We always have a good time here. Nice vibe good food. The bartenders are nice especially Fe, she’s always smiling and happy.

Horrible food poisoning from steak hoagie and chicken wings. The wings were disgusting and the steak looked like throw up. The drink was horribly made.

My boyfriend and I flew in from Portland Oregon for a Steelers game and we came here the first night. It was amazing owners are extremely friendly and accommodating their bartender was fast and she has an amazing attitude. Everyone working there is fantastic seriously. 100/100 recommend coming to this bar when you visit Pittsburgh. We will be back for sure

I went to this great establishment this weekend on our Steelers and ravens rivalry game. That chicken wings was excellent drinks without standing great service. Everyone walked in with a smile. The bar was packed. Everyone was laughing with one another joking out. Door was a smoking area so that would people could still enjoy this Dartboard ,pool table , A jukebox that plays music whatever you like on certain nights they have bingo and karaoke. They have a DJ on Saturday night that plays great music you dancing. Every time I come to Pennsylvania I go to the spot I enjoy the atmosphere the locations not bad parking is good a great place to go after any football game or to watch the football games ..

As a Steelers fan from out of town I came in for the theme- but I fell in love with the atmosphere! The bartenders/owners are clearly community oriented and it felt like talking to old friends. My girl and I ordered The burger and gyro expecting it to be the average bar food. They were both great and blew expectations out of the water. I’m coming back every time I’m in town from here on out for sure

Easily the worst bar in the city. Service is slow be ready to wait 10-20 minutes for a drink. Too many rules you can’t use the same card twice and if you wanna start a tab you gotta spend $10 minimum. Since when is there a minimum on tabs? And let’s get to the best part my aunt started a tab and some random guy at the bar told the bartenders that his drinks were on her tab and these clowns put his drinks on her tab without even asking her THEN tried to argue with her and still make her pay the tab with the said drinks the random guy added on there. This place used to be good but this new management doesn’t know how to run a bar or provide hospitality. They’ll probably reply to my review and call me a “hater” or say im being messy because that’s how unprofessional they are. The food decent though.

I love this place. This is one of my favorite places to get food , drinks & play darts! The bartenders are fun , polite & not to mention very beautiful. Very affordable drinks & food. ( my favorite is the pineapple margarita & my fish sandwich )

Every time I’ve been to Steel City Bar and Grub while under this new ownership, I’ve left none other than underwhelmed. The food is below average and the bartenders do not know how to handle even the smallest crowd. I went last night and the two women behind the bar did not know how to serve and take orders efficiently. My friend and I waited an hour between ordering before getting acknowledged. We got their attention and would be told “one second” but only to never be acknowledged again. It got so bad after being told “one second” and witnessing the bartender serve multiple people who sat down after us, we decided to leave. I could understand if it was a busy night but there were about 15 people standing around the bar! It was a waste of a night and I’m very disappointed. The Rumerz I knew would never! It almost seems like they are working to upset the customers rather than keep them satisfied. It’s very backwards and I left confused more than anything because I’m not sure what kind of establishment is being ran here but it certainly is NOT a “Sports Bar” like the name implies!

I had a really wonderful time when I came with my family and friends . We love Playing darts, also they have game night which is a really great time.. The bartenders are very welcoming I loved that.

Wide open space , good food good drinks. Was empty but has potential. Dj maybe on WiFi music kept cutting out and pausing. Sunday was rnb/karaoke night. It was more like singing along with song vs real karaoke but good place to practice singing

Wa a really fun djing karaoke on a Friday. I be there every Thursday though. 9-1am for karaoke.

I tried posting but said business was closed, i tried to edit previous post but dont know where it went. All I got to say the chicken sandwich was upgradeable, that bad...but the young bartender wearing saints jersey was cool...I was there for browns and when I went back in an older lady apologized for young man for no reason...dude was new but held his own???

