I went to a party here that was advertised as being hosted by Rubi Rose, which was a total scam. I didn’t know that “special guest appearance” meant she was gonna stand on stage for less than a minute at 4am and leave. If that was the case I never would have paid $50 for a ticket. The way it was advertised, I figured she would perform a song or two, but nada. They didn’t even play any of her music. Another thing too is the creepy bouncers. The bouncer literally fondled me and pulled my bra so hard it unclasped. I had weed in my purse and they made me throw it away but I saw multiple people smoking joints inside. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the DJs were good. But even then, the crowd was dead and not a single person was dancing. Everyone was just standing around… how awkward. To make things worse, drinks, food and hookah are crazy expensive. Would not recommend.

I was here for a concert with my family and we were worried about the club based off the reviews but the security team was actually really nice. The inside is so beautiful as well. Would return 100%

It was an epic night for my first visit to celebrate Mothers day. Music was popping, bartender was great at serving drinks quickly, security was tight and good valet parking.

I came here last night for a friends birthday. It was not packed the way you expect clubs to be on a Saturday night. One of my friends had too much to drink and I had asked our server/bottle girl for water which she never came back with or to check on us for the remainder of the time I was there. I also went to the bar instead to ask for water in which they had given water bottles but said cash only. I had no cash and gave them back and asked if we can just have a small cup. The bartender never looked our way again. After not having been able to get any water for my friend. I took my friend outside for air and prior to stepping out I had asked the security guard if we would be okay to come back inside if we had gotten stamped and just wanted air. The security guard was rude and ignored me. I asked again and he just nodded his head yes. My friend got sick outside and they didn’t want to let her back in to get the person she came with to leave which was understandable due to the fact they don’t want any people that are past their limit inside. However, they told me I can go back in to get them and instead I called them to come out so that she wouldn’t be alone outside waiting. After they had seen me put my friend in the cab I waited to get back inside as the security was interacting with a few other girls who also seemed at their limit (there was no line just the few girls and I). As I asked to go back inside they were rude and dismissive to me telling me to stand aside and wait which I did not understand why. I figured they thought I was with the other girls who had too much to drink. I had said I wasn’t with the other girls and was told I can go back in (I was outside alone also sober). The security guard then told me he knows and doesn’t care. I had asked the reason I could not go in and he said the doors are closed at the moment and that’s that. He was very rude and not helpful considering I am female alone outside while my friends are inside. The place was not crowded for them to have acted as if it was. I also find it very wrong that you have to struggle for a cup of water in a club where people need it. 10/10 would not go back and wouldn’t recommend.

I attended an event on Saturday night. Upon getting there the security was very rude and stern I’m an understanding person so I correlated it to the fact that it was pouring rain and there was an overcrowdment of people. I am a female so when I got to the front to present my ticket and a male security checked my ticket and my belongings this is important because no female was present to do the check on my personal and my belongings I still didn’t care about this fact since that is not my issue. As I am showing this male security my belonging he opens a small pocket where there is an 8th of weed and money. He sticks his hand into my bag pulls out everything in that pocket which was the weed and money and puts it in his pocket. When I asked for it back because I saw him do it in my face he refused and said I could leave the event. The line was huge so I walked in and asked for another security guard to help me. Nothing was done at the time. As I am waking out the event I see him again and he is clearly embarrassed that he stole from someone and tries to ignore me. I ask for my belongings back in which he says he’s never seen me and that the girl security is the person who stole my things.. he made a show in front of the event as we were yelling back and forth to one another. Fast forward today, I call the facility to make a manager aware of this because its not morally correct and instead of providing an apology or looking into the matter the person was very irrational and rude and hung up the phone. The person over the phone kept asking what was my point of calling if I don’t want my belongings back, which to me is ridiculous because any club that takes there security team serious would look into this matter. If the security team isn’t providing a safe environment then the facility shouldn’t be open to the public when they clearly do not care about their customers safety. I don’t understand why a male security guard was even the one patting me down and checking my belongings. Don’t waste your money here on top of everything we had bottle service and a section so we wasted money in this event.

