SIGN!

Girls night twice here and we have an amazing time! Unlimited wine, charcuterie board, & an hour with your girls or whoever! Brielle was so sweet and had great customer service! So worth it!

My beautiful work family said that I needed to chill out and they could use a break 😊. From the front door to the salt floor I was treated lovingly as though I had been coming for ages. Calming and relaxing atmosphere with just the right touch of decor! Thank you to Kacey, Kourtnie, Delisa, Noelis

The facility is nice, but the massage was subpar and joined by inappropriate draping technique throughout, causing me to be very uncomfortable for what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. I also booked a 90 min massage and was given 60min, requiring a refund for the additional 30min.

It was a great experience and and also exceptional service. Definitely recommend this Spa and the Halo therapy.The Detox Package is awesome.

My sister and I visited The Cave to relax and reconnect in our first session of halotherapy in an active salt room. We were welcomed on time with clear directions, hydration and comfort in a safe environment. The staff presented suggestions to make the most of our experience and it was amazing. They were professional, welcoming and attentive to our needs and requests. We had a chance to speak with the owner and the business is representative of her, classy, friendly and professional. Our expectations were superseded and we will return soon to enjoy the other services provided.

Came here as an anniversary gift with my spouse. Fell in love. We got a herbal bath, couple massages, and the salt cave experience along with a facial for me.The safe is amazing and nice. We where able to listen to our own music during our bath and our massages a (due to Covid) we where not together during that part as well as in the salt cave.It felt like we where the only ones there. We will definitely be back!Perfect place to go and just reconnect and find some peace. One of the best kept secrets in Fayetteville.

My 3 friends and I had booked reservations with The Cave in Hope Mills in December about a month before. We arrived an hour early before our 12:30 appointments. We had a very bad experience as our reservations were not what was told on the phone. One of ours was cancelled completely. We cancelled our appointments that day and were told our money would be refunded. It has been 9 days and now money is not refunded. Manager told me the bank may hold the money. This is a complete LIE. I have talked to the bank and there is no credit. I was also told the bank would never hold a credit. This is unacceptable!

My massage with Niya was amazing. She did great work it was relaxing and beneficial all at the same time. The salt cave is cool but after about 10min I was kinda bored. The salt bath was nice and warm but it was kinda weird like taking a bath a a strangers house probably just a me thing since I’ve never had more than a massage at a spa before. But I will for sure be back for another massage.

I visited The Cave as a treat to myself for my 31st birthday and it definitely put the icing on the cake for me! 🎉🎊🎂 From the atmosphere, to the space, to the staff, and to the service; this place is amazing in every single way. The staff were super informative, friendly, and professional. The atmosphere was relaxing and the space was beautifully decorated. The massage and facial were one of the best ones I’ve ever had and I’ve had tons before all over the world! I will definitely be becoming a regular and I can’t wait to for my next visit!! 💕💕💕

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I’ve only come twice, and I can’t tell you enough how excellent the staff is. It’s clean and a very relaxed atmosphere. I have found a place to go. They have a forever customer with me. I highly recommend you give them a try. Not every business is for everyone, but it is for sure worth a try.

Especially because Malik was very courteous while providing optimal service which ensured a very pleasure customer experience. Had an amazing first time experience at the Cave! The facility is so clean, luxurious and accommodating. As soon as I came in I was properly greeted and offered a beverage of my choice. Was provided options to upgrade my service and ensure I maximized my experience. I had the lovely Michelle take care of me, she was extremely informative and professional. Would most definitely recommend her. Upon closing out my service, the staff were so amazing in recommending a new service upcoming for Mother’s Day weekend! If you’re in doubt so not hesitate run…to the Cabe they will not disappoint!

Update: Tried multiple times because I loved the spa and applied for a part time receptionist position. They made you come out, fill out a form, and then never scheduled an interview. I had to call the first date and they didnt have me on schedule. She put me a week out. I called again before I drove out there. I was told the manager liked my resume. Again, never heard back. I sent an email and radio silence. Glad to hear it, I wont ever come back here again if this is what you do to your potential employees, cant imagine your regular employees.My partner and I booked a package with the bath + massage.The bath was really pleasant and relaxing and they were very nice and accommodating and made sure we had what we needed.Their cave was also a unique experience and the massage with MIMI was the BEST EVER. I have so much muscle tightness and she managed to get my knots out. I was sore after wards but I felt so like myself again after that and filled with relief. I have tried many massages in my past and have tried from medical to other myofascial release massages around here. The only person who has managed to get me to feel some relief is out in Charlotte.Thank you again you guys. I will be back again and hopefully be able to book one for my mom soon !!!!

