They ask you to fill out an intake form. And on there I put I have eczema. When the guy was massaging me he kept asking are you sure this is eczema throughout the massage like I was lying. And then proceeded to barely touch my legs and feet (as thats where the eczema is). I said I know what it is I got it checked out by a doctor. Then after the appointment he said he thought it was ringworm. I get being concerned for his safety, but I wrote on the intake form which Im assuming he never looked at. Will not be going back. Waste of money as I wasnt able to get everything massaged.

Meagan was FANTASTIC. I felt very comfortable and at ease during the session. I look forward to working with her again!

Maegan provided a wonderful moderate pressure massage. I was felt tight muscles were worked out, but still felt relaxed at the end of the session. I would definitely recommend her! The front desk staff was also kind and helpful.

My wife and I both had great first time massages here. My massage therapist - Samara Raine - was very communicative and professional along the way, explaining what she was doing and focusing on and asking what I was comfortable with or not. We did not have an issue scheduling, and the front desk were very communicative when earlier openings arose as well. Overall, we had a very positive experience and will be going back.

Hadn’t had a massage in years. I finally decided to last week after my chronic pain encouraged me to make the appointment after a late 3 am shift. I booked the next available appointment that same day. Today I realized that I didn’t experience as much pain and discomfort as I usually do, and the release of tension has given me so much ease these past few days. David did my massage, he did a wonderful job! I’m so glad I booked it.

This studio offers a variety of therapists with varying styles and a very knowledgeable and helpful front service to help you find one that will best suit your needs. We got a membership for our daughter, but had to cancel when her schedule became too busy. I did this in person, with ease and without pressure, which I greatly appreciated. Im confident she will go back in the future, as her experiences have always been positive. My recent experience was with Jamie, who did an ANAZING job! I was desperately in need of a deep tissue massage, and she put everything she had into helping my muscles let go and relax. She literally took my breath away with the pressure, which I wanted and my poor body needed! If you are looking for someone who can give you a deep tissue and not hold back, Jamie is it!

Received 3 massages as a birthday gift. Very displeased to find out that the gift certificate expires after 1 year. Lost out on my last massage. Not everyone has the time to use massages on a regular basis, me being one of those people. I was 7 days over the expiration date... will not be going back.

I just had my first massage at Elements Massage today. It was outstanding! The front desk staff are very welcoming, offering you some refreshments when you check in. The massage itself was amazing. The therapist talked with me about any areas I would like extra attention given to and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. All clients receive a bottle of water at the end of the session. They have a great introductory fee and the wellness program offers significantly discounted prices that are hard to beat. Overall, I would absolutely recommend a massage at Elements Massage in Whitefish Bay!

I went here with a friend before her wedding to help relax, and everyone was so friendly and attentive. I have visited other massage places, where I have been uncomfortable, however, at Elements I felt at home. The therapist made me feel comfortable, listened to the problems I was experiencing, and overall I had an enjoyable massage. I will definitely return in the future.

We are members here and go monthly. So far, weve had 6 massages between my wife and I, across 3 therapists, and each massage was great. The price is wonderful, and it isnt hard to get an appointment.

I have been a 60 minute member of Elements for years and have been very pleased. I rarely have an issue scheduling when i need an appointment, even a day or two before. Every therapist i have seen used the pressure i requested, and always asked if the pressure was ok. The place itself smells wonderful, and instantly reminds me to calm my frantic monkey mind. I also have accrued multiple sessions when my schedule was too busy to go monthly, and the front desk calls to let me know I can double up my sessions for 90 or 120 minutes massages...which feel simply decadent.

Elements is consistently outstanding. Every therapist I have seen is top notch. They make it easy to select just the right therapist based on your needs or mood - deep therapeutic massage, relaxation, etc. Lots of additional great options, such as hot stone and aromatherapy. Any questions or concerns, the staff is right there to assist. Ive been going at least monthly for a few years and plan to for many more!

I loved my visit and plan to come back. What I loved most was their customer service. The customer service bar is failing in some businesses, and it is challenging to get service with a smile. When I walked in Madeline immediately greeted me, and explained what will take place. Ty completed my massage and she was awesome. She had a sense of humor, she showed compassion for what she did, and made me feel relaxed. I will be back to visit.