I’ve always seen pictures of this place and I said to myself it’s so pretty. I came here today January 20th 2020 and low and behold I had a terrible experience. First off, I was standing on line since 1155 pm and the line was moving slow. But ofcourse it was 12 when I went inside I had to pay 30 dollars. Now as I’m inside I see women in Uggs and slides. It distinctively says no slides and Ugg’s as apart of their dress code. My fiancé came later on to join my friend and I as we celebrate her birthday. He unfortunately he had just came off of work. He put a hoodie on because he is unable to come inside an establishment with his uniform on. He was told no hoodies. I explained to security and James (head of security) what was going on and he basically told me there was nothing he could do because once he let one person in with a hoodie he gotta accept all. I calmly walked away and went inside when they tried to get me to pay again when I was already inside. I didn’t pay. However when I went inside I saw multiple of men with hoodies on and ofcourse I took pictures. This is very ghetto and Unclassy atmosphere. Like it’s a beautiful decor but the staff and fellow club goers are ghetto, unprofessional and unfair. I will not be coming back to this place.

This establishment looks really good on the inside but there is some major issues that did not go well in my experience.1. The dress code was not the same for everyone.2. The bar was really bad. No cocktail menu or mixers for different drinks.3. The food menu is small, which is good but the service and timing of food was an hour or more.4. Last but not least, the door service and “security” was extremely rude.I am posting this and I am just a visitor to New York.

That clubs sucks and what makes it worst is the security at that place they really needa hire new security people bc those people are not it they always rude very disrespectful let’s certain people in like bruh what’s the point of securing if you not doing your job then they let people smoke weed in there but when you do it it’s a problem

Went for a Halloween event “Guaracha Land”Was having a great time with a big group of friends until the bartender refused to serv us more drinks. We apparently didn’t “tip enough” ….MEANWHILE THE GRATITUDE WAS ALREADY INCLUDED !We are talking $20 a drink !

Went to Trey Songz concert it was horrible he performed for 15 minutes I don’t get to see him at all to much people was rudely on the stage. They had a lot of unsigned artists jumping on stage it was not worth price of $53 we’ll never 👎 go back. Another thing dress code was not being used it was a trashy event

Went for an event held here & security instantly took & threw away my partner’s expensive vapes into the trash without at least informing that they weren’t allowed in first. We could’ve put it in the car! There was literally just one guy behind us, it’s not like we would’ve held up the line. Ended up leaving instantly, ruined our moods plus it was a waste of our time and money. From the 2 minutes of music I heard inside, the sound system was awful anyway.

The vibe is great and my friends and I had a great time. The manager Cesar and worker David were super helpful in retrieving my lost items. Ill definitely be coming back!

1/1/2023 my family went there to celebrate my sister birthday for day brunch. I got there and security approach us and said I’m tell you this “ no hoodie, sweat suits, and definitely with not those sneakers”. I didn’t have no sweatsuit I had velour grey romper. My son had on dress up sweater. My sneakers were Jordan 1’s custom and as you look in the pictures people had on sneakers even Jordan. We didn’t say one word and they didn’t even greet with us respectfully. I will never support them any business.

Attended a Sunday brunch/day party (free entry b4 5pm I believe, call ahead or check the hashtag on social media to see whos promoting the venue ...Dj Triple X had a good set , ambiance was nice, service was ok, not great due to me ordering an appetizer(chips and guac) and having to wait 20+ minutes,only to find out they didnt have any ; instead I decided on the cajun shrimp and grits, which Id rate a 5, (5-6) nice size shrimps grits were creamy yet thick and full of flavor; expect to spend a minimum of $25.00 on food alone, Im not a drinker so Im uncertain of the prices. As others stated you may be asked to move from a seated area even though youve purchased food or hookah, as the tables seemed to really be reserved for bottle services ... in other words money talks!! I had a good time and would return for the the dj, and the shrimp and grits as well as the ambiance

Get a hand wand for security. No one checked my purse but I was grouped whilst gaining entry. Makes no sense.

