This place is AMAZING!!! The staff is VERY knowledgeable and definitely know their products which helps the process exponentially! Joshua and Suzanne really are great people and I cant wait to visit with them again.

Turns out the LA vape ban did me a favor by forcing me to drive to TX. I don’t know that I would have found this place otherwise, but I’m so glad I did! Chill, knowledgeable staff with a huge selection of The Good Stuff. I was able to get a pod system to replace disposable nic vapes, AND I went home with an extra treat! I will be making the drive again when I need to restock, and I can’t wait to check out the new shop & lounge!

I had the pleasure of getting to meet an awesome worker by the name of Suzanne, who not only helped me pick great quality based on what I like but also provided personable conversation! Will be returning and am glad to have found a friendly atmosphere with such a great variety! Thank you again!

I love this place and the people here. I quit smoking in July 2018 with the help of Nu Age and I have vaped on and off since. Any time I have questions or need anything, they are always happy to help and very friendly. The staff is knowledgeable on the products and on current laws and regulations which is a big plus! I would recommend this shop to anyone whether local or just passing through!

Best place inn all of East Texas as far a Im concerned. Very helpful and personable. They take their time in helping you and explain things so you can understand if youre new to gaping. I wont go any where else.

I went here along time ago and wasnt very impressed, went here recently and was amazed. The shop is beautiful and the staff was more than helpful. They cater to just about every vaper out there. Awesome shop will be back. They are a little more than what you would pay online, but what shop isnt?, still very reasonable.

The folks there were extremely helpful. Ran into some of their loyal customers and they all have me great advice for my prince stick. I will most definitely be returning there for all of my vaping needs.

Mike and Leslea are the most friendliest, warm welcoming and knowledgeable owners. They are always there to help you out when you aren’t sure and guide you in the right direction. Great place with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Big selection of premium juices and mods. No house juices so the place is more for the seasoned vaper. But over all its still a good place to go for your vaping needs. Two spirited thumbs up. 😁😁😁

Driving through the area my vape (aegis mini) was no longer operational, stopped here to get a new mod, very good customer service, would highly recommend stopping by, would definitely come back if ever in the area again.

Theres nothing but good people here that are constantly making sure that Im highly satisfied as a customer. Theyre very friendly and helpful if I ever have any difficulty with my vape. Id definitely recommended anyone who wants to vape to come to this shop

Before I rant, I will say I did receive great service. My issue was with the product and the price point. I was in town visiting relatives and I lost my vape the night before so I went by Nu Age for a replacement. I was recommended the Smok Stick V8, which cost around $80. The lady showed me how to fill, maintain, and use this vape. I was pleased upon leaving...or so I thought. It wasnt until I got back home to Victoria Texas that things got bad. The vape pen started leaking, it doesnt hold a charge, when I googled some troubleshooting tips, I was shocked to see the exact vape selling online from $19-35. I feel completely ripped off and Im too far away to do anything about it. I understand small businesses do need to earn a profit but this is a little greedy in my opinion. Its 100% profit, if not more. I have to say that I will not be returning in the future.
