It’s a little place but a lot of fun with great and dazzling drag shows combined with a good Dj mostly Latin musicCome with friends and positive vibes to support the communityThe entrance cost you 10$ and the drinks are fair price I didn’t see any rule of -drink per hour-clean bathrooms and plenty space outside . PLEASE READ THIS. The drinks they serve at the bar are not the right Alcohol brand. I asked and paid for Grey Goose, and my buddy asked for whiskey. They did not taste right. Please beware! Fake liquor! Never again. Also, the place was empty and dead. Never again... what a shame.

The “show” will literally put you to sleep. Find another option if you want to be entertained.

As a latin queer man I absolutely loved this place. The DJ was great, the song selection was really good and the transitions between songs didn’t feel rough. It was my first time watching a drag show and it did not disappoint. All the queens did a great job. The overall vibe of the place was 10/10. It’s 18+ so I was able to enjoy the show with all of my friends. Great experience for a $10 cover fee. Will definitely be coming here again

We love this nice little latin gay spot. Not sure why all you queens are giving this place only one star! Very friendly bartenders, great drinks, shows and music! Great outdoor patio to chill and relax! Dance the night away!

Very nice shows , if you don’t speak / understand Spanish you should bring someone who can with you . They put tables in the middle of dance floor drastically reducing the space for dancing . Bouncer at door needs to take some classes on customer service asap

Be very careful with safety, I went to the bathroom, there was a big line whish is normal once was my turn 1 guys skip the line and i tell please do the line just in front of the lady in tha batt who let him in he was a vzlan guy and i think can be friend of the worker lady not only skip the line also insult me.. I immediately left the place.. please azucar in order to the people safety if u have full house i recomend more security ...

Do you know the bouncer at Azucar? If not you’re not going in. Literally first in line for the queue watching people they know kiss their cheeks while people wait. Told us the club is full but they must have let 12 people they know in . Corrupt bouncers corrupt club

Paid $10 in cover fee to get in on a Sunday. Definitely worth it! It is a latin gay bar. Drinks were reasonably priced and the drag show/music was really fun. After a certain point the drag show stopped and the floor was open for dancing. Good music (a mix of mostly latin, hip-hop and edm) and vibes, with a very active dancing crowd.

3 because I couldn’t put a 2 1/2 lol... sooooo, I called the club around 8 PM because I was interested in seeing the drag show. They told me they open at 8, drag show is at 10 PM. So I waited for until 930 to leave my hotel so that I can get there by time of the drag show. There was a cover charge of $10 And the place was empty !! Well not literally.. but only the employees were there. I couldn’t sit because it cost over $100 to reserve a table ( includes bucket of beer & tapas ). The cost of beer and drinks were ok, normal pricing. The bartenders were welcoming (reason for the 3 stars, it could have been 1) the entertainment got there late!! I stayed until 11:30 and the show still did not begin.. smh.. before I left I asked a lady employee what time does the show begin and she said WHEN IT GETS PACKED. If you decide to go I suggest going after 1130.

Paying a $10 cover for a whole in the wall small bar after $10 parking with EXTREMELY overpriced drinks ($7 Coronas and $12 watered down drinks) is absolutely absurd! Pulled out cash to tip the queens in their show and got charged $7 fee. NEVER AGAIN!

The place reminds you about how Latin-American gay bars are, along with some of the performances, they bring joy to the audience, different than other gay bars in miami, this place is actually very modest and conservative. Remodeled recently, now it looks a little bit bigger.Bartenders are friendly bathrooms are overall clean but I would like for the music not to stick with the Latin vibes for such a long time, that’s it, and more performances !

I went to Azucar many many years ago and i did not like it too much, but i went recently at the beginning of July, before my birthday party on the 17th of July and my perception of Azucar changed this time. Bad service starting from the administration my husband was charged in hus debit card 3 times we had to call the bank and have his account blocked and beside that we had to pay the bill in cash $144, it is also kinda weird that they have the cashier in a hidden room with all the cards from other people. Something i also didnt like was that the lady natasha told the situation to a random client that came in the moment just because he is the best client she has more respect for us. Be. Careful by leaving your cards with them pay cash or with card right away and thag you see it.I wonder how many people they had stolen and dont even know.