The layout of the club is gorgeous and that’s where the benefits end. The bartenders are rude to females I asked for a drink and still gave the girl a tip (female empowerment and all that). I was excited to eat there so from 5:00 I requested a table and to have a waitress who came at 6:02 to inform us that brunch was over and the kitchen would not be accepting orders till 6:30pm . Next the waitress hit us with fallacies telling us our meal was 30 but in actuality it was 27 and she tipped herself to the tune of 5 dollars. She collected our form of payment before the meal which was odd but once she returned with out food at 8:30 we knew why. If I had high blood pressure someone would’ve had to call 911 because they must had a sale on salt because the food was Salty!!! You would’ve thought we lived in the desert. Then you better have had your drink at the table because there was no drink lady coming around and the bar was closed upstairs. Maybe the good was salty to make us pay $7 for waters??? I should’ve stayed home with my playlist and had a better meal selection in the frozen food aisle. Don’t go there if your hungry. Oh yeah the music selection was good too. Came here for a specific event, soca starter, and the venue is beautiful and has two stories that are glamourous, especially with a multi colored chandelier that moves up and down during the event. Will take off one star for the bar service which was a little slow.

Worst night club ever, bounce think they got super powers. Took my lighter like what ????lmaooooo MAD CORNY AND EXPENSIVE. Save your money go to the city or Brooklyn TRASHHHHHHHHHHHH

I must say that I loved the newly remodeled Amadeus. It is by far the best designed nightclub in NYC and could surely even give even most Vegas nightclubs a run for their money. The sound system and light show were off the chain also. I shall be back very soon.

Reserved seats for 7 people and bottle service last night. We were probably the first customers to arrive, and it took 25 minutes for bottles to finally come out. It was for a birthday, so I kindly ask the waitress to come out with happy birthday lights. Reminded her 3 times and NEVER brought it out. VERY INATTENTIVE. Two hours later, we get kicked out our seats, so another group can sit down in one of the places we reserved at. I go speak with a RUDE girl at front desk. If we reserved for 7 people over the phone, as a business, why would you deceive the paying customer and take away for paid service? The front desk girl claims she had over 10 years of experience at clubs and that they dont seat for 7 people, that her job is not to inform the customer about service over the phone, and that there are bigger parties of 11 and more she needs to worry about. Clearly, shes had 10 years of grossly horrendous experience and lacks the basic skills to resolve problems.So this business takes money from customers and then restrict them from what they paid for once settled. I was even told that if i want more space, Id have to order another bottle! So staff can then take away another couch/ seats we reserved? No thanks.I highly recommend not reserving or ordering bottle service. Just so the public know, if you order bottles, they are the small Hennessy and grey goose, and youll be slapped with $400. Its really about the service to me but PLEASE avoid this place. Very nice-looking place, but disgusting service.Big SHOUT-OUT TO THE BOUNCERS, who were the ONLY respectable and friendly staff members! If bouncers were the nicest people, this says a lot about customer relations.Ill be taking this up with the Consumer of Financial Protection Bureau for the unfair, deceptive, and abusive practices my group experienced from Amadeus. If the business would like to reach out to me, youre more than welcomed.

We celebrated a birthday at this club and although the experience there was nice I was disappointed in the fact that I was not able to get my heels returned. I changed my heels and left them at our section, I called numerous times and even texted the guy who helped me reserve the table and he ignored me after I told him I wanted to come by to pick my heels up. We spent a good amount of money at this place the least they could’ve done was return my phone call. I like going to places that are trustworthy and honest enough to return something that is left there.

I went there on a Sunday for brunch for a friend’s birthday gathering. Not sure why it’s called brunch since they serve late lunch but anyway the decor was nice, security was cool and the music was on point. We got in free before 5pm. My friend and I ordered chicken and waffles. For $30 I wanted it to be mouth watering and foodgasmic but it was anything but. The wait staff was friendly but don’t expect to be able to sit anywhere for long. If you’re not participating in bottle service be prepared to bounce around like a pin ball. I ordered a drink for $14. It was ok nothing to write a soundtrack about. Overall, I think the night would be best enjoyed by reserving a table with bottle service with a group of friends dancing the night away. I was offered hookah a couple of times but declined. Also, dress to impress not jeans, sneakers, Timbs or hats.