This was absolutely terrible. I got pizza logs without marinara sauce and they are all burnt. I also ordered boneless wings with sauce and traditional wings without sauce and they messed that up. I thought it was doing better after new owners but its gotten worse. WILL NOT be going back again and neither should you. **Went in based on response and was greated nicely. Food was much better this time. Will potentially try again.**

There aren’t enough words to describe just how HORRIBLE this place is after new ownership. However, I will attempt to keep things short in this review. “Rumerz” has been a staple in my life - used to be an awesome bar with an incredible friendly staff, amazing (speedy) service, & overall top notch atmosphere. Now that the name has changed and new owners took over, it is the complete opposite and honestly disturbing to witness. The BIGGEST issue would have to be the customer service and bartenders!!! Can you believe that? At a BAR!!! They are RUDE, CONDESCENDING, UNPROFESSIONAL & the worst part .. SLOW AF. I’ve never seen such a thing in the service industry. On a slow night, there is no reason anyone should have to wait 1hr+ to be served a drink - it almost appears as if they don’t serve you because they simply just don’t feel like it .. just lollygagging behind the bar, no urgency, no care, no hustle. These bartenders should be replaced asap because there is no doubt in my mind they are the reason this place is losing business. Upon saying something to one of the bartenders about waiting .. their response was “you need me, so you’ll wait” .. unbelievable. This would have never been acceptable at the old Rumerz and it’s very disappointing. My advice to the owner: tighten up & pick better people to work on your team. You’re doing a disservice to the north side and the reputation of the bar having these kind of people represent your business.

The bar itself and the bar atmosphere deserves a 4 star. This review is for the kitchen.They served me moldy lettuce! I ordered a burger and fries and the fries came out WELL before the burger. My friend ordered a cheesesteak that had like 6 toppings. When it came it literally had two toppings, and of course one of them was moldy lettuce! Yummy!I told the waitress on staff. I think it went in ear out the other. There was no urgency or apologizing. Just oh okay. The response had me thrown off. Either way I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here. If you do please fully inspect all items!

I stayed in Pittsburgh for three days and stopped at this cool spot twice! Service was great, plenty to do- watch sports, play darts, pool or even pin ball. My favorite was karaoke night on Thursday. Super friendly, safe and diverse environment! Definitely a highlight of my trip, it was a whole vibe. Will be back for sure.

Been here twice. Not hard on the wallet. Lots of room to move. Adult atmosphere. Bar Girls/waitresses are on point and friendly. Highly recommend.

It took almost a hour on fries with cheese ask for bbq n honey mustard on side but didnt receive it then it took almost a other 40 mins to get me n my friend a drink but honestly it wasnt even that busy to be that slow service was great but waiting time was rediclous 💯

Tried to give it a shot twice due to it being new owners and lets just say Ill never go back. First of all you can smell them mens bathroom at the bar. Second, I tried to be patient but service is terrible. Food is even WORSE! I ordered well done wings, wings were under cooked and no.seasoning whatsoever. Drinks was more ice than alcohol....I can go on and on hopefully they get it together but they for sure lost a customer.

It was a fun upbeat place on a Friday night. They attract a wide variety of people which made for a good time. It’s definitely a place that I would recommend if your looking for somewhere to hang out. We also ordered wings while we were here. Definitely not the best wings I’ve had but not the worst either.

Really nice sports bar to hang out at. Happy hour drink and food specials till 7p. Barmaids are friendly, food is good and the prices are reasonable. They are COVID-19 compliant and the environment is very welcoming to all. You can also play pool, darts, or the lottery while you are there.

They are under new management. I ordered food never got it and they refused to give me a refund. Instead gave me slushies for my reimbursement that were susposed to contain alcohol but tasted like juice. Then i was stopped by security and told i couldnt leave with them. Was not pleased.

Very nice establishment. New menu items and new entertainment. Owners are very friendly, and kind. Great place to have a party or just an after work cocktail. Highly recommend going to this Sports bar.

Their shots are half shots.. you pay a lot of money for just a half a shot... then I had to get my food made twice because I asked them specifically to make my salad with no fries and they loaded it with fries so I had to wait again hungry. I had to buy my boyfriend another drink because when he bought his drink it was a shot so small Ive never seen it that small before.. then when I ordered a drink it was more juice than liquor... no we will never go back we already agreed to that....