Awesome! Like to have drinks there. Descreet place for people that want to fly under the radar. Great for people watching and not having anoying guys hit on you. The Spanish bartender is great (El español)... He knows my drink before I order it, he is fast and quick. I dont like to wait 5 min for my drink, and he gets it. I dont like to pay cover, and hate the places that charge too much... This place is perfect. Love the Sunday shows. I reco Azucar

It was my first and last time in this place because it is a nest place drinks are very Spencer and the manager allowed everybody to smoke inside thats so nest cause people that are allergy like my self can get sick inside of this place! And they can get in trouble for it they should thing and enforce the law because that I know nobody is allowed to smoke in a public area!

This is a classic of Miami nights. The place is very latino so probably you will hear only Spanish around you. A lot of tourists go on weekends also. I spend many cool nights during my stay at Miami.

Never Been Here But Want to go so bad

Miami police, do you want a big time drug dealing place? Just go inside under cover, I am a neighbour of the area that did my homework....but the place keeps open, unbelievable. What do we pay taxes for?

Says on the website saturdays: get in free with the first drink on us before midnight. We got here at 11:42pm and the bartenders told us the free drink promo ended. At least we got in for free but it was dead (on a Saturday). Also, its supposedly nonsmoking with a smoking area outside but there are ashtrays on the tables inside and people smoking.

The best

The last time I was at this club I tripped over a protruding cement block which was built into the wall by the clubs owners, and I seriously injured my back. This cement block was right next to their emergency exit door and because there was no light in that area of the club, I therefore couldnt see that block, which i ended up stumbling over, and thus it resulted in my permanent back injury. A definite hazard, very dangerous!

In my life I have never had a bartender argue with a customer before... ever... First time here, I dont think Ill be back. Very unprofessional

The drag show is toooooo long. In NYC/NJ it’s only 1 hr. Please limit it. People want to dance.

Sooo I go into the club and there’s no one there. Me and my friend sit down at a table and get told it’s reserved. It totally ruined our night. The whole vibe was very off putting.

This place has become a refuge for defenders of the Cuban dictatorship until yesterday. It is a branch of CNESEX and Mariela Castro. Its a shame that what until yesterday was a refuge for gays expelled by Cuban communism and now a DEN for them. Cuban homosexual who respects himself. I shouldnt visit that site anymore.

My experience was the worst, the staff with a super arrogant attitude, the person at the entrance super rude, they should have a little empathy.

It has a very good atmosphere and good service, but I had a bad experience because I was robbed in this place. Be careful, its not the locals fault.

I was in this place last night, I only swiped my card once all night and two transactions appear, they should hire more honest people, thats called fraud and what a shame they lose customers for a few dollars. IM NOT COMING BACK ANYMORE!

I dont recommend it to anyone, I came just to find out about it and rather for a table they charge 250 dollars and half of the rumba is dramas and the other half is music, nothing to do with it, and you ask for a song and they tell you what the DJs do. This was my second visit, it had been 2.3 years since I came for the first time and I came to the place because of tik tok and Maritrinis show and on that occasion I had a super GREAT time BUT THE show last night was kind of boring, it was anything! Lets not even talk about the DJ, Maritrini gave life to that place!

Everything is great, just improving the music which is sometimes fatal and you miss Maritrini, the golobos and the dancers, also waiting for the venue to be bigger to see if you can dance on the floor before the show because with the amount of people tables that cover almost the entire floor it is impossible to dance, there are those who love the show and others who love to dance

I came from Chicago on vacation and my friends spoke very well about this place and I went to see it, nothing to see because you couldnt walk around full of people who put more people in than normal, they smoke marijuana inside, there was no place to sit, only you rent a VIP, the truth is, I had to leave because to enter the bathroom it took up to half an hour to enter and inside the bathroom they offered you drugs, what a bad experience, if you ever have the opportunity to go to Chicago, I recommend it, you can sit there without paying

Nigh club...very nice to spend Saturday night and some Sundays, share with friends, have some drinks, a cold beer and enjoy their spectacular show.