Bring your wallet with you. I always have a good time here . Never no issues

I’m extremely surprised this place has 3.4 stars. The company is terrible and money hungry. Myself and 3 other people reserved FREE tickets online for entry to the club as long as your there before 12. 2 of my friends went to the club BEFORE 12 and we’re standing in line , and was forced to pay $30 after they made them wait on line until it was 12. I was late so I expected to pay the $30 that my friends paid. No problem! it’s my fault I’m late anyway . WRONG ! I got there , stood on the line for atleast 25 mins in the snow at that ! (Atleast they were courteous enough to have a tent) Just to get inside and be told I had to pay $40 not including the 5 I had to pay for coat check . So I got inside and still tried to make the best of it but then I was charge $47 including tax for 2 vodka and cranberries and a blue Long Island in an extremely small cup you would give your 3yr old . The music was okay. We were not allowed to go outside and smoke and they even tried to charge my friends for re-entry and coat check again. I am highly disappointed at the level of greed this place exhibits and I will NOT be patronizing this place ever again ! Might even contact the BBB about the price gouging. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.I wanted to add my only pleasant experience with this place was the bathroom attendants who found my phone and held it for me until I came back looking for it . I really do appreciate it.

If youre interested in a place to dance and have a good time, this probably isnt the place for you. I came here with my fiancée and we both agreed that this place is just in it for the money and nothing else. Drinks are overpriced and there is a strange rule at the bar that you must stick with the bartender you open a tab with--meaning much slower service throughout the night. This place is flashy and plenty of people come out looking their best, but everyone just stands around because there just isnt a dedicated dance area. However, there are plenty of VIP areas.

Went last night for the first time with my boyfriend to see what the place was like and we instantly regretted it. Here are some red flags:1.) The line to get in.2.) The entry fee is $20 per person.3.) The coat check is $5 per person.4.) The drinks are expensive for no reason. If you’re paying with your debit/credit card, they add 20% gratuity to your bill without notifying you.Don’t waste your time here and go somewhere much better.

I don’t recommend to see an artist perform first of all I was excited to see rakim y ken-y perform but me and my boyfriend left at 3:00 am because it’s was ridiculous waiting for that long for an artist to perform , I understand 1 am or 2 am but 3 am ??? Ridiculous waste of money , drinks were expensive, dj kept playing same music over and over again . Never again

I went for my birthday yesterday and I recieved horrible service. Even being in a vip! When my first round of bottles came around the waitress didnt even bring any birthday sign. I asked her for the signs in the next round and still didnt comply. Bottle service was terrible. Very inattentive and were recieving our bottles within an hour of payment. Our last round of bottles was brought to me 30mins before closing when I ordered them at 2! You guys really need step it up because your staff is also rude as hell. And thanks for ruining my 21st 👍

I called at 9pm on June 30 to check the dress code and the girl on the phone helped me with no problem. We get there at 11:30 and the club was shut down by the city! There were 7 of us outside and more were walking up it sucks because we were looking forward to check it out. Hopefully what ever it was gets fixed and we can try to go again

Came here for a day dance party for kids which was cute and then again with my homegirl. The decor is nice and there is a huge spaceship like light in the middle of the room but it only turns on and comes down like once every 2 hours. The music was good but the drinks are WAY overpriced.

The inside is nice and there is a good atmosphere but its extremely overpriced and the DJ is horrible. This club basically catered to one specific group of people which is cool if they want to be known as that type of club. They would have gotten a higher rating had the DJ not been just ratchet unless you get there as soon as it opens I dont recommend going it would be a server waste of money.Ps. I wrote this while sitting in the club which tells you how bad the DJ was cuz I shouldve been dancing

I was highly embarrassed by throwing an event here. Food was served cold, everything during the party was unorganized and things did not go as planned. The cake was not served and the staff seemed unaware of how to organize and cater to an actual event which was a sweet sixteen. My friend had to let the dj know what type of music to play and my other friend took it upon herself to MC being the DJ seemed uninterested in being there.The only positive thing I have to say is that is can be a beautiful venue inside once the lights are on , but beyond that I would go to an actual catering hall for an event . Preferably with an onsite kitchen ,and where you have a choice of your own D.J.