I traveled to Hope Mills to get a massage at “The Cave”. This place is great. My masseuse, Joelle, did a wonderful job with my deep tissue massage.I have had many massages before but this experience in the “Salt Cave” was different. I felt that I could breathe and relax more freely. The ambience also helped to relax my body and mind.Forget about any other massage location. Take the drive and get something that is worth it. The Cave is now my go to massage spot.

My experience today was amazing!! I booked with Ms. Delisa and left out feeling brand new. I book massages often and at various places but you can really tell she loves what she does. Highly recommend The Cave and her for a massage.

My mom and I came in for a spa afternoon. We did the salt cave, then got facials and massages. From the moment we walked in, we received excellent service. The staff was very friendly and are clearly experienced in their fields. The facility is beautiful, well organized, and clean. Lovely way to spend an afternoon!!

I had an amazing experience at The Cave today - Noelis was amazing and took great care of me while I was there! While I was in the sauna bag, she checked in on me every 15 minutes to ask if I needed anything, which I appreciated. I shared with her that I was receiving services because of an upcoming vacation. She was familiar with the area and even sent me a detailed list of things to do on my vacation! I really appreciated her kindness today and I will be returning very soon!

I currently have a Salt and Wellness membership which I utilize monthly and it’s been the best self-care I’ve had in ages! Delisa and Casey are the absolute best. I’d recommend Delisa for a massage and Casey for a facial! They both have amazing energy and excellent customer service.

I went here to show support to a longtime friend, and the experience he gave me was undeniably the best experience I have ever had. I’ll definitely be coming consistently, and even found out that I can bring my husband too!!! I’m so excited about my next appointment!!! Malik is amazing, professional, caring, and more!!! Jonathan is fantastic for a deep tissue massage. His communication skills are excellent. I asked for firm pressure. He listened when I asked for a little lighter pressure. Everyone was very helpful. I definitely will be returning for more.

Amazing first time experience!!!! I cannot stress enough the level of high customer service and professionalism. Clean and sanitized in every room. Respectful and down to earth staff. My wife and I paid for a couples massage for our 18th wedding anniversary because I had bought her and my daughter a Mommy/Daughter massage for Mother’s Day. My wife loved the Massage Therapist that she got for the Mommy/Daughter so she booked our couples massage wanting the same woman. When we got there we quickly learned there was a staff change. The Red flags started when the “relaxing spa music” they were playing kept getting interrupted by Spotify ads. We saw the very nice receptionist run to the desk multiple times to skip the commercials. When we got in there were customers complaining about “false advertisement” with their massage. I didn’t get the whole story but it had something to do with the cave not being private as listed on the site. The slippers they gave me were too small and my heals touched the ground which wasn’t that big a deal but for the money we paid I would have hoped that wouldn’t have happened. During our massage my wife was asked what areas to target and told her therapist that one of her shoulders was hurting. The therapist did the opposite shoulder and did not work on the problem one. My therapist was nice but kept complaining about the therapeutic salt they advertised as being too much, wiping her runny nose with a tissue multiple times and going back to rubbing me without washing her hands. Grossed me out so much. She even stopped to open the door more because the salt was bothering her so much which with as little as we were wearing wasn’t ideal. The music even switched to a loud commercial with club music during our massage which took about 45 seconds to switch back to relaxing music. Completely took us out of the experience. After our massage they gave us a charcuterie board and mimosas which were great, but the music switched again and my therapist walked by us and loudly said “just turn it off”. We still tipped but It was not worth the money.

Very impressed with the entire process! From the booking to the hot tub and the massage wish I could remember the lady name but she was so Goodt!!!!! Definitely booking again sooooon!

My friend brought me here for my birthday and it was my first time. Michelle did my massage and it was amazing. Kacey did my facial and it was amazing as well. I was sleeping and snoring in both services. I will be returning soon!

Really enjoyed myself here at the CAVE. Heather and Delisa were great massage therapists with welcoming personalities!The salt cave experience was pretty cool. I purchased the Father’s Day massage special for my husband which included a deep tissues massage and free add on of hot stones or bio freeze. He stated the massage was ok, not the best deep tissue massage. He was not offered the hot stones or bio freeze. This was a gift so he forgot to ask about the free add on but that’s not the customers job.After I brought this to the business attention, the owner called me and offered the free add on with the next massage service.

So I bought the couples package and let me tell you. Worth it. My wife has gotten a massage before but I have not, do to sensitivity issues in my back. Laquita did amazing and was so fun to talk to. After that we did the salt bath which was nice. The only “complaint” I would have is the tub was small. My wife and I could fit in it but it was tight. To give perspective, I’m 5’11 and my wife is 5’6. Great place though. Awesome staff. It was worth the hour drive for us.