From the moment we arrived at the club we felt quite comfortable with both the music and the shows until at approximately 2:30 after the shows ended they only played techno and Cuban music. It is understood that the largest audience is Cuban but they must also please. the client with what they want on a musical level and variety. Opinion of our first time.

I have been visiting this place for years, it seemed better when the old administration was there, now it is in bad taste, the last time I went with my husband an employee of that place treated me very badly and threatened me, I filed the complaint with a lady named Natasha and I dont even care that everyone there is an accomplice because if it were someone else who apologizes or talks to their bottle picker employee, they should have staff who know how to deal with people, not treat you however they want, because I wont go to that place anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING, apart from the fact that parking is very expensive and the tables inside have reservations, they dont even have chairs at the bar to sit in, its getting worse and worse.

The place is super good, but the show is too long, it ends almost at 3:00 am and you want to dance, if you want to go dancing, go after that time 😉

The place has declined a lot. The man who works at the door has very bad form. He shows nothing to see when Maritrini Alexis is there. He showed terrible. And the empty place compared to a while ago.

Excellent shows, laughter, good presentations. You pay $10 for parking and the entrance costs $10.00. The space is somewhat limited and if you want to be seated you have to reserve a table, but the shows are still recommended.

First time I visited this place and last, if you dont have a reservation you stand the entire time, and there are no more seats, not even at the bar there are benches, after paying valet parking and entrance attendant to stand, the staff without a hint of kindness, they do not pay attention to you and as if they were all in tune looking at their cell phones (they get to see their cell phones and not serve the customer) staff at all attentive or friendly, I did not like this place, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, there are hundreds of places with friendly staff very willing to help the customer who all they do is spend their money with them

I thought about it more than 10 times before going because of the reviews it has. My experience was excellent. Good music, good atmosphere, handsome and enabling bartenders, economical and the Drag show on Friday was great. I loved the MC. I will come back on my next visit.

The music all has the same rhythm, they add it in the background, it is better varied, the same thing they play but without the rhythm that is constant and tiring. Everything else good.

Be careful with this place, first time I go but the worst experience with my card. It turns out that you order what you are going to consume at the table and they ask for a means of payment to secure the account, without imagining what they intend, you hand over your card and they begin to empty it with names of other entities and then they say that they were not there. They are thieves, be careful with this place.

I have been the Server of the place for 4 years and I remember perfectly what happened According to the comments of Juan Gabriel Rivera Noreña and Cristina Burgos since in all this time it is the first time that it has happened to me. And if I obtain clients cards as security when keeping an open account, be careful: It is not even passed for pre-authorization like in other places, unless the client authorizes me, unfortunately those things usually happen in Miami, and when your card was in my possession, according to this man they made two purchases on the Internet of approximately $80 each. I gave them my number, I told them that they would call the bank and that they would contact me because I am aware that this has nothing to do with me. Giving a comment on a site, good or bad, is within their rights, but the Accusing someone of having stolen money from your card when it is not true is a crime. The $144 they paid in cash, which was the only thing I charged, was the price of the Vodka service they took.

A good place to meet up with friends but lately the drag show is very long and it starts very late and the music is a marathon Cubaton reggaeton concert so much good music there isIt was a good place even to dance the old salsa that was very enjoyable. DJ needs to change his chip. It feels like a birthday in Cuba. If they are so obsessed with that music, then put something different on the patio.If it werent for the long and extended shows and the music, I think it would be a good place to spend a Sunday night.

I visited Azucar some time ago and I love it especially because of Mariloly and the Globos. On Sunday, May 2, I am traveling from New York and I would like to make a reservation near the track but there is no way to do it.

THEY HAVE TO BE CAREFUL ONE OF THE BBARTENDERS GAVE ME THE ACCOUNT AND HE HAD TAKEN $$24 TIP WITHOUT PERMISSION AND WHEN I COMPLAINED HIM I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS GOING TO GIVE HIM 15% WHICH WAS $$14 AND HE CAME PLUS HE WAS ANGRY BECAUSE HE TOLD ME I ACCOUNT FOR THE THEFT from him and he threw $$4 in my face and I told the person who collects at the entrance and he told me that I had to go to the office but that no one was there at the time. To complain.IF YOU READ THIS BE VERY CAREFUL THEY STEAL THE BBARTENDERS THERE
