Hannah was the best employee ever!! And the store was amazing and huge!! It has isles inside not just glass desks and stuff on the wall. Plus the employees are amazing and the prices are amazing!! Even have items I havent seen or been able to find anywhere!

Bri was so helpful and really took her time to show me the stuff I havent used before!

Hannah 10/10 was so very helpful and also so kind! I needed a cart battery and she was quick to recommend me with what I needed! She also threw in one of her very on usb c charger that she brought and gave it to me just in case it went dead fast after I got it. Because I didn’t have one! I recommend this place to anybody. I will be back hospitality goes a long way.

I paid 60 dollars for a vape to take to work. I charged it the first time and it never worked again. They pretty much told me it wasnt their problem and showed no concern what-so-ever. It was all smiles when they took my money though. Ive been back several times to get help returning it to the factory(that I didnt buy it from) and have yet to receive it. My 6 month factory limit is almost up and still..... No working vap. Ill never go back.

We go here all the time and absolutely love it, the woman is so nice and friendly. She helps us with everything and gives us the best advice. They have an amazing selection and variety. It’s a great place to get everything you need in one stop.

They are friendly, and have everything from affordable cheap cigarettes to name brand cigarettes they also have a large selection of vaping pins both the disposable and reusable vape fluid and theyre very knowledgeable about all their products. In addition to the fact that they are also very well priced.

Bree was very helpful when it came to anything I asked about she had a lot of knowledge that sadly a lot of shop clerks now a days don’t have 10/10 definitely recommend anyone to stop by and help get Bree a raise she deserves it for sure !

On our stop over in Jackson, decided to check this store out as it was close to hotel. I found the male employee lacking knowledge of the vape oils they sale. He didn’t t seem to grasp the description of what I was looking for. He didn’t know the ratio blends and was just overall off putting. I would never have bought any oil had I not been running low. A lesson learned for me.

By far one of the best shops I’ve visited. Great selection of water pipes and vapes! Great Beer Cooler as well. Plus the cashier was very polite. I will definitely be returning to Tobacco World.

This is a great locally-owned business. Wide selection of very different products from anything youll find around here, always friendly service, and always good experience overall.

Love this place! I go probably a couple times a month. His vape juices are CHEAP!!! Some of the glass products are a little steep but over all great smoke shop with plenty of items!

Bought a $30 glass piece from them and they would not exchange it even though it had a defect. Girl behind the register was extremely rude and couldn’t even manage to tell me when a manager would be in to speak to.

This guy has everything I need everytime I go ,one time he was out of my coils but thats it and not at all like the other vape shops Ive been in. And his Fryd banana isnt 26$ like the other shops!!He has good prices

I purchased a butane torch. Day one it was spewing gas in all directions. Its not safe to use. I called and ask if they had a warranty or store credit even. The guy said no. Paused then said everything is made in China what would you like me to do. You lost a customer.

Absolutely love this place and the people there! I go there a few times a week even if I dont need anything cuz they are always getting new stuff.. Also with this Covid-19 so bad right now I go there becuz its truly one of the cleanest smoke shops around. And yes that matters to me.

I bought cookie grainger and charge it up then put tobacco in it and not working try to return it to exchange it abs she refused to do it says no refund or exchange I lost my 20 buck for it and I cant use it and I asked for manager she told me there is no manager grrr will never go back she is very very rude

Good place to shop for vape and good beer prices. The owners are hands on and will make sure youre taken care of. And they have a variety of cigars.
