These people are amazing. I have bought many things there but they sell a particular juice that I love. I moved from Milwaukee to Ecuador and I fly back to the U.S. twice a year. They pre-order a 6 pack of 120mg. Bottles for me so I can pick them up and take them back to Ecuador!! I call in advance and they always come through for me. Talk about great service! Great staff and hospitality.

My son came Im for an out of state visit, we decided to drive 35 minutes to this store. The owner/ worker continually apologized for not being able to help us and when we finally left his response was sorry. Do not recommend .

I go here every now and then. The vape juice is always good quality. A little pricey but honestly, if youre going to buy it from a shop this is the place to go! Vape juice will not be old. Ive been sold old vape juice from many other local stores, but never this one! And the people are nice and friendly and will help you out with suggestions or questions you need answered about products etc. Never been rushed, always been treated kindly. That itself is 5 star service. And yes, they do have a selection of 12 nic vape juice!

I just recently started going to Vape 108 but Ive had really good experiences both times that I was there. The owner is very friendly and also extremely helpful. They have a good selection of flavors and it looks like they regularly get the new, hottest products in. Its a very positive vibe all around and I definitely will be coming back anytime that Im looking for a new vape.

I have been going to Vape 108 for some time now, it originally started with trying to find the best THCA in the area for the right price, once I found them on HWY 100 I realized I had been paying an extra $25-$30 for “fancy packaging” I’m now saving money on my flower purchases and couldn’t be happier with the quality. Did I mention they also have THCA vapes! Very informative and helpful staff, this shop has a huge assortment of glass and grinders, also just about any type of gummy you could want, highly recommended.

Adam is one of the most empathetic, outgoing and equipped employees at VAPE 108. He’s got the charisma to engage with every patron. Time and time again he has assisted me with any problems I’ve had be it regarding wrapping batteries to extend their life, referring the best product that suits me and my needs and also resolves any issues I’ve had. Not to mention help troubleshoot problems with my battery charger and resolve issues I’ve had with faulty bottles. He is willing to educate anyone on the best use of the products all with a smile. He also delivered to me during covid!!! I look forward to having him there when I come in. Please give a shout out to this great employee!

Stopped in because I thought I needed a new magnet for my Yocan. Turns out the whole thing just needed a good cleaning, which they did for me. Good as new! Duh! They are super nice and knowledgeable here and wont try to sell you anything you dont actually need. I will definitely be back if I ever need anything while in the area!

The staff here is extremely friendly. We asked several questions trying to get a coil or even a new tank for my wife. The gentleman was extremely patient and helpful, even explaining the things we didnt understand. We walked out a with a new tank (that she loves) and with more helpful information than we got in nearly 4 years of going to other stores. Vape 108 is our new favorite.

This is the only shop Ill go to in the area. The staff knows their stuff and isnt judgy or rude if you have questions. I came in looking to try some different coils and the girl who helped me (sorry I didnt catch her name!!) was absolutely awesome and hooked me up with something great. Before all the laws changed I used to do most of my vape shopping online but Im so glad I found Vape 108 (even if I have to leave my house now 🤣🤣).

I came in to get a vape today. They didn’t have what I usually get but Cameron was there with recommendations. I got a new vape and I love it. The vape shop had a great vibe. It was clean. I had never been to this shop before. My mod wasnt working while at work, so I quickly ran over during my 30 minute lunch break. Adam did everything he could to try to fix it. When that didnt work, I told him just to sell me a disposable one to last me until I had more time. Instead, he sold me one of their out-of-box mods at a huge discount and threw in an extra coil. I love the new mod. I wont be going to any other shops from now on. Excellent!

This is my go-to vape shop. The selection of flavors and the amount of hardware (i.e. mods, tanks, coils) is impressive to say the least. Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable with me on my visit and took care of me. If you are looking for a great experience then look no further, 5/5.

In town on business and needed a local source for coils. I wasnt happy with my current setup and these guys were as patient and helpful as could be. They listened to my issue, recommended some great options and, at no point, tried to force a sale for a sales sake.Side note, I witnessed at least three solid examples of professionalism and good business practice that had nothing to do with my purchase but sold me on them anyway. Wish they were in my town back home!

Never been here before, drove up, and realized i had forgotten my credit card. Only had a $20 bill. They got me something great for the price and waived the tax. Will be coming back in the future!

I wrote the review based on what I EXPERIENCED. I did NOT say they didnt know what they were talking about. Yeah, they knew a lot, but that still doesnt change the fact of HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I dont see why youre so worked up for a review that someone (you have no idea who) wrote a bad review.Im kinda glad Im not the only one that noticed how rude the owner is. I used to go there for all of my needs, but the last time I went there, I couldnt do it anymore dealing with that. Everyone else is extremely nice and helpful, but Goosemon was the rude one. It is a nice place, dont get me wrong, but I just couldnt stand the rudeness and looks making me feel dumb for my decisions. The employees are always really helpful and quick. Forgot my credit card in the reader once and an employee came running outside after me to give it back. Atmosphere is nice and chill and there isnt that sense of entitlement in the air that you get at some vape shops.

Best shop in town. Been going here since day one when they opened the doors little over a year ago. After trying a couple of shops in the area that have no interest in helping beginners and wanting to sell the most expensive gear, I wound up at Vape 108 where they educate and discuss what you should get based on your budget and smoking habits. Ive been off the sticks for 8 months now because of Hunter, Goose and the rest of the staff. 5 star ratings all day long!!