My birthday weekend started off on the right foot. Noelis the host was the first and last face I saw this morning and she is so stinking SWEET. She is also super helpful and informative. I got a massage, facial and body scrub. Heather did my massage that lady has hands of an angel. My back and feet loved her. My facial was by Neisha let’s just say I snored lol 😂 while getting a much needed facial renewal. Kacy did my body scrub she’s super sweet and made sure I was comfortable all the way. My skin and body are so relaxed. I highly recommend all these ladies!!!! The Cave Spa is my favorite ❤️

Michelle (Dalisa) was so welcoming and the Himalayan salt massage with hot stones was one of the most relaxing massages I have had! The environment of the spa is calm and you get almost immediate sense of relaxation and escape from the the business of life. I will be back!

I booked a couples massage on the salt room for me and my husband. The place is beautiful BUT the service was not what I expected. The massage was more of a light rub with oil. My husband needed a deep tissue massage due to his work load but instead it was like a light rub down. We paid an extra 15 $ for bio freeze to be used during his massage just for it be added on a part of his back the last 20 seconds and then wiped right off. The service didn’t start on time and in fact the staff was rushing in after we were in robes and waiting. You could hear the ladies discussing and asking “who you want, the man or the woman?” Lol. Just not as professional as I hoped it to be. For 300$ I doubt I will come back. The best part was the mimosas, the decorations and the desk receptionist was sweet. I felt I wasted money because we still needed a massage when we left. When we left out we ended up getting the cheese and food as promised with the service after we were dressed and about to head out. Never. Again.

I have been going to the Salt Cave for months now. From the moment you walk through the door it’s very professional and soothing! All of the massage therapists are very professional and really listen to your needs. Mimi has been my favorite as she really focused on the areas I was having issues with (I work out a lot and very active)! Phenomenal place to get some therapeutic healing!

The service and atmosphere was second to none! My therapist was perfect! She felt everywhere I needed assistance without me telling her and worked all of those kinks out of my body! I will definitely be returning soon!

Wonderful atmosphere. Great experience from the moment I was greeted at the door. I had a lymphatic massage with Jo who was amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and great to converse with. I also had a facial with Stacy who was fantastic. I left this place glowing and relaxed. If you’re looking for a relaxing experience and atmosphere with great customer service this is the place to go. You’ll be pampered from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.

My boyfriend booked me an appointment for today @11am for my birthday. I got there a few minutes ahead of time and the receptionist was very friendly right away. She brought me to the waiting area, where I didn’t even wait 2 minutes. I had a complementary glass of wine and then got taken to my massage room. Koana did my massage and was very professional and welcoming. She also made sure I was comfortable at all times. The music that was playing was very peaceful as well. I would 100% go back and try some other services and will definitely be back for another massage. I enjoyed every moment from walking in, to leaving. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!!!

This place is really cool. Never heard of this type of treatment before. I got a full body sugar scrub and facial with light treatment. You can shower off or bathe at your leisure. The staff was incredibly kind, but didnt seem to be as knowledgeable on their specific specialties as I would expect. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Im probably going to get the monthly package that has 2 massages and unlimited salt room time for $125 (I think, dont quote me). They serve wine and the music is jazzy and reflective. If you have any issues with comfort, music, pressure, questions, etc... just ask and talk to them about it when it becomes a concern in your mind right then and there. Dont pitch a fit later. Overall, its a little expensive, but definitely something worth treating yourself to in order to detox and refresh at least once a month. I wouldnt bring a cell phone in, just my opinion, because it detracts from letting go of the outside world and fully relaxing.

My wife and I came here for a couples massage and herbal bath. I was excited at the thought of the relaxing time, but this place definitely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in the door everyone made it seem like this whole business was meant for us. Wine and cheese was given before we even got to the bath area, comfortable seating, and an amazing ambiance as we walked in. The herbal bath was absolutely amazing and so relaxing, not to mention more wine, cheese, and even cupcakes. Flash forward to the massage, Mimi was an absolute professional, and I have never received such a thorough massage. This was an amazing experience, and we cant wait to go back

Laquita was my therapist and she was so amazing! The staff are professional and hospitality to a T! It was a little chilly in the waiting area but they immediately offered blankets and anything you ask! Very reasonably priced!!!

