Today was my first time visiting the shop and when I say the service was 10/10 will definitely recommend and will be a loyal customer

Although the customer service is excellent, this place is very expensive when it comes to cigars. The sweet Jane cigar there $11.99 compared to ABCs , same cigar $7.49 buy six or more 10% off the price $ 6.74 per cigar 🤔

I came in the shop and they had a lot of different CBD options to choose from. Ashley was very helpful explaining all the products And helping me find what I needed

This is the third time I bought a recommended product from here and they were all garbage. I actually got 2 This flower is like a real flower trash .I will now go to your competition online they deliver also you lost a customer.

Usually, this place is an awesome location to get vape products. However, many of their vape brands have become defective which the staff knows about, and instead of attempting to take care of the customer, they blame the manufacturer, even though they’re the ones who selling the product. When Asking about options to remedy a defective product they already sold to provide any sort of real solutions. When asking when the owner would be in, they essentially advised that the owner is never in. So now I am stuck with 2 defective vapes that I was forced to buy since they do not provide refunds for defective items. I will be looking for a new smoke shop.Update:Since a reply was received, I’ll add some additional context. The concerns were raised in the store shortly after the sale and the manager advised she could swap out one or two defective pens but would be capped after that. Meaning after opening two additional defected products I would be forced to purchase it as she would not allow me to swap it out anymore (as if I could control whether something is defected) I initially asked to switch to a different flavor/brand and the rep advised I could just to later be told that it would have to be the same brand, resulting in an extra purchase on top of the defected vape. Which still did not work but after a 15 minute conversation with no real help, I decided to just leave.All in all they should have a better process for addressing these defect vape pen issues. Especially since the customer is not the manufacturer either and should not have to jump through hoops to address something they have no control over.The reply was merely to save face and lacks accountability which is no surprise since that was the entirety of my interaction.

I came in the shop they had a wide range of options to choose from and the customer service from Nicole was great!! I would definitely recommend

I visited this smoke shop recently and had an incredibly disappointing experience. I purchased a hookah, only to find out later that it was broken. When I approached the manager about it, they were completely unhelpful and showed no consideration whatsoever. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place at all costs. Terrible products and even worse customer service.

I felt really by the cashier here. A young hispanic American man. I bought two packs of rolling papers for 5$. It was a new 5 so it was crisp( I got change from The Dunkin’ Donuts beside it and he checked it like I had fake money 🤣🤦🏽‍♂️ that was so goofy and the reason he said was because it was very crispy. I wasted almost close to 10mins of my time because it was crispy🤣🤣🤣🤣🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

Hi I really appreciate you asking about what happened. I went in to purchase a battery it stopped working that same day of purchase. I put it back in its packaging and went back on my next day off . After telling the woman working behind the counter what had happened she asked to take a look at the battery. I handed the battery to her and she said immediately that it feels like someone had dropped it. Saying that the rattling inside the battery was because of a drop. I quickly tell her that is how a received it with the rattle and it had been working before that. She plugs it into a charger and says to me all I needed to do is charge the battery. she did help me find out charging the battery was why it wasn’t turning on. But she also told me that the rattle isn’t normal and had suggested I had dropped it. I just feel a little cheated over it knowing from the start I was sold a faulty product and the no exchanges rule denied me what I originally paid for. Scandalous. I stopped in to buy an elfbar and the cashier a young African American male rung me up for a $52 miscellaneous purchase. Their price on elfbars was $26. I CALLED AND THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT

Great selection however disposable nicotine is very overpriced. I paid 40 bucks for a Fume Orjoy 7500 Puff and I can get them in South Beach for 30 flat. May want to rethink that one! Also the person working seemed high out of her mind and could barely speak, and quite frankly she was flat out rude she should not be working in customer service she should be working a remote job where she doesnt have to speak to anyone.

Each time Ive gone here Jen has made it an awesome experience. I was a beginner hookah smoker when I first walked in the door and she made everything very easy for me to understand and make great choices in products. Great customer service. Ive bought 3 hookahs thus far and a few Cigars from here.... I get all my hookah supplies from here as well. Jen is the pretty lady with the cool tattoos😁.

I am not sure if the owner doesnt care but not answering the phone is bad business especially if you dont have a developed website. The young man in there was ok but he didnt know about his inventory.

I’m new to the area I’ve tried to come come in the store 3 times and every time I try to go in on business hours store is always closed and never pick up the phone! Mind you I’ve gone on different times always the same thing! I mean i live like 2 mins away why go somewhere else,guys have to get it together!

Called to get a price and the woman that answered the phone would not give me a price by phone. The prices are high compared to other shops. Also I think it’s outrageous to charge a 3% convenience fee for credit card purchases. When I said I would pay cash the red haired woman then offered a discount on my purchase if I used my card. I declined the discount and paid cash. Do your homework online prior to going to this particular store, you will be surprised about price mark up. Unfortunately it’s not always advantageous to do business with the neighborhood stores.

Seems like theres new management again, new face behind the counter but she wasnt nice by any means. The store was completely empty but she was still rushing me to get out. I knew what I wanted and had already asked for it, I asked to look around and I was allowed. Within less than a minute I was being asked what else I needed, I took it as a hint, paid and left. I stopped here because theyre open late, I no longer stop here unless necessary.

Terrible Experience. Very rude and disrepectful cashier. They sell a lot of defective products and the same mods at a higher price. Not worth it. Coming from a person that knows importance of value and customer service.