Stopped there a few times the last few months and it actually has been my go to shop even though its far from my house. They have the biggest selection of coils and a very awesome setup inside. Everything ive asked for theyve had.

Good people at 108. Dont listen to the negative reviews on here. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to explain. Also, they dont oversell you. My only beef is that there is only one cash register. So, if there are a few people ahead of you it can take some time. But, just vape while you wait!

Ugh. Im surprised Im writing a review on any place but after everything I bought broke it was a must. Bought some juice and the top came flying off when trying to squirt it into the vaporizer. Not that big of deal. So ireturn to the store to buy a new bottle and mention it in passing. Guy responds : yeah its a great local company but man does the guy cheap out on the bottles. I laugh( it was funny)and just purchase a new bottle. 2 weeks later the vaporizer I bought just stops working. I give them a call and let him know what happened. I wasnt expecting a refund or anything.... Before I finish telling him how long I had it( maybe 2 months) he gets a crazy attitude with me being all sarcastic if I have the box or not. I told him I dont. He tells me well if you did you would know how to handle this. All this information is in the box. I just went silent for a moment and said oh. He then said Have good day and hung up on me. .... .... So.... Weird. I promise I gave zero attitude and was honestly just planning on buying another one. It was only 39.00 for the vaporizer. Unfortunately I have to find a different place now to shop.

Family-run business and they treat you that way I dont shop at any other vape store unless I need something that they do not have which is unlikely because they have everything from disposables to mods to tanks to new products too old to coils to juice to batteries you name itVape108 will have it.I love the employees they treat their customers were very well you get points every time you spend money which you can put towards free stuff or money off your next purchase lots of reasons and incentives to shop at Vape 108 especially with the new mail ban.

Told them what kind of juice I was looking for and they-The owner and another guy (didnt catch his Name)- picked out the perfect one immediately.The main reason Im leaving a review though is because they did not try and sell me anything else at all. I went to two different places today and found juices I think I would have liked but they tried to sell me this that and the other, so I left.

Ive gone here several times. The owner, regardless of how nice you are, treats customers as if they are idiots. Its bad customer service when a customer asks a question that gets a sarcastic answer, or alternatively, the employee turns their back to you while youre speaking with them. Clearly Im not alone on this matter reading some of the other reviews. Its bad enough customer service that I would recommend staying away.

I like the selection they have. Staff is always good. Only dock one star because the prices are 100% inflated or more. But thats part of supporting a small business... Maybe.

I came here with my girlfriend and neither of us really know much about vaping but we were looking to purchase a certain item. The customer service we received from Adam was the best I have ever received from someone. He went out of his way to give us tips and explain in great detail the difference between certain products. It was also both of our birthdays and he gave us both coupons to use. I have been to a few vape shop but this will definitely be our spot just based on the friendliness of the staff and the selection.

This shop has the most knowledgeable people working there. You feel right at home in this shop and is a MUST VISIT shop in the Milwaukee area. I went in knowing nothing about vaping, just wanted something to help give up cigarettes. They were very patient and explained everything and didn’t try to sell me the most expensive set up, which they could have. They also let me try different juice until I found one that I liked. I will NOT go anywhere else even though there are several shops closer to home and on my way to work.Cool peeps, very busy place and treat you like you’re the only customer there giving each person individual attention.

Ive stopped in a few times when I fall behind on my internet ordering.Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of juice. Deducting one star because they only sell coils by the each. No discount on the full box purchase. Sorry, but thats just odd.

This is the best vape shop in the area, hands down. Adam is the person that helps me the most. He helped me with multiple vape set ups and his tips are gold. He told me to change my vape setting to soft and it made all the difference. Also he helped me with a nicotine salt set up and again, I couldnt be happier.

I started out with the joytech vape pen and, less than a month later, Im vaping with a Smok Alien and enjoying it so much! I began vaping a little over 5 years ago. I was referred to Vape 108, and would never go to another shop. The staff there are very informative, and willing to take time to educate thier new, and old customers about vaping. Vaping does require a small investment, that doesnt even compare to a month of smoking cigarettes. If you are considering vaping, this is the place to start . Go in there for an hour, talk with the guys, ask all the questions, and make an informed decision, they will gladly steer you in the right direction regarding your purchase. Trust me you will never regret walking away from cigarettes, or doing business with Vape 108.

Horrible service. I told myself a few times that Im not going back there, unfortunately i did. Hunter and the older blonde lady(the very sarcastic one who Ive never seen smile) make people feel stupid before you can explain the problem. They lost my business, and others I personally know too.

Courteous, knowledgeble and not pushy. UNFORTUNATELY the markup on the unit I was seeking was about 40% higher than anywhere else. I was in a bind and did consciously make the overpriced investment.

Bought 2 disposable vapes. 1 was regular and the other was rechargeable. I only tried it twice and thought it needed to be charged ,but it didnt. It was a $25 dud. Very disappointed 😞

Bought a vape battery from them, literally burst into flames, the switch for the battery got stuck on and caused the tip of the battery to get scolding hot. Started fabric in my pocket on fire and then the carpet also after flinging it from my pocket. Had to use a foam class D fire extinguisher on it as per Li-Ion MSDS. These people do not know what the Hazzards of the products they sell are. I went in for a refund they said because there was no way to prove the battery was the same battery that was listed on the recipet there was nothing they could do for me. To shop here is literally to risk life and limb. Buyer beware.

They have a great selection on pretty much everything but some of the employees/ owners have horrible customer skills especially if youre a beginner

Friendly shop, it is currently the only one I hang out on a regular basis. Only time I go to another shop is to pickup a juice that they dont carry.