HORRIBLE management/customer service but beautiful spa & decent services. Do NOT get a membership! Theyll take your monthly membership fee but then flip-flop on what the membership parameters are. if you insist on receiving the services you paid for, theyll argue with you. when I finally received my last service, I was treated very poorly. not worth the stress & headache. Disappointing since had thoroughly enjoyed my first visit

I had the best massage I’ve ever had today at the Cave! My girlfriends and I are here celebrating one’s birthday and the wonderful blessing of sisterhood. From booking through today’s treatments, the service and professionalism were wonderful!! It’s worth the trip, even if you don’t live in the area. I look forward coming back. This place was almost perfect until I received my facial. My facial was pleasant but the music that the technician proceeded to play on her phone over the soft instrumental music that was playing throughout the building totally ruined my relaxing and enjoyable experience. Please advise all technicians to not play their personal music in the rooms unless they are using their AirPods/Earbuds. Other than that I have no complaints.

The cave helped me bring on my 30th birthday in a relaxing tranquility experience. The staff was helpful and friendly from the time I stepped in the door. The darkness and music was so relaxing as i transition to each service. I received a massage, facial, and a session in the salt cave. Every service was exceptional and the unlimited mimosas was a plus. I would definitely recommend to give it a try.

This place was wonderful. The staff was very nice. My massage was done by Jo Dean she was so good my husband and I are going back today. My experience was so great they will be seeing a lot of me. I hope the staff stays positive and nice. And the place was very clean I felt way more happy and relaxed when I left. I went on April 7,2021

Super impressed with the professionalism and warmth I encountered at The Cave. I stopped in with my mom to get a certificate for her and fell in love! The staff is welcoming from the door. I ended up scheduling a intro massage. My appt was today and I was greeted and taken immediately to the back to sit in a large lounge chair and relax until my therapist was ready for me. Everything is very clean and comfortable . I had a glass of wine and put my feet up. The atmosphere gives you total zen feels. I was almost asleep before going into my room! The massage was wonderful . It was refreshing, I might add, to have a massage therapist who never made me feel uneasy when massaging the back of my head and having to touch my hair. Mimi was wonderful! I live on the other side of town but will be making my way over here for services! Thank you for such a Grant morning!

All the staff was very personable. I had a massage and facial. Mimi did a great massage. She worked the knots in my shoulders and neck - she even got my rotator cuffs (which I really needed). Niesha helped me relax with a nice facial.

I took my husband here as a 1 year anniversary surprise. He and I were not disappointed. Everything about this black owned establishment was outstanding. The prices in my opinion are low. Will definitely be returning.

I have never been to a spa or salon with such amazing customer service. Truly, the best! I got four services while on vacation and each one of the ladies treated me like royalty. It was absolutely wonderful and I will definitely be going back anytime I’m in the area. Don’t sleep on this one, my friends. 10 out of 10 recommend you go!

My wife and I enjoyed our first massage at The Cave Halo Therapy and Spa. The staff and ambiance was great. The masseuse (Mimi) was very professional and made my wife an I feel extremely comfortable. We like to thank everyone for their exceptional service and we will make sure to visit again when we are back in Fayetteville. 😊

My husband and I were gifted visits to the salt cave. I was hopeful and excited about our visit since it was our first time. When I scheduled the appointment, I asked what we should wear as I had no idea what to expect. I was told to wear old gym clothes. I was not asked if we had visited before and was not told what to expect.Upon our arrival we were greeted with a hello and I proceeded to give the receptionist our Groupon coupons. We were then taken to the lounge area to wait, where we were given a small charcuterie plate of cheese, crackers, chocolates and were offered wine which was very nice. There was acoustic sounds that we believe was suppose to be the sounds of a thunderstorm with rain. This sound was very off putting and not relaxing at all.We then waited for a half hour, while we watched customers and employees come and go, back and forth while we waited with no explanation as to why it was taking so long.We were then told that the salt cave was being prepared for us (hmm) Our thought was that another couple was in the room and their time impeded on our time. Not sure why there would be a conflict since our appointment was made well in advance.We were then ushered into the salt cave where we entered and the door was shut without again any explanation as to what we should expect.The salt cave was a room filled with salt on the floor and walls and had dim lighting. The room was cold and there was a mist of what we believed to be salt vapors that came from a humidifier like machine.When our session was complete, a employee came to the door to advise us and we left. Needless to say, we were very confused and disappointed by our experience. We had hoped to possibly book massages at a later date, but unfortunately we will not be back.