Elements Massage is a fantastic place for stress relief and back pain. When I walked into Elements, I was offered an array of different teas to try while I waited. It was a very warm and welcoming place. The massage was great, it was a mix of relaxation while also working out the kinks and knots (some I didnt even know I had!). My masseuse gave me stretching tips and foam rolling ideas to help me in the future which was very helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant and much needed experience!

Massage by Brittany was excellent. she listened carefully and focused on my key issues, thought through best approach. I felt a bit sore after but had much better range of motion in my shoulders after. Perfect technique, friendly, welcoming staff. Well worth the price (which is reasonable if part of health club)

The front desk is great about matching you with a therapist who is appropriate for your needs and level of pressure. Jakini was really great. She helped stretch and work out my neck in the most relaxing way! She is not much of a talker and I appreciated that. Im there to relax but make a new friend! Her technique sets her apart from basically any massage Ive ever had, while Im not a regular with massage I have had about 15 in the Milwaukee area over the last 5 years. Ill be recommending her to anyone looking for a great massage!

Update: I came in for a redo massage and it was nice. The font desk didnt know it was a redo massage and they tried to charge my card and had to awkwardly remind them. Despite the decent second massage for the price I probably wont come back.Original Review: I don’t think I have ever had a massage where I left feeling worse after my massage. I asked for a Swedish Massage and I definitely got a deep tissue and all he focused on was stabbing me with his elbows and not really “massaging”. It wasn’t relaxing at all. He talked the whole time which I don’t like. It was painful and stressful. Not what I needed after a stressful day of work. I woke up the next morning with DOZENS of bruises all over!!

I have been a 90 minute member at Elements Massage on Silver Spring for several years and I have always liked the location and the service. I especially like that I can get the same therapist every month, and I get discounts on additional sessions and gift cards for my friends and family. I would certainly recommend Elements to anyone looking for a high quality massage experience.

Great service and staff. Good for the beginner or the experienced in getting therapeutic massage. Their monthly membership option is one of the best features to a)reduce your cost per massage b) get you to actually get a massage on regular basis c) and if you forget or unable to get a massage each month you can always double up and take a long massage or bring a friend to use the other hour massage. Therapists are trained and friendly and Ive only run across one in five years who was talkative and when I asked her to refrain from talking it was ok. Id send my parents here and have.

I was offered a beverage when I walked in and enjoyed the clean simple vibe of the place. The staff seemed friendly and in a good mood. My massage was relaxing. The therapist didnt talk at all during the massage which is what I like. Only thing I didnt like was the location as its not super convenient for me.

Massage Therapist Angela was AMAZING! I am not a member, but scheduled a massage because I recently started heavy workouts 5 times a week and knew I would be sore. Angela consulted with me and really personalized my massage to my needs, along with showing me extra ways at home to continue keeping my muscles loose. Seriously loved her and would recommend her to everyone.

I went in to get a prenatal massage at 37 weeks pregnant, and was a little nervous about how it would work. They had a cut-out table (which you need to request in advance), which allows you to be massaged while lying on your stomach - a luxury I havent had in several months! I had Deanna, who was just wonderful. She was so nice, listened to my goals for our session, and made sure the pressure was working for me. I felt so good afterwards, I immediately booked 3 more sessions with her. And as a huge surprise, she brought out an adorable I got my first massage at Elements Massage onesie for me once we were finished with my session. I absolutely recommend this location in particular if youre pregnant and looking for a prenatal massage - not all locations have the cut-out tables.

This review is not for the actual massage as my daughter loved her massage and her therapist. This review is for the manager. I had bought my daughter a gift certificate a few years ago and scheduled an appointment. She got sick and we had to cancel it (well within the cancellation policy) and they said that it would stay on her account until we rescheduled. They did not say there was an expiration date. Last Thanksgiving, when I was in purchasing $500 worth of gift cards, I checked to see if it was still on her account and it was and they said not to worry that she could use it whenever. Well, kids schedules are crazy so she just got around to trying to use it last week. When I called to ask about it, the manager said it wasnt on her account anymore. I explained that she never used it and he said that they expire within a year. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager but that he would connect with the owner. He then called me back later in the day to say that the owner agreed to honor it. But I was confused because he had told me he didnt see it on her account so I asked him how he found it. He then said that it was always there and that he had seen it there earlier. I was beyond mad - why did he need to lie to me and tell me that there wasnt a massage on her account? Why did he just not say it was there but he had to check with the owner to see if it could still be used? There is never a reason to lie to a customer!

