Very good customer service helpful staff and good quality mods many to choose from. I really recommend the Saunders store much great variety to choose from.

Decent selection, good service BUT the prices here are INSANE. No exaggeration here either you will easily pay 30% more for the same products as other shops. The same vape my local store in Arkansas had for 89.99 this place has for 119.99. same exact vape juice my store has for 24.99 is 35$ here. The rewards program they have here is pretty decent though so if you spend 200$ you get 25$ off next visit or 100$ store credit after 500$ so that may even things out in the long run.

24/7 is convenient, just wish they had a longer return policy, bought two disposables both blueberry. Tried the second one a day later it tasted like chocolate or burnt something? With work and all didnt have a chance to return the product withing the 12 hour return period

Given it five stars because the young man that help us with some questions was terrific, he not only answer our questions on cbd oils(which they didnt have) but pointed us to another location where they might have some.

TERRIBLE service!!! would not let us redeem our store credit from a previous return because it was “expired” but the manager who awarded the credit failed to inform us of any expiration!! when asked to speak to a manager they refused and said they were unable to call them!! don’t go here!!

$37.99 for one bottle of juice head freeze is outrageous! How do they stay in business with prices like these? I cannot recommend this place unless you want to pay double than everywhere else.

This place is always locked when I go. I knock on the door, try every door on the building, all locked, and no one answers the phone nor the door. Just save yourself some time and go to the Guadalupe one, its just down the street from this one, and its always open.

I went in with a problem today and the employee a lady treated me great she was very understanding and concerned with my problem and quickly resolved what was wrong with more wonderful service given I dont mind going there more often.