I have been to this smoke shop numerous times! I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store and never have I ever experienced what I did today! The red headed young lady with the glasses is very unprofessional! I will not be coming back to spend money in a store with staff that is disrespectful and discriminates against loyal customers! Just because I am BLACK, it does not mean I am a thief or that I am poor. Just because I am short, it does not mean that I am UNDERAGE! Stop stereotyping people, you will lose a lot of customers with this unfair treatment! If you are going to ID customers, make sure that you ID ALL customers. Do not pick and choose who you want to ID by the person appearance. This is AMERICA, people come in many different forms, shades, and size. I am truly disappointed and will not recommend this smoke shop after today!

Terrible. Don’t answer calls even when they’re open. Just forwards it instead. Very lazy employees and prices are ridiculous compared to other shops. Go to a different shop instead

Interesting little smoke shop. Has a little something for everyone (mostly for cannabis & vaping aficionados). I went there for premium cigars, where they have a kinda isolated room (a good thing) for them. What I would suggest is that the store runners up the humidity a little for them. Dont want the cigars going prematurely. Otherwise, a great, variable selection. 4.5 *s

I bought a vape in there 2 days ago and realized that it was leaking out the oil I bought for $40 in the store. Yesterday I couldnt go in because I had to work but I went in today to fix the problem. The juice atomizer cylinder part is cracked close to where the magnetic part is in the hive so you cant see it unless youre really looking for it. I brought it back in and so they could fix the issue and all I got were different options all of which has me spending more money for something that wasnt my fault. Thats stupid as hell and I refuse to spend another of my hard earned dollar in that store. I believe if you sell someone something that is damaged you should be responsible to fix it. I didnt get a replacement tube for the Hive, the battery is perfectly fine because as I said Ive only had it for 2days. Im super disappointed because the first representative I met was great and the reason I went back to purchase my vape from there but hell no never again!

Super helpful young lady behind the counter. Only Kratom I could find anywhere around. Not to mention they were open relatively early on a Sunday. If Im ever in the area and the need you better believe this will be my spot.

Sky High first opened around july, I remember when I first came into the shop: I was greeted by a gentleman who was very patient and happy while he was dealing with me. I purchased the big ball of hemp wick, a bowl, and a lighter. I later went back and purchased glass piece inside the display case with a frog in it and two dab pads.Now a little over a week ago, right before thanksgiving, I needed to purchase stink bags. As I had a long drive ahead of me I wished to use the restroom. Upon asking the young man behind the counter, who I had never met before, for the stink bags along with inquisition of using the restroom, I was in his exact words the boss only allows the restroom to be used by employees, customers arent allowed to us it. The cigar shop next door will let you use their bathroom.Ok, except the bathroom is in plain sight. So as a customer who has and is willing to spend money when I go shopping for items, the notion of turning down the bathroom to me when I need to use it, is bad customer service. And you will not go into any business which has bathroom in plain sight and they will not allow you to use it. As well as admitting the guy next door will have no problem allowing me (a customer from sky high..) to use his restroom. Which he did, I will say the guy in the cigar was very polite.As I do not keep my thoughts to myself, I told the young man in my exact words You should let your boss know, that a customer, told you to tell him, this was a bad move as the bathroom is right there in plain sight.Well the young man took it upon himself to be morally offended, and instead of taking my remark to his boss, he began to retort. I have no patience to argue with this young man so I just walked out to leave my girlfriend to purchase the bags for me. I went into the cigar shop, evacuated myself, and sat in my car.The young man inside of the shop refused to serve my girlfriend, even asking for her identification first. Until an older gentleman finally finished with his customers and served her.They have a good selection of glass and they are not terribly priced. However the young man behind the counter should learn respect, graciousness, and competence instead of behaving as the polar opposite, disrespectful, ungraceful, and incompetence.Will not be returning back, there are many other places to go.

I will never go back there again... Yesterday This worker LIED to me... The worker knew what type of product i was looking for and showed me a totally different oil that was for people who are trying to cure things like epilepsy and stuff The worker claimed it would do what i needed it to do and the product was no where near what i was looking for so i wasted 50+dollars and when i called the guy and explained he says i cant even get a refund... I am beyond upset that the worker lied instead of telling me what it really was for because that cbd oil does not get you high as it was explained to me.. Sincerely a very unpleased customer

Their prices are too high. I find lower prices for the same merchandise at other shops. Headquarters smoke shop in Hialeah is way cheaper. Ill give you an example, this place sells pipe screens at 5 for $1, but headquarters sells them for 10 for $1. Why does Sky High sell it for double the price? See for yourself and verify it. Rip off.

Today is 7/27/2021 11:15am the female employee that’s is working there at this Pacific time needs customer service training, everything time I come in the store she has some kind of attitude, example I asked for an item and she reply back what!!!, before then when I entered the store I got no greeting or welcome then I asked for a item that is located in a locked jar, she just stood there waiting for me to get it myself, many more incidents of rudeness.

Overpriced vaporizers. Found everything they sell online for way cheaper. Sold me a detox pill that didnt work even though the manager guaranteed it would. Do not recommend shopping here. Try out Headquarters or Cosmic Charlies instead.

Walk in this establishment, Purchased two products (purchased an item that was suggested from the employee) thinking that everything will be okay just to find out that one does not fit with the other, went back inside this establishment to exchange them.Could not exchange them because the product was outside of the package FYI did not leave the establishment stayed on property and the only thing he could say Its not only sorry but try to get me to purchase the proper Item that goes with the initial product that I already purchase. I am out of thirty dollars total waste of money on a product that im not gonna be able to use. I was very disappointed how everything was handled. Most definitely suggested you go to another establishment.