My husband booked this experience for us on valentines day and all i can say is it was simply amazing, relaxing and the ladies are very professional. We did the couples cave, the bath experience was awesome and let me mention the couples message was the best!Derrick was the one who gave me my message and he was funny, professional and tentative ill definitely request him again. The cave is completely overhyped in my opinion. I’m not even someone to write bad reviews but it definitely did not meet my standards. I went in for the “Cave Flush” - it consists of detox tea, sauna wrap and belly wrap. First - it took the attendant almost 30 minutes to even get the blanket working so the heat actually stayed on. Second - The “eyelash bed” was extremely uncomfortable - they don’t provide you the under leg support to take pressure off your back. Third - the attendant told me to take a shower and could get dressed - the body wash products in the shower were bone dry and caps already twisted off so I had to take a plain water shower. Fourth - I come out to head to the front and she checks me out but totally forgot my “detox tea” and doing my belly wrap. Fifth - the music is way too loud and not relaxing (it was like house music and rough jazz).I honestly feel the way they wrote the package is completely misleading. You get your sauna wrap there and everything else is to go (I don’t like that). I get having the tea to go if you start using the rest room but for those who travel more than 30 minutes to get there, it’s cold by the time you get home. And the fact you have to remind them about what comes in the package is a no go for me. I personally feel like they should re-structure the package and not charge $130 because it’s not worth it.

Great place to unwind and relax. The ambience of this place has been by far the best that I’ve seen so far here in Fayetteville, and the customer service is always great. Sitting in the salt cave is nice and relaxing. The MTs are nice and listen to your needs.

I loved the experience! The decor was beautiful and relaxing, and the place was so clean. They provided wine and snacks while I waited to be serviced. Great customer service. Mimi went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and to explain the service I was about to experience. Im so glad Hope Mills has a spa and its has a great location on Main St. I will be returning.

The cave was an amazing experience. From the time I stepped in the door I was greeted with so much warmth and professionalism. I truly felt like a Queen and I will be returning. I would highly recommend this spa and I’ve been bragging about my experience since I left. The perfect spa. The massage was one of the best massages I’ve ever received! This is my second time visiting The Cave the first time for a massage. I came on my birthday to get some relaxation in and I added the hot stones and aromatherapy to the massage everything was going good until I was told she was booked back to back with no buffers and she will be placing her earphones in because the music that was playing starts to sound like elevator music after awhile. Ok no problem with me right..wrong the entire massage she stated singing and humming whatever song that was in her ear. At first I was like ok maybe it’s just her favorite song and she forget where she was but nope on and off she continued to sing out loud while doing my massage. So whatever quiet and relaxation I thought I was going to get I didn’t. She also had her phone on vibrate for her timer she said but that was laying on the massage table so I could feel that as well and whatever calls she had coming in also vibrated.I have had many massages before but this was a true first for me. Not sure if this is allowed here at this establishment but if so I will think twice about booking again for a massage. Nice place and nice customer service just not what should happen during a massage in my opinion.

This is Such a Beautiful Spa, the workers were so nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice place to enjoy some “me time” and relaxation. They also have a package perfect for couples to go in together, wine down and have a nice couples massage as well as other services! Definitely a 10/10!

UPDATE: I talked with the owner and she offered me free services and told me that I’ll be refunded my $50 deposit. Waited and still nothing, called back and spoke with the manager & she had to get approval from the owner and to learn about my situation. She then calls me back and say don’t worry I’ll be refunded. Yet it’s January 3rd and I have yet to be refunded from December 20th. I’ll take this up with my bank now. This is ridiculous.A whole mess. Waited 15 min before someone even came to the front desk or even acknowledge us. While they are back there laughing & on the phones and talking. (Seen us waiting) Then come to the front Lying saying they been trying to call me for two days. Then I check in and they didn’t even book my appointment correctly. Wanting to reschedule me, I’m visiting from out of state. They overbooked that’s the real problem with not enough workers. And I did not come in late at 1:37pm I got there a little after 1pm for my 1:30pm appt. and waited so long the worker came out at helped me at 1:37pm. Pull out them security cameras to verify the time stamps. Just a whole mess and I will not return or recommend it to anyone.

I was very disappointed. When I first walked in everyone was super nice. My massage was good but it felt rushed, the guy tried so no complaints. But it was so LOUD. People slamming doors, you could hear people’s heavy foot steps and talking in the hallways as your getting your massage. And the jazz music in the hallways you could hear in your massage room OVER the music in your room. I just couldn’t really get relaxed. The environment is chaotic.

My husband booked a couples massage in the salt cave and it was amazing. We both felt detoxed and relaxed afterwards. We also appreciated all the little details including drinks and charcuterie as part of the package. A one of a kind experience

Upon arriving I was told that I shouldn’t have been able to book a 4:30 pm appointment because there was already someone booked in that time slot. But they gave me the option to wait for a 5pm time slot which I gladly took and waited in their lounge area. As 5 pm approached I made sure to stop at the bathroom before they took me back so that I was ready asap. At 5:07 I’m still waiting in the comfy chair…5:14 I’m taken back to the room. My massage ended at 6:08!! Well maybe a minute before but that’s how long it took me to get off the table to get my phone. I did let the lady at the front desk know but she didn’t really say anything other than she had to verify with the therapist. I still paid for my one hour massage even though I didn’t get an hour. I had high hopes for this establishment since I had seen great reviews.