This is definitely a local bar, I found it odd that most people paid cash, we used credit. It is obviously non-smoking, food was good very low priced and the cost of drinks were low. They have pool tables and other types of games. I think its pretty cool that on the bar they have chargers for your phone and Outlets so you can plug in your other chargers. The only odd thing is all the food was delivered including the drinks in disposable containers. It felt a little bit like being at a sports event. Parking was plentifull but we did park on the street.

I love this place. Its reasonably priced. Ive met good people here. It doesnt get so packed that its uncomfortable. And theres usually a diverse crowd. I wish there was more dancing but it is a sports bar. Great specials too.

Great happy hour and love how it is a smoke free bar but the patio is open the whole time and even enclosed in winter so your not freezing your behind off to hit the pen or smoke a few times. Fries and wings and even the deep fried twinkies are to die for!

I was visiting from out of town and met there to eat, drink snd socialize. I had to produce a photo id and have my purse checked by police officers. My id was held up to a camera. Security was busing the tables. (You cant make this up!) The smoothie drink, however, was good. Large tv screens were good for watching games and music videos. I liked the diversity of the patrons. It was a different experience for me. I probably will not return.

The Happy Hour for drinks and their food are really good. Some of the sour face bartenders could use a little bit more personality there, other than that the people who come and spend their money (the Patriots) is what makes the place fun.

If you want to be robbed by bartenders then by all means visit here. Went here last night on Christmas Eve. Everytime the bartender gave me my change from a drink,SHE SHORTED ME A DOLLAR,Each frickin time I had to tell her...umm yeah Im take the dollar you kept AGAIN! Other customers had to the same complaint..thats one of the oldest tricks in the book...Anyhow this girl is trying to hope people dont notice and keep a dollar each time..So if you wanna deal with scumbag con artist bartenders..Bye all means visit here!

Horrible smelt like and old folks home and it took 45 min to get salt fries with no patrons when I order but the entire crowd that came after me had food first and I only ordered fries never again I wish I could rate this a zero

Food is pretty good especially the bbq fries. Drinks wont take you broke....music is decent and they have a few nice pool tables a d dart boards. Food place to watch a game too

Stopped by for the first week of NFL Sunday games. Cheyenna Senchisen was working. She asked us what we were ordering and quickly explained the Covid rules to us. Any slow service was due to multiple customers wanting drinks at the same time. If I lived nearby? I would stop by often for the games.

Drinks are priced right and made right. Was at the bar up the street before we came here and we left after one drink so me and the hubby came here and love it. Way better atmosphere and the bartender was way nicer.

Free pool is nice. But the last I was there I ordered a chicken salad. It resulted me having diarrhea. And the drink are too high.

Ok local place. Definitely cheap but a little crazy about checking ID. Im well over 21 and they checked my ID 2 times. A little odd.But cant beat the prices and plenty of TVS

Horrible service. French fries (with RAW bacon) and 2 small (I mean SMALL) Vodka cranberries for $16. Smelled awful in there. Save yourself people, dont go there. Also, they call themselves a sports bar but didnt have the channels for the sports game...

The service was slow, some of the items on the menu were not worth it, but they did have a nice set up and good drinks. If the pool table were open it would have been better.

Good food, music, and happy hour drinks are a extra treat, but love the deck so we can smoke outside and enjoy weather a time and its heated in the winter!! Several TVs to watch sports!!

Rumerz had changed its name to Rumerz Sports Bar and Grill, installed new big windows lots of TVs 135 inch big screen TV big dance floor, New menu and drink specials and now new out side deck.more. lot of fun

Its like Cheers for the Northside... you are bound to know people.. has many large tvs to watch sporting events. The deck is open on nice days/nights and the drinks are always on point

Not bad, it was empty, had the wings they were ok. Karaoke night. Watched football, basketball, had music.

Worst place. We sat at a table for 20 minutes with no service and only 2 other partons in there on game day 4 hours before the game!!!! Bartender just kept looking at us and never came over or sent a waitress. Will never go back!!!!!!!
