Great surprise... I received a gift card for my birthday for a couples massage... It was spectacular.. Yanetsy and Mario took care of us.. I highly recommend this place.

I went with my husband for a couple’s massage and it was the best experience we’ve ever had. Both of us left there very relaxed. I highly recommend them.

I booked a 60 minute couples massage for my husband and I and normally when you book the receptionist if you prefer male or female therapist. Well when we got there the young lady tells us they only have a man and a woman. I said to her, why didnt you mention that when I booked? She said we never disclose that information I said but if I booked a COUPLES massage, why not mention that? She proceeded to say most people will tell you what they prefer I told her listen, weve gotten several massages and every time we booked we were asked what did we prefer anyway we got the massage but my husband took the male but only let him massage his back and shoulders. The female was HORRIBLE! They both walked in the room speaking Spanish and I said no, English we dont understand Spanish. She had no clue what she was doing! Worst massage EVER! My husband was ok with his back massage. I would not be going back and I DONT recommend anyone go!

The disappointment is big. In good faith my husband gave them full payment plus tip up- front since before Christmas for treatments. I’ve yet to be given an appointment to receive treatment. The person who does the treatment has so many excuses for being out, I got the whole run around as to why they couldn’t find their own employee. Too complicated for trying to b well.

I just had the most amazing experience with a couples massage here with Yanetzi and Mario. They are very professional and make you feel extremely comfortable. You can tell they are very skilled and I would highly recommend this to anyone!! I did the 60 minute massage with hot stones (which are amazing and a must try) but I will definitely be back for the 90 minute one next time. This place is amazing !!

Excellent customer service and massage therapists. My fiance and I got a couple massage, it was really good. You can tell the difference before and after. One of the massage therapists assigned to us couldnt come, and they quickly found a replacement, so we didnt have to reschedule. I highly recommend this spa 👌

Excellent service and treatment variations! Staff is super personable and attentive. Spa very clean and pleasing. I have gone several times already for massages, RF therapy, facial and paraffin services. My skin is a bit sensitive and they worked with me to try to find the right treatments. I was in shock with how awesome the RF therapy left my core, back and legs. Hands down one of the best body massages and I have gotten plenty from other specialists in other places. I will continue to support this lovely establishment for their services, attention to detail, professionalism and staff.

They stayed open late to get my hubby and I in for a couples massage on his bday before we left Miami at last minute. We had two amazing therapists with different techniques that were happy to trade back and forth so we could both experience their amazingness! Facility was extremely clean & relaxing. Everyone was very kind & they were very professional and aware of what questions to ask to make sure we benefited from our massages as much as possible! We will be back!

I just spoke with a lady on the phone made me not want to book here. When I spoke with her, I asked her about fulfilling the full time booked for my massage, as the reviews I seen here do not indicate that that is so. She became defensive & said there are no such reviews. I told her it was, thats why I asked, but I asked her to just let me know if my 60 minutes will be met. She ignored that & focused on the reviews that she said I was not telling the truth about. She said she is on Google now & doesnt see the reviews. I told her to click Lowest. I have no reason to lie, just answer the question. She said well if it was two years ago then we have different owners from then. She continued to try to go back & forth with me about reviews instead of my reservation inquiry. I told her Nevermind on booking. Extremely unprofessional. First she said I lied about the reviews, then said the reviews are old from previous owners. Do not expect professionalism here

Gifted a massage and body scrub by my daughter and truly enjoyed my visit at Bwell Spa. I had an amazing massage by Yanetsy, she has magic hands. I was treated with so much care from the moment I walked into the Spa. Maroly, at Reception was so so sweet when I arrived and made me feel so welcomed. Definitely will visit again. Very nice experience my husband and I got a groupon for 60 min deep tissue couples massage. Overall the massages were amazing we both agreed our experience was lovely they were able to accommodate me being pregnant and actually had a prenatal masseuse which I was so surprised by. They had nice relaxation add ons like aromatherapy and cbd oils which my husband enjoyed. Only reason I didnt give the 5 stars is because we arrived 8 to 10 mins late (Which I communicated to them before my arrival incase I would have to reschedule) and were unaware we had to fill out some questionnaire which cut even more into our 60 mins by the time we got a room and the ladies came in we had lost 25 plus mins to the massage time. They are usually booked back to back appointments so I will assume that is why I wasn’t compensated for the time lost in the setting up. I recommend arriving earlier then your appointment so you get your full 60 mins. They should tell you that since it was my first time I didnt know. The massage felt a bit rushed since they had to catch up for the next appointment and I was relaxed at the end but I wasnt able to fully enjoy my experience we got there at 4:10 got in the room by 4:25 waited for the ladies to enter the room and they finished right at 4:59 so it was lovely but we left feeling like we wanted more time.

We purchased a groupon for a couples 90 min massage and it was such a great experience. The place is clean, the front receptionist Adis was so welcoming, professional and nice. She really made an impression offering us hot tea and chocolate. The appointment before us started late so we could not start on time. She was very sorry and even offered us an additional free upgrade of hot stones which we both enjoyed more then we thought. Our time was not cut at all because of the tardiness from the previous appointment. Mario did an excellent job he really worked on the areas I requested. He definitely knew what he was doing and I felt relieve from the knots I had. The only thing was the sheets were a bit thin and I felt cold towards the end but I get cold easily. My husband didnt feel cold at all so it could just be me. Overall it was great and we will definitely be back.