From Day 1 of Elements arrival on Silver Spring in Whitefish Bay, this massage salon has been all about people first. They treat their clients very well, they are very flexible and helpful in scheduling to ones preferences, and (most importantly) they provide a stellar massage experience by employing top notch people, have a very zen-like setting within the massage rooms, and are welcoming at the front desk/greeting level as well. When I walked in I was greeted and made to feel at home and comfortable. Its a very relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The relaxation continued though my massage. The therapist was professional and took my needs into consideration at all times. I am excited to go back in the future.

I was satisfied with my experience at Elements Massage. When scheduling my appointment, I was instantly impressed with the staff becasue asked what my needs were and what I was hoping to get out of my massage. She gave me options for therepists who would meet my needs and did not settle for someone less to get me in the door faster! I met with Bob who was very professional, knowledgable and skilled. I appreciated his constant communication- asking if his pressure was comfortable, guiding me through breathing techniques and stretches. Elements offered me a low introductory massage price which made me feel comfotable trying a new service. I was so satisfied that I decided to purchase a massage package.

My gift to myself, almost two years ago, was to sign up for a monthly massage. My massage therapist is Heidi 3, and she is absolutely terrific: conscientious, hard-working, kind, and very engaged in making sure that the massage is focused on any sore muscles or other issues. I look forward not just to our massages but to our lively talks (when we feel like talking) about travel, family, and artists.

My first massage was about 3 weeks ago and I loved the massage therapist who gave me an hour and thirty minute massage. I felt so relaxed and had been needing a massage after a stressful couple of weeks. The massage therapist was great on the pressure and I cant wait to go back.

I used to come to elements massage pre-covid and the massage therapist, Jakini was awesome. She did such a great job focusing on my lower back back pain. Its sad that she is no longer with them because her massages and knowledge definitely sets her aside from what Ive experienced in the past. I recently went back to get a massage and wasnt impressed by it. It seemed to have only been more for relaxation versus a therapeutic massage from my pre-covid visits. I have a few massages to use up, but will probably request a different massage therapist on my next session.

I was told that the only way to book a one hour massage is with a credit card. I feel that this is bad customer service. I should be able to book a single appointment with my name and phone number.Having to provide credit card information over the phone is unacceptable. I could understand this policy if I was booking out several services or creating a spa day for myself and a couple friends to ensure we showed up—— but really I can’t get an a single one hour appointment???????? I’m calling one of the other 100’s of places that offer massage in Milwaukee.

The experience for over three years continues to be refreshing, relaxing, and invigorating. The therapists are professional and supportive. I have referred several friends who have had recurring aches and pains; and they too have enjoyed their massages here!

I called on Saturday and inquired if they had a massage chair as I really needed work done on my neck and shoulders. They said yes and got me in the same day. David, a neck and shoulder expert, did a great job and I made an appointment for my husband to get the same treatment!

Very professional, I have used several of the therapists and am never disappointed. You can add one person to your account and they are very flexible with scheduling, I can usually get a massage on same day or one day notice.

Such a great place! I have fibromyalgia which can make traditional massages difficult but every step of the way, my comfort was most important. Each person Ive seen has gone above and beyond to make sure I am getting what I want out of the massage. If you have fibro I highly recommend Thom - he is well versed in the condition and gives helpful tips/stretches to lessen the pain. Couldnt recommend more!

The massage itself was great!I was in constant discomfort and losing sleep from a trap/shoulder injury I sustained while lifting weights the previous month. I should have gone sooner because the massage therapist alleviated about 90% of the pain, I was able to sleep again, and I regained my mobility.The reason Im giving Elements a 3-star rating is because I was overcharged. My girlfriend stopped in to buy me a gift card and the staff explained I would be eligible for the special intro rate because I was a new client. The girlfriend wanted to cover all expenses so she also added a 20% tip to the gift card. When it came time to pay after my massage, I was charged the full rate which didnt leave any tip for the therapist. Of course I still tipped the masseuse, but the tip was supposed to be included in the gift card amount.

