Roll N Smoke

Went in there to buy a vape took it out and tested it in there and everything was fine until I got in my car and went from fully charged to dead!! Went in there and asked for an exchanged and a staff member wouldnt then asked for a refund and wouldnt. The staff that sold it to me tried reasoning with him and told him I literally just bought it. But proceeded saying he couldnt do anything about it until I just got a little demanding and kept asking for a refund then he goes and calls the boss and the boss told him to exchange it!! Staff is very nice and understanding but the manager or leader there is just rude!!

I used to work there. A lot of regulars know me well and the new customers felt comfort in my service. I answered every question to the best of my knowledge, I made every customer feel at home knowing they had me working with them. However, the ownership and management of this establishment does not have any kind regards towards its employees. They are not allowed sick days and the PTO system is almost non-existent. I love this store with every fiber of my being, but they have no love for their employees.Editing to add; after leaving this review, the general manager banned me from the store.

The rolling smoke in Marshall, Minnesota is very very strict and very good to their customers. Unlike the other tobacco store that’s uptown give them a five star one uptown known.

Its the only one with tobacco packages around there, It has all you need but otherwise I believe if there was a set up where the small little bottles were up in the glass displays would make it easier to see what options one can get especially if just curious or still new to the product. Lighters that are really cool designed and all but difficult to inspect for purchase. Having Lighters seperate from torches to assure buyers dont need to keep asking for assistance on revealing whether its which type of product, since in long term and in consecutive times may get on peoples nerves.

Very nice- helped answer all our questions.my aunt, 80, has smoked cigs for 60 yrs, shes transitioning from roll own to vape, the fella was kind, patient with all our questions & we got him to grin. Were a little goofy. When in Marshall well return to this store. The reason for 4 stars I had to prove with gads of questions to get a more affordable apparatus for my aunt. It ought to be a regular question when making the transition. Be customer aware & friendly

When you show up to a business 10-15 minutes before closing with no knowledge on what you want and you leave more than satisfied that what you will get here. Im a rookie to cigars and the two young men working before closing took great care of me. With the large selection of cigars I wouldve been been lost they recommended different cigars to try also made sure I can properly store them while on the road. If youre looking for great customer service, a wide variety of cigars and other tobacco products this is the place to come. I have to update this so after looking online and comparing prices(we all know most of the the time online stores are cheaper) to what I purchases this site has very competitive prices for being a brick and mortar combine that with the excellent customer service and not having to wait online whats an extra .50c or dollar. 6 out of 5 stars.

This is the only good place to pick up cigars, vape juice, or anything smoke related anywhere near Marshall. Its a great addition to town, the gentleman who seems to always be there when I get there is super personable and friendly.

Conveniently located and open Christmas Eve; prices are about 75 cents less than your general convenience store. The downfall? Kratom.. Really? They sell Kratom which is an opiate and the FDA is working hard to label as a schedule narcotic. You want to sell CBD, fine, data supports therapeutic uses for this but Kratom? No. We dont need more addicted to opiates or derivatives of.