Ive been here several times over the years even when it was called glazz and its the same thing the drinks are watered down I know this because I know how much I can drink before I have to stop I had 7 Hennessy and cranberry drinks and not even a buzz when I know my limit is 4 and there not cheap with the alcohol. The club is nice the promoters do a good job of bringing good acts and good DJS but nobody dances. If you want to dance I wouldnt recommend this place but if you want to spend hundreds of dollars for bottle service just to stand around then this is the place for you

Last saturday, may 6 I had a reservation for bad bunny performance. We were waiting outside for like an hour for our table. When we finally got to get in, they took us to the smallest table ;we were like 8 people, of course we asked for another table and they said because we got there after 12am we had to take that one; after we waited outside for an hour, even people with no reservation were getting in first than us. The table that they gave us were in the left side of the stage like in a corner of the club.They had tables on the stage i guess VIP tables?, well as the time pass these tables were getting occupied and alot of people were on the stage, so at that point we already knew we were not goin to be able to see anything. Well we were enjoying the music, trying to have a good time since we were already there without mentioning that the dj were repeating songs like crazy. It was 3:30am and it was no sign of the performer. Like at 3:50am he finally showed up. He sang for maybe almost 10 minutes and disappeared. My husband and i were so disappointed that we left. Really bad experience.

First off let me just say if you are paying to get in be prepared to pay the entire night. We first get in and there is a dress code. Ladies must wear heels or they will be turned away at the door. We get in and go through their version of security and then proceed to enter. We are stopped by a bouncer that makes us check in our coats ($5 per coat, cash only). You can’t hold it or keep it on if your cold. Its a nice place, but here’s the stupid part. We get in early enough to find a couch to sit. Obviously sitting requires you to make a purchase of some sort, which is understood. So we purchased a hookah for our group ($30). Once we all agree, she brings the hookah and tells us we owe her cash. Also cost $20 to change the coal. Then my friends and I go the bar and the drinks are kinda of expensive even for ny ($17) for one drink and there is $30 card minimum or you have to pay cash. We each bought one anyways. Once we get back to our table, that barely fits our group, she tells us we have to buy two drinks each person to sit where our hookah was. Okay, so it would be cheaper for us to get a bottle. So we tell her we will purchase a bottle. She then turns around and say we have to buy at least two bottles. So at this point the story as to why we can’t sit on the table gets worse. So we decide, we are not buying any bottles. And just chilling with the hookah. She then makes us move our hookah to the floor and to get away from the table. Mean while the rest or the night, there was no one else sitting at the table or utilizing it.Overall this club is whack! Don’t go unless you want to spend money for no reason. And this place only takes cash without warning you before hand they only take cash. Find a club in manhattan it’s cheaper and better than this trash club. Btw if you do decide to go there, drink before cuz this club is boring af

My friend and I ordered patron shots. Keep in mind they were like 14 dollars each shot. Bartender served us watered down patron. When we spoke to the manager he said that he didn’t know his bartender was doing that.P.s I never write reviews, but it’s just so wrong to take ppls money that way.

From the start, the staff was very annoying. My friends and I decided to come out last night Friday for a friend’s bday, and before entering the staff “warned us” like 5 times that they only played hip-hop. They went on to even suggest a “lighter” spot for us in Queens without us asking......like okkkkk!!?? People inside just look like cornballs trying to impress, acting like we’re not just in the middle of Queens. I guess if you don’t “look” like you could listen to hip hop and only Latin music, just don’t come on Fridays. Really annoyed at the vibe. Drinks are overpriced and music was ok. Place itself (decoration wise)is very nice inside though.

