Southern X-Posure Gentlemens Club

This place is a joke. $10 cover only 2 girls not even out in the floor yet. First girl came out, danced on the stage maybe 1 minute total then got offended when I told her she looks like she may be a bad girl. The second girl just sat at the bar smoking cigarettes. The manager even came over because the first girl told him more course language was used but that was not true. Management was courteous but we decided to leave. Never going to a Southern Exposure again.

Stopped in on Saturday night with my groomsmen on our bachelor trip and the club seems to be semi dead, granted I had low expectations when arrived but but the service from the moment we walked in was terrible, only 4 girls on in the building. Usually when you walk in you have one or two girls that would come and talk but the 1 girl who came up to us came up looked at a menu on the table for a second and walked away, we was there 2hours and just paid our tab and left. Worst experience Ive ever had in a strip club. Ill never step foot in one of there establishments again.

I have this coming Monday off. Considering going here but Im an hour and 20 minutes away. Definitely reconsidering given all of the negative reviews. Whats this about 10 dollars to get in and over priced drinks without any women really dancing? I will call before I go and update, but for now 3/5 until I get more information.

My newly wed husband and I stopped in on our drive home from our honeymoon. We had 5,000 in our pocket as we were celebrating. One guy (I’m assuming the manager) said “girls are getting ready it’s going to be a minute”. Mind you this was 20 minutes after they opened. 3 drinks later, still no one on stage. Finally after the “girls” drank and smoked cigarettes, one got on stage completely clothed. Did not show anything! It’s supposed to be fully nude….we left it was SO LAME! Do not even waste your time or money here!

Large, or ugly is their ladies. They will rip you off if you try a special room, cut your time in half and barge in and stand there. I highly recommend you stay away from this rip off. I will be filing a AG complaint. Being my lady was the one whos was one to enjoy the special time for her birthday, they completely ripped us off and ruined her birthday. Over charged us for our 2 drinks at 74 dollars. Total b.s. is this location.

Poor management and a waste of time and money. Very disappointed! Never going back again. Monroe was great, but the rest of the staff was goofing off instead of trying to do their job. The stage was empty for waaaaay too long between dancers and no one really worked the room. I brought my son with my brothers to treat him to his first experience, and it was a TERRIBLE experience! We had the potential to drop a lot of money, but the business didnt perform.

I came through on a work trip and decided to stop by and had the best time of my life! All girls were friendly and very welcoming. Girls were on the stage the whole time and the VIP’s and Hottubs are something I definitely will be back for more. I give this club a 5 star, it may be a small town club but you won’t regret it I most definitely don’t. I’ll remember this night for the rest of my life.

I just wanna start with a shoutout to Monroe. She got on stage multiple times and afterwards came to talk to me and my group with a great attitude plus she gave a helluva lap dance :) However, 10 minutes passed and I hadn’t seen a single dancer on the stage. They could be found over at the bar talkin it up with the bouncer. Monroe was the only reason my first experience was a good one.

Horrible and a waste of time and money. Im traveling back home and seen the billboards so I decided to check it out. $10 cover, the so called security dont know how to check for weapons. I drank 2 beers and no one performed. By time I finished with my 3rd a girl got on stage showed some skin and laid there talking to some guys. No way a guy should be bored at a gentlemens club. I dont care about the $21 for 3 beers or cover but Ill never get that time back. Lesson learned getting back on the road

Giving a 5 Star platinum for reference from the clubs older days when it was #1as well as great entertainment when you were known by your first name basic and everyone was family! Heard some of the old crews are wanting to bring it back so it can become that place again also reason for the rank Im giving, bring back the memories and excitement SouthernX the time is now! Remember we are like a fine wine, older it gets the better it tastes!!

There was an a hole man there intimidating all guest into spending tips on striper even when we bought over $150 in beer! Very bad exp never going back!

Saw the billboard, thought maybe could have a little fun. Only one girl out of the five was worth the time. Empty stage, non-interactive entertainers. Bartender and bouncer asked if the money was flowing, not the girls. Im a crusty old Navy sailor and this is NOT gentlemans entertainment.

Went in with 500, spent 27 on entry and one beer and left. One of the worst clubs Ive ever been to.

Heard something about a comeback count me in, good memories will stay with you as youll make new ones especially when you were part of it! X has it in her we just need to bring it out of Her. I miss me some musical chairs and the entertainment up close as it brings a tear to my eye, a tear of Joy , let the good time begin!