Honestly I don’t write many reviews. But this is the best massage I have ever had!!! My massage therapist Abel, truly knew what he was doing and really took the time to focus on my problem areas. Leaving here feeling better than I have felt in months!! Very professional/friendly staff & amazing service! Definitely going back. Thank you 😊

Husband and I just left. The receptionist was so kind. She was informative, punctual, and had a great spirit. She is a keeper. For a couple that get massages on the regular, it was by far the best massage I’ve had in my life!! I typically go with a woman, but opted and went with the gentleman therapist. So glad I did! Hubs went with the young woman and said his massage was equally the same and liked the firmness and depth of the massage. If you like great hospitality and a deep massage, this is the spot.

I needed this massage, i did a couples package for my husband and I, very relaxing I fell asleep. My muscles are very tense because of the work I do.. but after this massage, I felt like I could do three more hours.90minutes was not enough..The atmosphere was sooo soothing.Really clean, they really took good care of us.I HIGHLY recommend this place..

First time doing a 90-min couples message and let me tell you! It was phenomenal ! The staff is very attentive and knew what they are doing. The music was relaxing. We actually fell asleep! Lol. They stretch you well and apply warm oils to help you relax. We will definitely be returning :)

Went here at the recommendation of my friend, and no lie this the best massage I ever got in my life. I booked with Abel for a deep tissue massage and usually whenever I get them at other places, I always feel like it didn’t quite hit everything. But here I legitimately got every knot out. On top of that, the staff is so friendly and accommodating and so personable as well. Definitely can’t wait to get another when I come to Miami!

The B Well staff is experienced and provided me with great service. The atmosphere in the clinic is super relaxing. Really cool space. My laser hair removal treatment was excellent and I plan on going back to get my lashes done. Highly recommend.

I did the couples massage for 90 minutes and it was incredible. So relaxed after our massage session. I also did a facial with microneedling. Pilar was so knowledgeable and gave a great facial. She really listened to what your concerns were and addressed them. It was the first time I did microneedling and I loved it. Their service was great and professional. Cant wait for my next appointment!

The spa location is small but I love to support small businesses. I paid for a 90 minute couples massage and ONLY received a 60 minute massage. The couple prior to us finished their massage at 2:05 by the time the room was sanitized and ready for us it was 2:20 once I laid down the last time I saw the time it was 2:25pm shortly after the therapist came in and attended us. My massage felt extremely rushed which at the end I understood why but they should have charged for a one hour massage instead of the 90 minutes. When one goes to a massage it’s time for them to relax and not feel rushed at any given point.One suggestion for the spa. Allow at least a 15 minute gap between the massages so the therapist can sanitize the room and use the restroom without consuming the next customers time.

I love my experience every time I visit! The Spa is CLEAN and SMELLS RELAXING! The receptionist is very welcoming, thorough and friendly. Genesis is an amazing massage therapist! Genesis has very good techniques and really helpful with easing all my achy muscles! Can’t recommend Bwell Spa enough, they’re awesome! 5 stars🤩

I’ve had a few massages at the facility and even before a triathlon, I loved it. I truly recommend them. Not only is their staff professional and helpful but they facility is so clean which is a plus! They offer man services, just a phone call away! Will definitely be back.

My husband and I just left the spa after purchasing two 90 minute massages. Our massage was suppose to start at 2pm, however we started at 2:10 and it “ended” at 3:25pm (15min early). During the entire time, loud music was playing next door nonstop. Imagine trying to relax but having loud music start and stop from next door’s dance studio? Not very relaxing at all. Also, their own music was not working, so all we heard during the massage was next door’s music and the therapists moving around. I had to suggest to play my own music from my phone to try to salvage the situation. I expressed my disappointment to the receptionist and all she said was “I understand”. Nothing else was offered, which I honestly felt like it should have been considering we were pretty disappointed with the overall experience.

This was indeed one of the best massages my fiancé and I have gotten in a while. The fact that they run a hot towel through your back, it leaves a very relaxing sensation throughout the massage. They also massage your feet, and that’s where most of our stress lies in our body, especially when you work on your feet for so many hours. Then they turn off the lights and cover your eyes while they massage you. It leaves you very relaxed almost to the point you fall asleep haha. No kidding.I would definitely recommend this to anybody who is looking for a very relaxing time with a beloved one or to treat themselves for a time away from stress.

B Well Spa is a hidden gem. This med spa has it all from massages to laser treatments to injectables. I have visited on various occasions for different treatments and their staff is always friendly and professional. They always make you feel important and well cared for which is exactly what you need when you want to be pampered. Their massage therapist has magic hands and their facialist is great. Ive also had botox and juvaderm done with great results. If you are looking for a spa where you can find it all at a competitive price and with professional staff do yourself a favor and check them out.

It was a great experience overall! I would recommend and i would come back! The only issue i had was that i didn’t receive the full time of the massage it was 15 mins short of the time paid. I didn’t make a big deal about it but i would question it if i returned.

I was recommended this place and omg I do not regret it at all! I’ve been struggling with acne lately and so I saw their specialist Pilar. Besides being super professional she was very informed which of course made me feel really comfortable being in her hands. She used their house products “Bwell” and I instantly felt and saw results. Moral of it all, definitely do not regret it and I recommend this to anyone also struggling with acne.

I received PRP treatment for preventative hairless and it worked GREAT! In 90-days my hair was noticeably thicker.