The Salt CAVE was Wonderful. My body felt good, I wasnt in any pain. I havent takin anything for pain since I left there and its been 4 days since Ive been there now. Im looking forward to coming back again soon. The servers was really good also, and made you feel welcome as well.

Ambiance was perfect for a spa/salt cave experience. Tonya my massage therapist was amazing with her techniques she gets a 5 star. I went on my birthday. But my reason for not giving a 5 star is because after my amazing massage I also purchased the salt cave session. My Sister and I was told that we could keep our clothes on now mind you I had on all black and she had to go back to work. Well, I asked the other attendee for a robe because I wasnt going to get the full experience in my clothes. But mind you we were never told we would get salt all over us. During the session my sister had to remove her work shirt turn it inside out. Then use it to cover her hair style she just had done. Just wish that part would had been express to us. But I reschedule another appointment for two weeks. I would recommend 👌🏾

Let me just start off by saying thank you for making my birthday an awesome one. The staff were very knowledgeable on the different types of service I was to receive and they were very detailed when answering my questions. They were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make certain that I was well taken care of. The CBD bath did exactly what it was supposed to do, and the massage and body scrub was phenomenal. I am very pleased with the service I received and I will definitely be back.Edit....I received a Brazilian wax from Neisha and let me tell you she is now my favorit esthetician, not only did she keep my mind occupied during but she was okay with letting me be myself during the process. She is also my go-to person for my facials.Laquita was amazing with my massage. If you ask for her to target a certain area she listens then she goes to work.

This spa is GREAT. Very professional black owned business. The setting is a very soothing aroma therapeutic spa. They offer you a drink before and after the massage. The masseuse that did my massage was excellent, felt very relaxed and comfortable. I recommend this place to everyone that’s looking for a massage.

A dear friend of mines opened this amazing spa its everything I love from the decor, the vibe, the ambience, the refreshments, the staff, the lighting... Simply everything was amazing!!! This was my very first Brazilian wax and Ive always wanted to get one but I needed the place to be amazing and I found that at the cave. One word BRITTANY. Brittany was simply amazing. She explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable. She did an cleansing exfoliation steam treat before my wax. She then made sure the temperature was perfect and just right for me. She was very gentle and made the experience so amaei booked my follow up before I even left. I will be at The Cave every month for my ME TIME ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I took advantage of the free promotion The Cave had offer for the salt cave today. It was amazing, Sahara was very tentative with providing water and mimosas 😋. At the end of the session we were provided small salt samples to try. I will most definitely try other services next time.

My husband and I visited this place for our anniversary for couples massages. The massages were good. We were greeted by the receptionist who wasn’t wearing a mask and the therapists kept pulling their masks under their noses. I think that’s super unprofessional because we’re in the middle of a pandemic, yikes. I also would like to add that in our package, it said we would get wine and cheese, but we just got wine, so we were kind of disappointed in that. We probably won’t be going again for those reasons.

Where do I start? I am so glad this business has come to town. This companys customer service is right up there with Chick-fil-A. I was immediately greeted by the front desk staff with a warm welcome upon entering the building. They explained my service options with great detail and helped me select the service that best fit my needs. Oh, did I mention how beautiful and relaxing the atmosphere was?!! I will definitely be back!

