Why open the door just to say that you are closed?? Also there was a dude who literally just came out and he took him. But did not allow me to purchase my items. This was August 2nd at 3:19am. What’s up with the whole 24hours if it’s closed. Not ti mention we been sitting out here waiting for 20 mins and he allowed the man inside. Besides that the lady and the day time men are amazing.

Best convenient store on the Eastern seaboard! Dropped in early at 5 am hoping for a shift change (hate being the last customer, such a rough shift) but nonetheless was very pleased. The cashier was resoundingly cordial and answered all of my questions about the products. Thats what this line of business requires---PATIENCE and integrity. Not every single retail job is going to be this cushy, laid-back, undemanding position of employment, but here I was, being treated with an affability and humanity ignored by other stores for a simple 2 item order. Not sure if the vapes are old or fake but half of the vapes I buy here smell like acetone and I end up throwing them away. Sometimes they don’t seem to even have nicotine in them. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Unbelievably rude guy working this morning 1/15 @ 5:30am when I came in. This was my favorite vape shop until this guy. This guy always has an attitude, always acts inconvenienced when you need him to open one of the cases to buy a vape. I came in knowing what I wanted and got it, then saw an advertisement for a new device at the checkout. When I asked him to grab this new vape for me, he immediately got upset and frustrated with me and raised his voice at me asking Is that it?! after asking him. If you dont want people to wait until theyre at checkout to ask for additional items, then place the advertisement near the vape youre promoting... This guy shouldnt be running the checkout. Makes me not want to ever come back. Inexplicable, inexcusable behavior.

This store still has the best selection of literally everything you’d want from a quick stop store, but most importantly everyone who works there is friendly.

I came in the store pretty late Monday night with the understanding that they were open 24hrs. The selection was awesome but the big man with the black poofy hair was so rude. I have never had such terrible customer service. He told my bf they’re open 24hrs but rushed me out. Told me he didn’t have the key to any cases for any products. Kept his back turned to me and kept saying “are you all set?” He was so incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I was excited to look around this place for my first time and I was so let down. My suggestion is to hire some real help; someone who is at minimum respectful.

Im seeing people calling this place customer service friendly but that is simply not true. Maybe for SOME of the customers but I know that Ive personally been turned away for service or told I have to wait indefinitely until the store is completely clear in order to be provided customer services even when I am on a time crunch and have to get to work. Its disgusting how the cashier is allowed to he so rude. I dont believe this happens to everyone either, there is no way the manager could be allowing the cashier to tell customers to WAIT until the store is clear. I asked for the managers number and havent had a chance to call but I havent forgot and WILL be escalating this.

This place is great, its usually well staffed, has an excellent selection and the prices are fair. I would give it 5 stars but the tall dude with the curly hair is just so rude every time I go in and hell make you wait for several minutes before helping you even if theres no one else in the shop, then acts like youre inconveniencing him. Everyone else is super friendly and helpful though!

I have been a customer for many years. The staff is highly educated on anything Vape. Their prices are dramatically lower than anywhere else I am ever tried. If you take the selection from all the stores in Palm Beach County it would still not equal the amount of options this Vape store has. In addition you can also buy your lottery tickets beer gifts for your family I mean this place is a one stop shop and don’t forget the biggest fattest heaviest bags of ice for a low price. No I do not work here just a great customer. It could be busy at times but worth waiting God bless you all

This is not just every other convenience store, it is THE convenience store! The staff are always very friendly (they will put your favorite song on the speakers if you ask nicely) and the stores selection is unbeatable. They have a wider selection of single-flavor pack White Claws than Total Wines and More does!

I called this place and asked if they would cash my computer printed payroll check. It was a small check under $400, so i get there and they look at my check and say i dont know this company. I am a machinist that works very few hours a week because im very sick, i have hep c and need a new liver. I rode my bike 6 miles to cash my check there that they said no problem on phone and then didnt. I told the girl i was gonna write a google review about this and she says have fun with that. Really! Ill never go to that store again. Who says have fun with that? That was very mature.

This place was disgusting. Everything is thrown in a pile inside the cases. Stuff is thrown all over the isle flooring causing hazardous conditions trying to get through the isles. Just overall a bad visit.

I come in to the store every single day I purchased a disposable vape that is supposed to last anywhere from 2 to 3 days I came into the store the following morning after I bought the vape and it had stopped working and the gentleman behind the counter decides to tell me that he is not going to give me another device after he sold me a faulty device... Then proceeded to get loud with me and rude I dont know about you but I would spend my money here to waste of time

I bought 3 fume vapes on a Sunday evening, they all worked when I tried them in the store but all three malfunctioned and died by Wednesday. Waste of money. It’s happened to me at this store before too.