Sexist.Apparently girls can’t wear converses, only guys can. The music sounded great but too soon to judge. Only want money from everyone dressed like a hoe. Maybe they should consider updating the people that answer the phone. “No dress code can wear anything”. But waste of time just to be told you Have to wear heels if you’re a girl when we got there. But they let our boys in. Sorry I’m already 6 feet tall I don’t need to tower over an entire club. This wouldn’t have even happened at Play Lounge tho....#RIPPLAY

This place is ridiculous. NEVER GOING AGAIN. The music is mediocre. If you use a card its a three drinks minimum. The VIP is even worse. They make you buy FIVE bottles minimum and they give you a space where basically 3 people can sit. I asked for two bottles and I get a standing table with that. They COMPLETELY forgot that theyre in Queens and not on 5th Ave in Manhattan. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, the club was basically empty on a Saturday night. Might as well go to Mamajuana s for half the price and better customer service. Oh yea , forgot to mention , they are RUDE as hell, smh!

Had a very bad experience here...DJ big Reef was great but everything else was horrible. They charged my card and then voided it saying my passport wasnt real. Charged me to come back in because I had to put something in the car that was 50 feet away. Never coming back!! Maybe just one bad night but it was enough for me never to step foot back in that spot

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Went there to celebrate a birthday party for a friend , paid over $1,000 to stand for vip because French Montana was going to be there. Within the hour the birthday girl(my friend) was being escorted out because she was too intoxicated. As the security guard was escorting her out I asked him to tell me why she was being escorted he violently shoved myself and my fiancé out of the way causing us to hit the rails, he basically assaulted us. I exited the club at this point with my group and asked to speak to the manager and or owner, I was confronted by Head of Security Chris Manning who stated that the club had discretion in picking whoever they thought was too intoxicated and kicking them out. I asked Mr. Manning to give me the name of the security guard that kicked my friend out and assaulted us, but he refused and gave me his name instead. It should be noted the entire night club smelled like Marijuana, burnt and raw marijuana, which is still an illegal substance in New York. We paid cash and wore the proper dress code and didnt cause any problems at all, but yet we still could not get any answers as to why my friend was being escorted out. We did NOT finish our 3 premium bottles of alcohol, and we did NOT even catch a glimpse of French Montana.It was the worst experience Ive ever had at a night club in my life, Ive traveled the world, and I frequent New York and New Jersey night clubs. I will be following up on this incident.

They charged me $73 for 3 drinks, REALLY. For those 3 drinks i usually pay $40-$45 in other clubs. After I checked my back account, I was charged $83 from that club. I didnt bought anything else, they probably added $10 tip to that receipt. Also I paid to see Nicky Jam and J Balvin, but only J Balvin showed up. The service in this club is terrible. This place is a scam.

The staff and security at this place was unfortunately rude and intimidating towards the women. I was very disappointed it was my friends birthday and she spent a lot of money on at her table and the bar. They basically tried to rush her party through all the bottles and didnt include several things that were in her package deal. The security was also very rude and it seemed more so to the ladies. Very disappointing again

I accidentally forgot to close my tab and this establishment not only lost my drivers license and ID claiming they cant find it, but also gave me the run around for an entire week! I clearly saw the charges hit my card, but they cant find my ish..beware about using your cards here, they probably are scammers. the number goes to a hair company voicemail when you call after hours 🤔. Im texting with someone who claims they are the manger who is unresponsive. terrible service!

New Years Eve party advertised open bar from 9-11pm. They practice “line throttling” and didn’t let us in until 9:30pm and then it was only for reservations,VIP & tables. Eventbrite is considered tickets.

Apparently the same lady Naomi Ram that runs Jue Lan Club runs this place too, Never been here just dont believe people should be treating people the way she did at her restaurant. Dont support establishments like this.

Overpriced drinks. If paying with card there is a mandatory two drink minimum. I paid $42 for two cups of Henny and coke.If using cash one drink is $183 stars for the good music.

Best place to party in NYC....hands downAmazing decor, great music and the best looking people.No need to go to the city, its all here in Queens. This is where all the big ballers and big spenders come to play....... Awesome atmosphere!!!!!!! Luv It

The security staff was extremely rude and very disorganized. It took us forever to get inside and was then forced to coat check. There were not enough bartenders and the bathrooms were disgusting. Never coming here again !