I dont know what type of reviews these are but they are not 5 star quality. To begin i was reading reviews and checking out their Facebook page and thought this will be perfect for my up coming birthday, the sweet package which includes a facial, massage and the salt cave. I gave them a call on Thursday to book an appointment for today, Saturday March 6th at 1:30. The lady took down my information and an email was sent to me confirming my appointment with a breakdown of what and how long I would be in each room. I was excited as heck. Fast forward to today. Its spa day! I arrive at 1:10 (per my email to arrive 15 minutes before my session started, great). I walk in and told them I was there for an appointment and who I was. The lady at the front desk tells me they have been trying to call me because my massage needed to be canceled due to the massage therapist leaving. I was not happy so I did say I didnt get any calls, they asked for my number I gave it and she talked to the other co workers and said I dont know where she got that number *my number was wrong in their system however you have to fill out consent forms via email which I did which I put not only my name email and PHONE number, they never checked to see if their number on file matched mine. So they sort through it amongst themselves and let me know they had to switch stuff around basically to accommodate me since I wasnt going to reschedule as I was moving. Okay so finally I get back in a waiting area and a lady by the name of Brittany told me she was going to be doing my facial. Finally I can relax. In the room she explains everything & steps out so I can undress and put the robe and slippers on. She came in did her thing but had to keep leaving every few minutes to either get product or what I am guessing is say something to the lobby because its not a quiet place and not enjoyable nor relaxing for being a spa. The facial was the best part and I moved on to the massage. Tonya was her name and she explained what was going to happen! Great I thought I need this im ready for this. Wrong she talked to me the entire time about her personal life. Not relaxing at all and I learned everything about her personal life and believe me it was not relaxing to hear about a drunk who shoots up his house. Okay so Im done. Im told to get dressed and head to the salt cave. I sit down and another lady tells me a few more guests will be in to join then the session will start. 2 ladies walk in and the processes starts. About 10 minutes into the session we all begin to talk about the experience and found that we were not happy with the services since the quality of what we were getting was not worth the price. They drove from out of town and well they can tell their story. We believed it was us since these reviews were great. In the middle of the conversation the front desk lady walks in and calls me by name to tell me my session is up. I didnt think anything of it but I did hear the ladies ask how much longer they had. We get to the front and I express how I was not happy with the service and told the lady I felt she was rude as it was not my fault they didnt do what needed to be done to fix the problem but instead made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I go to pay and say I will be writing a review so people know how my experience went. I was told I owe nothing. Keep in mind I didnt ask for anything I wanted to pay and leave since I was more tense than when I walked in. All the girls were in the front after I told them about the massage and what was talked about and they said I cant believe she did that, why did she do that. I left. Not 15 minutes later I got a personal Facebook message from the owner as well as an email and her husband called me to here my side. I told them and still said I was writing my review whether I was being charged or not. I do appreciate them reaching out to correct and apologize. Also note I got an email from the front desk staff as well. Ill gladly show pictures. Lastly the owner asked why I was removed before the other guests.

Me and my wife went here about a week ago, this was my first time every going to a spa.. Little did we know the air condition units were down the day of are appointment, they never even said anything about it until the end.. Didnt offer for us to come back or nothing, but other then that it was good

Starting with reservations the receptionist was super awesome and sweet. She was able to accommodate my girlfriends and I for a relaxing spa day. Arriving at The Cave, the ambience was absolutely peaceful...its everything you imagine your massage experience to be. Now when I get a massage I love me a glass of wine. They had WINE!! My massage therapist name was Me Me, she was THE BOMB DOT COM!!! When she asked me what areas to focus on..she nailed it. I felt so loose and free. I felt all of the stress from work, life, and this pandemic gone away. The salt cave was perfect. You know when something is good when you fall asleep and start snoring lol.Long story short lol...This is one of the best massage places I have ever went to in NC. Thank you so much for your customer service and I loved the Mid day Saturday crew!SN: I want the whole works when I go back. They have a wet cave too yall! Go check em out.

I booked my mom a massage here and while I waited for her the staff treated me to wine and cheese and a free short session in the salt cave! They even had my momjoin me in the salt cave for a bit as neither of us had been to the salt cave before. The staff were super nice and professional! I would highly recommend this place!

This place is charming, I had Mi Mi as service provider. She had a warm welcome, and very professional. The Quick fix is just what I needed. I recommend a membership with this establishment. Make Mi Mi your service provider. I promise you will Love it!

I booked this place for my birthday with a co-worker of mine. The first issue was when I called to book my service I was told I needed to pay a $50 deposit because I was getting a package of a CBD bath, salt cave and massage. That was fine but when my co-worker called she was told the deposit was $20. The Thursday before our services on Saturday, I was called and told the pipes were not working so there would be no CBD bath. I was very disappointed but rolled with it. Then the Friday before our trip my co-worker was called and told that we could not get massages at the same time and if we could reschedule for Monday! This was a weekend trip from Greensboro to my home town of Fayetteville and the answer was no. Then she was told to come at 2:45 instead of our schedule 3:00. I WAS NEVER CALLED. Nevertheless, we arrived at 2:20. We were given paperwork that we both completed. My co-worker was pregnant and listed this on the paperwork. She had also called earlier to cancel her CBD bath due to just finding out she was pregnant. After the paper work we sat in a room for close to an hour waiting for our services. We were finally taken back to the changing room and then to the salt room. Once in the salt room (and thats what it is, not a cave) we talked to another customer who has experienced much of the same issues. Once our salt room experience was done, a lady came in and told my friend because she was pregnant she could not get a massage. The lady went on to say, “Looking at you, I thought you were further along!” WTH!! I declined my massage as well. We changed back into our clothes, went to the front where I have my name two times and was then told I didnt play the $50 deposit that I had only paid $20. Im frantically trying to pull up my email confirmation only for three lady to turn the screen around and its my co-workers information shes looking at, not mine! They finally told us the services were free (not really because they kept the deposit). They later called my friend to apologize for the services. Once again I was not called. I know this is a new place. I dont want them to lose business just do better!