Not entertaining whatsoever, 3 inexperienced dancers. This place might as well just turn into a bar because the ladies rarely perform. Don’t come here if you’re looking for a good time, I didn’t know you could be bored at a strip club

Cover $10, no girls on stage even though they keep announcing them. $50 minimum purchase on credit card. No open tab. $7 domestic bottles. $8 ATM fee. 13 customers. People started demanding refunds of the cover. 3 of 3 urinals in the mens room are out of order.I was there an hour and they only had a girl on stage once.

This place used to ROCK back in the early 2000s, but not anymore. There are a very few really hot girls left at this place though. Most of them now are either overweight, or covered from elbow to neck in track marks!! What ever happened to their standards that they used to have? Honestly, I gave them 3 stars only because I would like them to fix the problem without completely getting destroyed with a 1 star review. Step it up Southern X. Always remember that high quality normally costs more. Pay better money and get the gorgeous girls who wont do it cheap!

(Girl) Went last weekend with a group and was charged $5 cover fee. Then spent $112 on shots and an equal amount on dances, had a fantastic time! Went back tonight and was told by slim shady at the door that I had to pay $10 cover plus a $50 “lap dance” fee just to get in “because I’m a girl.” Mentioned to him what I paid last week, PLUS today is my birthday and he saw that on my ID....didn’t matter. Was still turned away. Won’t go back.

Beautiful girls of all types, decent drink prices for a gentlemans club, fun & friendly atmosphere, and awesome dances. Nice VIP rooms and a very clean hot tub. 10/10 would definitely come back!

$10 cover, 3 girls working not a single one dance the 45 minutes I was there.All this place is is an expensive place to drink.

I dont know what to say. We paid 12$ to get in. It was 10 pm. There were only 2 girls, none of them dancing. Then, after 5 min one of them left also. We waited awhile to see a dance. Nobody went on the stage. We were confused for awhile if it was a gentleman club or not. Definitely, waste of time.

I’ve been to many gentleman clubs around the east coast. But had never been to the one in my home town. So I decided to give it a try. And is it weird that I wasn’t surprised that beckley has THE WORST gentleman’s club I’ve ever been to. I do not recommend this place. High prices and no dancers. Waste of time.

Where do I begin?? After 30mins of buying drinks and trying to keep the meth heads away I asked The Dj/bouncer/manager why no girls were dancing. He told my friend and I if I buy the girls a $20 drink then they can go on stage. Needless to say no dancing unless you pay the manager. Then for 20 bucks you get a one song dance but the dancer doesnt get naked unless you pay 50 for 3 songs....its a scam run by hilljacks saving up for their next blast. Not to mention you can find the dancers across the street getting hammered at the local bar before they have to clock in....its not like they dance anyway? Ive never seen a strip club try and make you buy the dancers drinks jus to get them to dance....if there is one good review for southern Xposure its a fake...

Five people including myself came to this place and the man automatically said it was 10 dollars a person and us two girls had to pay 50 dollars for a lap dance. I called ahead of time (20 minutes before we arrived)and the man told us it was 5 dollars a person with a wv id and 10 dollars a person with an out of state id. needless to say, I didnt pay to get in . This place is a f****** rip off

One person came to the window and said it was $70 to get in and then immediately walked away. I rung the bell again and the next person said we dont have enuff manpower so you cant come in! I had on dress up clothes so that shouldnt of been an excuse. It was a Tuesday night and at least 10 cars in the parking lot.

Only because you have to give a star to post. I never write a review but after reading everyone’s reviews I called and prices were all over the place the manger had to think what he wanted to said was the cover and I got 4-5 prices. I’ve been to clubs all over this country and this is definitely scam level. It’s amazing how this place stays in business.

Only seen 1 dancer on stage in over a hour.The shots here are 14 dollers each 😮For a place the girls cant even dance good your way way over priced

This is a small town stripe club, but I definitely enjoyed myself. Ivey was amazing along with diamond and rose and the others. The whole staff was friendly as well, Would RECOMMEND to a friend

Very clean environment. The dancers where very nice and friendly. The management and staff went out of there way to make me feel comfortable and safe.

Nice place but way overpriced for no touch private dances. Unless you plan on getting the VIP hot tub deal dont waste any time or money here.

Management is ruining this place. Prices are too high, the girls dont dance as often and now they are limiting lap time on dances, probably to try to sell VIPs.

Taking a trip to West Virginia this weekend and wanted to see what the clubs were like. After reading so many questionable reviews on a couple pages, I think Ill find some other form of entertainment. Thanks Google 😊