No drink menu, bar not the friendly type, and front door service is so-so.The decor is really nice though.

Great club, great vibe. Music is on point, drinks are well made and the service was good considering it was New Year’s Eve.To all those complaining about the prices/ bouncers that complain about your attire...you’re at an upscale night club where money has to be made and it’s going to be made off of you. If you can’t afford to be there do not go.

Great experience for my first time

I loved this place! The vibe was amazing. Please always keep the security the way it is!!! They were on it!!! I will be back this summer, as long as the security remains the same! NYC always has crazy ppl. Ppl usually ruin it not the venue. But you guys made my birthday AMAZING

Came all the way from Florida to attend a birthday party, and the doorman (Chris) refused to let my wife in because she was wearing flats. And this was after I explained to him that she has Plantars Fasciitis and cannot wear heels for an extended period of time. Not only did he refuse, but he stated that my wife should not be in the club in the first place. Would not ever recommend this place to anyone!

Club should be renamed to Basura. Front desk tried to double charge entry after stepping out to smoke. Their reasoning? “I don’t remember you.” You’d think they would have somebody to stamp your hand so they could remember you..desperation to hustle somebody over a cover is the vibe I got. Never in my life will I return to this class less venue.

Too pricey for a club in the middle of queens. Almost $40 for 2 gin and tonics.

They obviously don’t know their prices for the packages . told me 3 different prices for one package. Ridiculous! The Dj kept repeating the same songs ! The front girls were extremely RUDE . wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . horrible .

Bouncers and manager were rude. Wouldn’t recommend this place for its customer service. Drinks are overpriced. The decor is barely above standard. Bottle service is bad. It’s just not good.

Hands down the hottest night club in NYC! From the decor to themoving chandelier, everything about this club screams bougie. Best Night Club experience !

Absolutely terrible. Doesn’t even deserve one star. The club is in the middle of queens and they want to act like they are in the center of Manhattan. 16 dollars for one drink plus there was a 20 dollar cover fee and you had to pay to sit.

Bring your love of lights and lasers. The beat will be bumping. Remember the tv show‘Miami Vice’ the place looks like that.

A really nice place. Their bathroom service was great. I didnt like that it was 5 drink minimum to use ur card at the bar.

This club was HORRIBLE. Noone go here. 3 fights broke out and the cops were called. Stay home if you value your life. Will NEVER be returning here again and the music was subpar.

Very spacious,beautiful,staff is amazing,clean bathrooms,drink prices reasonable,I believe ther is a lock off point for ppl to come in so enough people to party with wiggle room.Was easy in and easy out no problems staff also told everybody good night and to reach home safe.... my experince last night being there the first time was amazing and I am a person who rarely goes out.My night and money was pretty much well spent.

Hands down one of the best places in queens a nice staff of security, people always complaint about the security guard, in this place i watched lil kim, 50 cent, camilo, alex sensation its always pack... the guard make sure about dress code weapons,coat check, 21 and over,theres always huge events here, beautiful ladys and very polite personnel i would love to review twice

Had fun on sat ny friend reserved a section for her bday the music was good , n the dj played my friends song n shouted her out it was pretty dope .. cool security

So it was fine but the drinks were sub par and 9$ was the cheapest and that was Heineken 12 oz can. Otherwise its good

The club was beautiful with beautiful dancers ... I gave it four star because the DJ mostly played Spanish music... the DJ has to mix it up a little.

Music was poppin!!!! Mostly Latino music which is what I was looking for, huge, clean venue! Theres hookah, full bottle service, and 3 floors!!

V.i.p. Its the worst, but it seems like general admission. On the general floor because that seems more like where you have to share the table. The second floor looks general. You have to call to reserve a table. I went alone with my wife and I had to share a table.

The worst... How I regret having come to see the Colombian game here today, the sound was terrible and we missed the National Anthem... The food was great... Neither good nor bad... Terrible experience.. .

The entrance for the groups was good but the security personnel treated the paisas and the bar very badly for a couple of drinks $116 they didnt even let them have dinner afterwards