I love getting my massages at Elements! The service is great, great value for money- especially on the monthly member rate. Great atmosphere and Im always well looked after by the staff!

The location is right where everything else is located. The front desk and their service was excellent. They helped me with a little problem I ran into with the metered parking out front- thanks! But my masseuse was okay- to me personally, I felt that she was too close, in other words, she got into my bubble. The room where I was in was smaller than others Ive been in, and to top that off, she got too close to my space when speaking about what was going to go on. Besides that, it was alright.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly from the moment you step in the door. You are offered water or tea while you wait as well as water afterwards. I forgot a hair tie, and they even had a basket of those. They offer a special introductory rate which is great as well as a monthly discounted rate, which is hard to beat. I am six months pregnant, and have some back pain, so I got a side lying prenatal massage. Overall it was a nice experience, especially with it being a bit more complicated being pregnant and laying on my side. They also offer a bed with a cut out for stomach/chest, which is better when you are further along. They have stellar customer service, and even gave me a onesie on my way out for my baby-to-be which said babys first massage.

From the moment I first walked in the door, the Elements staff was friendly. I was sore and was up front with my massage therapist, Sharissa about what I wanted. She performed a deep tissue massage admirably and I felt muscles, especially in my upper back pop followed by immediate relief and relaxation. As a contractor I cant afford to have a lot of down time during the busy season. I will say this -- they pushed the water because they understand that massage can release toxins which your body needs to flush out. I appreciated the fact that they were knowledgeable. To those who are new to massage, I would have to say that you need to let your massage therapist know just how strong you want your massage to be. I look at massage as health care and I understand that for what my needs are, its going to hurt. Im sure Sharissas hands were very tired when she was done, but now that its been an hour since I left Elements, I feel even better. Thank you Elements.

Horrible. The guy only massaged half of my back and I know it’s only to keep me coming back. But if I’m paying 125$ for a massage I don’t expect to still have pain on one side of my back. I was late to the appt 10 mins and that’s fine, but make the most of the rest of my time don’t waste my time and money. I will never go back and I will tell everyone who will listen my experience. It’s unacceptable. I feel scammed.

I had been a regular visitor to Elements until we moved out of the area. During that time, I found Amy and her whole team to be friendly, professional and welcoming. The whole experience was something I looked forward to each month, and I believe they offer true value. I suggest you give it a try!

Sure Ill go, I told my wife. Youll love it she said. Get the deep tissue massage she said. But after 2 hours after my episode of masochism where my muscles felt like a train wreck going in, I walked out a whole lot less sore. With the flurry of profanity that came out of my mouth as the pressure amped up, I was pleased my therapist didnt take it personally. I wont wait another year before I go back. That kind of pain would usually be reserved for someone wearing a ball gag and imagine my relief when I didnt see any BDSM accessories on the wall. The chocolate mint was a nice way to finish.

My friend goes on a regular basis to Elements and she recommended it to me especially since Im an avid runner. Honestly it was the best massage Ive ever had and the therapist did a great job being very attentive to my comments.

Recently I received a massage from Kiszie. I was running about 10-15 minutes late and when I got there Kiszie took me right in. Even though I know I didnt receive my full 55 minutes, because of me being late, I still felt like I received a full massage. I was diagnosed with sciatica about a month ago and my doctors prescribed me all kinds of medications that just numbed the pain.It was so painful to walk and didnt get any better so my mom referred me to this place and the deep tissue massage was incredible! My pain went away completely in just 45 minutes!!I highly recommend this place.

I did not enjoy my massage. I stood up and my back hurt worse than when I came it. On top of that, they overcharged my card for the tip. I received a gift certificate, and I am disappointed I wasted it here.

I find the management of this establishment to be incredibly customer focused. i had to try a couple therapists but think i have found the 1 i will stick with. its very nice to have options. studio is convenient and well maintained.