The cave is a hidden gem in the Fayetteville/Fort Bragg area. Amazing price for the quality of services and the staff is so professional and friendly. My wife and I did a couples massage and a soak in the tub and it was well worth it!

I went to The Cave on 1/8/2022 and it was so amazing. The office staff was very nice. The experience I had was awesome. Billy was the one who did my massage and I loved it so much. I would recommend this spot to everyone!!

I enjoyed Halotherapy last week. The staff are super professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The place is beautiful, clean, and they are following COVID protocols for social distancing, mask, and hand washing. I decided on halotherapy for my respiratory issues, asthma. I felt amazing afterwards from a breathing standpoint. I only wish there was a way to dim the lights. I did have a morning appointment so maybe next time I will go in the evening. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place.

So I went to the cave on 4/22 for the sweet swedish massage and it was all that yall. The ambiance of the place is relaxing not to mention my favorite wine. My therapist was JONATHAN....OMG he was fantastic he had me in there getting ready to leave my husband.....lol no but the staff was amazing the service was amazing and the prices and daily specials they have make it affordable for all.....You gotta check them out....

I really wanted to try this place out because it has a lot of different things compared to other spa places in Fayetteville so on Friday I had called to make a appointment for Saturday when I spoke to the lady she said come between 9 to 11 so on Saturday I came at 10:30 when I get there she tells me that my appointment was At nine and that they already charged my card and I was telling her that’s not what the lady said to me on the phone I don’t know who I spoke to but I thought that I would at least receive a email about my appointment and I didn’t receive that so she said I’m sorry but it’s a no call no show but I was explaining to her that this is my first time ever doing this I wouldn’t pay my deposit down if I wasn’t going to make it I’m just going off by what the Lady told me on the phone Friday and I was trying to see if I could at least get rescheduled for another day but she said no that their policy is if there is a no call no show then pretty much you are out of your money and I felt like that wasn’t right because at least give a person a chance if this is their first time it would’ve been better for them to just reschedule my appointment for another day instead of just taking my money and not being able to really help me .

I took my 13 year old granddaughter today for a facial it was awesome the staff are supper nice I will definitely be going back again soon. Just to see my granddaughter smile was worth every penny I spent plus spend ing time with her was great.

The salt cave was even prettier than I expected it to be. Sahara was welcoming and provided me with everything that I needed. I love the energy and I’ll definitely be back!

I called to book an appointment and Sahara was nothing short of amazing and helpful to all my questions, concerns and overall needs! She was patient and very informative. Definitely book with her!

Came here after a recommendation from my hair dresser and I am glad that I did. I originally booked the package that includes an hour massage, a visit to the Salt Cave, and a Strong CBD bath. Unfortunately they had some plumbing issues, so they gave me the option to either cancel or reschedule the bath service. I decided to cancel, so I was not charged for it.They have the option to fill out their required paperwork online, so I did that and didnt have to arrive until a few minutes before my appointment. The staff warmly greeted me and I was taken back to their waiting area that had a couple of massage chairs. There was relaxing and upbeat jazz playing as I waited. I was asked if I wanted wine, but couldnt have it before my massage, so I opted for the cheese and crackers instead. My massage therapist took me back to one of their massage rooms. The cave is well decorated and the lights are low and calming.The room was calm and relaxing as well; and my massage therapist, Jo, was so nice and understanding. I actually fell asleep a couple of times. I only wished that the jazz music was just a little bit lower as it was distracting at times.I was next lead to the salt cave. I was confused as I wasnt sure if I needed a robe or be fully clothed. I wasnt provided much instruction other than to take my shoes off before entering. However, the rocks inside the cave were super rough and difficult to walk on. The chairs were difficult to sit in as well. I found out later that they were recliners, but because of the material and them sitting on the uneven rocks this made the reclining process impossible. However, I was able to get in a few winks especially because of the glass of wine I was given.Overall I would come back for a massage, but not the salt cave. Also, more instructions and quieter music in the future would be great. This spot is much needed in the Fayetteville area as there are not

I called in for an emergency massage and got in within 10 minutes! That massage was GREAT! I was so happy and relaxed when I left.
